We have been reading in the restaurant while on holiday on Fehmarn for several years. The food is still excellent. But what was particularly positive this year was the friendliness of the staff. The food at the next table was simply served incorrectly - it can happen, with so many people it's not out of the question. The wrong dish was of course taken back, and a small dessert was offered at the house's expense without being asked - a small thing that costs the restaurant almost nothing, but does wonders for relationships with the guests. I would fully recommend the restaurant, good food, fast, courteous service, good selection of wines, despite not having a table reservation, never turned away - congratulations!! You understand how it works! Thanks for the great dishes!

A straight A in all areas, you can't say more!!!

Simply great pizza! We had Pizza Perfette and Pizza Picante and Tiramisu for dessert for lunch. The food was simply great, nothing more needs to be said. The service was very attentive and friendly. The waiters were fun with our two babies. A great restaurant visit!

Dogs are welcome, both indoors and outdoors. The waitresses and waiters are very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty, we had the vegan dishes, which were very unusual, but in Italian cuisine you don't have to miss out on anything. We sat outside and found it very comfortable, especially since the restaurant was on a side street, it was much quieter than most other restaurants nearby. Inside it looked very stylish.

A great Italian restaurant that invites you to linger at first glance with its stylish and cozy ambience. The natural and almost "caring" friendliness of the entire staff is impressive and made us feel very comfortable. Thanks for that! Finally, something to eat: starters, pizza, vegetarian pizza and, to top it all off, the Nutella pizza for the children - MEGA!!!

Ambience awesome. Gluten-free pasta and pizza were offered. Gluten-free pizza dough is prepared on Schär ready-made base and is therefore smaller than the others, but still delicious. Pizzas go into shared ovens with separate pizza trays.

You will NOT miss your favorite Italian restaurant. Excellent food (the homemade pasta!), from warm hosts, in a rustic atmosphere. The whole thing is child-friendly and at fair prices. My downer: I had to drive and couldn't try the great selection of wines. On your next visit :-)

On a recommendation we went to Fehmarn and came across this really beautiful restaurant. The food deserves more than 5 stars, we haven't had such good Italian food in a long time. It was a real culinary delight ♥️ the staff were all very accommodating and polite. Really a very nice restaurant.

So far one of the best Italian restaurants I have visited in my life. Exceptional cuisine, top pizzas, delicious homemade pasta with great sauces and fresh ingredients. Top quality both in terms of craftsmanship and taste. Very elegant atmosphere, especially indoors, with a large selection of wines. Young, committed, very friendly and attentive team. A culinary pearl on Fehmarn. I think I have to go back to Fehmarn just to eat there. 🤪

We've been coming here for years, one of the best Italians we know in Northern Germany (as of 2023). 2024 This week was probably our 6th or 7th time here. We wanted to have a good meal with our two adult sons at the end of our vacation. Accordingly, I reserved a table that was as quiet as possible so that we could have a good chat. When we arrived on time we were kindly directed to the loudest table in the restaurant, right at the entrance to the kitchen. As soon as we sat down we were asked twice within 3 minutes if we would like to order drinks, which was annoying. The food was always very good, but unfortunately the drink prices, a 0.5 liter Kellerbier for €6.50, are now at the same level as Sylt. Overall, Fehmarn is very expensive - it has become too expensive.

Italian cuisine with several vegan options.

We were lucky that we reserved a table because the shop is very busy. It's very cozy and the ambience is great. The service is top. My steak was perfect and the salad was very good. However, the turkey was simply grilled for too long, partially burnt and of poor quality. The pizzas for the children were also perfect.

Went there spontaneously at lunchtime with 4 people. Friendly welcome, even though it was just before lunch break. Food excellent, service very nice and accommodating. If we are on Fehmarn again, we would like to come back.

We had reserved twice. Very tasty dishes. Even if you are very hungry, the portions are more than enough. Very child-friendly, upon request a small pizza was served in advance for our grandson. Clear recommendation.

We had bruschetta as a starter and then 3 different pizzas, which were also changed upon request, everything was delicious and the leftovers were packed up for us. We recommend.

A very excellent and chic restaurant. Pizza, pasta and some of the fish dishes are really outstanding, not just in Fehmarn but throughout Germany. I definitely recommend everyone to try this out! You can hardly eat better.

We went to this restaurant twice during our vacation. Both times were a real pleasure. The ambience is very stylish, the service is very pleasant and the food was very good for all of us. We had dinner there last month. Unfortunately we didn't make a reservation because it was very spontaneous. That's why we unfortunately sat in a tight spot. But it wasn't bad at all as the food was great. We had homemade pasta with mushrooms and a pizza that was incredibly tasty. The service was also really great and attentive. Gladly again.

Always worth a visit. We've been coming here to eat for years - whether it's pasta or pizzas - requests are catered for and everything is made possible. Service is always top! Even if you make a reservation with a stroller, you will receive courteous help - thank you very much for that! Changing options are available in the women's toilet.

We came across Borgo Antico by chance. The good reviews didn't lie. The ambience is really pleasant and the waiters are very polite and accommodating. We had very, very tasty bruschetta as you can see in the picture. We continued with two pizzas that really deserved to be called Italian pizza. A wonderful base with a very tasty edge. It was made with love and tasted damn good too. All in all, this was by far my best experience at an Italian restaurant ever. We will definitely come back and can only recommend that anyone who likes Italian eats here.

As always, a great visit with first-class service and a great ambience. And my criticism is also at a high level: This time we're having the vegan pizza. It was also really tasty, but it reminded us a lot of the vegan bruschetta served before (and at least as delicious) with almost identical toppings. I understand that an authentic Italian restaurant has a hard time embracing cheese alternatives, but a little "cheesy" on this pizza probably really would have made all the difference for us. (Vegans don't find the cheese itself disgusting, just that cows and calves are included in it ;) )

The food was super tasty and the service was really exceptionally good. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Highly recommended restaurant. We visited it 2 times in one week. Extremely nice atmosphere, great furnishings. The food was excellent across the board, whether it was pasta or pizza. The service was very polite, attentive. Good quality drinks, good wine list. Only the selection of open red wines could be a little larger. All in all, a thoroughly recommended restaurant with a good price-performance ratio. If we come to Fehmarn again, a repeat visit is guaranteed. Thanks to the team.

Best pizza, service is just great, very nice atmosphere

It hasn't been an insider tip for a long time - not just authentic, but really Italian, ideally located, great atmosphere, absolutely one of the best restaurants on the island!

Service and ambience are typically Italian, so great. We had pre-ordered vegan burgers (condition) for our repeated visit (previously vegan pizza and vegan pasta dish = perfect) and were shocked after the first bite because the 250 g hamburger was like falafel. I was quite disappointed for the price of €24 because I was expecting something Italian, at least not falafel dough, for this "upscale Italian" that is always full. So that was nothing.

Once again everything was great, very nice staff and always open to requests.

Very child-friendly service. The food came to the table quickly, freshly prepared and in sufficient portions. At the end, the portafilter machine delivers a perfect espresso in a hot cup, thanks to good employees! All in all, more than worth the price. Vegan dishes are very tasty!

Sunday evening, twenty past eight. Just before the store closes, so to speak. Nevertheless, a very friendly hello and the opportunity to take a seat and eat something. The pasta was excellent or even better. The service is always attentive, friendly and accommodating. But never annoying or too slow or anything like that. Absolutely recommended for us!

Great ambience, delicious dishes… but somehow the staff just “handles you”. Even in the low season (beginning of April) the staff seems stressed and not really customer-oriented. Accordingly, there is no feeling of well-being. Finally, there is the cheapest Grappa and Sambuca without coffee beans. It's a shame, because the food and ambience are really great!

Friendly staff. delicious food, a bit too greasy. Nice atmosphere, the only thing I didn't like was the tables near the toilets, which meant there was a lot of walking through.

My meal was very tasty (homemade pasta with salmon, shrimp and fresh vegetables) and came to the table quickly. The starters are plentiful and enough for a main meal. Six!!! Bruschetta slices are just too much for an appetizer, but delicious. The ambience is a mix of modern and rustic. The service was very attentive. Since it was very crowded, a certain hectic pace was obvious and noticeable. Not suitable for a “romantic evening”. But overall recommended.

There were three of us who ate there and the atmosphere was very nice. The food was very tasty, except for the fish dish, which was dry that day (this wasn't the first time we've ordered it, it's never happened before that it wasn't tasty). Of course, you didn't have to pay for it, it was returned. As compensation, everyone received dessert and a hot drink on the house. Thanks for the good service! We were satisfied and will come back.

Sehr delikate Speisen zu fairen Preisen in nettem Ambiente

Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich, der Service freundlich und flott. Vorweg teilten meine Begleitung und ich uns Bruschetta, war lecker. Als Hauptgang wählten wir Pizza Tonno und Perfetto. Die Tonno war ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Perfetto war leider ganz und gar nicht perfekt. Der Rand zwar schön aufgegangen und fluffig, ansonsten matschig und null durchgebacken. Hinzu kommt, das beide Pizzen übersät mit weißen grob geschnittenen Zwiebeln waren. Vielleicht sind die übrigen Gerichte gut, die Pizza hat uns nicht überzeugt. Unsere Bemängelung konnten wir erst beim Abräumen mitteilen, da zwischendurch nicht gefragt wurde, ob alles OK ist. Unsere Kritik wurde kommentarlos hingenommen.

Wir haben trotz relativ vielem Andrang noch ein Tisch für 2 Personen bekommen. Als Vorspeise Bruschetta, sehr lecker und als Hauptspeise haben wir einmal selbstgemachte Pasta und normale Pasta genommen. Beides war sehr lecker und sehr sättigend. Personal war sehr freundlich und hat zeitnah Bestellungen aufgenommen. Im ganzen sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren kürzlich nach dem Weihnachtsmarkt dort und haben ein Glas Wein getrunken und eine Vorspeise für zwei gegessen. Das Ambiente und der Service waren super, auch der liebe Hund am Eingang ist super süß. Was allerdings enttäuschend war ist der Vorspeisenteller. So gut wie alles war merklich nicht selbst gemacht, bzw. war die Qualität nicht besonders. Das gegrillte Gemüse war "sehr" gegrillt, Schinken und Salami von einer Qualität die ich im Supermarkt bekomme, und der Käse geradezu langweilig. Schafskäse in diesen kleinen Würfelchen aus der Dose, was auch für die Zwiebeln etc. gilt. Natürlich kann man nicht alles selber machen, verstehe ich, aber bei einem Preis von 22,90 Euro erwarte ich etwas mehr Mühe, zumal der Teller sehr übersichtlich war für zwei. Die Pizzas und Pasta sah sehr gut aus und man hat gesehen das es den Leuten geschmeckt hat, daher kann ich das nicht beurteilen, aber an der Antipasti muss noch gefeilt werden.

Das Essen und der Service waren perfecto!

Wir waren vor 2 Wochen spontan auf einem Samstag Abend dort und haben tatsächlich noch einen Tisch für 2 Personen bekommen .... sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr gemütlich .... leckeres Essen mit einer Top-Qualität .... die selbstgemachte Pasta war ein Genuss .... und der war Service hervorragend .... wenn wir wieder auf der Insel sind, werden wir ganz sicher wieder dort einkehren ....
