Very tasty food, great staff. We loved it and recommend it.

Good service, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. Finished salad and finished pizza dough bases.

Very unfriendly staff, you want to order in Italian and the answer is "...we are here in Germany, we speak German here..." I would say a fake Italian. Too bad!

Good Italian restaurant with delicious dishes. The map is good and not too big, but just right. The only small "disadvantage" is that it is quite loud when the restaurant is full. But that doesn't detract from the food.

We were here spontaneously as visitors to Hamburg. Food was really strong, (the Gorgonzola pizza made it into my wife's hall of fame) Service was friendly, quick and discreet, we felt very comfortable. Gladly again.. noms noms noms

Excellent Italian restaurant in the city of Hamburg, Germany, a tip for those who like pasta, lasagna is excellent at around 16 Euros, there are typical dishes also with meat, vegetables, seafood but I found it a bit more expensive at around 40 Euros each, in the but it's a great family restaurant

The food has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. Pizza with canned figs, indefinable fish with spaghetti drowned in sauce that tasted of truffle oil, bad bread, oversalted penne, etc.

Moin Folks, ab und an geht man vorbei und dann wochenlang und plötzlich knurrt der Magen und spontan ab durch und dann her oder um die Schranke und rein ins Restaurant, der Empfang sehr charmant und freundlich 👍 Hübschen Tisch, Karte und Mittagsmenü, Suppe und …….., Wasser, doppelter Espresso und auch zeitlich sehr flott, eben Mittagstisch und Mittagspause. Beifolgende Bilder sagen etwas, viel Spaß und guten Appetit.

We went to the restaurant with a lot of luggage because we were in transit. We were given a place for two, a little apart so that our luggage wouldn't bother anyone. We told the waiter that we would like to share a pizza. This wish was carried out excellently. To our surprise, the pizza arrived, halved on two plates. The quality of the pizza was excellent. Thin base, crisp edge and really well topped. The Ristorante is very busy at lunchtime and you can still have a conversation with the person across from you at a normal volume. Very pleasant.

A great restaurant with tasty food. The waiters are always very friendly and attentive. The order is taken quickly and served quickly without it seeming hectic. The food is always delicious no matter what dish you choose. If you want to have a delicious meal in a great atmosphere, this is the place for you.

We ended up here spontaneously because it was the closest Italian restaurant. Staff very attentive, friendly. Pizzas are a 1 with ☆. The price is right for me in Hamburg. I can simply recommend it.

We had lunch with two small children (1 and 2 years). A super child-friendly team. It was offered to serve the pasta dishes in smaller portions for the little ones. Children's chairs were available. We would love to come back.

Great neighborhood Italian with a really good wine selection and very good pizza and pasta. The antipasti were really, really good! There are also great fish dishes like sea bream royale. The service was warm and you felt very comfortable.

We were here with nine people and everyone was thrilled. The pizza tastes delicious, as does the pasta. The service was very friendly and “on point”. We would come back at any time and definitely recommend the restaurant :-)

We had a Christmas party here some time ago, but I had neglected to leave a review until now. All participants were enthusiastic about both the food and the atmosphere. This restaurant is also recommended for larger groups and is on my list at the next opportunity to visit again with a smaller group.

Excellent menu, in the top 5 pizzas we have eaten in our life. We came for dinner after the EURO 2024 match, it was crowded, but the waiters were patient and at a top level. If I'm ever passing through again, I'm definitely coming!

A little secret place. It seems to be a place where colleagues meet for dinner after work. There were a few families. Everyone is certainly welcome. They make some really good pizzas. We added some meat to our pizzas and it was no problem at all. So can highly recommend this place

The food was very good. The female waitress - such a red-headed complainer - definitely needs to work on her demeanor towards her customers. It's an imposition to have to endure this woman in service. The ambience should be worked on to make the room appear smaller

I was there alone on Saturday evening. There were still relatively few guests present. The service staff seemed uncoordinated (one took the drink order, another brought the drink, a third took the food order) but was very friendly. The food (a pasta dish) was with me in less than 5 minutes after ordering (however that was achieved). I'm used to better taste and consistency of the pasta from an Italian restaurant. My note about this to the waiter when paying was only noted.

Antipasti plate was super delicious! Very tasty for your little hunger or as an appetizer!

Moin Folks, es ist nach wie vor, Stammgäste werden sehr bevorzugt behandelt und Gäste, Kunden die abbinden am erscheinen etwas weniger, gleiches ist nicht gleich. Der Mittagstisch ist flott, jedoch der Service könnte a bissl aufmerksamer sein, dann würde ich die volle Punktzahl geben. Die Speisen sind in Ordnung, Preis/Leistung ist vollkommen gut, die volle Hütte beweist es tagtäglich und jetzt der große Flachbildschirm für die EM 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Gut gemacht, also von daher etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und es gibt beim nächsten Mal volle Punkte. I'm not a fan of Italian restaurants. I eat three pizzas a year and make spaghetti myself four times a year. Pasta and pizza are simply not my preferred foods. Yesterday I was at Alitalia for the first time (and definitely not the last). Great atmosphere, large, bright room, nice furnishings. I skimmed over the pasta and pizza dishes. The daily recommendation was sole, lamb, scampi and much more. I had the veal careee with spaghetti. Cooked to perfection, decent portion and great taste! I will definitely come back. Great service, delicious food, good ambience. Thanks

We were lucky and got a table without a reservation. The service was very nice and drinks and food were brought quickly. Pizzas well topped and the dough tastes great too. Starter platter, very good quality selection. After the bill we got a snap on the house, which we thought was very nice.

The pizza is highly recommended. Even with a salad for lunch. Very friendly service and nice location.

We at Retrack went to Alitalia for dinner again yesterday, May 2nd. It was again fantastic and a culinary delight!!! When we discovered the date on the wallpaper, May 2nd and then Thursday, the evening was perfect! The team didn't miss a beat and gave us attentive guests a round of grappa! A great restaurant team, keep it up! We'd love to come back!

We were there a few days ago with 8 people and a child. First the waitress came to the child and simply touched and tickled him without asking, which is something you don't just do. She was very pushy. But the highlight was that two people just wanted bruschetta as a starter and the condition was that they would make us something for everyone. In the end we got two antipasti plates with bruschetta, which we didn't want at all and had to pay €50 per plate plus an extra €17 for bruschetta, which was a complete impudence to charge €140 for a starter for 8 people. When we asked the lady about it after paying, she just said that someone had said that we wanted the antipasti plate special. The word special wasn't even mentioned that evening. So if you go there you should be careful what you order, because you will quickly be sold something you don't want and end up having to pay a lot of money, just a rip off and a scam. Nevertheless, the food was very tasty and the rest of the staff were also very nice and attentive, but unfortunately they had nothing to report in the end.

Food is mostly okay. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed at the last private buffet, as it was somehow unusually cheaply made. The place itself gets very loud when it's full. This is a bit inconvenient for conversations. But you can definitely eat here.

Even better than the food was the absolutely outstanding service! The employees really read your every wish and do their job with pure joy. This is transferred seamlessly to the ambience and you just feel very comfortable with delicious food and refreshing drinks! Thanks!

Delicious food and friendly service that is not stressed or stiff and is also up for fun. Drinks could be looked at/asked for more often. It was a bit annoying that we were there with a larger group and the last ones only received their food when the first of us had already finished. The food itself was very tasty. The ambience is nice and modern. However, it is a bit noisy and louder. A few sound-absorbing or dampening elements would be good. Nevertheless, a visit is recommended.

A great restaurant with delicious Italian food. Even though we were there very late, hot food wasn't a problem. There was a lot of service staff there, so there weren't long waiting times. The atmosphere was upscale and stylish, although if it's very busy it will probably be a bit loud and echoey.

We came across the restaurant by chance during our visit to HH and were so impressed that we went back the next evening. Whether starters, pasta, pizza, meat or dessert, everything is very tasty and worth its price. The staff are very attentive and very friendly. Questions are answered and even when it's full and really hectic, someone is always looking after the guest. Our special recommendation is the pannacotta with strawberry sauce and the spaghetti carbonara.

Fantastic restaurant. We have visited 3 times during our trip from England. My father loved it too - the staff were so patient and friendly particularly the man who told us he was an apprentice! Thanks for making us so welcome and we loved our experience

The service is friendly and attentive. This is our third time here. The restaurant is busy in the evenings, so reservations are better. This time we ordered spagetti Bolognese, a classic at the Italian restaurant. A big disappointment. Spaghetti overcooked, minced meat sauce with a lot of water, tasteless, gray. Maybe thawed? The Averna on the house doesn't help either.

Went there for dinner during our visit to Hamburg. Nice restaurant, nice ambience, friendly staff. We ate tortellini alla panna and pizza with spinach and gorgonzola there. Both were very tasty and plentiful. Priced within normal limits.
