We at Retrack went to Alitalia for dinner again yesterday, May 2nd. It was again fantastic and a culinary delight!!! When we discovered the date on the wallpaper, May 2nd and then Thursday, the evening was perfect! The team didn't miss a beat and gave us attentive guests a round of grappa! A great restaurant team, keep it up! We'd love to come back!

We were there a few days ago with 8 people and a child. First the waitress came to the child and simply touched and tickled him without asking, which is something you don't just do. She was very pushy. But the highlight was that two people just wanted bruschetta as a starter and the condition was that they would make us something for everyone. In the end we got two antipasti plates with bruschetta, which we didn't want at all and had to pay €50 per plate plus an extra €17 for bruschetta, which was a complete impudence to charge €140 for a starter for 8 people. When we asked the lady about it after paying, she just said that someone had said that we wanted the antipasti plate special. The word special wasn't even mentioned that evening. So if you go there you should be careful what you order, because you will quickly be sold something you don't want and end up having to pay a lot of money, just a rip off and a scam. Nevertheless, the food was very tasty and the rest of the staff were also very nice and attentive, but unfortunately they had nothing to report in the end.

Food is mostly okay. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed at the last private buffet, as it was somehow unusually cheaply made. The place itself gets very loud when it's full. This is a bit inconvenient for conversations. But you can definitely eat here.

Even better than the food was the absolutely outstanding service! The employees really read your every wish and do their job with pure joy. This is transferred seamlessly to the ambience and you just feel very comfortable with delicious food and refreshing drinks! Thanks!

Delicious food and friendly service that is not stressed or stiff and is also up for fun. Drinks could be looked at/asked for more often. It was a bit annoying that we were there with a larger group and the last ones only received their food when the first of us had already finished. The food itself was very tasty. The ambience is nice and modern. However, it is a bit noisy and louder. A few sound-absorbing or dampening elements would be good. Nevertheless, a visit is recommended.

A great restaurant with delicious Italian food. Even though we were there very late, hot food wasn't a problem. There was a lot of service staff there, so there weren't long waiting times. The atmosphere was upscale and stylish, although if it's very busy it will probably be a bit loud and echoey.

We came across the restaurant by chance during our visit to HH and were so impressed that we went back the next evening. Whether starters, pasta, pizza, meat or dessert, everything is very tasty and worth its price. The staff are very attentive and very friendly. Questions are answered and even when it's full and really hectic, someone is always looking after the guest. Our special recommendation is the pannacotta with strawberry sauce and the spaghetti carbonara.

The service is friendly and attentive. This is our third time here. The restaurant is busy in the evenings, so reservations are better. This time we ordered spagetti Bolognese, a classic at the Italian restaurant. A big disappointment. Spaghetti overcooked, minced meat sauce with a lot of water, tasteless, gray. Maybe thawed? The Averna on the house doesn't help either.

Went there for dinner during our visit to Hamburg. Nice restaurant, nice ambience, friendly staff. We ate tortellini alla panna and pizza with spinach and gorgonzola there. Both were very tasty and plentiful. Priced within normal limits.

Went here spontaneously as a family with two small children. We were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner and a high chair was immediately brought to the table. Our children were welcomed again and fooled around with them a little:) we immediately felt at home. The food was super tasty and ready really quickly. Great with two hungry children. The only point of criticism: unfortunately the restaurant doesn't deliver 200km away: D Price-performance was great! The four of us didn't pay €80 for dessert and a round of drinks. For the kids, the portion of pasta was divided into two plates without having to ask and we could choose whether spaghetti or penne. So really a great restaurant with excellent service! If you're reading this: we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Hamburg (the princess who ate all the pasta and the little one with his teddy bear:) )

Really good food - a bit expensive That evening we had made a reservation at the hotel... unfortunately the hotel didn't know anything about it, despite confirmation - bad for us, good for Alitalia. Located somewhat hidden, I suspect in an office district, as all the other locations were small and closed. The staff was VERY friendly, numerous and quick - the service was really accommodating. However, given the size of the restaurant, it is necessary as there are a lot of seats. So we were warmly welcomed, even without a reservation, despite a spontaneous visit without registering - thank you for that! Immediately after ordering, the drinks came to the table, the appetizer followed immediately (bruschetta) was very tasty and was uncomplicatedly expanded from 3 to 4 slices (since we are 2 adults and 2 children - for an additional charge). We had barely finished the bruschetta and bread before the main course came to the table. All dishes were very well prepared and tasty. The prices are not entirely cheap (Pizza Margherita 13 euros), but that seems to be the case throughout Hamburg, as we found out in the following days. So for 2 adults, my daughter had salad, my son just snacked, we paid over 100 euros (excluding tip). All in all, the food and service were very good - even if the prices were a bit high. An diesem Abend hatten wir im Hotel reserviert ... leider wusste man davon im Hotel nichts, trotz Bestätigung - schlecht für uns, gut für Alitalia. Etwas versteckt gelegen, ich vermute in einem Büroviertel, da alle anderen Lokalitäten klein und geschlossen waren. Das Personal war SEHR freundlich, zahlreich und flott - der Service also wirklich zuvorkommend. Bei der Größe des Restaurants allerdings auch erforderlich, es sind wirklich viele Plätze vorhanden. So wurden wir, auch ohne Reservierung, trotz spontanen Besuches ohne Anmeldung, herzlich empfangen. Unmittelbar nach der Bestellung kamen die Getränke an den Tisch, die Vorspeise folgte auf dem Fuße (Bruschetta) war sehr lecker und wurde unproplematisch von 3 auf 4 Scheiben (da wir 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder sind - gegen Aufpreis) erweitert. Wir hatten Bruschetta und Brot kaum geleert, dann kam schon die Hauptspeise an den Tisch. Alle Speisen waren sehr gut zubereitet und schmackhaft. Die Preise sind nicht ganz ohne (Pizza Margherita 13,- Euro), das scheint aber in ganz Hamburg so zu sein, das haben wir in den folgenden Tagen feststellen müssen. So haben wir für 2 Erwachsene, meine Tochter hatte Salat, mein Sohn hat nur genascht, über 100,- Euro gezahlt (exkl. Trinkgeld). Alles in Allem, war das Essen und der Service sehr gut - auch wenn die Preise etwas hoch sind. Vielen Dank für den netten Abend!

Went there after a musical with our tired daughter to have a quick pizza and pasta (and I had meat medallions in Gorgonzola sauce) on the way home. First impression based on a picture of the restaurant suggested a hall in which we would have expected a corresponding volume. Instead, although it was >80% occupied, it was very quiet in the restaurant, which must have been due to the sound-absorbing ceiling. The waitress responded very well to our daughter and immediately gained trust. And then everything happened very quickly. Less than 10 minutes after ordering, the food was there and when we wanted to pay, it was very quick. Conclusion: It is much quieter than the room would suggest, a very professional, friendly, courteous and fast service. I haven't even mentioned the food: it was delicious and the prices were reasonable! Bon appetit!

Lunch in a canteen atmosphere: All in all, not a revelation, but a solid “three”. Maybe even better for Hammerbrook conditions. The selection of suitable locations in the neighborhood isn't that good. Personally, it was too crowded, too crowded, too crowded, but the food was okay. The service was quick and professional friendly. The menu/weekly menu is varied and should offer something to suit most tastes. You can go there if you want to have lunch in Hammerbrook, but otherwise it wouldn't be worth the trip to me.

Despite arriving late, we were assigned the reserved table. Very courteous and fast service. Pizza of super delicious quality and the tiramisu is simply a dream. Since we were pressed for time, all of our wishes were fulfilled very quickly and early payment was also no problem.

Man muss schon laut sprechen, um den Gegenüber zu verstehen, was die Nachbarn am Tisch nebenan theoretisch mitbekommen würden. Sie sind aber mit ihren eigenen lauten Gesprächen beschäftigt. Wer einen romantischen Abend zu Zweit plant, sollte dies bedenken. Für große Runden ist diese „Gewusel“ goldrichtig und ansteckend.
