We last ordered here two weeks ago and got sliced spaghetti. Nothing wrong with that. I called five minutes ago to ask if they usually sliced it, and the employee got angry, announced me, and hung up. The food itself was usually quite okay. We've ordered from them a few times. We won't order from here again.

For years I have always enjoyed taking a break here when I am on the road. A feel-good place with great restaurants and fresh food shops. Always happy to come back

The food was subpar chicken from Bofrostmann hot and hot on the outside Frozen inside, I don't understand the reviews I read before, better food must have been served and I was just unlucky, I don't eat there anymore.

Beetles, chaos, disaster 👎 Even upon arrival, despite the clear information in our package booking, the hotel refused us dinner, citing a "system error." One sauna was completely out of service, and another was partially unusable. The receptionist's response: "That's just how it is." There was neither an apology nor a refund for the booked and paid time due to the lack of available sauna facilities. Beetles in the room are apparently not uncommon due to the proximity to the forest, but seeing them in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet is not pleasant. The options for using the relaxation areas after sauna sessions were limited. The already insufficient number of loungers were constantly reserved by users. Even requests from staff to vacate the loungers when not in use were only partially heeded. There simply wasn't enough space for all guests. The hotel explained that this is just how it is during certain weeks of the year. No action was taken to rectify the situation, and complaints were dismissed. The next day at reception, we were told that the staff hadn't removed the items because they weren't allowed to. Again, there was no apology, and this obvious overwork was not handled well. The room is now only cleaned every three days. This is justified as sustainability, but in reality, it's probably cost-cutting or due to staff shortages. Overworked staff, inadequate facilities in the sauna area, very unprofessional handling of complaints, and numerous inconsistencies. As a result, the obligatory question about our stay wasn't asked at check-out. Many of these complaints are known or have already been raised, but they were clearly not read or understood. We will not be returning.
