Don't order from Victor. He delivers incorrect orders. He doesn't listen to the customer at all. Orders generally arrive very late.

Our waitress was rude and very grumpy. No manners no warmth. We waited very very long for our food and it was the wrong pizza. She asked would we keep it instead of changing it. When she brought us correct pizza there was no apology. Very blunt and rude. Food was okay

So, all in all, I have to say I'm rather disappointed. The menu only offers pasta dishes and pizza. It has very little to do with Italian cuisine. As others have already mentioned, it's chain restaurants. Pizza doesn't need to be so big that it hangs over the edge of the plate and ends up on the table. Furthermore, there are only pasta dishes, which are reminiscent of the competition that also serves pizza and Thai food. Anyone looking for authentic, traditional cuisine will be disappointed. There are also no meat dishes. Things like schnitzel or fish dishes aren't on the menu. The prices are also rather high. I know it's Frankfurt, and on the Main River no less, but this is definitely too much. Even after a bill of around 500-600 euros, I would at least expect a coffee or a limoncelo. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case either. Therefore, I won't be going back to this chain. I understand that prices have increased, but this is ridiculous.

It's technically a chain, but there are differences. Strict age checks at the bar, and then for €10 you get a half-finger's worth of vodka and a can of Red Bull on the side. You can do better elsewhere.

The best pizza I've ever eaten is, in my opinion, from L'Osteria. I love pizza; it's the only dish I can eat all the time and never get tired of. I even make pizza myself, but L'Osteria, especially L'Osteria Westhafen Frankfurt, has the best pizza. Stay just the way you are ❤️ You're the best!

Beautiful view of the harbor, and Mahsun and Davide are the best. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful St. Nicholas' Day dinner, and their spirits were unbeatable. The food was simply top-notch, just as you'd expect from L'osteria. Highly recommended! 👍

We went to L'Osteria at the Westhafen for lunch with colleagues (11 people). The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was served quickly. The pizzas were gigantic (seemingly 20 cm over the edge of the plate) and delicious, and the pasta (a good-sized portion) was also very tasty.

I'm in Frankfurt regularly for work and I love going to L'Osteria! The food is ALWAYS excellent, and the service is simply priceless every single time. A huge compliment to the staff! The portions are quite generous for me, so I always take the leftovers home. Even today, they packed the pasta in a container and a pretty bag. Great background music, it's always lively, and yet I've always managed to find a table! Highly recommended. Thank you!

I usually have good experiences at this Osteria, but this visit was disappointing. I understand weekends can be very busy, so we expected some delays in service. However, the issue was that our food didn't arrive at the same time. One person's dish came first, the second pizza arrived 25 minutes later, and the third dish came about 10 minutes after that. We also ordered wine, but the bottles were simply left on the table without being served. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience this time. That being said, the pizza was delicious as always.

Hello, We're sitting here again today, and we had the pleasure of eating here about a year ago. Back then, we had pasta and pizza, and both were fantastic. We still rave about it. Takeout was also handled so efficiently that nothing went to waste. The staff were always friendly, too. Then as now! We were seated without a reservation and the atmosphere seemed nice, however it felt quite loud inside (maybe because the restaurant was busy). We had our order taken quickly and food arrived very soon after (even before our drinks came). Unfortunately the food wasn’t great - the risotto we ordered was undercooked and gritty, both meals seemed as if they were already sat in the kitchen for a while. Service was slow, after we got our food it took ages to get the waiters attention so we just ate our meals anyway. Overall quite disappointed.

Many people order leftovers to go. Reservations are recommended. The house wines are tasty. Unfortunately, there are no fine digestifs; they only served simple ones to round things off. Reservations are recommended. The last time I was there, my stay was limited to 90 minutes. I can't understand why so many guests paid between €0 and €20. My pizza already cost €18. Then there were the drinks and the tip. The service was very polite and attentive, and it deserved a good tip.
