The ravioli in red wine and parmesan cream were delicious.

RACIST & THIEF🤮 ordered Lucioperca su risotto, can’t believe such a restaurant are not out of business. The short/fat cashier/waiter was so arrogant. Kept telling me how I should use MY credit card and it didn’t work and blamed on my card. After I slide it as it should be used and it worked, this fat dude told me I should get a new card. Maybe u should go to gym? Also he took it without my consent, must have read my card number and CCV cuz my card info was leaked right after(I usually use it online and never got stolen.) and cost me hundreds of euros. Another female waitress is also amazing, said new year wishes when white ppl left, said nothing when we left lol. Ur just some old white overweight dude working some unskillful job, what makes u feel so superior, Jesus

It was a nightmare!Risotto with pike perch fillet: Rice is rock hard! Fish is rotten!!! It smelled. The owner asked me what he should do so that the rice doesn't get hard? That's unbelievable. My friend ate veal liver and then 5 times on the toilet for 30 minutes gone!Everything is fruitful!!!!

We had a lovely evening at this Italian restaurant. The staff and the owner were very friendly. The food was very tasty, but could have been a little more. That evening there was even live singing in Italian. Really cool.

Yesterday we had our Christmas party at Ristorante Dolcetto. The service was excellent and the food was simply delicious. I would love to come back here.

The Dolcetto combines down-to-earth, creative cuisine with the fine cuisine of Italy, complemented by a special menu. In the Dolcetto, an incredible amount of marble has been used like hardly any other ristorante, a small Italian marble palace. The bright room doesn't seem cold, but with its set tables it has a nice ambience. In the basement there is a nice, quiet room with its own bar, where you can spend time in privacy and relax. Ideal for a romantic dinner or private celebration. Relaxation from shopping in Bella Sicilia.

Came here for dinner, managed to get a table walking in which was great. Food was a mixed bag, the goats cheese starter was great and the lamb ragout was good but the shrimp was chewy and the burrata was not particularly flavourful. Wine was lovely and a great selection. Service was really slow, sat with finished plates and an empty bottle of wine for over 20 mins, took ages to get the bill and generally felt like we were being ignored. Overall I wouldn't come back.

Either we were unlucky, or the 4.6 is really not justified: - Get space in the basement. Not recognizable beforehand. Ok, basement, but looking out is not possible... - … and the ventilation runs continuously - Saturday, ok, but even the starter took forever... after all, afterwards I said “chaos in the kitchen” - Pizza itself is ok, but nothing for the memoirs, maybe a little marjoram-heavy - The ham on the Parma pizza was way too thick, difficult to chew - Service not necessarily enthusiastic Overall from my point of view - maybe. only today - not worth the 4.6.

We had a fantastic evening with very authentic Italian delicious food and wine. The tiramisu and the changing menu with house recommendations are highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

Ended up waiting more than 45min on starters, without the waiter not even checking up on us. The waiter seemed like she didn’t wanted to be there. At one point, other tables got their food before us, even though arriving 20min after us. We were told in a rude way, that they got the food before us, because they hadn’t ordered starters. We also waited more than 30 min for our main dishes. The restaurant was missing basic restaurant etiquette, such as not reaching all the way over the table when delivering and taking the plates away, checking up on the food and drinks, taking all of the starter plates, and even such small things as making sure the salt grinder wasn’t empty. After we had been there for more than 2 hours, and had payed for the dinner, the manager asked us how it had been, and then waiter told him, that we had just waited a little bit. After, we overheard the manager ask the waiter if we had tipped for our food? Would not recommend going there, because of the service, which is really sad, as the food is quite delicious.

Unfortunately the worst pizza we have ever eaten, it just tastes stuffy and cheap. In our case, the atmosphere wasn't great either because we were put in the basement. The staff isn't really friendly either, prices go like that.

Very nice atmosphere and nice service. The price/performance is right. The Montepulciano in the 1/2 liter carafe is highly recommended.

Update 3: On August 16, 2024, another attempt was made to have my review deleted. This time on the grounds of “defamation”. I credibly explained to Google that I had no interest in slandering the restaurant owner, but was simply describing my actual experiences. My review has been reinstated. Update 2: I sent Google a screenshot of the account charge to show that I actually ate & drank at this restaurant. Google then reinstated my review. Update 1: On November 16th, 2023 (9 months after we were in this restaurant!) I received an email from Google asking me to comment on this review. A lawyer who specializes in deleting negative reviews accuses me of something that I would have to laboriously research based on his attached judgments. Instead of wanting to have reviews deleted and thus focusing on precisely these negative reviews, restaurateurs could simply reflect on themselves. Rating: Unfortunately, the promises on the website are not kept. You don't feel welcome at all (like with friends) & there isn't an elegantly set table for everyone. Only the crumbs were brushed off our table. They then just lay on the chairs. Other tables were sometimes completely set after each guest. We were given a plate with cutlery & paper napkins. The drinks came quickly from a very nice service person. Some other guests got bread, dip & olives. Not us. The food also came quickly. The pizzas were OK. They were well filled, but unfortunately the taste was very boring and not really hot. During our stay no one asked if everything was OK or if we would like something more to drink. Of course, we could have made ourselves known if necessary, but the owners were so busy talking that we didn't want to disturb them. We saved ourselves a dessert because our patience was stretched too thin. When paying, the boss was available again. It had to be, because the bill doesn't come to the table, you have to go to the cash register at the front. We have never experienced such unsympathetic restaurateurs. We actually know the Italians to be warm and cheerful. We won't come again! 👎👎👎

Unfortunately, we were told by a very unfriendly waiter that we weren't allowed to just sit down, even though someone else had already assigned us this seat. In general the staff was very unfriendly. The food was okay.

The best gnocci I've ever eaten! While waiting, there's a bowl of olives, bread and sauce - all very tasty. My 20-month-old daughter ate it :) Great service, helpful, nice and friendly. I recommend! :)

Italian restaurant in Hamburg's old town with delicious food and mostly quick, friendly service. You can sit outside at a street junction under large umbrellas and people watch. The lack of traffic in this area is not a problem.

More than an hour of waiting for a meh pizza. Very disappointed. We gave up after another 30 minutes waiting for the menu to order dessert.

We came across the restaurant by chance. We thought the food was very convincing, tasted great, it was warm and perfectly prepared, the portions were great. Definitely more than satisfied for the price 😁 we would be happy to come back

Horrible place, we waited half an hour for a table and they ripped us off. We ordered 2 pizzas and a bruschetta, well, after a long time they brought us two pieces of cheese pizza. We were surprised but they said it was an appetizer so we imagined it would be like when they give you bread in other places. After a long wait, they brought us two pizzas again. Since they didn't bring the bruschetta, we assumed that since there were a lot of people, they forgot. We ate the pizzas and then I went to the bathroom and my boyfriend asked for the bill. When I came out of the bathroom and we had already left the restaurant, my boyfriend told me that they had charged him for the bruschetta, which is almost 7 euros because they gave us the two slices of pizza. THEY CHARGED US 7 EUROS FOR A BRUSCHETTA THAT NEVER ARRIVED BECAUSE THEY GAVE US TWO PIECES OF PIZZA THAT THEY HAD LEFTOVER. They literally ripped us off. They took advantage of the fact that my boyfriend is not a confrontational person, he doesn't like arguments, and since I wasn't there and I had already paid, I couldn't do anything. It's incredible that they laugh at kind people like that, they took us for idiots and won. Don't waste your time on that site, it's not worth it.

Fantastic pizza!! The service was a bit slow and the wine wasn't the best, but still highly recommended! I LOVED the pizza!

Unfortunately we didn't have a nice experience in this restaurant. At the beginning the service was quite good, we were able to place our order quickly and the drinks came quickly. Unfortunately we didn't get any bread/dip or anything else. The starter (bruscetta) was disappointing for the price. Two plain slices, not even toasted, with boring tomatoes that were neither seasoned nor dressed in any other way, but a nice big slice of Parmesan on top. We had to wait over an hour for our main course. The pizza was rather second-rate (you could have ordered it from a cheap pizza supplier). The baked goat cheese was still cold in the middle. I also ordered bread, which unfortunately never arrived. Unfortunately, despite a comment, there was no compensation whatsoever. I cannot recommend the restaurant. There is a much better selection in Hamburg.

We where there with my girlfriend to have a dinner. The outside area was appealing so we choosed to stay outside, the service wasn't the fastest, after 10 minutes we received our menus and soon we ordered. The beers came shortly after and after 10 minutes the antipasti (salad with salmon) in the salad had no dressing at all. Our food came after 20 minutes of wait for one risotto and one gnocchi. The risotto I didn't enjoy it at all. It was missing something and it was boring. The gnocchi were fine but not something special. I think for 55€ it doesn't worth it. At last we were about to pay and they ask us to give a tip. I don't recommend this restaurant

Good pizza, good pasta. Map is not that big. Good quality for that! Pizza is Neapolitan. Prices are also humane, especially for Hamburg Hafencity

In my opinion an absolute insider tip in Hamburg. Sat outside when the weather was nice (small but nice). You can feel the Italian warmth in the food and the service. Thumbs up 👍🏼

I lived in Italy for 3 years. Dinner tonight took me right back to La Dolce Vita! The gnocchi alle Genovese was a perfect early summer dish - light but flavorful. The Montepulciano di Abruzzo complimented it perfectly. Finally a proper espresso in Germany. Grazie mille! Torniamo Subito.

Yesterday we had a delicious lamb ragout and cod fillet with asparagus sauce. Both very tasty This time it was noodles. Tagliolini nero with scampi and asparagus, pollack with lemon and mint. Again very tasty 😋 🦔 Today we had the delicious fish platter. It was very good again.🐟😋🦔 Pappardelle with monkfish ragout and veal liver with sage butter were excellent. Service top. Only recommended.

Went there on a Saturday evening. It was indeed very full but that is not an excuse when food takes over an hour to be served. Pasta with tomato sauce that is available for 9,80 for children was accepted to be served as an adult's portion. They charged 14,50€ for it.

The pizza is great and the spagetti al oliò is very well done. The white house wine was really good, unfortunately I've already forgotten the name. The service is of course authentically Italian and familiar.

Very good cuisine, everything tastes really great. The service works with the typical Italian composure. A new coat of paint wouldn't detract from the ambience.

Very good restaurant, still good prices, service also good, but not always the same, sometimes there is bread with spread for a snack, sometimes not, unfortunately there wasn't even a single little attention from the house, even though we were there three times. Unfortunately, sitting can be very cramped.

This restaurant was local to where we were staying and recommended by Google for finer Italian dining The establishment is well-situated at the confluence of two neighborhood streets, which makes for an attractive outdoor seating experience. Inside, the ambience and decor is relaxed, upscale neighborhood Italian, with the only issue the narrowness of the interior affected by the patrons and staff opening the door of the central restroom and service entrance. Upon greater reflection, the interior dining area revolves around this unfortunate entrance. As to the food, we ordered a fresh, daily, mixed salad, a tomato seafood soup, prosciutto pizza and seafood pasta. All dishes were excellent in particular the soup. Service was excellent, and prices were very fair considering portions, quality, freshness and location.

I enjoyed the meal, the pasta was very good. The desserts were great. But unfortunately the service was very bad. The waitress treated us like we were eating for free or something.

Overall, the dining experience at this restaurant was mixed. The quality of the food was above average, followed by decent desserts. However, the service should have been significantly better. While it's understandable that everyone has bad days, it's disappointing when it affects customers' experience, especially when they're looking for a calm and happy dinner.

Obwohl heute der Black Samstag war und die Innenstadt wegen den Rabatten überrrannt wurde und viele hier essen wollten, war Guiseppe immer noch gut drauf. In unserer Anwesenheit wurden hier einige Tische schon 3-mal vergeben. Und trotzdem war die Küche verläßlich gut. Meine bestellte Kalbsleber in Butter und Salbei war traumhaft lecker. Auch unser Turamisu war sehr lecker. Den offenen weißen Tischein Catarratto (Sizilien) können wir nur empfehlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder.

Man sitzt hier ganz gut. Essen ist mittelmäßig, Bedienung auch. An Wochenenden viele Touris, an Wochentagen viele Bürohengste. Ist halt Innenstadt. Eher nichts für Liebhaber der italienischen Küche.
