L'Osteria in Frankfurt am Main

The manager and the staff were very bad from the start to the finish of the dinner. At first the manager tried to tell us to leave when we waited in line, because they were full, but there were many empty tables outside. When i told her we could have two separate tables she almost got angry and said Okay go ahead and sit down. When we ordered the food, they <> to bring us 2 of 3 dishes, so we had to ask them where the other 2 was? And when they brought them out, one of the waiters said you can have them on the house, but we still had to pay for them. The other waiter told her to give us free desserts i think but she told us the dishes would be free… but anyway when they brought out the 2 other dishes they were not cooked enough and they were ice cold. So it feels like they did it on purpose. HORRIBLE experience. HORRIBLE staff. And the food was not good. If you are in this mall, you should go eat somewhere Else, maybe go to fast food shops instead!

Die gewünschten Speisen waren nicht verfügbar. Die Vorspeise wurde nach der Hauptspeise serviert. Der Kellner war überrascht, dass wir sie dann nicht mehr wollten. Die Annahme des noch 2 Jahre gültigen Gutscheins wurde verweigert, da sich von der Solaris Bank getrennt hat. VORSICHT mit Geschenkgutscheinen dieses Hauses. Ansonsten schöner Blick auf den Main und ganz hübsches Ambiente.

Wir hatten aufgrund der starken Frequentierung angenommen, hier gute und authentische italienische Kost serviert zu bekommen. Leider war dem nicht so: Die Bruschette aufgeweicht, der Salat ertränkt, und anstelle der bestellten Gnocchi kamen Pacchere Begründung: Gnocchi sind aus! - so etwas muss man dem Gast bitteschön mitteilen, BEVOR das Essen serviert wird! Ich kann leider nur empfehlen, ein anderes Restaurant aufzusuchen.

The food was delicious, and the menu offered a wide variety. The decor and music made us feel very comfortable. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, allowing us to unwind from the stress of shopping. Highly recommended 👍🏼

The atmosphere and decor of this restaurant are outstanding. Its authentic ambiance draws guests in, which ultimately leads them to choose this one from all the various options at Foodtopia. The prices are unbeatable, making it definitely worth it. The menu is also very extensive. All in all, a highly recommended restaurant for your stomach, your Instagram story, and your wallet.

You can rely on L'Osteria even on public holidays. With some vegetarian and vegan options, they are now keeping up with the times and so there is something delicious for everyone to choose from. What was particularly noteworthy today was the perfect service. At this point, thanks to Helen! ☺️ Super attentive, friendly, great energy, perfect customer contact. You really can't do it any better. You can only get this level in a star restaurant, if at all.

Lovely place with an amazing view and nice atmosphere💖 not each L’Osteria I would recommend (for example, the one in Regensburg is with the worst service ever!). But this one is wonderful: located on the river shore, with a lovely cosy terrace, with beautiful green plants, olive and lemon trees🌳🍋 The staff is super friendly and client-oriented.🥰 The food was served in 5 minutes!🔥🔥🔥

A very nice L'Osteria, as you would expect from the chain. The pizza was very good and the atmosphere is very cozy, inviting and also modern. Highly recommended, especially for spontaneous dates/meetings! Happy to come back!

I love their pasta with seafood, just for it, I return to this place again and again, I like the pizza here less, so it turns out that I only order my favorite pasta, but it’s worth it despite the price, the service is often fast and good (depending on the number of people) in general, the place is one of my favorites

Food was delicious. But the service was very bad. Not rude, but putting packaging on the table so you can pack your own pizza is not acceptable. Not in a restaurant where you pay up to €20 for a pizza. In addition, the items had already been cleared and collected, even though not everyone had finished eating yet. Then didn't even say goodbye.

Pizza was good. But I just think the 10% minimum tip option when paying by card is cheeky. Find this behavior impossible. I'm happy to give 10% if the service was good but it's definitely not the minimum but rather the maximum.

The conditions were substandard. Eating the wrong food takes a long time.

I'd like to start with a positive aspect. The food was delicious, as is typical of the Losteria chain. However, our dishes were warm, not hot. The ambiance is also very pleasant. Unfortunately, this is greatly spoiled by the fact that the lights were dimmed throughout the restaurant while we were eating. The opening hours are stated until midnight. At 11:21 p.m., we were asked to pay while we were eating. There were three other tables occupied with us. Our request to wait until we had at least finished our dinner was met with no understanding. The waiter who served us adopted a very unpleasant and persistently arrogant tone and denied our request. Not to mention that the table, decorations, etc., were cleared, of course, even while we were eating. After the payment was taken, the waiter was no longer visible, and we had to loudly call for attention to be "packed" by another server. We were only brought pizza packages to our table. As we left, all the waiters were friendly in their farewells. Our actual waiter walked right past us without saying a word. The food was okay. The service was terrible.

The L'Osteria near Westhafen has something of a huge train station hall, but it is divided into many small corners. The food is tasty. The huge pizzas on a wonderful thin dough are delicious, well topped and actually inexpensive! I only give three points for the pasta with crayfish - although the crayfish was the reason for ordering the dish - because instead of crayfish there were only regular shrimp among the noodles.

This place deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️. We went by chance on the first evening during our stay. Everything was perfect. Value for money 👍 Welcoming and caring staff. Top notch cuisine. 👌 I recommend

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of the visit is “loud” and way too loud. In addition, the tables are really small and the pizza is way too big. But the food and service were great.

We ate at L’Osteria at Westhafen and were overall very satisfied. The food was delicious and, as usual, of good quality - the portions were large and tasted great. But what really made the visit special was the service: several waiters were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which is unfortunately no longer a given these days. A very special compliment goes to our waiter Kristyan, who really brightened our evening with his friendly, warm manner and attentive service. You could tell that he enjoyed his job - that made the whole stay better. Many thanks to the entire team – we would love to come back!

Gabriel Best man! We hadn't been there for a long time because the service was catastrophic and extremely unfriendly, we always waited for hours until someone came, endless hectic. Our family and friends also had the same experiences and that's why we stopped gathering here. That's why we were very pleasantly surprised when Gabriel served us! Even though it was Saturday, he did everything in no time - like a machine & very attentive and super sweet and friendly!!! Now we will definitely come back more often and tell the story in our circle. 👍🏼 Great!!!

Solid system catering, i.e. the food is good and you can somehow rely on what you get at every L'Osteria. The pasta was well made, al dente and the sauce wasn't too heavy. The service was attentive and friendly and everything worked well despite the busy lunch time.

The location is really beautifully done. The food (pizza) was also good, although expensive in Frankfurt. However, the service left a lot to be desired... rude and unfriendly (e.g. when taking an order they always said "continue" for the next order... no nice nuances). Then it sometimes took forever to get the drinks. Serving was also impossible... it was served across the table, even though there was enough space around it. It was passed right in front of someone else's face etc.....not recommended!!

One of my favourite restaurants We’ve visited multiple branches but the one on the Main is top. Service, food, vibe and location are all perfect….especially in the summer. Last time we went our server Gabriel was amazing and really patient with our big group.

Restaurants iç dizaynı güzel ve şık. Bahçesi de var fakat biz akşam yemeği için gittik. Soğuk bir havaydı. Bahçe kapalıydı. Servis çok hızlıydı. 4 farklı pizza siparişi verdik. (Quattro formaggi-Margherita- Funghi freschi ve BBQ chicken) Pizzalar ince hamurdan yapılmış ama çok büyüktü. İki kişi bir pizza yiyebilir. Lezzet olarak orta sınıf. Aynı fiyata daha lezzetli pizzalar butik restoranlarda yiyebilirsiniz.

I was recently at L’Osteria and was lucky enough to be served by Yaren – just great! Super friendly and super attentive. Even though there was a lot going on, she took her time and organized everything perfectly. The food was also really tasty, the pizza was huge and super fresh. All in all a really good evening – thanks Yaren! Definitely come back.

L’Osteria in Frankfurt is absolutely recommended! The huge pizzas with a crispy base and fresh ingredients are a highlight, and the pasta dishes also impress with their authentic taste. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The service is friendly and attentive, even when the house is full you get your food quickly. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and portion size. If you love Italian food, you shouldn't miss a visit here. I'll definitely be back!

Food has been very delicious, both appetizer (burrata) and main course (spaghetti bolognese house made). Service excellent - fast delivery, attentive to requests. Only a bit loud in the restaurant, but acceptable.

L'Osteria is a system restaurant for Italian cuisine. The quality of the food and service varies from location to location. The ambience is always great, very well maintained and clean. L'Osteria in Frankfurt/Main does it quite well. The Capricciosa pizza was medium warm when it came to the table and had probably been under the lamp for a while. The service responded to my complaint in a bad mood, but then offered to make improvements. It wasn't a great match for everyone involved...

The waiter named Gabriel was awesome! Simply nice, friendly and attentive! He paid attention to everything, i.e. if bread was missing, he was there immediately and refilled it without us saying anything❤️. Simply the best waiter you've ever seen!!!

The food was of the usual L'Osteria quality, but the service was disappointing. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to pay, despite asking multiple times. The cashier referred us back to our waiter. In addition, the staff seemed dissatisfied and some tables outside remained untidy even though they were free. The overall atmosphere was mediocre.

Wow, probably the fastest service I live. We only had to wait a few minutes for our food. The service is absolutely on point, always friendly and professional. That's how it should be. The atmosphere is up to date, clean and very cozy. Unfortunately the store is sometimes quite tight. Pizza is delicious and very big. Actually, it's an exaggeration, since almost no one eats the whole pizza and so a lot of food is thrown away. Too bad. Our cola was slightly less carbonated. Whatever... I'd love to come back.

Offers a very beautiful setting, especially in the outdoor area and directly opposite the West Tower. It is beautifully located directly at the Westhafen am Main. The menu offers a wide selection. In summer I recommend pre-registration, especially for the heavily frequented outdoor area.

Everything was great, the food was very good, the staff was friendly. The only thing that wasn't so great was that the waitress decided the tip herself in the end.
