Picked up food and was satisfied

We had a delicious meal here. We ordered a meat platter together, followed by a large, delicious salad. I think it was the owner who served us. He was a very friendly man. Highly recommended!

The restaurant was a wonderful surprise; we weren't familiar with it, so we were surprised. It was fantastic. The staff were super friendly, kind, and very accommodating. We didn't have a reservation, but we still got a table right away. It's usually busy here, so it's sometimes better to make a reservation. You can sit outside inside anyway. There's usually not a long wait. The food was fresh and delicious 😋 The portions were generous.

Beautiful location right in the heart of Schüttorf.

The food was excellent, tasted very good, the portions were not small, the waiters were unobtrusive and the drinks were very good, 🍷

I was really looking forward to a gyro dish. Since our dog wasn't allowed in the restaurant, which wasn't clear online, we left.

Unfortunately our dog wasn't allowed to come with us. We couldn't see this on the website beforehand. Only a sticker on the entrance door pointed this out.

Delicious Greek dishes. Highly recommended!

Sit comfortably, attractively decorated. Delicious food and good portions. We would love to come again.

We weren't satisfied at all. Liver was overcooked, the food was generally very salty and the zatzik was quite sweet. There were large pieces of carrot in the rice that looked like star thalers. We told the waitress that we were not satisfied, but unfortunately this was ignored. There was no ouzo afterwards either. Unfortunately not a perfect evening.

Ordering and serving the food went quickly. The portion was plenty for a reasonable price. It was busy, so I would advise reserving a table.

This isn't your run-of-the-mill Greek. The quality of the dishes on offer, whether fish, meat or vegetarian, leaves nothing to be desired. Absolutely on point in terms of taste. The extremely friendly service should also not go unmentioned here. Twenty minutes before the lunch break we were allowed to sit down and eat in peace. The ambience is also pleasantly unfussy, where Chinese plastic aphrodites don't stare at you from all sides. Of course it's all a matter of taste.

Very tasty food and plentiful. Lots of tables too. Menu very well and clearly laid out. Prices completely okay. We'll be seeing you there more often. Thanks to the Rhodes team.

Rice seasoned with cinnamon, I felt like I was eating rice pudding with the gyros...byfteki were filled with tomato pepperoni and Edam cheese.....

Were in this restaurant for the first time. The reception was friendly, the service was impeccable. A little cold but okay. Food was okay but nothing more. What we didn't like at all was the sterile environment. There's nothing cozy about it and certainly nothing warm about it. And that was the second point. It was freezing cold. I had to put my jacket back on, something I don't really like doing in a bar. So the first impression was very clear here. It stays with this first visit

Everything was again super tasty. The service is also very good. I'd love to come back.

The meat in two dishes was very bacon-heavy (gyro pizza and four meat skewers), and some of it had to be spit out again

Was delicious. But the side salad was poor. The Metaxa medallions were swimming in the sauce. Just under €27 is already tight. But I'll come back...

Price-performance ratio doesn't fit. First of all, it should be said that the portion size for the grill plate is absolutely okay. However: the tomato rice was dry, the meat was bland and dry, only a spoonful of tzatziki, and the side salad was a joke. The whole thing for €21.80?? This can definitely be better!!

It's a shame... We were actually happy to go out to eat there, especially since we always enjoyed eating there a few years ago (it was always tasty, friendly and priced completely ok) but now the food doesn't have the typical Greek spices (but it's also a matter of taste) unfortunately the portions have become smaller and the price feels like it has tripled. Apparently there are only small cola, when asked about a large one this would be denied even though the liter bottles were seen. The service was also rather uninterested in making the evening nice for us, the ouzo as a "nightcap" is no longer offered, which ALWAYS used to be. We didn't feel welcome and will therefore no longer go there.

We went there full of anticipation, So many times we wanted to indulge ourselves there, unfortunately we completely fell for the good reviews, it's just expensive, completely devoid of taste and Greek authenticity. Not being able to get a free ouzo from a Greek is a real highlight, we don't have that, was the comment, hospitality isn't very important here! We now know we will never go there again!

Very tasty food that we really enjoyed.

Getränke und Essen waren grundsaetzlich ok, Essen könnte etwas authentischer gewürzt sein, fehlte was der „griechische“ Geschmack. Vom Ambiente her sehr modern, könnte von der Einrichtung her auch ein italienisches oder deutsches Restaurant sein.

War hier am Abend mit Familie. Wir haben nur vegetarische Vorspeisen gegessen, aber die waren ziemlich gut. Das frisch gezapfte Bier kam auch schnell und die Temperatur stimmte. Es hat alles gepasst. Klare Empfehlung.

Einfach super. Besonders die Tomatensuppe, die von der Chefin gekocht wird. Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

Leider mussten wir hier viel zu lange Warten. Zuerst vergaß man unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen, so dass wir an der Theke darum bitten musste, dass man uns bediente und dann mussten wir auch nochmals 1,5 Stunden auf unsere bestellten Speisen warten. Die Gerichte waren geschmacklich ok aber alles in Allem war es einfach keine schöne Erfahrung.

Angenehme Bedienung; Essen reichlich!

Geschmacklich war das Essen okay aber ein so kleines Bifteki haben weder mein Sohn noch ich je bekommen. Zu dem nicht gerade günstigen Preis, hatten wir mehr erwartet als ein Bifteki vom Kinderteller.

Warum Hausgemachtes Gyros mit Geschmacksverstärker Glutamat ??Bedienung leider uneinsichtig die Kunden wollen das anscheinend immer so haben war die Ausrede.Fleischspieße waren sehr trocken..Wurde such so hingenommen.Anscheinend Egal! Leider keine gute Griechische Küche! Nicht Wieder!!

Essen war im großen und ganzen recht gut.

Seit langem mal wieder hier gewesen. Es ist modern eingerichtet, das Essen war spitze und der Preis war angemessen. Ich komme bestimmt noch einmal wieder. 😊

Gute Preise, schöne Einrichtung. Essen nichts besonderes, aber trotzdem gut

Erg vriendelijke bediening en een gezellige sfeer, prijs kwaliteit verhouding prima. Lekker eten voor een lage prijs en een uitgebreide kaart. Het enige minpuntje was dat de hond niet mee naar binnen mocht dus die hebben we in de auto gedaan.

Gezellig Grieks restaurant met atmosfeer. Bediening is vriendelijk en serveert heerlijke gerechten. Voor de kinderen een aangepaste kaart. Aanrader.

Wir kamen gegen 22 Uhr, waren also recht spät dran. Es war aber noch einiges los und das Ambiente super gepflegt, stilvoll und angenehm. Das Bier war frisch gezapft und sehr lecker. Das Essen ließ nicht zu lange auf sich warten, man hatte aber noch schön Zeit, sich vorher zu unterhalten. Geschmacklich war das Essen wirklich klasse. Super lecker. Der Service war total nett und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr angemessen. Tut mir Leid, aber es gibt da nichts zu bemängeln. Gekrönt wurde der Abend mit eisigem Ouzo aufs Haus, den ich normalerweise nie anrühre. Echt toll! Wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Gegend sind gegt es definitiv wieder dorthin. 👌
