The best Asian restaurant in Heidenheim and the Ostalbkreis district. The ambiance is very relaxing, making it perfect not just for a meal but also for a romantic date night or as a backdrop for a business lunch. The reception is very friendly, and the food is simply fantastic. Plus, there's never a long wait. You can also order and pick up. As far as I know, they don't offer delivery (yet). Still, a big recommendation! The baked bananas are highly recommended; you won't find them as crispy anywhere else. An absolute dream.

Food is really nice. Crispy duck is super tasty, together with veggies, rice and curry, the perfect combination. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is very clean.

Really inexpensive lunch. Soup as a starter was really tasty. Main course okay. We didn't rate the fact that chicken came instead of duck. 2x drinks, 2x soup and two main courses = 34 euros.

The food is great! The coconut curry with duck tasted very good... Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was THE highlight of our trip to Heidenheim. You simply have to visit this pearl! The staff is super friendly and explained the different dishes to us as newbies to Vietnamese cuisine. We then ordered the menu for 2 people. Absolutely awesome!! The various dishes were plentiful and of excellent quality. So they still exist, the restaurants that spoil their customers. We would love to come back.

The food is very good and authentic. Spring rolls, which in many places are simply store bought and heated up, seem hand-made. I recommend the coconut curry with crispy chicken breast, the summer rolls and the fried rice, as well as the crispy fried banana dessert. Due to the food being really delicious, we went there three times. Unfortunately, on our third visit, we had a very bad experience on the service side. The lady who served us seemed to struggle with German, and we got served a different beer from the one we ordered. Not a big deal. We told the male waiter and I don't think we even got a little apology, aside from the hint that next time we needed to tell them right away. However, we also discovered that the turkey spring rolls we ordered were in fact veggie spring rolls. This was not the fault of the waitress, as the correct order got booked, so we think it must have been a kitchen mix-up. Again, the male waiter came over to discuss this issue with us. He brushed us off pretty much right away without looking at the dish and said that it was impossible for the dish to be wrong, and that he was 100% certain that these were turkey rolls. We got very confused because it was abundantly clear to my wife and me (look and taste) that these spring rolls didn't contain a single shred of meat or seafood. We've also had the turkey ones before on one of our earlier visits. He later said that we're free to taste the veggie ones to see the difference, to which I replied "yes please", but he never followed up on the matter. I felt gaslighted and cheated, and we are of the firm opinion that this is exceptionally bad service to an extent that (fortunately) rarely ever happens when dining out. I understand that the waiter disagreed with us, but not even looking at the food or checking back with the kitchen is a level of disregard of customers and basic rules of hospitality that is simply not acceptable. Needless to say, we didn't get any apology and instead had to pay the full price for the turkey spring rolls (which is double that of the veggie ones). We are not stingy people, and we understand that running a restaurant is not easy, but this was simply not necessary. Despite the great food I am not sure if we want to come back in the future.

Very tasty and Cheap! We ordered a crispy chicken mango curry rice, and a beef horfun. The curry was a little too sweet but still very delicious, and the chicken was juicy! Beef horfun's beef was tender, and peanuts smelled really good. In addition, the portion were large but only took us 10 per meal!

Commentary on Poles. If you are in this town and want to eat inexpensively and tasty food and you are fed up with kebabs, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The food is tasty, the prices are ok and the service is nice

Absolutely terrific, aromatic, juicy and crispy food without being overly greasy, fantastic drinks (try Thai Tea with milk) and extremely fast delivery. A wonderful experience I'd happily recommend to anyone. Paid around 25€ for appetizers, main course and two lovely drinks. Really worth every penny! Oh: Super friendly staff, too! Loved it!

Went to PhoBui for lunch on Sunday and enjoyed very good dishes. Inn modernly furnished, service very friendly. Price / offer: Very good. Dishes very tastefully prepared, including some vegetarian options. Unfortunately only EC card payment or cash, no credit card possible. All in all very recommendable. Would love to come back.

One of the best restaurants in all of Heidenheim :) The atmosphere in this restaurant is very pleasant and the conditions are absolutely friendly. The dishes offered here taste really delicious and are really good portions. The price/performance ratio is extremely good. If you want to eat really well and cheaply in Heidenheim, Pho Bui is the right place. Absolutely recommended :)

The best Pho around! The beef is briefly seared beforehand, which creates a delicious grilled taste. Personally, I've only tried Pho and Bun Bo Nam Bo here, but I highly recommend these two dishes! What else should you order from a Vietnamese restaurant if not Vietnamese specialties? I wish there were more Vietnamese street food, for example Banh Mi for a quick snack. After the renovation, the ambience has become very comfortable and people enjoy sitting here. Unfortunately it's a little too dark, but it's certainly nice for the evening.

Das Essen ist wie immer sehr Lecker gewesen, leider war unsere Bestellung die wir drei Tage im voraus bestellt hatten einfach vergessen worden..... Der frühere Besitzer vermutlich die Eltern der heutigen Besitzer waren immer sehr nett und haben bei Größeren Bestellungen Immer mehrere Litschi Saft Packungen , sowie eine Flasche Wein mit gegeben das von Dankbarkeit an den Kunden weißt. Bei den jetztigen Besitzern ist das leider nicht so das ich sehr bedauere.

Still full from the fantastic birthday meal with my family, I would like to echo previous reviews here. I had a Vietnamese salad as a starter and I was impressed by both the appropriate size and the taste.🫶🏼 We continued with the vegan eggplant dish that the owner recommended and I was not disappointed. An extremely tasty sauce, delicately seasoned. Everyone else was also very enthusiastic. You may have now gained new regular guests!

I had the Pho and it was delicious and authentic. They definitely had the broth brewing all day or even possibly overnight. Plenty of cilantro, sprouts, and onion. It was a culinary delight. I will gladly eat here again. They have high chairs for children. The atmosphere is stylish modern.

Das Restaurant ist ein authentisches vietnamesisches Restaurant, was in Bezug auf Ambiente und Essensangebot seines Gleichen sucht. Das Essen schmeckt super gut und authentisch und es gibt kein eingedeutschtes Imbissangebot, wie in den meisten asiatischen Restaurants und Imbissen. Die Belegschaft ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, auf das Essen muss man nicht lange warten und das Getränkeangebot ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Wer auf ein kulinarisches Erlebnis gen Fernost aus ist, kommt an diesem Restaurant nicht vorbei.

Unserer Meinung nach der mit Abstand beste Vietnamese in Heidenheim und Umgebung. Haben schon mehrmals Essen abgeholt oder im Lokal gegessen und waren nie enttäuscht. Das Essen ist geschmacklich hervorragend und sehr schön angerichtet (haben schon die Karte rauf und runter probiert), Preis-Leistung ist super. Seit dem das Lokal innen renoviert wurde, kann man dort auch in schöner Atmosphäre sitzen. Der Service ist flott und sehr freundlich. Essen kommt zügig. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Hervorragendes Essen mit einem super guten vegetarischen und veganen Angebot. Das gemütliche Ambiente und der freundliche Service sind top. Alle Gerichte waren frisch und ansprechend präsentiert, vor allem der Tofu hat mir ausgezeichnet geschmeckt und auch die Udon-Nudeln waren ein Gedicht. Preislich absolut fair. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir in der Stadt sind!

Ich habe eine überragende Pho gegessen. War bisher die beste in Heidenheim. Kompliment. Tung ist zudem ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber.

Kleines feines Lokal, etwas abgelegen was allerdings auch seine Vorteile haben kann, da wahrscheinlich nicht zu überlaufen. Das Essen war sehr gut! Die Sommerrollen ganz frisch und wahnsinnig schmackhaft, die Frühlingsrollen genauso allerdings etwas heftig frittiert. Meine Pho Xao mit Ente war super lecker ABER ohne Soße allerdings nicht wirklich trocken. Das Banh Canh Xao mit Huhn meiner Freundin war genauso sehr lecker, ebenso der Klebreis (mir allerdings etwas zu bissig der Reis) und der Vietnamesische Kaffee mal wieder ein Erlebnis! Mein größter Kritikpunkt ist, dass KEINE Kartenzahlung möglich ist! Das Ambiente mit dem schwarz an den Wänden, eher dunklem Holz der Tische und den braunen Stühlen wirkt recht dunkel, wenn auch sehr modern. Ist nicht so meins, aber eben Geschmacksache…

Sehr gutes Essen! Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt: gemütliches Ambiente und sehr freundlicher Service. Alle Gerichte waren frisch zubereitet, optisch ansprechend serviert und haben uns wirklich rundum gut geschmeckt. Auch preislich voll in Ordnung. Wir können das Restaurant weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen, wenn wir in der Stadt sind.
