Wir haben heute das erste Mal bei Riccandros Pizza bestellt und abgeholt. Alle Pizzen waren geschmacklich sehr gut. 👍 🍕 Margherita 4x, s‘Fischle 1x, Salsiccia 1x Preis völlig in Ordnung. Wir haben online bestellt und danach abgeholt. Das bestellen Online hat super funktioniert, ohne Probleme. Ich habe definitiv nicht das letzt mal dort bestellt. Absolute Empfehlung

Das Team war freundlich und entspannt, und die Pizzen waren pünktlich fertig. Jetzt zum Wichtigsten: Die Pizzen waren richtig lecker! Und die scharfe Pizza? Die war tatsächlich SCHARF! Nicht dieses "wir nennen es scharf, aber es ist eigentlich nicht"-Ding, das man sonst so oft erlebt. Hier meinen sie es ernst mit der Schärfe – endlich! 🌶️ Wir werden definitiv wieder hier bestellen, und irgendwann schauen wir auch mal vorbei, um vor Ort zu essen. Wenn die Pizza zum Mitnehmen schon so gut ist, muss es dort erst recht toll sein! **Fazit:** Unkomplizierte Bestellung, freundlicher Service, authentisch scharfe Pizza. Was will man mehr? Uns plagte mal wieder der Hunger und wir haben uns entschieden bei unserem Lieblingsitaliener zu bestellen :) Wir wollten es natürlich liefern lassen, doch da nicht bis zu uns geliefert wird, trifft man sich eben an einer Adresse zu der maximal geliefert wird. Einfach mega! Jenny und Angelo machen einen super Job. Angefangen vom Anruf und aufnehmen der Bestellung, bis hin zur Lieferung (Fahrer überaus freundlich!) und der Geschmack einfach genial. Wir lieben Riccandros schon eine ganze Weile♡ wir können es nur jedem empfehlen.

I recently visited Riccandros in Heidenheim for the first time, and I'm absolutely thrilled! Finally, there's a restaurant here that offers gluten-free pizza—and that's truly unique in Heidenheim so far. The selection is good, the dough tastes fantastic, and is in no way inferior to a "regular" pizza. I was particularly impressed by how crispy the crust is yet light and fluffy—something that's often difficult with gluten-free versions. The ambiance is cozy, and the service is very friendly and attentive. You can tell that great importance is placed on quality and customer satisfaction. The only small downside: There's a surcharge of €6 per pizza for the gluten-free version. Given the effort involved, a surcharge is entirely understandable, but it's simply too high. €3-4 would be much fairer, especially since people with intolerances are already very limited in their choices. For me, the advantages clearly outweigh the disadvantages, and I think it's great that people with gluten intolerance finally have a real choice here. All in all, an absolute recommendation – not just for gluten-free people!

Shortly before moving to the city, Food is okay, pizza would be delicious, pasta is out.

An absolute insider tip! At Riccandro's, you feel like you're on vacation in Italy the moment you enter. The welcome is warm, and the service is attentive but unobtrusive. The pizza is made with fresh ingredients, the dough is crispy on the outside and wonderfully light on the inside – just as you would expect. The Riccandro pizza with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil is especially recommended – it's a dream!

Ordered two pizzas, one was burnt and the other wasn't even browned. Both were very soggy and soggy, and unfortunately, the crust wasn't even visible. It's a disgrace to call it a pizza; it was more like a tarte flambée. Despite the extra garlic, there was no taste. Furthermore, the pizzas were far too bland. Prices aren't as advertised; they're way too high! Charging €34 for two pizzas is unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN!

The pizza was quite good, but we ordered it at 7:30 p.m. and were told it would be there in 30 minutes. It's 3 km from us to Riccandros, and about a 5-minute drive. The pizza arrived at 8:45 p.m. Very annoying. I think it's ridiculous to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 pizzas and a 3-km drive. I could have just made them myself.

We were passing through and spontaneously looked for a pizzeria. Guys, I can tell you, just go to Riccardo's Pizza and you'll be so impressed.

So all in all, it was delicious, but definitely a bit too moist (oil, sauce). And the crust is bottomless... No offense, just very thin.

If you are looking for an affordable place to have dinner, this place is a quite good idea. Not so expensive, the service is precise and friendly, the environment is a bit tight, but works fine given its purpose. I'd recommend you go for the pizzas to enjoy the best of it.

We recently visited this pizzeria and were greeted by very friendly service. The food was solid, especially the pizza, which was well topped and tasty. However, there was one big negative point: the children's chairs were unfortunately very dirty, all three of them! That was really annoying, I always think it's a shame when the little guests in particular aren't valued. I then cleaned the chair with wet wipes, it took a while and the staff noticed but didn't offer a cloth. Maybe you should ask yourself whether you would want to sit in such a chair yourself. Overall it was a pleasant visit, but there is definitely room for improvement here.

Just ordered 2 pizzas, have you heard anything about hygiene? Cleaning it openly doesn't hurt either. Edges are burned. Our pizzas are black on the bottom, as if they were thrown on the coals. Never again. Disgusting. I definitely won't eat anything like that. As if food was prepared not for humans, but for pigs.

Then I wrote a review here but the owner of this restaurant unfortunately couldn't handle criticism from the customer and then said I would get my money back if I deleted this ad here...so blackmail 😂 Sorry, I don't miss the opportunity to tell people where it's better not to order because the price performance just doesn't fit.

Pizza was okay, really well made and tasty. Unfortunately, the noodles couldn't be enjoyed because of all the pepper. with panini, very hard and almost black (maybe a matter of taste). Capresele was a tomato and a dumpling of mozzarella (a good margin even without dressing). Mixed salad was good. The driver was super nice, but unfortunately an hour late (if you already have your own booking system, the times should be roughly correct). We also received an apology bag of chips. We also ordered a voucher. Unfortunately, the voucher is a code printed on a receipt. A bit loveless. I can't rate the ambience, it was delivery.

The seafood was hard and inedible. The cheese crust we ordered was again just average. Very disappointing! Unfortunately, there is absolutely no value for money here. We paid €18 for the liquid pizza with a cheese crust. In addition to the overpriced price, we were charged a €4 fee when ordering online with self-collection. For what? Conclusion: Too expensive, especially for the quality offered.
