Risa Chicken in Berlin

All spectacularly delicious, on every visit to Berlin, always a mandatory stop in Risa 🥰🥰

I had 2 dinners at Risa, one in Feb and one yesterday. Both times I felt sick after eating. Would never recommend this place

First of all, they forgot to give me the ice-cream and after I told them about it they said I have to wait for a moment. I was waiting for 10 minutes, they completely forgot about it. The atmosphere is awful!! Only Turkish music and the food is horrible, no taste at all. I don't recommend the place, they are bad in every single aspect!

We have been to Risa Tempelhof several times. Everything worked well again today. The order took a little longer, but that was due to the preparation of the sweet potato fries. Portions were again plentiful and tasty today. The price is quite okay. Every now and then, guests leave the store without disposing of their leftovers. Of course that doesn't look so nice. But that's not the fault of the employees. They'll clear it up promptly. We were very satisfied again today. Unfortunately, the toilets were very unclean at the time of the visit. That's probably up to the visitors themselves, unfortunately.

It's not what it used to be. The food has deteriorated, the employees are unfriendly, etc. Just because you have more customers doesn't mean you can't compromise on quality. Went there today for the first and last time!

This fast food restaurant chain obviously sees itself as a competitor to KFC, which seems quite successful. The pricing and offering are similar. There is plenty of indoor seating but no outdoor seating. On warm days, large windows that go down to the floor can be opened and ensure pleasant ventilation. Overall, I liked the food here better than at KFC. The location is extremely convenient. S-Bahn, subway and bus are in the immediate vicinity. In order to give five stars, the offering would have to be more diverse.

I went to Risa Restaurant with my wife and daughter. Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience. An employee at the food counter - of short to medium stature, with very thin hair and a heavily wrinkled face - watched us with extremely unpleasant and disturbing looks. This employee was directly at the warming device and prepared the orders Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time. During a previous visit, my wife reported that this employee looked at her and our daughter with disrespectful and inappropriate looks. Such unethical behavior is completely unacceptable. Although I really like the food at Risa's, I won't be returning because of this incident. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and takes appropriate action.

It's okay. What's annoying is that you don't get a notification when the food you ordered online is ready.

Best place in Berlin if you want to eat a proper or real grilled chicken unlike what every Döner shop sells. Also you get unlimited bread there no matter what you eat so with small money you can fill your stomach with taste. All the food there are just outstanding.

I've been there twice and don't need a third time. The food is expensive and simply not good enough, the service is slow and not exactly polite (at least for us) and some of the garbage is on and under the tables. Just not inviting, but I love oriental food and spices.

So what I want to complain about is that the service is just HORRIBLE!!!!! We asked to wipe our table three times!!! And no one came up, it was dirty in other places too!!! They simply ignore the visitors' request. Also ours was undercooked!!!

I love No. 3 by Risa. However, they have increased the price so much in recent years that you can hardly afford it anymore.

I just went there for the ice cream, which was recommended by a friend. I wasn’t so impressed with the taste but the presentation was cute. The restaurant is just a fast food joint. Nothing so spectacular.

I have visited many branches of Risa chicken but trust me guys this is one of the worst branch of them I have ordered a burger and they served me after 20 minutes it’s was a cold burger. and then when i ask the staff about it he says like thats the normal way how we serve !!!!! and also the the burger meant to be cheese which was soo dry it was really a bad experience and waste of money in this branch

Always worth a visit. Really good and that is also reflected in the number of guests. One of my favorites for years when it comes to grilled leg in bread with hummus.

I went in and said my bus would be there in 12 minutes and how long it would take. Person at the counter said no problem at all, 2-3 minutes. 10 minutes later no part of my order was ready and I had to leave. If you don't know how long it will take, just say so. We’ve been to Risa quite a number of times now. It’s good food at economical prices. However the seating area could be kept a little more clean. Plus points for the super fast service.

I have to admit that chicken was never my thing before, but they have a delicious garlic dip that costs extra but is delicious. And he sums it all up for me. Unfortunately, the store is actually a disaster absolute chaos. Got the wrong order instead of potatoes but then got fries and stuff. Nevertheless, the food was flawless, delicious and the ice cream was tasty with angel hair. As is often the case, the tables were dirty and all the trash cans there were completely full.

4 years ago it was 5 stars. Unfortunately now it is no longer the case. It's understandable that prices are rising, but the chickens aren't getting thinner/smaller. I like the food very much. I find the atmosphere terrible!!! Because while you're eating you'll be treated to loud hip-hop music. I find it very worrying that the mayonnaise sits uncooled on the tables for several hours.

For my opinion they must improve the flavour of chicken , to be more crispy in wrap ,I ordered 2 wraps in some have to munch jalapeno in other one he doesn't have they forgot:) ,dips a lot of option,but per total is ok not bad ,for sure they have a lot of space for improvement .

When Risa was new, it was really delicious to eat there. Nowadays everything has become more expensive and eating out is no longer possible. Everything was burnt, cold or older. The service is also bad. The staff is unfriendly and arrogant. Things aren't clean behind the counter either. Conclusion: No more Risa in the future. There are plenty of other chicken houses now.

Hello, I have been eating charcoal chicken since around 2007. Since then the dish has simply become worse and more expensive. Today I was Risa Tempelhofer Damm and all the charcoal chicken I ordered was just subterranean. To take it across the street to the park because it was extremely un-relaxed inside. Chicken way too flabby and not cooked properly. two Thum and a bread that was under the chicken, sorry that was the last time.

The wings are disgusting. They're still bloody. This is just unreal . Fries are too dry and too salty. I thought it was only like that in the Wedding branch, but I also got the same thing in Tempelhof. I'll never eat it again.
