The restaurant offers everything your heart desires, from grilled chicken to chicken in bread, and a delicious curry meatball dish. The taste is not to be sniffed at. You'll always be full, and so far, there hasn't been a day when the food hasn't been delicious. You can eat in, but all dishes are also available for takeaway. The prices for food and drinks are very fair. A visit is highly recommended.

The quail tastes okay. The service isn't so good; depending on the employee, you're barely understood or simply treated unfriendly and uncaringly. Again and again. Despite tipping, not even a thank you. Maybe I'll get a tip next time I'm there? Thuum tastes good 👍

The burger was tasty but a bit expensive at 8 euros but it came with a coleslaw that tasted really awful and I couldn't even finish it

€27 for two chickens, and we wanted a sauce. The bald man suggested an extra €5, saying it was normal. He also said they sell over 150 chickens every day and no one complains. Was it normal that they didn't enter the cash register, and who knows how many chickens aren't entered correctly every day? That's a disgrace 😡😡

I was absolutely thrilled with my visit to Chickenhouse! The food was simply fantastic – crispy, juicy chicken, perfectly seasoned, and freshly prepared. The homemade sauces and side dishes, in particular, perfectly rounded off the taste experience. The staff was also super friendly and attentive. You were greeted warmly right away, your order was taken quickly, and they kept checking to see if everything was okay. The atmosphere was relaxed and clean – you just feel at home. I can truly recommend Chickenhouse to anyone who wants delicious chicken in a great setting. I'll definitely be back.

One of the tastiest chicken in all of Berlin

If you haven't been to City Chicken in Alt-Tempelhof yet, you've missed something. This is by far the best grilled chicken. The meat is of the best quality and delivered fresh from the butcher. I love the crispy and flavorful skin that is really grilled all over. The chicken is super tender and practically falls off the bone. It is served with either salad and/or fries. The salad is freshly prepared and crunchy. The herb sauce goes particularly well with it. I always order the fries with extra fries salt, mayo ketchup and curry powder on top. The employees at City Chicken are all very friendly and quick. The order is ready in just 3-6 minutes. The food is prepared exclusively with gloves, which speaks for high hygiene standards. Sinan, one of the owners, helps out in the shop and is a great host who is a pleasure to come in and out with. You can eat on site (even outside if you come with a dog), or just wait a moment and enjoy at home. Conclusion: Super tasty, very hospitable, top quality!

I know the shop that was around the corner in the driveway. It's one of the best broiler shops I know. Always clean & tasty.

The store I worked at years ago and remained a loyal customer even after I quit. As someone who has worked both in the kitchen and at the counter, I would like to briefly share my experience: Levent Abi, Tamer and the twins are very tidy and attentive. The chicken comes from a well-known brand and is brought directly to the cold rooms. There is an employee responsible for the cleanliness of the store and kitchen, and the salads and sauces are prepared hygienically. Everything is prepared fresh at the counter every day. For this reason, I always shop there without hesitation and feel safe. I wish you continued success and hope that you maintain your quality and standards!

Everything here has become EXPENSIVE! Half a chicken with fries now costs €10.50 here. Impudence!!!! Every 6 months the prices here are secretly increased!!! The three (2) stars only for the food. With these high prices they don't get 5 stars from me.

Disgusting staff, dirty room....., flies while eating

If you are looking for a delicious chicken - or as we say in my old homeland "broiler" - as well as other poultry specialties, you have come to the right place. The half chicken is expensive in terms of price, but the quality is definitely impressive. Of course, it's not easy to assert yourself against a Berlin poultry chain not far away. Unfortunately, I find the dishes on offer lack a bit of creativity. I mean, it somehow has everything your heart desires, but as we all know, it's the little details that separate the wheat from the chaff. Every now and then I like to get the chicken kebab. This is certainly not a chicken kebab as you might think. There is a good chicken fillet from the deep fryer in flatbread with the usual components. Quite solid. But here too, in my opinion, much more could be achieved and a unique selling point could be awarded. Therefore no 5*. But since it seems to be working, keep it up!

Never again!! The grilled chicken was probably left over from the day before - very dry, bad and burnt, it really didn't taste good! After I ordered, I waited and the waiter came to me and told me to get my plates from the counter (without Piper). If you like chicken with a side of potatoes or mixed salad then go here to eat. In 3 minutes you order and then sit at the table to eat. There is no waiter, you go to the cash register to order and pay and then you always bring the dish to the table. Half a chicken with salad and you pay €10. Fast, comfortable, good and cheap. A restaurant where I will definitely return in the future.

For me the best chicken in Berlin. I used to go there almost 2-3 times a week. I was there again today, as always, it was very tasty. I can only recommend it, but I still have to give it a minus point. I was very shocked when I saw the updated prices. For half a chicken with salad €10 is really tight. However, you can't complain about the quality and taste.

I tried giving this restaurant a second chance but proved unworthy, I bought pastries which were the wrong order and he insisted that it was the right one and ordered french fries which also proved to be difficult to pay for with card, even though I saw the card machine working there, and last time I ordered kufta which was raw

We are in Berlin every few weeks and every time we treat ourselves to chicken at City Chicken in Tempelhof. They are the tastiest chicken I know. Even the breast meat is so juicy - no other roasting company can do that!!!!! They are also deliciously seasoned and wonderfully crispy 😋. The herb sauce also tastes very good and the flatbread is freshly baked. We love it 🧡. THANK YOU 🙏

Ich gehe hier wirklich seit Jahren mit meiner Familie essen und ich finde die Qualität hat niemals nachgelassen. Das Hähnchen ist sehr gut mariniert und immer Saftig. Hier gibt es eine gute Sossenauswahl angemessene Preise und sehr nettes Personal. Ich kann den laden wirklich nur weiterempfehlen hier geht man definitiv gesättigt und glücklich raus

Leider muß ich meine Bewertung ändern...mir wurde vom Personal aufgetragen, vor Abholung anzurufen - nach 4 erfolglosen Anrufen? Was soll das - nach Mitarbeiterwechsel wird es immer mehr zur Zumutung. Auf Verdacht vorbei zu fahren bringt leider nichts mehr, wenn die Spieße um 15 nach 9 bereits leer oder bereits vorbestellt sind. Überdenkung des Servicesgedankens wäre vielleicht mal angebracht!

War heute nach längerer Pause Hähnchen mit Pommes essen. Freundliches Personal Solch ein fades trockenes ungewürztes Hähnchen ,beides zusammen für 9,90 € Nie nie mehr !!! Spart Euch die Erfahrung!

Hier gibts die leckersten Hähnchen Berlins ! Salat mit Kräutersoße Pommes und ganz wichtig, die Knoblsuchsoße nicht Vergessen!!

Ich habe 2 Menüs (Nr 1: halbes Hähnchen mit Pommes im Menü) zum mitnehmen bestellt. Ein Menü kostet jeweils 9,90. Ich wollte noch Knoblauch und Scharf haben. Dann hat er pro Soße 2 Euro dazu berechnet. Für diese 3 Soßen auf dem Bild 6 Euro extra. Normalerweise ist das mit im Menü drin. Auf Nachfrage ob er das auch so berechnen würde, wenn wir vor Ort essen würden, sagte er ja. Geht zur Konkurrenz. Da ist das mit enthalten und die Kunden werden nicht abgezogen. Also 4 Euro extra pro Menü für 2 Soßen, die normalerweise dabei sind. Hakkım haram olsun. Yaziklar olsun.

Ich war am 05. Oktober 2023 hier und das war nach 1 Jahr wieder das erste Mal gewesen. Davor war ich hier Stammkunde und hochzufrieden. Also bestellte ich 2 halbe Hähnchen zum dort essen. Ich habe nur mit Mühe ein halbes geschafft, denn das Hähnchen schmeckte schrecklich schwer nach Antibiotikum-Hähnchen. Diese billige Kafighaltungstiere, sie wissen, welchen Geschmack ich meine.? Und das für 7 Euro, was das teuerste unter türkischen Grillhähnchenverkäufern. Ich bin zum Käufer hin, erzählte, daß ich diese Qualität zu diesem Preis nicht ok finde. Ich hab erwartet, daß er die andere Hälfte zurücknimmt und zumindest die 7 Euro zurück gibt. Keine Reaktion. Quckt mich an, wie ein Auto. Ich habs verpacken lassen und sagte, daß ich es einem Obdachlosen geben werde, was ich dann auch tat. Ich hoffe, er hat das runterbekommen. So wird man seinen Stammkunden von 20 Jahren los , der schon seit dem vorherigen Laden dort kaufte. Lasst die Finger davon. Die sind durch.

Mitarbeiter unfreundlich. Teuer. Den Rest was ich nicht geschafft hatte, wollte ich mitnehmen. Wurde auch eingepackt. Zuhause wollte ich das Hühnchen meinem hund geben. Hab es geöffnet und neben der Keule lagen die Knochen die ich gegessen hatte.die geben ja kein extra Teller für Knochen. Oder hätte ich besser die Knochen auf dem Tisch legen sollen. Die haben mir tatsächlich die Knochen mit eingepackt. Ich bin sprachlos. Unverschämt finde ich das bei den Preisen Deshalb dieser 1 Stern

Sehr lecker und nette Bedienung

Beim Salat und Salatsauce könnte ich mir etwas besseres vorstellen. Das Hähnchen ist super, mit die besten Grillhähnchen in Tempelhof und die Pommes auch mit Ketchup/Majo immer dabei, komme gerne wieder.

Sehr leckeres Essen, freundlicher Service und sehr sauber. Nur 1 Stern Abzug, weil man bei den ständigen Preiserhöhungen kaum noch hinterher kommt. Inflation hin oder her, hier ist mittlerweile ordentlich teuer.

Es ist inzwischen viel zu teuer, sorry. Super Hähnchen und ich bin seit Jahren Kunde. Aber 13,60.- für ein ganzes Hähnchen zum mitnehmen? Für den normalen Geldbeutel nicht zu machen.
