The food is so delicious, I can only recommend it

I have visited many branches of Risa chicken but trust me guys this is one of the worst branch of them I have ordered a burger and they served me after 20 minutes it’s was a cold burger. and then when i ask the staff about it he says like thats the normal way how we serve !!!!! and also the the burger meant to be cheese which was soo dry it was really a bad experience and waste of money in this branch

The price-performance ratio is no longer right at all. Unfortunately I have a bad view of the store. It's a shame it used to be good.

The store has lost a lot of money and the chicken no longer tastes like it used to. Quality has become quantity. The portions have become much smaller and more expensive. Always worth a visit. Really good and that is also reflected in the number of guests. One of my favorites for years when it comes to grilled leg in bread with hummus.

Just delicious and lovely, you get big sized burgers and the fied chicken is crispy but tender at the same time, from now on it's my favorite Restaurant!!!

A nice, tidy and large branch. There is no rush. Orders come out quickly and the food is very good and hot. This is the branch I liked the most.

Good food. Reasonable price. Quick, polite service. The chicken and the chips were hot, crisp, fresh, and *not greasy* (how does a fast food place do that?) I gave in to the kids begging for chicken strips and ended up getting my own. Spicy wings are crisp and not too spicy. 😋

Real alternative to KFC - now even a bit better than KFC for me. Seasoned a little differently, also halal for our Muslim fellow citizens - I think it's great and it tastes extremely delicious. My favorites - Chili wings & chicken crispy (super juicy). Clear recommendation!! 👍

I went in and said my bus would be there in 12 minutes and how long it would take. Person at the counter said no problem at all, 2-3 minutes. 10 minutes later no part of my order was ready and I had to leave. If you don't know how long it will take, just say so. Never again here, I hope I get my money back via PayPal!

We’ve been to Risa quite a number of times now. It’s good food at economical prices. However the seating area could be kept a little more clean. Plus points for the super fast service.

I have to admit that chicken was never my thing before, but they have a delicious garlic dip that costs extra but is delicious. And he sums it all up for me. Unfortunately, the store is actually a disaster absolute chaos. Got the wrong order instead of potatoes but then got fries and stuff. Nevertheless, the food was flawless, delicious and the ice cream was tasty with angel hair. As is often the case, the tables were dirty and all the trash cans there were completely full.

4 years ago it was 5 stars. Unfortunately now it is no longer the case. It's understandable that prices are rising, but the chickens aren't getting thinner/smaller. We don't buy as often anymore because there are other stores where the chicken is more filling and you don't feel like you've hardly eaten any meat. A pity

Today I came and there has no customer but the staff told I have to 30 minutes. This is really unprofessional and unacceptable.

For my opinion they must improve the flavour of chicken , to be more crispy in wrap ,I ordered 2 wraps in some have to munch jalapeno in other one he doesn't have they forgot:) ,dips a lot of option,but per total is ok not bad ,for sure they have a lot of space for improvement .

Hello, I have been eating charcoal chicken since around 2007. Since then the dish has simply become worse and more expensive. Today I was Risa Tempelhofer Damm and all the charcoal chicken I ordered was just subterranean. To take it across the street to the park because it was extremely un-relaxed inside. Chicken way too flabby and not cooked properly. two Thum and a bread that was under the chicken, sorry that was the last time.

The wings are disgusting. They're still bloody. This is just unreal . Fries are too dry and too salty. I thought it was only like that in the Wedding branch, but I also got the same thing in Tempelhof. I'll never eat it again.

I just order from them whit Wolt and order an extra just because the order was under 10euro and they didn’t deliver the pommes … only the extra and the main order …. No refund only for the pommes … so I was paying for half chicken with extra nuggets 😂😂😂 stupid me … never in my life order from them and from Wolt

If I ever have a Fried Chicken craving, the best you can get in Berlin is RISA. Packed full of flavor and they always seem to give me a few extra crispy filets. There is almost always a line, and the place is usually busy except very late at night.

Since I'm a big fan of RISA Chicken anyway, I can only recommend this shop. Everything is actually right here. Price, performance and taste.

The food is Good and I would say a good alternative for KFC. But the atmosphere is ok the furniture are old and service as well could he better some of them are grumpy.

Yesterday I took food with me for 30€, 2 children's menus and a warp menu, the fries were actually trashable, soggy and cold. My wrap was so dry because it only had fries and chicken in it, no sauce, nothing, that I couldn't eat it on the way. The children also got chicken pieces instead of nuggets. Unfortunately I was already too far away otherwise I would have asked for my money back. Conclusion, I won't get any food there again...

I recently ordered online. Half of the order was not delivered. When I called there they didn't want to help me. They probably already knew in advance that this item was no longer available, but they still accepted the order without offering an alternative (!?) and still delivered it to us. I still paid the full price and was NOT refunded. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Finde dieses Restaurant besser als KFC weil es 1, besser schmeckt wirklich um einiges besser und 2, das Ambiente ist deutlich familierer als KFC oder wo auch sonst Hühnchen gibt😋gehe immer wieder gerne hin😁
