Babylon Restaurant in Garrel

This is my first time in Garrel, and I wanted to strengthen my resolve. The few pictures that were published practically convinced me...but... Choosing this was the wrong decision. I ordered grilled lamb, chicken, rice, and salad. I wasn't impressed with the taste; only the lamb was okay. The chicken, or rather, the chicken skewer, was tasteless, and most of the rice was hard (maybe the last one...) and had little flavor. If you want to wash your hands, you have to use the restroom, where unfortunately, no hand towels are provided. What also bothered me was that they only accept cash payments, even though there was a large sticker on the door listing the acceptable payment methods (EC and similar). Of course, they could have put up a note saying they only accept cash. I've eaten in more than 50 similar restaurants. I've always been asked after the meal whether everything was okay, whether everything was good, whether everything tasted good. Today, that wasn't the case. They just take money. I think customer satisfaction counts a bit. That is my honest opinion and everyone has to decide for themselves.

We had ordered various meals: schnitzel, rolls, pizzas, and casseroles. It was already shortly before 8 p.m. We ordered for several people. Unfortunately, my eldest daughter started throwing up really badly at 2 a.m. Since she hadn't been out of the house since her last school-leaving exams (2 weeks), she couldn't have caught it anywhere. As an older person, I didn't have anything, but I had eaten something else. When I called my sister to tell her, she told me she'd been feeling really bad all day. But she'd only eaten 1/3 of her food because she had to keep getting up. She then threw it all away. It's a shame, we go there every now and then and it's never been anything, but this time it was bad. Unfortunately.

I've rarely eaten something so disgusting. For the prices, you'd expect some taste. The staff is nice.

Best shop in all of Garrel. Friendly workers. Food great, wishes come true. What bothers me is the outdoor area, it looks run down. Could be more neat.flowers etc.

I have ordered here several times via Loederando. The delivery always comes on time, the drivers are always very friendly and there is nothing wrong with the food 😊 always happy.

The food we ordered in advance was simply inedible. Unfortunately we had to put it in the organic waste bin. The very tough gyros smelled unpleasant and tasted horrible. The pizza was terrible. It looked like it came from the supermarket. The gyros menu was completely crammed into a Styrofoam tray. It In some cases, what was ordered was not delivered. We have never experienced such poor quality.

Schade habe mir ein BBQ Burger bestellt das was Bürgerbrot mit ein Fleisch Petty und ein bisschen bbq Sauce kein Salat Tomaten nix

Man hat bestellt zum liefern und kriegt weder die volle Bestellung noch die Einsicht vom Fahrer dass etwas falsches geliefert wurde . Essen ist vollkommen okay aber der lieferservice ist eine Katastrophe. Falsche Bestellung , keine Einsicht für Fehler und ein Respektloser Umgang mit Kunden

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, allerdings könnte es etwas mehr gewürzt sein. Die Saucen..da ist noch Luft nach oben, finde ich persönlich. Aber man wird immer freundlich empfangen. Komme gerne wieder.

Die Pizza ist nicht schlecht. Gyros naja. Aber vielleicht liegt das am Schweinefleisch allgemein. Es gibt einen unschönen Nachgeschmack beim Schwein 🐖.

Wir haben eine Platte bestellt gehabt und ich sage mal so, nie wieder. Es war vielleicht gekonnt aber nicht gewollt! Lecker ist war es nicht!

Lecker Döner! Lecker Pizza! War aber noch nicht drinnen. Essen öfters schon liefern lassen. 45min sollte man evtl. einplanen.

Paar mal bestellt, eigentlich sehr lecker! Nur das Brot beim Dönner könnte etwas knuspriger sein, sonst hat alles geschmeckt, danke! Hoffentlich beim nächstes mal 5 Sterne! 😉

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, versuchte uns alles recht zu machen. Jedoch hat dieses Restaurant ( eher Imbiss aus meiner Sicht) eine sehr große und umfangreiche Speisekarte. Das von mir gewünschte Paprikaschnitzel war nicht zu bekommen. Dann lieber eine überschaubare Karte.

Die Jungs sind sehr,sehr freundlich. Meckern kann man beim Essen auch nicht, alles sehr lecker und vom Handwerklichen her einwandfrei. Die Tischseiten werden hier und da leider übersehen beim Reinigen was schade ist da es einem suggeriert das die Hygiene in der Küche auch nicht gegeben ist. Dennoch 5 ☆e . Passt schon 🖒

Super nettes Personal, leckeres Essen und schönes Ambiente. Zudem sehr sehr kinderfreundlich, kann ich nur empfehlen - würde 10 Sterne geben wenn ich könnte. TOP 👍
