This was the best hotel breakfast I've had in five years. Small but perfectly formed. Everything was fresh and there was a good amount of everything. Everything was lovingly prepared. The family that runs it was incredibly welcoming, and the service was excellent. We also had dinner twice, and the food was delicious and, above all, authentic Italian! Overall, it was fantastic; we'd love to go back.

Unfortunately, dogs are not welcome.

A really nice little restaurant that offers a breakfast buffet for €18 including drinks, as well as lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet was excellent value for money and had a wide variety. The staff are also very friendly.

We stayed at the Numa Fore for three nights and ate every day at the Osteria Del Signore. I have rarely experienced such warmth, friendliness, and humanity. Ani and her husband made our stay so special, and we thank you for that! Not for a second did we feel like our children were disturbing us. Quite the opposite; they were treated with so much love. The breakfast and the food were fantastic. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality; we have taken you to our hearts and hope to see you again sometime. A nice little restaurant integrated into the Numa Hotel. Excellent value for money. It primarily serves Italian dishes, which are very tasty. Burgers are also available. I'd like to emphasize the very friendly service last night.

We had the breakfast buffet and had dinner there. The owners put a lot of heart into their work. We all enjoyed the food immensely, and the staff was very friendly and made every effort to make guests feel comfortable. The crispy chicken pizza is very good. I will miss it. We'll definitely go there again on our next visit to Hamburg! 😉 I wish we didn't live so far away. 😋 😋 😋

Most of the food here is drenched in cheese and cream (even the so-called carbonara). Not truly Italian, and not particularly tasty either (it was the first time I felt sick after a pizza, because of what felt like 2 kg of cheese on it). Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

Exactly what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant: The pizza tastes good, but it doesn't stand out from the crowd. Even though it's not exactly traditional, I recommend the bruschetta; it was very good. But let's be honest: Unless you're staying in the hotel above and looking for a restaurant nearby, you'll probably find better Italian restaurants in Hamburg.

Just before closing time, I ordered a pizza for the kids and myself to take to our room. What can I say? Fast, warm, delicious. 👍 I'd gladly return.

I'm giving it 3.5 stars because there's still room for improvement. Six of us were there before a concert in the city park. The tomato soup and pizzas we ordered were delicious, although the spinach and gorgonzola pizza unfortunately didn't have any gorgonzola cheese on it, but a different cheese. The burger came carelessly, with no salad garnish or anything similar, but my sister-in-law enjoyed it. A spritzer was brought out incorrectly, and a swap was immediately offered. We declined due to time constraints. We didn't have to pay for the drink, though - thank you for that. At first, it took a long time to order; the waitress was friendly but a bit slow. After a second waiter came along, the service improved.

There's a sufficient selection of dishes. There's something for everyone. We were very satisfied with the pizza and pasta. The service was very friendly. The only thing that was a problem for us was the wait of over 45 minutes with a small child.

Friendly staff! Amazing food! Located in a very peacefull neighbourhood and surrounded by hotels. The first night at the hotel we did not want to go to the city and we ate here.. continued to eat at Osteria Del Signore throughout our stay. Extremely satisfied, warmly suggest!

We ordered two pizzas because we were guests in the same building at the Numa Hotel. In addition to the very pleasant delivery service directly to our room, the pizzas stood out with their rich and tasty toppings and a great pizza base! Really good enjoyment at fair prices that we are happy to recommend.

I enjoyed a spaghetti bolognese here. My Bolognese was quite large and very tasty, they didn't skimp on the mince, which I liked. The seating area on the terrace was beautifully bathed in the glow of the evening sun. The young waiter was polite and the food came quickly. All in all, a very nice atmosphere and I will definitely come back. 😊👍

This is the second time I've been to Osteria Del Signore and I'm always amazed at how incredibly delicious the dishes are. On my first stay, the main course was Gorgonzola beef (+ penne) and it was a real culinary delight, the beef fillet was perfectly done and the combination with the Gorgonzola sauce tasted great! On my second stay I decided on the 180g cheeseburger, which also tasted great. The service on both of my visits to the restaurant was always very good, the staff was very friendly and nice. In summary, I can recommend Osteria Del Signore to everyone because of the taste of the dishes, the service and the beautiful ambience.

I was here for the first time today and I have to say that I left the very charming restaurant with a big smile. The service was A+, especially the young gentleman who was very quick and courteous, which was also an important factor that made it possible for us to have a lovely evening. Now I come to the highlight, namely the food. I have to say a lot of respect to the chefs, because what they conjured up for us was more than a culinary delight. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

At the Holiday Inn there was only a buffet. That's why I went across the street to the Italian restaurant. First a fresh tomato salad that was beautifully prepared with capers, onions and lettuce leaves. Then the linguini prawns in white wine sauce. A poem to kneel down on. Super tasty. Friendly staff. Even if the open rooms look more like a train station restaurant, the food is highly recommended. I'll be back. Thanks.

Small Osteria but with a big kitchen. The food was super tasty and served nice and hot. Service was super friendly. She didn't even ask if it tasted good... she didn't have to. You'll probably have to look for a long time to find someone who doesn't like it here. I also looked at other customers' dishes. I'm sure you'll see me here again soon.

The entrance is difficult to find. A family of five who had just walked ahead of us turned back to the hotel opposite to eat because they thought it was closed/closed company. What looks like the entrance is probably the exit of the hotel (above), the door is locked from the outside. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is not cozy and has more of a canteen feel. We had two different pasta dishes. Both tasted very good, fresh ingredients, a surprising amount of salmon and were reasonably priced. We will eat there again next time we visit the Holiday Inn. For a cozy restaurant evening I would go somewhere else.

Lunch on January 16, 2025 with 3 people. Locally empty. An order was delivered incorrectly. After this was noted, the food was left without comment and without a word of apology. Unfortunately, the pizza that was served later was inedible (greasy and soggy). When asked about this, the female “service person” really got started. There would be no bad pizza with them, etc. The lady could not be surpassed in terms of impudence, impudence and incompetence. When asked about it, she said that she was doing everything well. At least I didn't have to pay for the pizza that I didn't eat. Well... Conclusion: just don't criticize, lost at least 3 regular guests and corresponding word of mouth. Too bad

This Osteria was a pearl for me, the service was quick and friendly, the food and the Pinot Gris were excellent. Highly recommended.

Very delicious food. big portions. we ordered tomato soup, got a big bowl, sufficient for two people. the vegetarian pizza and pastas are excellent. the service is great though. we highly recommend, we have stayed in Holiday Inn, just opposite to this restaurant, but we have always come here for our food.

The food is great, you won't get better service anywhere. If I could give more stars I would!

You want to spend the last hour in the hotel and you can't sit outside. you can't sit on a soft chair after the operation, because the female waiter rudely said that we have to go if we don't order food. it was rude and very unpleasant for the people who needed it now! Food is good 😊 I am changing my ratings because after 5 months no one has written me a response.

now for years our goto italian restaurant, not only if we stay at numa fore apartments. the food is always delicious, the wine great and the service impeccable, while the ambience is not typical italian, food and service make more than up to that. Oh, they offer breakfast as well !!!

Absolutely unpleasant personnel. They have no clue how to talk to customers. Arrogant and disrespectful. Don’t want to even order a coffee. But! The owner read this review and he was very nice and he apologized. I like the owner and wish him the best but he probably need new people to work with the customers. Also he explained that they have limited space, and I can’t sit on the table and work with my computer with one cup of cappuccino. It’s very weird to me. I was all around the world but nobody tried to kick me out of table because I didn’t order food. Otherwise - write a notice before entrance to the restaurant that customers with small orders are not welcome. It’s just a customer service… food is average too.

Very tasty food and nice service

The restaurant is located directly at the adjacent hotel. Mainly Italian cuisine (pizza, pasta, salads and hamburgers). Price-performance ratio is relatively okay. In my opinion, only the mozzarella salad is due to the aging process (only seasoned with salt and pepper, i.e. no olive oil or balsamic cream), although a few "flabby" lettuce leaves are served with it 😂

Was not shown to a table, took a long time to order food and drinks. Waited 1 hour for the food for 1 person after ordering, but they had forgotten the food for person 2, we got no explanation for this, and had to ask them 2 times before they said they forgot it in the first order. The food then took an extra 40 minutes before it was ready. Was offered a free drink, and got the smallest they had (0.2). Not happy with experience.

There is potential, but the kitchen also has to deliver the right food and not bring 3 wrong meals in one order

Top! We tried the hamburger there and the pesto and are very satisfied. The employees are very nice. No canned food. The tomatoes taste like they have just been picked from the field. The food is also very juicy and comes quickly. The prices are top. The only thing that's stupid is the construction site at the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Good pizza, pleasantly surprised, had a good experience in the evening, however when in the morning just before leaving the hotel we just wanted to sit outside on the terrace (empty except for the server lady smoking there) we were rather rudely ushered out and yelled at, because I wanted to pull up a softer chair for my wife who just underwent an operation. We decided not to order anything and left the lady to smoke there alone among all the empty chairs. Bizarre experience actually,very unprofessional. The young girl the evening before there was lovely.

Just had lunch with a colleague. Didn't come with any great expectations (except to be full), and was very, very positively surprised: Great pizza with an incredibly good dough - friendly and quick service - price/performance more than fair: will definitely come back.

We just sat at the table for 20 minutes and were completely ignored by the two waiters. No greeting, no menu, nothing. The table next to us was even preferred to be wiped and cleared away in peace. Super unprofessional

Nice shop, service is top. The pizza is extremely thin, everything is homemade, you have to like it. For me, however, more dough is possible. The tomato sauce is very fresh and flavorful, very tasty 😋.

Wanted to have breakfast here, according to the advertising in the elevator or even the sign in front of the restaurant, possible without prior reservation. Unfortunately that's not the case, the food is counted, there is nothing, if it is counted it can't be a buffet as advertised, and as an excuse there isn't even a coffee. Hopefully not all of Hamburg is like that.

Ordered food to pick up. Pasta with salmon. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size and the taste was excellent. No skimping on the salmon, generous pieces. Come back :)

We were recently guests at the Numa Hotel and due to the typical Hamburg weather conditions we stayed at the hotel and had dinner at the Osteria Del Signore for 4 of us. We were pleasantly surprised! The food came very quickly and was super tasty. Furthermore, the staff is very warm and accommodating. We had a great evening and can only recommend the small restaurant.

Underground, dirty tables that were only cleaned upon request, service staff totally overwhelmed and half threw the cards on the table. Totally annoyed and unfriendly. Due to the time and the weather we stayed. The food was 2 pizzas and one spaghetti cabonara. Snack level 4-. A shop like this doesn't deserve the word restaurant and 1 star is way too much!

Very welcoming, charming staff. Very clean, diverse for breakfast and dinner. The pizzas were excellent, dough like in Italy. The pasta with pesto and gorgonzola is very hearty and very good. The Caesar salad was also delicious.

We spent 4 nights at the numa hotel. The Del Signore on the ground floor provides a delicious and beautifully presented breakfast in the morning and in the evening you have the choice between pizza, pasta, burgers and salad. The food is incredibly tasty, good portions at normal prices. The operators are very accommodating and friendly, so you immediately feel at home.

Almost €16 for a pizza this size? In addition, the taste was not good. Therefore no recommendation from me. Furthermore, it would have been nice to ask if everything fits or how it tastes.

I was there for the second time today. Together with a very good friend (with her baby and stroller). We were helped to get in with the other ground-level door and the stroller. Totally friendly and helpful! Then we “only” shared a pizza because we had already eaten. We immediately received two plates and two sets of cutlery for the pizza. Great service! The pizza was incredibly delicious!!! Really great dough, almost like in Italy :-) And we really received excellent service!!! We'll definitely be back! Great thank you

Incredibly tasty pasta that I couldn't finish because the portions are very large. they kindly packed it with me, it was very nice. We sat in a group of 4 and we really liked that the food was brought out to everyone at the same time, there was a small nuance with the pizza, but we solved it instantly. The waiters were attentive and kind. If you do not understand German, they will speak to you in English. The only minus is that the next day we were traveling from Hamburg and could not eat again😀 If there was an opportunity, I would put 10 stars 🩵💛

This restaurant is located in the Numa Fore hotel. The breakfast buffet is great at 15€. For dinner, I have tried pizza margarita and the mushroom pizza.

Haben uns nach der extrem leckeren Pizza, welche aus selbstgemachten Teig ist, dem super Service und der tollen Atmosphäre noch mit der Besitzerin unterhalten, da wir den Eingang erst nicht gefunden haben. Sie erklärte uns, dass man aufgrund denkmalgeschützer Vorschriften noch keinen Restaurantnamen an der Fassade oder den Fenstern anbringen durfte. Das Restaurant befindet sich in dem Eingangsbereich eines Hotels und ab 17 Uhr ist es für jedermann geöffnet. Die Eingangstür befindet sich an der Stirnseite des Gebäudes, wenn man das weiß ist die Tür auch leicht zu finden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und wünschen viel Erfolg damit der Name bald nicht mehr nur noch online zu finden ist. 😀 Vielen Dank.

Salamipizza war normal groß und echt lecker

Great food, great coffee, great service!!! I have stayed at this hotel for a month for work. I am so grateful to have a such lovely family-owned restaurant inside the hotel. It was always my breakfast stop before heading to work and also was my dinner stop to comfort my tummy with tasty food. The restaurant owners are extremely friendly and the restaurant has a warm and relaxed atmosphere. I am sure you will like it as well!

Habe mehrfach hier gegessen und werde immer wieder kommen. Das Essen war fantastisch, die Pasta frisch, die Saucen selbstgemacht. Pizza und Pizzabrötchen sehr sehr gut. Der Service extrem freundlich und kompetent. Einfach nur mehr als empfehlenswert!

Das Restaurant befindet sich im Foyer des Hotels numa fore. Wir waren als Familie eine Woche im Hotel und haben das Angebot zum Abendessen gerne genutzt. Tatsächlich haben wir es geschafft, die Karte einmal komplett durchzuprobieren und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Hier kocht der Chef noch selbst, handwerklich solide mit frischen Zutaten ohne convinience- oder TK-Produkte. Das ist Qualität, die heutzutage selten ist, und die man schmeckt. Die Karte ist klein, aber fein, was aus unserer Sicht für Frische und Qualität steht. Es gibt je vier Sorten Pizza, Pasta und Salate sowie zwei Sorten Burger, wahlweise mit Pommes. Burger und Bolognese sind beachtenswerterweise tatsächlich aus reinem Rindfleisch. Das Service-Personal ist zugewandt, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren schon häufiger in 4 oder 5-Sterne-Hotels und haben dort in der Mehrheit Essen erhalten, das qualitativ und handwerklich schlechter war (und ein wenig fachliche Kompetenz, das zu beurteilen, bringen wir auch mit ;-)). Wenn man italienisches, ehrliches Essen "wie bei Mutti" mag, ohne Schickimicki, aber mit ganz viel Liebe gekocht, die man schmeckt, ist ein Besuch im "Del Signore" unbedingt zu empfehlen, auch wenn man kein Gast des Hotels ist. Wir waren und sind beeindruckt.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes kleines Restaurant, das man hier nicht erwartet, gelegen in den Räumlichkeiten eines Hotels (Numa Fore), aber auch von Nicht-Gästen frequentiert. Wir waren schon öfter hier und haben stets bedauert, dass es so etwas nicht gab. Mit feiner Terrasse, die im Sommer zum Rosé inspiriert. Herrlich ruhig. Ausgesprochen freundlicher Service und eine herzerwärmende Küche. Der Cesar’s Salad hat gemundet. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut, z.B. mit hausgemachtem Rührei nach türkischer Art. Für das Numa-Hotel, das sonst eher unpersönlich daher kommt, wirklich eine absolute Aufwertung.
