Very good food and nice service

Good food. Reasonable price. Quick, polite service. The chicken and the chips were hot, crisp, fresh, and *not greasy* (how does a fast food place do that?) I gave in to the kids begging for chicken strips and ended up getting my own. Spicy wings are crisp and not too spicy. 😋

Real alternative to KFC - now even a bit better than KFC for me. Seasoned a little differently, also halal for our Muslim fellow citizens - I think it's great and it tastes extremely delicious. My favorites - Chili wings & chicken crispy (super juicy). Clear recommendation!! 👍

I went in and said my bus would be there in 12 minutes and how long it would take. Person at the counter said no problem at all, 2-3 minutes. 10 minutes later no part of my order was ready and I had to leave. If you don't know how long it will take, just say so. Never again here, I hope I get my money back via PayPal!

4 years ago it was 5 stars. Unfortunately now it is no longer the case. It's understandable that prices are rising, but the chickens aren't getting thinner/smaller. Today I came and there has no customer but the staff told I have to 30 minutes. This is really unprofessional and unacceptable.

I like the food very much. I find the atmosphere terrible!!! Because while you're eating you'll be treated to loud hip-hop music. I find it very worrying that the mayonnaise sits uncooled on the tables for several hours.

For my opinion they must improve the flavour of chicken , to be more crispy in wrap ,I ordered 2 wraps in some have to munch jalapeno in other one he doesn't have they forgot:) ,dips a lot of option,but per total is ok not bad ,for sure they have a lot of space for improvement .

Overall just disgusting! Service was catastrophic, the fuller, bearded young man at the checkout today at 9 p.m. was a pure disaster. couldn't handle the order, was totally rude. I immediately got a stomach ache from eating, the fries were burnt, the corn on the cob was full of black dots and there were spider webs everywhere. The chicken tasted like rubber. Not worth it, go somewhere else.

Hello, I have been eating charcoal chicken since around 2007. Since then the dish has simply become worse and more expensive. Today I was Risa Tempelhofer Damm and all the charcoal chicken I ordered was just subterranean. To take it across the street to the park because it was extremely un-relaxed inside. Chicken way too flabby and not cooked properly. two Thum and a bread that was under the chicken, sorry that was the last time.

The wings are disgusting. They're still bloody. This is just unreal . Fries are too dry and too salty. I thought it was only like that in the Wedding branch, but I also got the same thing in Tempelhof. I'll never eat it again.

I just order from them whit Wolt and order an extra just because the order was under 10euro and they didn’t deliver the pommes … only the extra and the main order …. No refund only for the pommes … so I was paying for half chicken with extra nuggets 😂😂😂 stupid me … never in my life order from them and from Wolt

If I ever have a Fried Chicken craving, the best you can get in Berlin is RISA. Packed full of flavor and they always seem to give me a few extra crispy filets. There is almost always a line, and the place is usually busy except very late at night.

We actually rarely eat in fast food restaurants like this. The shop is dirty, all the chicken is small and obviously old! Dry and black, probably from yesterday. Of course at today's full price. Unfortunately, I didn’t look at the “dish” until I got home.

Since I'm a big fan of RISA Chicken anyway, I can only recommend this shop. Everything is actually right here. Price, performance and taste.

The restaurant was recently visited and unfortunately the chicken was not up to expectations. The taste was below the usual standard. The food is Good and I would say a good alternative for KFC. But the atmosphere is ok the furniture are old and service as well could he better some of them are grumpy.

For fast food type I definitely prefer them, some foods are maybe a little hot for my taste without being written somewhere or asked.

I recently ordered online. Half of the order was not delivered. When I called there they didn't want to help me. They probably already knew in advance that this item was no longer available, but they still accepted the order without offering an alternative (!?) and still delivered it to us. I still paid the full price and was NOT refunded. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Yesterday I took food with me for 30€, 2 children's menus and a warp menu, the fries were actually trashable, soggy and cold. My wrap was so dry because it only had fries and chicken in it, no sauce, nothing, that I couldn't eat it on the way. The children also got chicken pieces instead of nuggets. Unfortunately I was already too far away otherwise I would have asked for my money back. Conclusion, I won't get any food there again...

Wir waren mitten in der Aufgabe der Bestellung. Dann hat sich jemand vorgedrängelt und uns unterbrochen, um seine eigene Bestellung zu verändern. Dem Kassierer war dies relativ egal und sie haben sich auf ihrer eigenen Sprache unterhalten. Sehr respektlos und sehr unkompetentes Personal. Diese Aktion war ziemlich unprofessionell. Wir waren zum ersten Mal und zum Letzten Mal dort. Wenn das schon so anfängt..

Man fühlt sich als Berliner wie ein Ausländer.🤔 Aber das Essen ist ok, Hähnchen gut gebraten und freundliche Servicekräfte. Sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeitwen.

Schöner großer Laden mit nettem Ambiente. Bestellungen werden schnell bearbeitet und die Portionen sind für den Preis okay. Leider ist das Essen über die Jahre eher durchschnittlich geworden.

Alle Jahre wieder ein Grund nicht da zu essen. Halbes Hähnchen halb roh die „Pommes“ waren wieder mal zur hälfte nicht durch und labrig. Versuche jährlich ihnen wieder eine Chance zu geben aber vergeblich

Amazing option for Halal Chicken

Beste grill Händchen natürlich ist das Geschmackssache mit der Holzkohle aber sehr gut Aber die Mitarbeiter sehen so aus ob sie keine Lust mehr haben zum arbeiten

Leckere Hähnchen auf Kohle Grill gebraten auf einem Drehgrill. Einmalig. Gute Portionen und keine extra Kosten für Ketchup, sauce und Brot. Auch weitere leckere hähnchen Produkte vorhanden.

Ist eine gute Alternative zu KFC. Man bekommt hier für einen fairen Preis eine ordentliche Menge Essen. Qualitativ ist es aber am Ende nur ganz ok.

Man zahlt zwar nur die Hälfte von KFC Preisen aber es ist schon absurd wenig Geschmack drin. Ich dachte, die Deutschen/Weißen sollen so wenig Gewürze nutzen, aber im Gegensatz zu Risa fetzt mir KFC den Mund weg vor lauter Gewürzen. Komisch... Pommes waren leider auch labberig und fast gar nicht gesalzen.
