Very tasty pizza. Thin base, crispy-soft edge, really good. The burger was also well topped, very tasty. A glass of champagne was simply offered as an aperitif on the house. I thought that was really nice. The only drawback. The burger arrived very late, and it was for the birthday child. We were all almost finished eating when he was brought. That just doesn't work at all. The food should come to the table pretty much at the same time - that's the be-all and end-all in gastronomy. The waiter thought it was funny. "Haha, birthday man has to wait"... Inappropriate.

I would prefer not to give a star, but unfortunately that's not possible. The food, I had spiced meat as a starter and schnitzel with spiced meat as the main course. The bottom line is that Italians should stick to their dishes. It just didn't taste good, there was far too much lemon on the seasoned meat and there was sliced ​​cheese on the schnitzel (pork salmon), which was gratinated. So for almost €30 there should be more. So with that in mind, stick with your good Italian dishes.

Far too extensive menu from Italian to typical German... we went for the antipasta that was recommended to us, it was a whole plate full but mainly cold fish... which all tasted the same... the pasta with prawns that was recommended to us afterwards was very simple with 5 prawns, where simple is very tasty in Italy, here it was only spicy without any depth.. on the menu the prices for a pasta were around 10 euros and the starters such as carpaccio and vitello tonato were also around that price. We were shocked. when we had to pay almost 90 euros for this meal with 2 soft drinks with 2 people... in Gotha...

If you want to visit a restaurant, you definitely don't have to go to this place. My friend and I ordered pizza, Aperol, wine and cappuccino. When my friend started to order, the waiter interrupted her mid-sentence and said that we were being quite rude and ugly and that we had to order drinks first. Then he was extremely surprised that we only wanted a pizza and asked several times if there was exactly one))) Such an aggressive sales method is clearly not suitable for a catering establishment that sells food. The drinks arrived quite quickly. The pizza was served on two different plates, which was very pleasant and convenient. But the pizza was terribly dry, it was impossible to cut it, we had to break it. After trying the pizza, we decided we definitely wouldn't order anything else from the food. They also didn't bring us napkins, salt, pepper and olive oil. Should I ask about it? When I asked for the bill, the waiter saw that my friend had left a stain on her dress and started saying that you can take the dress off and I will take it to the laundry. Jokes like this are completely inappropriate since your waiter and I are neither friends nor relatives.

The Bocelli restaurant far exceeded our expectations! As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The atmosphere is cozy and authentically Italian. Our choice fell on the pizza, which turned out to be an absolute hit. The dough was perfectly crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Every bite was a delight! We were even offered a glass of Prosecco on the house, which rounded off an already positive experience. We would particularly like to highlight the service: The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our wishes were promptly fulfilled and we felt well looked after. Another plus point: the prices at Bocelli are very fair and inexpensive, which made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, our visit to Bocelli was a real highlight. Nice restaurant. There is a very large menu, which means you have to think long and hard about what you want to eat. Nevertheless, a waitress came pretty quickly and wanted my order. However, she wasn't pushy or anything. The food was average good. It doesn't blow your mind, but it's still not bad either. The ambience was very nicely decorated and the location is also very good. All in all, a well-rounded affair. :)

Ich bin ganz spontan im Bocelli, zum Abendessen, gelandet. Die junge, weibliche Bedienung war sehr nett, man musste nicht lange auf sein Getränk warten, ein Glas Prosecco gab es gratis dazu. Ich habe alles richtig gemacht, hier essen zu gehen, dachte ich. Ich habe mich für eine Pizza entschieden. Als ich mehr als die Hälfte gegessen habe, fing das Desaster an, ich hatte ein 20 cm langes schwarzes Haar in der Pizza, welches ich mir aus dem Mund gezogen habe. Ich rief den Kellner, er zeigte auf den Himmel, wo es heruntergefallen sein sollte. Es wurde mir noch ein Glas Prosecco angeboten, ich verzichtete darauf, habe meine Rechnung bezahlt und bin gegangen. Es wurde mir gesagt, dass niemand lange Haare in der Küche habe, jedoch die weibliche Bedienung schon. Ich wurde behandelt, als wollte ich mein Essen erschleichen. Solch eine Arroganz ist mir noch nicht begegnet. Schade!

Yesterday we had dinner at Bocelli with a larger group, even though they knew there were two small children with us, we sat right near the entrance so it was pretty cool. The food wasn't typically Italian and the prices compared to the website didn't match either.

A nice restaurant in itself, service is friendly! But the food has developed very negatively. The patty from the burger is dry, the bun is still raw, the steak cannot be chewed and the noodles and carpacio are cheap frozen goods! Really underground for the now quite expensive prices! Not again!

Simply not Italian food. I have no idea what's going on in the kitchen but neither of the recipes match the original ones nor are any real spices used, it's a shame the shop deserves real Italians. Wouldn't go again.

Mit einem Italiener hat das leider reichlich wenig zu tun! Die Pasta Gerichte sind weit entfernt von guter/ traditioneller italienischer Küche, einfach nur grauenhaft! Gegessen wurde vor Ort, der Service war nett, leider ändert das aber nichts am Geschmack. Pasta ertränkt in einem Mix aus Sahne- Tomaten- Rahmsoße, geschmacklich überhaupt nicht zu definieren! Da jeder eine zweite Chance verdient, haben wir uns im zweiten Anlauf für Pizza entschieden. Quattro Formaggi mit Camembert - unfassbar! Pizza Cabrese - riesige Salattomatenscheiben mit einer Dicke von 1 cm und einem harten Strunk, keine Gaumenfreude, zumal diese dicken Scheiben sofort beim anheben von der Pizza gerutscht sind. Aller guten Dinge sind bekanntlich drei, in diesem Fall verzichten wir uns sparen und das Geld!

Vor zwei Tagen waren wir mit 12 Personen in diesem Lokal. Das Personal war freundlich, die Bestellungen kamen schnell und auch überwiegend gemeinsam. Jedoch das Essen selbst war sehr enttäuschend. Die Vorspeise Tomate/ Mozzarella war schlicht weg nicht zu genießen. Die Hauptspeise nur lauwarm, das Gemüse tatsächlich roh und kalt und für rund 20,- € gerade mal 3 Kroketten. Zum Nachtisch gab es Eis mit heißen Himbeeren, die ungenießbar waren. Die bestellten Creps waren hart, kalt. Selbst Getränke, z. B. Passionsfruchtlimonade mit Mangostücken... Naja... Hört sich gut an, jedoch waren die Mangostücke wie Kaugummi. Alles in allem waren wir sehr enttäuscht.

Nach dem Weihnachtsmarkt waren wir hier zum Essen - Service war nett und schnell - Essen gut und reichhaltig - mir persönlich waren die Spaghetti aglio olio zu scharf - Preis//Leistung war total in Ordnung!!!

Das Essen war im großen und ganzen gut Doch wenn 2 mal die Pizza Nr. 13 serviert wird obwohl man die 19 bestellt hat und dann noch nichtmal irgendetwas als Entschuldigung (irgendein Getränk oder so) gebracht wird ist dass dann schon echt schlecht Das hilight war noch das wir Trinkgeld gegeben haben und zuhause bemerkten das auf der Rechnung die Pizza Nr. 19 stand welche 2 Euro teurer war. Echt maue nummer nie wieder

Begrüßt wurde ich mit einem Prosecco aufs Haus. In der Speisekarte gab es eine riesige Auswahl an Speisen, sowie eine tolle saisonale Karte mit Kürbisvariationen. Ich entschied mich dann für eine Pizza mit gegrilltem Kürbis und kann dazu nur ein Wort sagen: FANTASTISCH! Ganz gtoller Geschmack, super Kombination der Zutaten. Pizzaboden auf den Punkt knusprig und gleichmäßig. Nicht matschig. Der Service ist absolut freundlich und aufmerksam. Wenn ich wieder mal in der Gegend bin, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Ein sehr nett eingerichtetes Restaurant mit einer erstaunlich großen Anzahl an Sitzmöglichkeiten im Herzen von Gotha. Von den Speisen hatte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet, noch dazu weil in Gotha eine nicht unerhebliche Konkurrenzsituation von Freunden der Dolce Vita vorhanden ist. Aber sei's drum, den Allerweltsgeschmack macht die Herzlichkeit der freundlich schauenden Herren vom Service wieder wett.

Schönes italienisches Lokal. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung nett. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
