Immer noch bester Asiate in Heidenheim und Umgebung. Das Sushi ist der Hammer und das Thaifood exzellent.

Ich habe dort sehr leckeres Sushi gegessen. Sehr frische Zutaten, nicht zu viel Reis im Sushi und ansprechend angerichtet.

Nettes Restaurant mitten in Heidenheim, angenehmes Ambiente. Freundliches Personal, Essen schmackhaft. Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Waren heute das erste mal hier, kommen gerne wieder.

Eine Frechheit und Enttäuschung! Ich war mit meinen beiden Enkelkindern in diesem Restaurant, in der Hoffnung auf ein ruhiges und angenehmes gemeinsames Essen. Leider wurde ich sehr enttäuscht. Bereits zu Beginn wurde meine Bestellung offenbar nicht richtig aufgenommen oder schlicht überhört. Obwohl ich zunächst darüber hinwegsehen wollte, musste ich nach etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten erneut nachfragen und meine Bestellung wiederholen. Als das Essen schließlich gebracht wurde, handelte es sich auch noch um die falsche Bestellung. (Nicht meiner erwartung über das essen) Auf meinen höflichen Hinweis hin, dass ich das so nicht mir vorgestellt habe und gerne das Richtige bekommen würde, reagierte das Personal sichtlich genervt. Statt eines angemessenen Umgangs wurde sich beschwert und Unverständnis gezeigt, dass ich die falsche Speise nicht behalten wollte. Ein derart unfreundliches und respektloses Verhalten habe ich in all den Jahren wirklich noch nicht erlebt. Besonders unangenehm war zudem, dass während meines Aufenthalts weiterhin hinter meinem Rücken über mich gesprochen wurde. Das Essen konnte ich unter diesen Umständen leider nicht mehr genießen. Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber Gästen – noch dazu in Begleitung von Kindern – ist aus meiner Sicht völlig unangebracht.

Super nette Bedienung, leckeres Essen, faire Preise

guter und schneller Service, große Gemütlichkeit, saubere Toiletten, ausgebreitete Speisekarte mit Spezialitäten aus mehreren asiatischen Ländern, zB auch besonders große Sushi Auswahl

Essen & Service top nur wenn am Eingang sitzen tust riechen deine Klamotten danach nach Rauch (war nur 1 Tisch mit 5 Personen draußen rauchen). Habs daheim gemerkt das meine Klamotten voll nach Rauch gerochen haben (blöd das es frisch angezogene waren kannst gleich wieder in wäsche hauen).

Preis/Leistung passt absolut.@ ThienLongParadies. Die Frau, ist ein Herr Junginger 😉, aber ansonsten danke für die Rückmeldung.

Tolles Essen zu günstigen Preisen

das Essen ist hier sehr gut. Im Vergleich zu Burger King Heidenheim wo alles kalt und gammlig ist, ist dieses Restaurant einfach ein Edellokal. Dazu freundliches Personal, was auch anderswo vermisst wird.

Freundliche Bedienung und leckere Speisen sind hier geboten. Einfach mal eine Auszeit vom Alltag und Stress.

Wir kommen seit Jahren hier her. Es ist eigentlich nie etwas gewesen. Ich bestelle IMMER die T11 (gebratenes Hähnchen mit Kokossosse) Ich denke man hat uns vergessen weil der Laden echt voll war. Dann kam die Kellnerin und entschuldige sich (die Damen dort sind wirklich immer nett zu uns) - und dann ganz plötzlich ...keine 5 Minuten später kam auf einmal das Essen. Meins war lauwarm. Das von meinem Mann war heiß (es war doppelt frittiert) Ich habe bemerkt das das Hähnchen etwas anders schmeckt als sonst aber mir tatsächlich nicht viel dabei gedacht (hab gedacht es stand vielleicht eine Weile in der Küche bis das von meinem Mann fertig gemacht wird) Tja das Ende vom Lied ... Ich möchte den Laden wirklich nicht schlecht reden weil bisher immer alles in Ordnung war. Aber ich muss seit 3 Tagen spucken und hab üble Magenkrämpfe und Fieber. Ich hätte lieber noch länger gewartet bis mein Essen ganz durch gebraten gewesen wäre 😥 ich möchte einfach nur das meine Rezension zur Folge hat das man nicht "schnell schnell" in der Küche macht weil das wirklich nicht witzig ist. Mir geht es miserabel .. und mein Magen ist sonst wirklich robust. Macht es besser als ich Leute und lasst das gebratene Hähnchen gut sein. Lieber frittiert , dann ist es wenigstens mit min 80 Grad gebacken ... Richtig schade. Aber seitdem ich meine T11 in der Toilette schwimmen sehen habe , kann ich das Gericht sicher nie wieder essen. Ich hoffe ihr nehmt euch meine Rezension zu Herzen und verbessert etwas.

Derecks Service kommt nie an den Tisch nicht nett man fühlt sich unwohl

Durchschnittliches Asiarestaurant. Bei uns war der Laden zu 1/3 voll, die Essenszubereitung hat ca. 20 Minuten gedauert. Geschmacklich war es in Ordnung und schön angerichtet auf dem Teller. Leider ist der Service ein bisschen unkoordiniert (Wir würden drei Mal gefragt, ob wir schon Essen bestellt haben). Kartenzahlung ist möglich, funktioniert aber leider nicht mit allen Zahlanbietern.

Heut bin ich echt sauer… schon zum zweiten Mal bekomme ich nur Reis mit Gemüse und das panierte Hähnchen fehlt…ernsthaft?!? Beim letzten mal konnt ich noch drüber hinweg sehen und hab meiner Frau meinen Tofu überlassen…Ich dachte mir naja kann ja mal passieren…Aber ernsthaft?!? Two times in a row?!? Müsste ich nicht 25min mit dem Auto dorthin wäre ich nochmal zurückgefahren, aber das ist den Aufwand nicht wert… Ich bestell echt gerne online bei euch weils einfach und theoretisch fehlerfrei funktionieren sollte und gebe auch gerne immer Trinkgeld( Bei Abholung ☝🏻was ja sonst niemand macht ) Bei Nachbesserung werde ich meine Beuurteilung abändern & wenn Ihr Nachbessern wollt könnt ihr meine Bestellnummer haben…Die Dame bei der ich meine Bestellung abgeholt habe ist Dufte…wegen Ihr vergebe ich zumindest 5 Sterne im Service☝🏻

I ordered the chop suey with duck. The rice was good, the sauce very bland and unseasoned, and the duck was brutally dry. I'd heard nothing but good things about this restaurant and was very disappointed when I finally tried it. I've also tried the sushi there and would describe it as mediocre.

I was truly shocked by the way we were treated. This time, the juice (which I always order) tasted very strange and no longer fresh. We politely mentioned it – the waitress immediately became annoyed and even raised her voice. When we said we didn't want the juice, the only response was the cheeky, "Then you won't get anything." You shouldn't treat guests with such disrespect if you want them to come back. Impudence.

The restaurant is highly recommended. I love the sushi here and have never been disappointed. The tempura rolls are particularly delicious. The service is also very attentive and friendly—everything is top-notch.

The only downside is that people smoke outside, otherwise everything is great

It really used to be a very delicious and wonderful restaurant. Unfortunately, it now leaves a lot to be desired. The service was a bit overwhelmed. The wait for the main course (lunch menu) was incredibly long, even though there were only about 5-6 tables occupied. People who arrived after us already had their food. Unfortunately, the food itself wasn't outstanding. The summer roll for the lunch menu was simply slapped carelessly onto the plate. The main course had very little meat and was also very poorly presented. The mango sauce was far too sweet. I have to honestly say, given the current quality, it's better to go to Kokono across the street.

We once again had a lovely evening at Thien Long. The food was delicious, as always. The beer garden has been redesigned with benches. It was very busy, and the service was very friendly. We'd love to come back. 🧡

Huge selection of traditional dishes!

NEVER AGAIN! This was my 5th time ordering from there and I kept giving the restaurant another chance. Out of 5 orders, 4 times something was wrong. Either the sushi worth €80 is completely missing or the entire starter course. Sometimes you just get a completely different dish than you ordered. You drive an extra 20 minutes only to not get what you ordered, every time. In terms of taste, the food isn't nearly so good that you could overlook it. Edmame are not fresh, chicken is dry etc. That was the last time!

Nice Asian restaurant in a central location. The restaurant is a bit inconspicuous from the outside, but is centrally located right next to the pedestrian zone and the arcade castle. There are numerous comfortable seats. Large selection of different Asian dishes, from starters to sushi to various warm main courses. Staff very friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the entrance area is a bit quick at times due to the lack of a vestibule.

We waited a good 25 minutes until someone came to us to take the order. Guests who came in after us had already finished eating when we got our food. The wrong food was brought and I was told I had ordered it. Food was cold. Nobody came to collect because all the conditions had been sat down at the table.

Absolutely great, unfortunately no card payment is actually possible, no credit cards, no debit cards. So nothing for ApplePay. Only cash is real, it's a shame

I would wholeheartedly recommend this business. Good service, delicious food. You can definitely find food that you like in Thien Long. There is a diverse selection of dishes and delicious drinks there.

I eat here several times a year and have done so for years. For me, definitely one of the best Asian restaurants. It's a bit dark inside, so an update could be done, but otherwise no criticism. 👍🏼

Very tasty Asian food with a pleasant ambience, which is also very reasonably priced. The portions are large, and we found the dishes that were listed as spicy on the menu to be slightly spicy rather than really spicy. The selection of dishes includes a wide variety of different sushis, but also various other Asian dishes. The service is very friendly, but could be a little more attentive. Unfortunately, our group also forgot a dish that was then brought later.

It has become very expensive, 3 euros more expensive than before. Other Asian snack bars have made 50 cent increases and not 3 euros. Therefore no recommendation, order somewhere else.

Respektlose Bedingung. Essen nicht durch. Habe nicht das bekommen was ich bestellt habe. Am Ende wurde mir das Geld falsch raus gegeben. Als ich dann zurück kam und mein Geld verlangt habe, wurden aggressive Blicke zugeworfen.. das Kleingeld wurde mir nicht zurückgegeben. ( Es hieß passt so oder) Einmal und niewieder!!!!!

Das Essen war etwas besonderes! Es hat super lecker geschmeckt, war schön angerichtet und reichliche Portionen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The Emte's sauce was more like gravy instead of chop suey

Long-time customer. We were just there, sitting down, and we noticed that the table was sticky. We kindly asked if this could be wiped off. The waitress then says in a whisper: 'It's not like there are 10 clean tables available.' We got up straight away.

My partner and I are regular customers at this restaurant. From today on I won't step in again. We sat down at a table and then we noticed that the table was a bit sticky. I asked politely if the table could be wiped down and the answer I got from the waiter was: “It's not like there are any other clean tables here There’s somewhere you can sit down.”

We've been to Thien Long Paradise a few times since we've been living in Nattheim. So far we have never been disappointed, it has always been a solid performance ✔️ Sushi is really great, great selection and first class quality. The Asian dishes are average, but not top notch. Others can do that better. The atmosphere is inviting and also quite cozy if you get one of the individual tables. The service is polite and courteous. Unfortunately, I find it annoying that in 2024 I still won't be able to pay with a debit card and will always have to go to the ATM first.

Our food wasn't tasty. Sauces watery, no taste. The baked meat was in the sauce, the breading was slippery and the meat was tough. Unfortunately, sushi was just ok. No card payment was possible during our visit, we were told that the device was apparently defective. The service person was unfriendly, disrespectful and even insisted on a tip at the end, which is outrageous. We won't be ordering food there anymore. I cannot recommend this restaurant. There are much better, delicious Asian restaurants with motivated people in the immediate vicinity.

There were 7 of us eating here and I have to say it was simply good! Friendly service, delicious food, great ambience and short waiting times despite the full house. We will be back!

War mit Kollegen da essen mein essen kam erst eingefroren und wo ich die drauf hingewiesen habe habe ich es kalt bekommen bei dritten mal war es war sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt...........

Update zu Kommentar vom inhaber: Eine zweite Chance wurde gegeben und es war die Krönung! Wir hatten beide gebratene Nudeln! Matschig waren sie und es waren keine Nudeln mehr es waren Stücke und wir wollten es nicht aussprechen während wir ein paar gabel gegessen hatten..... ES SAH AUS WIE RESTE! Also das war definitiv das LETZTE MAL. Es hat uns extrem angeekelt :( noch nie haben wir so schlimm gegessen.... Achtung! Unten die neue Bewertung!! Rezession vor 4 Jahren 5 Sterne: Ich habe viele Asiatische Restaurants besucht aber in Heidenheim finde ich Thien Long Paradies am besten. Bedienung nett und schnell und das essen sehr lecker.. Die Saucen sind nicht zu sehr verdickt wie bei manchen anderen asiatische Restaurants! Also echt Top :) Rezession aktuell 23.10.2022 1 Stern: Leider ist Thien Long von unserem jahrelangen lieblingsasiate abgestiegen ....seitdem die Preise erhöht wurden, ist die Qualität abgesunken und es wird oft falsches Essen zubereitet. Einmal statt nicht scharf wird scharf gemacht, mit parierte Hähnchen wird unpaniertws Hähnchen in die Nudeln gelegt oder jetzt habe ich leider meinen Magen verdorben und seit 2 Tagen schmerzen . Ich denke es lag am der soße die von der konsistenz her anders wie sonst war... es war einfach noch niiiie so! Ich weiß nicht was verändert wurde (Koch, chef, anderes Personal, qualität des essens), aber wir sind sehr unzufrieden geworden.. Wir haben IMMER gerne dort gegessen bzw. Bestellt aber werden uns leider nach der Konkurrenz umschauen müssen.. Schade liebes thien long Team :(

Das Restaurant bietet eine vielfältige Speisekarte mit dementsprechend vielen Gerichten. Der Service war freundlich. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm, aber das Ambiente könnte etwas moderner sein. Die Preise waren angemessen für die Qualität der Speisen.

The worst Thai food I’ve ever had, this isn’t even 1 star of an review worth. For this price you shouldn’t expect too much anyway but we went there without expectation and got somehow still disappointed. For what you get you should get paid to eat there because it was rather even disgusting, you can really tell it’s the worst kind of quality of food. As an extra the waiter was really unmotivated and ignored us all the time we asked for the candle to be lighten up and she tried to light it up for us but after her lighter somehow malfunctioned she told us to bring a new one but after this incident she just ignored us and the candle was still not burning til the end. and as we thought it couldn’t get any worse they told us they’d accept card payment in the beginning but when you come up to them to pay they tell you they somehow don’t accept credit cards, visa, American Express etc. so I even had to find an atm and come back to pay for the food. Whatever they’ll charge you it’s too much, we paid 23,40€ for this disgusting meal, my worst food experience in whole Heidenheim. Don’t come here under any circumstances! We ate really poor this day definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever come here to eat! there’s lots of good restaurants nearby but this one isn’t. Don’t make the mistake as we did

Tolle, zentrale Lage. Freundliches Personal und immer frisches, gleichbleibendes Essen. Wenn das Restaurant voll ist, sinkt die Liebe zum Detail (Essen) etwas, aber das ist kaum auszugleichen!

Schmeckt Alles gut aber schon sehr kleine Portionen grade wenn man Tai Curry bestellt fehlt es sehr auf Nudel und oder reis Gerichte sind ordentlich...

Essen war sehr gut. Service läuft nur vorbei und nimmt keine Bestellungen auf auch wenn man ihr ein Zeichen gibt kommt sie erst nach 10 Minuten. Das geht nicht.

Waren immer zufrieden, aber gestern leider nicht. Fleisch war trocken, Reis hat verbrannt geschmeckt. Haben das Essen mitgenommen und erst zuhause gemerkt das leider Reis anstatt gebratene Nudeln drinnen war (ist jetzt nicht so schlimm) aber man erwartet das man das richtige Essen bekommt wo man bestellt.

Netter Vietnames mit Sushi Angebot. Die Portionen sind in Ordnung und es schmeckt gut. Das Ambiente ist um Restaurant in Ordnung, von außen nicht gerade einladend. Es gibt im Sommer aber auch einen einfach eingerichteten Biergsrtenbereich. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schmeckt sehr nach 08/15 instant Gewürz Zubereitungen. Ambiente ist super, sehr bequem, aber das Essen ist mittelmäßig.

Fantastisches Essen, hatten diverse Vorspeisen und Sushi, selten so gut gegessen. Das Ambiente ist auch super, was nur für mich persönlich schwierig war waren die andauernd flackernden Lampen. Ich bin da leider empfindlich, also ist es mir stark aufgefallen und hat mich überfordert. Würde das Essen aber immer wieder zum Mitnehmen holen!

Das Sushi schmeckte gut. Auch das Limette-Ingwer-Getränk war sehr lecker. Die Sitzgelegenheit im Hof war gemütlich, und das mitten in der Stadt. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es lediglich für die fehlende Möglichkeit, mit Karte zu zahlen.
