Risa Chicken Steglitz-Zehlendorf in Berlin

The Rezea restaurant in Berlin was one of the best experiences I've ever had! The food is incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of authentic oriental flavors. The rice and grilled meat were particularly outstanding. The service is excellent; the staff is friendly and very attentive, making you feel immediately welcome. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the prices are absolutely fair for the quality. Truly a place; I highly recommend it.

Horrible, horrible, horrible food. I ordered the food to be eaten in such a house. It went to hell. Because of the taste and the cleanliness. The restaurant is bad, bad, bad.

The chicken was dry and charred, the seasoning was not to my taste

Risa is a tasty alternative to KFC. This branch in Steglitz may not be the pearl of the chain. But it tastes good here and it's pretty quick. I find the loud music in the shop intrusive. If you want to eat there, you have no chance of avoiding it. Annoying. That's a minus. Cleanliness is also only a 3. Otherwise everything is OK.

The food is very good, but there is a problem. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very hot.

I'm really sorry, firstly the chickens are raw and when you separate the meat you can see that the meat is still raw and secondly they usually give a little sauce with the meal which when I got home it was just a chicken box and there was no sauce in my package, I usually shop in Tempelhof where they give some free sauces and free bread. I am very sorry for those responsible at Stteitz.

The food in this branch is tastier than the others I have tried. The chicken is juicy and not dry, the place is clean and the staff are friendly. There's just one problem: there are no paper towels in the toilets to dry your hands after washing, and the hand dryer doesn't always work. But overall I really enjoyed the food there.

Worst branch of all there is, employees are immature young people who hit on women who don't want to while working in the store... and all of this in front of other guests, plus overall substandard service and waiting times!

I just didn't like it. But the portion was good enough to fill you up

This branch is very bad. Have been there 3-4 times. Eating well. Last time takeaway, home burned food dry meat. Never again...

The quality is never consistent

Years after i posted a review, risa strikes back because i gave a honest review about a very unpleasant experience, and accusing me of diffamation now and removing my review. Very cheap move risa, you have to accept that things are not always good, i just hope it got better. But still seriously, very cheap move.

Food: You know what you are getting and there are no surprises. Service: You collect from the counter. Atmosphere: Nothing to complain about. Ideal for a quick, inexpensive meal.

So. I was there today and ate there. First of all I would like to say this place is super nice, nice atmosphere, really clean and the employees were really nice. The food. You can see the grilled chicken in the picture, I don't really have to say much except that I was afraid to continue eating because I'm not used to the color. Compared to the Risa In Zoo or Tempelhof, it tastes a lot worse. The chicken is usually white at the other branches but here it looks kind of pink and raw. I also had the fries and they were crispy, pleasant and well salted (I don't understand why everyone said there was no salt on them but I think each of us had our own experience) Chicken nuggets are normal ones like from the supermarket, nothing spectacular. As always, their Thumi Sauce is unbeatable (10/10) and you can't really say anything about it. If you want to try it, do it, but I wouldn't recommend it because of the taste. I hope the points will be taken into account and changed in the future and if things improve I'll be happy to come back🤝🏽

I'm just shocked, cold food, 0 service. Cheese Deep was not prepared so we had to wait another 2-3 minutes until it was warm, but in the end it was cold. Honestly NEVER AGAIN.

We were very dissatisfied with the unfriendly service. Unfortunately we didn't like the food either. In addition, the tables were very dirty and full of leftover food.

We ordered something to take away again. Unfortunately the order was not complete. I should have been suspicious when the customer in front of me complained. I can only recommend it, check the order.

Nice shop, ketchup and mayo on the tables everywhere, hot food, waiting time is okay, fries and wedges not salted but they are available locally. The cripis fillets are ok, the salad is a snack, but the chicken cross is very limp and looks very unappetizing. I won't come back unless everything else in the area is closed

That's too much of a rating..... Burger was cold, wings were cold, only the fries were warm, everything else was good for the tone, it's a shame that people say that about the food, niiieeeee again, not an apology... just laugh and come on bruda make new ones so outrageous....

The ratio between price and quality doesn't even come close. Chicken was undercooked (meat was pink), fries tasted like some old oil and the ambience seemed tired. A customer had to clean the table next to us herself with a wet wipe. All in all, I personally won't go to any of this chain's branches again.

I didn't like the food. Typical fast food. Little quality. Greasy. Prices aren't exactly cheap either.

So I love Risa. I was and still am a fan. The best grilled chicken can only be eaten at Risa. I have been a customer since 2006. Back then the shop was still small on Wedding Müller Straße. I was at the branch in Steglitz on August 11th and for the first time I couldn't finish the chicken. So I'm always used to the skin being dark and crispy and juicy on the inside.. in this branch the skin is light and bloody on the inside. I didn't take a photo this time. But I'm happy to go again and if it happens again, I'll do it.

Unfortunately, most of the food arrived cold, so I can only rate it in that condition. The standard fries were slightly warm, but the taste was okay. You could eat them. Unfortunately, the burgers were very disappointing, especially since I was hoping for more from the Jalla Burger. What plays into this is that, on the one hand, the bread is dry and standard and, on the other hand, little effort was put into the toppings. Everything put in as it fits. The salad looked like it had been in the sun for 3 days. Only a teaspoon of mayo was added to make this sad combination a little less tasteless. My biggest point of criticism is: The burger in question hardly differs from the standard Risa burger, only pickled jalapenos make the difference. The assessment may sound harsh, but in my opinion it is justified. This assessment only serves as an incentive to make possible changes. Nevertheless, I would like to thank the staff and the company for providing me with the food to eat. (Not sponsored)

Unbelievable! Ordered from Wolt, forgot crispy chicken (€6.90) and the employee seriously claims he doesn't have a car to deliver the rest. Even worse: he didn't care at all! We were told we could pick up the missing items ourselves if we wanted them. Service looks different – ​​no one here seems to have heard of the principle “customer is king” anymore.

I will never buy from this restaurant again because I don't get enough quantity and the chicken is so small. You can increase the prices but you can't make the chicken smaller, e.g. a piece that used to be 100g is now about 50g. H. a box is no longer enough.

Can't be compared with Sonnenallee, but it was ok. The staff could be friendlier but apparently it's their way...

What arrived was good. Unfortunately 3/4 of the order was missing. Although the restaurant assured us over the phone that deliveries would be made, nothing arrived after 1.5 hours. The delivery service will refund the outstanding amounts. Still very unfortunate.

Souses, salad was also ordered. Unfortunately wings were made from very old meat, once you bite the chicken smells so badly, I wanted to spit it out. I mean, guys, people can get a food poisoning from this! Also, pickles are like full jar of water and just 5-6 pieces of pickles. What is that?

Probably the worse Risa in Berlin, terrible service, people working there think they are better than you or something. As a fan of fried chicken and a regular at Since the last 8 years, that must have been the worse experience so far. My partner ordered a wrap which was ridiculously soggy, with an unnecessary amount of fries since it was in a menu, and we dont need extra amount of fries, and seriously not well wrapped, it was just a mess and missing the salad. I find it very sad that these staff dont have respect for others which are not from their community, even when speaking german, being polite, and tipping. Last point, in my meal, both the wings and fried chicken pieces were dry. Overall just the wedges were ok. Disappointed with all the behaviour which is quite unfortunate because they just keep on making money and the sense of hospitality is totally absent.

Hähnchen in vielen würzigen Variationen gibt es in diesem Fastfood-Restaurant. Einzeln oder im günstigen Menü. Viele Beilagen möglich. Die Preise sind erfreulich fair. Die Atmosphäre kann zu Stoßzeiten etwas hektisch sein, aber immer ist es sauber und der Service zuverlässig. Ehrliches und leckeres Fastfood.

Ich war gestern bei euch um zu schauen ob sich etwas geändert hat und nach der Antwort von Herrn Osman wollte ich euch unbedingt noch mal eine Chance geben, weil ich das Essen von Risa wirklich mag. Leute der Laden wird neu bewirtschaftet, was soll ich sagen. Ich war so unfassbar positiv überrascht. Die Pommes sind richtig lecker geworden, außen schön knusprig innen schön weich. Das Hähnchen ist wirklich extrem lecker, besonders mit der Soße oben drauf ( könnte mich rein legen in diese Soße!!!) Der Laden glänzt vor Sauberkeit! Und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Kann euch diese Filiale wärmsten empfehlen.
