I really can't recommend this lousy juice shop to anyone, with a pizza you expect a pizza and not 200g pizza and half a kilo of salad

The food tasted very good, the meat was fried crispy, in my opinion, the salad dressing was exactly my taste, completely satisfied. The service was also very nice and not intrusive, friendly demeanor. The ambience inside and outside is tastefully decorated

We spontaneously dined here on a Sunday evening. It was quite busy, but our order, both drinks and food, were brought quickly. The service was quick and friendly. Pizza is very thin, very very big and crispy, very tasty. However, there is a deduction in the B grade because the coating is rather low. Or to put it another way, the pizza clearly stands out the edge of the plate - the topping would probably not look so lost on a smaller pizza. We were able to take the leftovers with us without any problem and pizza boxes were provided. Prices are OK for Frankfurt, right on the banks of the Main.

Found on our last night, fantastic restaurant. Good menu, helpful staff. Multilingual. Food was very tasty, good portions. Price was good. Set next to the river. Quiet location. Family friendly

But if the pizza is so large that it sticks out of the plate and touches the table, than it would have been nice to have a clean table, or a clean paper cover. Only eat the middle part of it. Incredibly large number of staff, no one feels responsible - prices are relatively high for unfortunately absolutely not Italian food. We ordered a salad and a pizza. The salad came noticeably quickly, the pizza after about 30 minutes - unfortunately it was impossible to eat together. Unfortunately, the shine of the chain is gone.

Staff friendly. Very small room, mini bathroom with transparent glass door. Air conditioner. Quite loud at night even with the windows closed. Okay for one night.

All in all very, very nice. The only negative thing is the lack of parking.

The saddest and most tasteless carbonara I ever ate. I'm pretty sure there was cream in there and not one gram of pecorino. The staff was kind and unrstood my disappointment when I told them the pasta was far from a carbonara. The pizzas at the other tables looked quite big, I can't tell if they were good.

I used to often go to this restaurant with colleagues, but I have to admit that the prices have risen a lot recently (19 euros for a regular pizza seems excessive to me). Plus, the wait times are always endless, whether you eat in or get takeaway. You can't always wait an hour for a takeaway pizza. The quality of the pizza has also deteriorated. Also, it is billed as an Italian restaurant, but neither the food nor the staff are truly Italian. Unfortunately I don't recommend this place for pizza.

The customer service on very poor level, 5 waiters outside smoking cigarette and customers waiting for being seated. Inside quite dirty. Finally we left. We love Losteria and going frequently in each city but here the way they treated us I never experienced!

Were there today!! Ordered pizza salsicca and it came without salcicca and with pepperoni salami? As an Italian, I can only say it's a shame if you write salcicca on the menu then you should get one with salcicca. For the quality of food, drink and service it is far too expensive. Service wasn't nice either. Never very disappointing again. You can also burn your money there. Bad bad bad bad. And pizza doesn't taste anything like a real Italian restaurant. I tried a small piece.🤮Sorry

The atmosphere is very nice and specious with good music.. the waiters were friendly and polite and the food was tasty but there was no salt in the orecchiette with manzo! Pizza are very large with a thing dough and crispy edges !! An overall nice experience so will definitely go back :)

The huge pizzas are delicious, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. The red wine was much too warm instead of the usual 16-18C. Despite the restaurant being pretty empty, we had to wait a long time for the pizzas, but the waiter wanted to cash in at 10:15 p.m. From 10:30 p.m. the chairs were put up around us with loud banging. A nice atmosphere is something different.

Very unfriendly staff. Hygiene seems to be a foreign word. Food is ok but nothing more. Not recommendable. Pizzeria Napoli is also in the Zeil, where it tastes incredibly good and the staff is friendly.

Huge pizza, almost too big for one person. First the wrong pizza was served. The macaroni was very tasty. The side salad we ordered was ignored by the service. The 2nd beer only came after the 2nd request. Maybe there was too much activity. As an apology, we got dessert on the house.

Disappointing service despite good food We ate today as a group of six people at L'Osteria in Frankfurt and unfortunately went home disappointed. Although we were really looking forward to the evening and had reserved a table several weeks in advance, our overall visit was disappointing. As wealthy guests who eat together once a month, we appreciate good service. Unfortunately we didn't feel welcome from the start. The service left a lot to be desired: We were treated unfriendly several times and had the impression that we were not valued as guests. What struck us particularly negatively was the lack of attention from the staff. Despite the summer heat, we had to ask four different employees to order something to drink and also request the bill at the same time. Ultimately, we only received a bottle of water after the fourth request, which of course was insufficient for six thirsty people. It was also 9:00 p.m. at the time, and although Google says it's open until 11:00 p.m., we were informed that it was about to be the last round as the terrace was closing. We understood that and wanted to order the bottle of water and the bill straight away. Unfortunately, we were still put off. When we collected the money, no one said thank you or said goodbye. We would like to highlight the food positively – both the main course and starter were very good. However, we skipped dessert because we just wanted to leave. Our conclusion: Despite the good cuisine, we will not be coming back. The service overall was disappointing and we didn't feel like the staff made any effort for us. With a bill of €284 (which could have been even higher with drinks and dessert) we expect appropriate service. There seemed to be a lack of team cohesion and communication and it seemed that staff were not enthusiastic about their work. We hope that the service will improve in the future so that other guests can have a better experience.

As soon as I entered this hospitable house, I was immediately assigned a little place that was not insignificantly charming. Nele, the lady I'm talking about here, approached me with such benevolence that my heart opened. She handed me the table of food politely and courteously, as if she were a well-practiced master of her craft. I immediately ordered a pizza that was widely praised, and truly, what was served exceeded all expectations. The pizza was of excellent quality, well topped and expertly baked, making it a real treat for the palate. Nele, the lovely maid, performed her duties with a grace and agility that made many other servants green with envy. The wine she served me was also of exquisite taste and was served with such grace that I could not help but greatly appreciate her hard work and kindness. She was always there when my cup threatened to empty, and no wish remained unfulfilled. So I want to praise this house and the lovely Nele in the highest tones. Anyone looking for good food and exquisite service should head to L'Osteria and enjoy the artistry of Damsel Nele. A visit that is truly unparalleled and will be fondly remembered for a long time.

The food was very tasty. Our waitress (Nele) was super nice and we would love to come back. We hope to be served by her again next time :)

"Home pizzeria" from the office. Not cheap, but good.

Absolutely not recommended, as you as a guest are not taken into account despite the low occupancy. After half an hour of ignorance we left. Service -5 or in plain English: a bottomless impudence. A wannabe fancy store with unmotivated employees. 1 star because the chairs were at least comfortable.

We had a great evening with customers and can only recommend it. Good food and very nice service on site. The small drawback was the long queue, despite a reservation.

I ate here during a conference. I can recommend the food, you really get something solid here and the portions are very generous (in relation to the pizza). I had the pizza Funghi (for around €15) and it tasted good. I have to say that I can't understand some people's criticism here that they supposedly saved on ingredients. A good pizza is never overloaded and the dough must be thin and crispy, but if you have no idea (and no taste) you can criticize this and give the Osteria a worse rating. The only criticism I had about the pizza is that I found it relatively lightly seasoned, but that was just my subjective feeling. All in all, I can recommend this restaurant.

Food is good when you are served. I've been here several times and unfortunately the staff is sometimes completely overwhelmed. Coordination of processes simply doesn't work.

Unfortunately the pasta is a baby portion. The pizzas are great as always. The waiters need to be more attentive with the drinks, otherwise everything is ok.

Huge pizza as expected - this time there was also dessert - tiramisu and panda cotta. Everything was super tasty and a wonderful shady spot on the Main.

We had pasta here on Tuesday night and it was too wet to sit outside but we were delighted to get a table for two without a reservation as it seemed very busy. I found it a little noisy but couldn't be helped. The person that served us had short blonde hair and seemed to be everywhere, seating guests, taking orders, bringing drinks, clearing tables, collecting payments and helping other staff. She worked hard and was kind enough to offer us an English menu which was helpful. We had spaghetti ragu bolognaise and macaroni Gorgonzola, both delicious. My brother would have liked thicker sauce to be more like our beloved Mac and cheese. The tiramisu was also good.

Food was quite good. We both got pasta. Service and atmosphere was really terrible. Halfway through our meal a member of staff started shouting and swearing at other staff in the kitchen (which is completely open to the restaurant). Made a lot of sense that all the staff seemed stressed and busy even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all if that's how their staff is treated. After mains we were both looking for dessert but were never offered a menu and when we asked the waiter said he'd tell the waiter in our section. After 15 minutes of waiting we just paid and left.

A very nice atmosphere with a pleasant ambience. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The prices are ok. The pizzas are real cartwheels! Delicious! And don't worry: the staff will be happy to pack up what you can't manage. I will definitely come here again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

The manager/person in charge of the branch whose name starts with P was very rude. He saw us and served a group behind us first, even though we were there before the group. I pointed it out to him and asked where we could sit. He then said, and I quote, "You can go again" in a very inappropriate and inappropriate tone. Such behavior towards guests is unacceptable, unprofessional and unwelcoming. I will never go there again.

A peaceful environment close to the river with indoor and outdoor seating. The waiters are friendly, helpful and the service comes quickly enough. Many dishes on the menu are very delicious. Especially their pizzas are great and come very big. The dough is thin and perfect. Even if two people share a pizza, they will be satisfied. If necessary, choose one half of a pizza and the other half differently, they usually accept to cook it that way. If you choose a starter appetizer, you will be satisfied. Garlic spaghetti is also great. A must visit restaurant in Frankfurt.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff, especially the waiters Dijego and Nele, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. You felt welcome from the first moment. The food was excellent - fresh, tasty and prepared with a lot of love. I highly recommend this place and look forward to my next visit!

It is a very large restaurant with many guests. The waiters are trying hard but the large number of guests... It has nothing to do with the Italian restaurant around the corner. The size of the pizza is way too big for ME and especially that it hangs over the plate like that. Sometimes less is more.

We were 3 people (1 dish per person), the first dish came fast, the second dish came after the first was completely cold and the last dish arrived 40 minutes after ordering. When we addressed this with the manager, tall Caucasian German looking bearded man in his late twenties early thirties, his response was dismissive and unhelpful, not only was he rude he also started laughing and mocking us, further worsening the experience.

Google says they close at 11pm. Showed up at 10pm and they wouldn’t serve us.

The three of us had arranged to meet for dinner. When my friends got their food I had to wait another 30 minutes for my pizza. The waitress with short blonde hair and piercings was very unfriendly from the start and in my opinion is wrong at her job. Several times I had to wave at her and call her to our table because she was trying to avoid our table. My friend vomited very hard after eating. No idea what was bad in the food but it was anything but “Losteria” and more of a fast food restaurant. After we asked the manager, our colleagues had no idea who we should contact. How can something like that be? Every establishment/restaurant must have a shift supervisor (manager) who can be contacted at all times. Then we were told to contact the colleague in the blue shirt. When we complained about the employee he just laughed and turned around. I definitely do not recommend this "restaurant" or rather this Italian McDonnalds.

Unbelievably huge pizzas! I’ve never had a single pizza that big - they can easily feed two hungry adults. Besides that, the food and service quality were excellent. Our waiter was very friendly and bilingual.

Wir haben die Pizzeria Abends besucht ( 9 Personen).Das konzept scheint zu funktionieren. Pizzas sind größer als der Teller, was ein No-Go ist, aber den Leuten scheint dies zu gefallen. Unsere Pizza hatte auf jeden Fall ein Loch da die den Teig zu dünn ausrollen, damit die Pizza natürlich groß aussieht, knusprig gebacken war diese auch nicht, und der Käse ist definitiv nicht Mozarella gewesen. Emmentaler wohl eher. Wer hier eine Original Italienische Pizza Essen will, ist fehl am Platz. Aber wie gesagt, der Laden läuft.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, der Salat den ich hatte war wirklich sehr gut, die Bedienung hat sogar extra ein bestimmtes Dressing zu uns an dem Tisch gebracht um es zu probieren, falls wir dieses zu unserem Salat wollten anstatt das von der Karte.

Our club goes every 2nd or 4th. and possibly the 5th Monday of the month here with around 8 guests for a follow-up session. Sometimes it is very crowded. This was also the case on June 10th, but even without a reservation we got a table for all of us within 5 minutes. Thanks!

Stopped in at L’Osteria after a day spent walking the river. The Hawaiian pizza was excellent, slices were huge. Staff was like a well oiled machine and overall I enjoyed my experience.
