Our daughter-in-law invited us to eat Syrian food. While the restaurant may look a bit unassuming from the outside, we were very impressed by its warm atmosphere, cleanliness, and pleasant decor. The service was excellent, very friendly, and attentive. I had never tried Syrian cuisine before, but I was delighted. All the dishes were absolutely delicious.

Bottomless delivery times, waited over 2 hours for food

The ambiance was very nice. The music and the decor were good and oriental, and the chairs were very comfortable. The lady who served us was very friendly and created a good atmosphere. We felt very comfortable with her. But the food was the highlight. It was really delicious and there was plenty of it. The plate of wraps was especially delicious. We were very full and satisfied afterward. We'd love to come back! :D

We went there a bit early on a Saturday evening (17:45ish) for dinner after reading good reviews about the place on Google. And we really loved the food. We ordered the stuffed vine leaves, spicy potato, chicken mandi and lamb horani. We also tried their special pomegranate and sprite drink. All the items were really tasty and to be honest, coming from the Netherlands, we found the price to be quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend this little restaurant if you are in the vicinity.

I always order the 24-piece set; the portion is large and more than filling. The drink with Sprite, rose water, pomegranate syrup, and mint is also super refreshing. As soon as you enter, you are surrounded by the intoxicating scent of spices and freshly prepared food - a foretaste of what is to come. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and decorated with loving details, so you immediately feel like you are on holiday. The menu is a journey through the diversity of oriental cuisine. Everything was not only beautifully prepared, but also an absolute highlight in terms of taste. Particularly noteworthy is the homemade hummus – creamy, delicately spiced and simply heavenly. The service was also great: warm, attentive and always with a smile. You can feel that people cook and work here with passion. Conclusion: A feast for the senses! Anyone who loves oriental cuisine – or wants to get to know it – should not miss this culinary experience. I'll definitely be back!

Zufallsfund, der nicht enttäuscht wurde! In der naiven Annahme, dass wir ein indisches Restaurant gefunden haben, wurden wir eines besseren belehrt, aber nicht enttäuscht! Sehr pragmatische Terasse, nette Bedienung, gutes Essen, faire Preise! Für jeden, der mal etwas ausprobieren möchte auf jeden Fall den Weg wert.

Sehr leckeres Essen, guter Service, angemessene Preise

Unser Essen war größtenteils gut, die Soßen dazu leider nicht besonders. Sie waren fade und geschmacklos - besonders die Weiße, flockige... ich komme selbst aus dem arabischen Raum und wusste nicht, was das sein sollte :D Menge war eher zu wenig, besonders für einen normalen "Männermagen". Auch hätten wir uns über ein bisschen arabisches Brot auf dem Tisch gefreut oder einen Chai zum Schluss - im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants dieser Art hat das echt gefehlt. Der Garten draußen hätte echt Potential im Sommer - aber auch da fehlt einfach was. Kein Grün wächst an den Holzspalieren, keine Tischdeko, nichts.. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben:)

I visited the restaurant yesterday with my family, to be honest we were hungry, and this restaurant was exactly what we wanted! The food was more than wonderful, all the Syrian dishes were the same as they are known in Damascus (No shawarma though ☹️). The staff was more than wonderful, friendly and very helpful even when they were overwhelmed by the number of customers! To be clear, the place was not the best. For one reason or another, the indoor restaurant was closed, so we had to eat in the outdoor seating, which was not very comfortable, in addition to the difficulty of moving between the tables and inside the restaurant to go to the bathroom. We thank you very much for this wonderful effort!! 💪🏼

Wir waren schon fast überall in Heidenheim zum Essen.Durch Zufall sind wir auf das Orient Express gestoßen.Wir sind sowas von beeindruckt gewesen. Das Essen super lecker,schon lang nicht mehr soooooo gut gegessen,das Personal auch sehr nett.Macht weiter so,wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, liebevoll angerichtetes und gutes Essen nach orientalischer Art. Muss man aber mögen! Musik könnte etwas leiser sein. Preis-/Leistung in Ordnung.

Definitiv mein Geheimtipp. Man sitzt sehr gemütlich und wird sehr schnell freundlich bedient. Das syrische Restaurant ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit schönen Details. Man erkennt aber wenn man genauer hinschaut das vorher ein asiatisches Restaurant drin war. Nun zum wichtigsten wie war das Essen? Einfach super lecker. Wir haben uns für jeweils ein Gericht von der Tageskarte entschieden. Das Essen war reichhaltig und eine ordentliche Portion. Preis - Leistung hat gepasst Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Auch wenn die Goldfische im Aquarium etwas traurig ihre Runden drehen.

Das Essen hier ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Entsprechend des Namens ist das Restaurant hauptsächlich orientalisch, genauer syrisch ausgerichtet und bietet neben Fisch- und Fleischgerichten auch vegetarische und vegane Speisen. Die Bedienungen sind ausgesprochen freundlich und helfen auch, wenn man bei der Auswahl an Speisen ein paar Ratschläge braucht.
