Ristorante Da Pino in Frankfurt am Main

Miserable! Ordered via Lieferando. 60 minute delivery time, pizza was ice cold and not even cut. The only small bright spot was the salad. Never again!

We wanted to sit outside and have a drink and were told if you just have a drink I definitely won't leave the light on. (It was already dark). Very rude...we couldn't order more because they said no, I won't turn on the devices for that... What do you even want to do if you don't even welcome your guests?

Nice little Italian restaurant, with its own Italian family flair. You feel like you're visiting friends in the dining room. And the food is exceptionally good. I think it's the best Italian in all of Frankfurt. Me and my family really enjoy being there and will come back again and again.

When I visited the Da Pino restaurant, I had something to eat with two friends. The owner had a not so friendly aura and way of dealing with us as guests. A friend's seat was still missing cutlery and a card, so I spoke to the man about it and reminded him that he didn't like that so much and replied with "Yes, I know! The food isn't here yet, he would have gotten it straight away! " Slammed the cutlery on the table and went back into the kitchen. What I can say about the food is that it actually tastes very good. The next mystery, which I didn't understand until today (maybe it's something "typically" Italian), was that we wanted to order a café, I an espresso, which I got, and my friend a latte machiato. The owner told my friend to get his latte machiato from the ice cream shop across the street and only when the ice cream shop closed would he bother making a latte machiato. And from then on I didn't understand anything anymore, why, why, why? But well, it continues. My second colleague wanted to have tea, the answer was "Signore, unfortunately we don't have any tea", even though it is written on the menu and also pointed out to the colleague to go to the ice cream parlor to get some tea. Overall a rating of 3 difficult stars, the food is tasty, but the service makes a big difference. And, as I said, to this day I don't understand the answers, very mysterious and strange. But here, everyone has their own way, but maybe someone could still explain to me what the action was about😅. Greetings from Frankfurt to Bonames. 👊🏼

We ordered 1 salad with turkey sprinkles and 1 pizza via Ubereats at 7:15 p.m. It said delivery time was 30 minutes and even earlier with priority. Priority we paid an extra €1.99. The food came at 8.30pm!!. The pizza was ice cold as was the turkey on the salad. Both inedible and for the trash can. Never again!

Exquisite food. Top hospitality. Excellent value for money

You can really save yourself, what a shame about the money 💸. For 3 pizzas, not even anything special, and 1 salad, we shelled out a whole €43. I've never paid so much for a mediocre pizza. It doesn't taste good either. Well, I would say the lesson has been paid. It's safe to go to the toilet the next day... I've never experienced anything like that before 🤦

From the “Couldn’t think of it” category: Lasagna ordered via Lieferando for just over €15 including delivery costs. Shortly after order confirmation I received a call asking if I had ordered something and immediately asked if I knew how much it would cost "him". Confusion on my part. The gentleman on the phone was of the opinion that there was a minimum order value of €20 and I would like to please take that into account. (Fun fact: There was no minimum order value at the time, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to order). Despite my offer that he should be happy to cancel the delivery, the gentleman did not stop from his instructions. I found this phone call extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. The lasagna was then delivered in a MacDonalds bag and was burnt. For this reason I can only strongly advise against this restaurant. Of course we won't order there again. Here I can really only give a *.

Often very loud, good food in the winter garden only when it's warm

I once ordered a pizza during my lunch break and picked it up there. I didn't like the pizza, the quality left a lot to be desired, the dough was undercooked and very greasy. I can't recommend it.

I waited a long time for a pizza that looked like the one from the supermarket, a glass stained with lipstick, a rude and out of context response for the disservice, there is definitely better in the area.

It was the tastiest pizza of my life, WOOooooooooow I would be happy to give 1000 stars.

Despite the closed company, a place was created for us. The food was good and the service was very friendly. I think that was once an old German economy. You can still see that 😅. But it doesn't matter.

The atmosphere is absolutely authentic. Mega friendly host who can be described as “typically Italian”. Makes a lot of effort. To eat: The food is basically ok. Depending on your form on the day, it can vary between excellent and okay. If you would like to experience a little more authentic Italy, you would like to eat here. So I like the shop and Pino. Every now and then it's totally fine

Heute war ich wieder einmal zum Mittagessen bei "Da Pino". Das kleine Restaurant mit altmodischem, gemütlichem Ambiente ist ein Familienbetrieb mit sehr freundlichem Service. Das Essen, ein Nudelgericht, war wie immer gut. Es wird für jeden Gast frisch zubereitet. Sehr zu empfehlen, ich komme gerne wieder.

Auf der Website stand, dass sie liefern würden. Das Restaurant ist in Bonames, wir wohnen ebenfalls in Bonames und sie wollten nicht liefern. Wir mussten unser Essen also abholen gehen. Als wir dort waren, war keine Menschenseele da und wir wunderten uns, weshalb sie denn nicht liefern, wenn sie doch nichts zu tun haben. Das Essen ist viel zu gesalzen, man kann es kaum zu Mund nehmen. Wir zahlten 30€ für sowas? Das machen wir nicht mehr.

Der Service ist zumeist freundlich und bemüht. Das Ambiente ist nicht unbedingt meins, sieht alles ein bisschen verwahrlost aus und wirkt wie eine ungekonnte Hommage an die 80er. Das Essen ist sehr durchschnittlich und wenig inspiriert. Wobei dies auch zum Preis passt, der wirklich sehr günstig ist. Es wird häufig mit Convenience Produkten gearbeitet und die Speisen sind häufig zu wenig gewürzt und/oder viel zu fettig. Die Lage kann man positiv erwähnen. Wer günstig und zentral in Bonames essen möchte ist hier evtl. richtig.

Mit etwas Konkurrenz wächst ja manches Unternehmen über sich hinaus. Das könnte auch erklären, warum in der einzigen italienischen Pizzeria in Bonames so einiges im Argen liegt. Oft geht bei den Bestellungen etwas schief, so sind Mal die Extrawünsche zwischen den Pizzas vertauscht oder fehlen, der Teig ist verbrannt, oder das Dressing auf dem Salat wird vergessen. Und obwohl man sich irgendwie bemüht die italienische Gastfreundlichkeit zu feiern, wird auf Kritik irgendwo zwischen unwirsch und sauer reagiert. So wird aus einer Beschwerde am Telefon eine Diskussion, dass man doch etwas anderes bestellt hätte. Wenn dann der Lieferando-Beleg schließlich die harte Wahrheit spricht, wird man als Kunde auch noch kritisiert man hätte zu viele (übrigens kostenpflichtige) Extras geordert. Nach 2 1/2 Jahren der Diskussion möchten wir Da Pino nun von der offensichtlichen Last befreien, uns als Kunden zu haben. Wir selber verabschieden uns von all dem Ärger und regelmäßigen Rechtfertigungsdruck. Wir wünschen allen noch viel Erfolg, Gesundheit und vielleicht etwas mehr Gelassenheit

Ein „Italiener“,bei dem auch der Koch und das Personal „echte Italiener/innen“ sind! Die Portionen sind groß und sehr lecker. Freundlicher Service. 👍🏼

Wirklich leckere und frische Pizzen, Salate sind auch klasse!

Nettes und freundliches Personal. Typisches italienisches Essen. Besonders schmecken die unterschiedliche Sorten von Nudeln mit saisonalen Gemüsen.

Wir hatten Catering mit warmen und kaltem Essen plus Tiramisu für 17 Personen bestellt. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet und wie gewünscht geliefert. Das Essen war qualitativ hochwertig und schmeckte sehr gut. Unsere Gäste waren rundum begeistert. Freundlicher und kompetenter Familienbetrieb. Gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen!
