Yummy. I don't eat all the breaded stuff, but the charcoal grilled chicken is great. Unfortunately the price is very high, 2 half chickens and 1 small/large coleslaw each for over 18 euros to take away are really steep for a snack. Although the shop seems to be a family restaurant for the Palestinian community, unfortunately there are often annoying guests: mostly aggressive young men of the talahon type who appear argumentative and demanding. Pushing forward, can't go fast enough for them and constantly complain when they think there isn't enough olive oil on the hummus etc.

Unfortunately, the new Risa Chicken Sonnenallee, which still grills with the old charcoal, does not meet expectations. The grill masters don't seem to have a real sense of how to handle the coals and the grill. The chickens are often burnt on the outside because they are grilled too quickly, or they are dry and overcooked. The management also seems overwhelmed - especially when there are a lot of guests there are too few chickens on the grill, and when there are no guests there are too many. There are not enough professional staff who can grill like before. You would have to use statistics to determine how many guests are to be expected. You can tell that the processes are not well organized. There is simply a lack of experience and sensitivity here that the team of previous charcoal grill masters had when the grill was still the same. I've been coming here for 15 years and have been disappointed at least five times in the new branch - that's why I won't be going there again.

So I was there today on October 19th, 2024 and ordered half a handful and it didn't taste good at all. I wanted to buy the wrong water. The wrong one costs 1.50 euros although a pack of water 24 hours costs 6 euros. The owner should be ashamed

So I can really only recommend Risa chicken. It's really nice and juicy and not dry at all. Price performance top

The food itself tastes good, but the fact that the company doesn't comment on all the negative comments from customers says it all. The store is super dirty, the employees stick their fingers in the french fryer or salad container and eat out there in front of the customers. With your bare finger in your mouth, from the container that is served to customers. They don't understand a word of German and as soon as you complain, you are treated really disgustingly, especially as a woman, just as you know from their culture according to sure 4:34 :) don't go in here and don't eat here with the best will in the world. If something like this happens in front of the customers, what happens behind the closed door? Pooh

Unfortunately, the entire Rizqa chain has declined catastrophically over the past years. I hope you pay attention to cleanliness and dealing with customers.

It's a shame - 2 stars less 🤷 ...3 years ago: Super nice, super fast operation even at peak times. Coleslaw and hummus fresh and very good. The chicken was deliciously seasoned and juicy. The restaurant is clean and there are no cooking smells in the dining room (great extraction). Always my pleasure.

Very good chicken. Could be a little more seasoned but the quality is good. Portions are huge and very crispy. The fries aren't too greasy either. Burgers are a bit messy but also taste good. Prices were also surprisingly good compared to the competition. All in all very good food at a reasonable price.

Very bad service. Which i can understand because the may people that come there. What I can't understand is that the grill chicken is over grilled , it is carbon black grilled in some parts of the chicken. The whole meat is dry, and it tastes under average. And, as I said before, service bad and overpriced carbon grill chicken.

Nachdem ich von Freunden gehört hatte wie "gut Risa doch schmeckt" wollten wir dem ganzen auch einen Versuch geben. Hatte unter anderem den Wrap. Hatte mich da wirklich drauf gefreut nur um dann festzustellen, dass man mir dort Jalapeños mit rein getan hat. War somit für die Tonne, da ich diese nicht mitbestellt hatte (ist eigentlich ein extra zum zubestellen) und auch nicht vertrage. Die Nuggets waren ganz OK. Schmecken allerdings genauso wie die von McDoof. Muss ich also nicht nochmal essen.

Gute alternative zu KFC. Die Qualität schwankt jedoch. Die Pommes sind leider beim.bestellen meistens labrig und nicht Kross. Die Burger sind sehr gut. Wer Lust auf Hühnchen hat kann auf jeden Fall hier essen gehen. Die Käsesauce ist sehr zu empfehlen!

I don't understand why this place is famous and busy sometimes! It's either people who go there often have no taste or it's always new people try for the 1st and never go back!! I've had the chicken on charocel tons of times in many countries as matter of fact it's one of my favourite dishes but never had it as bad! The French fries quantity are quite well but the quality 👎🏻 An update am just writing it 4 days afterward, I've been sick since then! My intestinal are killing me!! Tbh , I'm not sure if this is the main reason but that was my last meal I had before getting sick! 🤷🏻‍♂️
