It has been an absolute must on every Fehmarn holiday for years. Nice service and great food at a good price-performance ratio. Special requests are never a problem and with a little advance notice you can, for example, simply pre-order a risotto that is not actually on the menu. Great, the chef loves his work!

We really liked it. My husband finally got to eat a spicy pizza just as it was propagated according to the map. His original comment: "It's the best pizza I've ever eaten!" Our two children agreed with him and were also thrilled. My spaghetti also tasted excellent. I would also particularly like to highlight the service, the waiter was always courteous and tried hard, but not too intrusive, but always there, when you needed it. Absolutely recommended, Some restaurants can learn something from this! We would like to come back next year.

We came across the restaurant because it has a good selection of vegetarian dishes, making it a rarity on Fehmarn. A great ambience and very attentive service which led to a great evening. The highlight was the food. The starter (caprese) was very tasty and visually very appealing. Fresh bread was served, which was of very good fresh quality. The pizzas for the main course were the best pizzas we have ever eaten. For dessert, the homemade pana cotta did NOT disappoint and the Nutella pizza was also to die for. The whole thing for an amazing price-performance ratio. We were THRILLED and can only say: it was the best Italian food we have ever eaten!

Everything is great... Go because it's worth it! Pizza was very tasty (-great dough-), pasta was exceptionally good (-of course fresh-) and starter (-bruscetta-) was to “go for”!! The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable! We'll go back and hope that the dessert(s) will still fit in :-)

Very friendly, unobtrusive and competent staff!

We started the evening with a Prosecco. Unfortunately it was ice cold and without any carbonation. Probably not sold often! My glass of red wine was also far too cold. Starter "Bruschetta on toasted bread" - although the bread was barely toasted. When I ordered my "Rumpsteak Al Pepe Nero" I was asked how I would like it grilled. I chose "medium/well - no longer bloody". I was served a steak that was fried to medium rare and was still very rare. It had to go on the grill again and then it was okay. The extra vegetable side dish left many wishes unfulfilled. The "Salmone in Costa" that my wife ordered was very tasty. Unfortunately, the advertising slogan “We are the elite” is a long way away. The restaurant was comfortably furnished and the tables were not too close together. Given the price level, we would have expected better quality.

We had different meals and all of the meals were top notch, from pasta to overpackaged pasta to pizzas. Ordering a pizza half and half wasn't a problem either. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality offered. Update, we went out to eat again yesterday. Everything tasted fine. I ordered a russ. Wheat with Sprite. I also got a 0.5 soot. But a Sprite and a Wheat were charged for over €9, which really annoyed me... not like that.

The pizza was fantastic. Quickly at the table and tastes excellent. Top! Service very attentive and friendly. A visit is worth it.

The staff was nice nonetheless. ..... Unfortunately we weren't satisfied at all. First we got an Aperol with about 80 percent ice cubes. After complaining, we were given a smaller glass with only 60-70% ice left.🙈 At the same time, our ASP justified himself by saying that he had completed special training in connection with cocktails and knew exactly what our order should look like. The pizza was soggy and therefore not exactly a highlight. I have a hard time with negative reviews, but it wasn't a nice visit to the restaurant... it's a shame!! The reaction in response to my objective report of my experience combined with the desperate attempt to insult speak for itself. Kind regards!

No holiday on Fehmarn without going to Borgo Antico at least once 🍷🥰 We have been enthusiastic about the quality of the food and the ambience since it opened in 2015. The only problem… you don't know what to use because everything is so delicious. The team is great and very warm. Big compliment and best wishes to everyone 🥂

Pizza Vegetariana very disappointing. Contrary to the description on the menu, the vegetables were not fresh. At least the peppers, which there was most of on the pizza, were canned. We couldn't detect any garlic either. The side salad was absolutely tasteless. Mainly iceberg lettuce, a cocktail tomato, a slice of cucumber, a long thin slice of carrot.

This year we “only” picked up food. It was ready on time and still hot. Just as delicious as if we had eaten there. In my opinion the prices are justified as the quality (at least of our food) was really good! Pizza was a bit thin for us, but still tasted TOP! Recommended on every level! 👌

A super cozy place, sweet and polite staff and super delicious food.

The restaurant is very tastefully decorated. You immediately felt comfortable. The service was friendly and attentive. We were welcome with our dog. Our Pizza Tonno had a fluffy dough and was well topped. When I asked, I was given homemade hot sauce. It was finally an extremely good and wholesome pizza again. At the end there was a grappa on the house. We would love to come back.

We ordered two pizzas to take away. Including the antipasti pizza. The only point of criticism: for a pizza for 17 euros I expect a little more than 2 slices of eggplant, 2 small round, unfortunately also very hard slices of ham and a small corner of parika. Otherwise very tasty

Excellent! The problem, however, is that no comparable restaurant has been found so far. So only the long way to Fehmarn remains.

If you're on holiday on Fehmarn and are looking for a really good pizzeria, you can't miss Borgo Antico. A large selection of pizzas but also fans of stakes or pasta dishes will experience enjoyable food here. I had the Pizza Inferno. If you like it spicy, i.e. really hot, you should dare to order it. Despite the spiciness, the balance to the taste is maintained. Let yourself be pampered with culinary delights, we have already had the pleasure. It wasn't the first time there and it wasn't the last time either.

Super fine food and - unlike most restaurants on Fehmarn - quite elegant. So it's a little pricey, but it's worth it! Even have some vegan options that sounded great. Personal recommendation: fresh pasta.

Really outstanding authentic Italian restaurant with excellent service. The pizzas were fantastic, the service impeccable. It was particularly nice that (as is common everywhere in Italy) there was also espresso without caffeine. Absolute recommendation.

Beautiful Italian restaurant. The service is outstanding. The food without fault. The calzone was very tasty and well filled. Now arrived at the apartment and enjoyed the beautiful evening with the feeling of digesting an excellent meal. Greetings from the Wolfenbüttel district...

Expectations were quite high given the good reviews. However, the visit was very disappointing. Service was of the mass dispatch type, not a second too long was spent at the table. Drinks, Aperol, were completely different, sometimes watered down, sometimes strong. Vegan dishes are extremely bland and far too expensive. The rest of the food was okay, but tasted rather bland. Pasta is probably the better choice here. But the price is far above the quality offered.

Do you want to enjoy wonderful Italian food in the rustic ambience of a Roma Casa? Then you definitely have to come here. Prices moderate, the service friendly, the food unconditionally recommended.

We have been reading in the restaurant while on holiday on Fehmarn for several years. The food is still excellent. But what was particularly positive this year was the friendliness of the staff. The food at the next table was simply served incorrectly - it can happen, with so many people it's not out of the question. The wrong dish was of course taken back, and a small dessert was offered at the house's expense without being asked - a small thing that costs the restaurant almost nothing, but does wonders for relationships with the guests. I would fully recommend the restaurant, good food, fast, courteous service, good selection of wines, despite not having a table reservation, never turned away - congratulations!! You understand how it works! Thanks for the great dishes!

Simply great pizza! We had Pizza Perfette and Pizza Picante and Tiramisu for dessert for lunch. The food was simply great, nothing more needs to be said. The service was very attentive and friendly. The waiters were fun with our two babies. A great restaurant visit!

A great Italian restaurant that invites you to linger at first glance with its stylish and cozy ambience. The natural and almost "caring" friendliness of the entire staff is impressive and made us feel very comfortable. Thanks for that! Finally, something to eat: starters, pizza, vegetarian pizza and, to top it all off, the Nutella pizza for the children - MEGA!!!

Dogs are welcome, both indoors and outdoors. The waitresses and waiters are very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty, we had the vegan dishes, which were very unusual, but in Italian cuisine you don't have to miss out on anything. We sat outside and found it very comfortable, especially since the restaurant was on a side street, it was much quieter than most other restaurants nearby. Inside it looked very stylish.

Ambience awesome. Gluten-free pasta and pizza were offered. Gluten-free pizza dough is prepared on Schär ready-made base and is therefore smaller than the others, but still delicious. Pizzas go into shared ovens with separate pizza trays.

You will NOT miss your favorite Italian restaurant. Excellent food (the homemade pasta!), from warm hosts, in a rustic atmosphere. The whole thing is child-friendly and at fair prices. My downer: I had to drive and couldn't try the great selection of wines. On your next visit :-)

On a recommendation we went to Fehmarn and came across this really beautiful restaurant. The food deserves more than 5 stars, we haven't had such good Italian food in a long time. It was a real culinary delight ♥️ the staff were all very accommodating and polite. Really a very nice restaurant.

So far one of the best Italian restaurants I have visited in my life. Exceptional cuisine, top pizzas, delicious homemade pasta with great sauces and fresh ingredients. Top quality both in terms of craftsmanship and taste. Very elegant atmosphere, especially indoors, with a large selection of wines. Young, committed, very friendly and attentive team. A culinary pearl on Fehmarn. I think I have to go back to Fehmarn just to eat there. 🤪

Ate here again today 8/3/24. Still a top address, highly recommended. Mega tasty, fresh, not a long wait. Always my pleasure!!! Keep it up!! Have just eaten here. Had reserved in advance. We've been coming here for years, one of the best Italians we know in Northern Germany (as of 2023). 2024 This week was probably our 6th or 7th time here. We wanted to have a good meal with our two adult sons at the end of our vacation. Accordingly, I reserved a table that was as quiet as possible so that we could have a good chat. When we arrived on time we were kindly directed to the loudest table in the restaurant, right at the entrance to the kitchen. As soon as we sat down we were asked twice within 3 minutes if we would like to order drinks, which was annoying. The food was always very good, but unfortunately the drink prices, a 0.5 liter Kellerbier for €6.50, are now at the same level as Sylt. Overall, Fehmarn is very expensive - it has become too expensive.

We were lucky that we reserved a table because the shop is very busy. It's very cozy and the ambience is great. The service is top. My steak was perfect and the salad was very good. However, the turkey was simply grilled for too long, partially burnt and of poor quality. The pizzas for the children were also perfect.

Went there spontaneously at lunchtime with 4 people. Friendly welcome, even though it was just before lunch break. Food excellent, service very nice and accommodating. If we are on Fehmarn again, we would like to come back.

We had reserved twice. Very tasty dishes. Even if you are very hungry, the portions are more than enough. Very child-friendly, upon request a small pizza was served in advance for our grandson. Clear recommendation.

We had bruschetta as a starter and then 3 different pizzas, which were also changed upon request, everything was delicious and the leftovers were packed up for us. We recommend.

A very excellent and chic restaurant. Pizza, pasta and some of the fish dishes are really outstanding, not just in Fehmarn but throughout Germany. I definitely recommend everyone to try this out! You can hardly eat better.

We went to this restaurant twice during our vacation. Both times were a real pleasure. The ambience is very stylish, the service is very pleasant and the food was very good for all of us. I would say it was the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. If we come to Fehmarn again we will definitely go there again!!!

We had dinner there last month. Unfortunately we didn't make a reservation because it was very spontaneous. That's why we unfortunately sat in a tight spot. But it wasn't bad at all as the food was great. We had homemade pasta with mushrooms and a pizza that was incredibly tasty. The service was also really great and attentive. Gladly again.

Always worth a visit. We've been coming here to eat for years - whether it's pasta or pizzas - requests are catered for and everything is made possible. Service is always top! Even if you make a reservation with a stroller, you will receive courteous help - thank you very much for that! Changing options are available in the women's toilet.

We came across Borgo Antico by chance. The good reviews didn't lie. The ambience is really pleasant and the waiters are very polite and accommodating. We had very, very tasty bruschetta as you can see in the picture. We continued with two pizzas that really deserved to be called Italian pizza. A wonderful base with a very tasty edge. It was made with love and tasted damn good too. All in all, this was by far my best experience at an Italian restaurant ever. We will definitely come back and can only recommend that anyone who likes Italian eats here.
