Spontan sind wir heute hier eingekehrt. Es war leer und ein netter junger Mann plaziert uns auf der rechten Seite im Restaurant. Die Tischdecke war schmutzig und eine Kellnerin stand die ganze Zeit mit dem Handy da. Nach ca 20 Minuten ging ich vor und fragte, ob unsere Bestellung auch noch kommt. Der junge Mann entschuldigte sich, da seine Kollegin die Bestellung zu uns bringen sollte. Die Eisbecher haben sehr gut geschmeckt, der Kaffee war lauwarm und schmeckte nicht. Wir hatten allerdings auch keine Möglichkeit dies zu sagen oder noch etwas zu bestellen, das Personal kam nicht mehr. Die Rechnung bezahlte ich am Tresen und teilte dort auch mit, dass der Service, genau wie der Kaffee seht schlecht ist. Hier kommen wir nicht nochmal her.

Unfortunately not recommended in our opinion. When you order bruscetta, I want traditional bruschetta and not pizza bread. And if you order extra without garlic, then I would like it that way and not have to test which of them contains garlic and which doesn't. Especially since we had 2 bruschetta orders and it wasn't really clear for both of them. The Minestro didn't really have much flavor and was quite thin/watery. But the worst thing that can happen is if a guest forgets their food. You have to go to the front yourself to ask where the food is, because then no one showed up. Something like that is absolutely not possible. And the restaurant really wasn't that full. Then, on my own initiative, out of goodwill to reduce the bill, the condition didn't even come up. Only after I asked about it was there at least some schnapps “as an apology”. Everyone can form their own opinion, but for us the service, the food and other things were absolutely not recommended.

Arrived, drinks straight away without even having time to look at the menu. But somehow no one wanted to take our food anymore and even after we asked, no one thought it was necessary to take our order. The waiting time for the food was quite acceptable, but sometimes the food we ordered didn't come. The restaurant was almost empty and the staff didn't seem to have been stressed. But the real food tasted pretty good. The waiter was also nice and apologized for the mishap. All in all it's fine. You have to know.

It could be a nice restaurant and ice cream parlor if the standard answer to the question about card payment wasn't that the card reader was broken (again). I find it absolutely incomprehensible that in Italy every roll and every espresso is now paid for with a card.

There is definitely room for improvement. The atmosphere feels cheap and outdated. The tablecloths were dirty and were only changed after they were pointed out. The food is more like cheap cafeteria food, except it's not that cheap. Hopefully this review inspires improvement.

Nice and relatively quick service. However, the upper area was quite dingy and unappealing! It wouldn't hurt to wipe down tables and especially chairs every now and then. The food, baked pasta dishes, was below average.

The food was super delicious. All dishes were prepared by hand, no frozen food. Great, nice service. Top, reliable and competent. The location is sensationally outstanding with the church of Gotha in the background. The ice cream is also sensational, tasted delicious and also includes unique flavors like MaxiKing, but also everyday ice cream flavors like Amarena or chocolate. Next time I'm in Gotha, I'll come back and eat at your place. Because you know that the food is worth 5 stars.

Very bad service... In my opinion the ice cream sundaes are very expensive at 8.90... Half scoops were served...really sad If I want to eat an ice cream sundae, I want one that feels good and not half :(

Total unpünktlich das Essen braucht über 40 Minuten für Bruschetta und 2 Hauptgerichte und Pizza Brötchen Das Schnitzel war nicht paniert und in Soße getränkt die Pilze in der Pasta mit Wasser vollgezogen die Nudeln viel zu weich die Pilze kalt das bruschetta war wie Pizza mit Wasser und Öl getränkt Pizza Brötchen ohne irgendwas einfach trockener Pizza Teig geht garnicht ich esse dort nie wieder und habe jetzt Bauchschmerzen bei der Pasta hat es mich dann sogar gehoben absolut ungenießbar ich esse Pasta gerne aber das ging garnicht der Kakao viel zu süß die Colas warm fast ohne Kohlensäure! Der Service total überfordert Toiletten Sau dreckig und verstopft Beim Rechnen musste man helfen weil wir getrennt bezahlt haben geht garnicht

As is well known, the eye eats with me and if the ice cream is served to me carelessly in a bowl and not a bowl, as they claim, I lose my appetite. And yes, I preferred the ice cream with strawberries. However, I doubt that simply adding a few sliced ​​strawberries is an extra hassle. If you've been serving ice cream like this for years, you might want to check in with your colleagues to see how well it's served there, or just look at the picture on your own menu. All other ice cream orders were served in pretty ice cream bowls and glasses on a small tray with a napkin.

Wir waren in einer großen Gruppe (zu 7.) dort zwei mal ohne Reservierung essen und waren beide Male super begeistert. Unsere Bestellungen waren wegen einiger Unverträglichkeiten/Sonderwünsche nicht einfach. Aber jedes Essen wurde sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aufgenommen sowie richtig und zeitgleich gebracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Service und Essen top! Für Veganer bestens geeignet.

Moijito, nie ma nic wspólnego z moijito. Brak lodu, na bazie wódki, 3 listki mięty które wygjadaja jakby było użyte parę razy.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das nette Personal. Das Essen war lecker und das Ambiente lädt mit Blick auf den Neumarkt zum Verweilen ein. ABER es war keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Wäre besser wenn man sowas schon vor der Bestellung wüsste damit man sich die 6,00€ Gebühren bei der Bank nebenan sparen kann..

Eis ist sehr lecker, und Preise sind auch sehr angemessen. Leider ist eine Kartenzahlung hier anscheinend nicht möglich, da kein Gerät dafür vorhanden ist. Meiner Meinung nach im Jahr 2023 etwas nachlässig, da wenig Menschen noch viel Bargeld haben.

Angenehme Atmosphäre und gutes Essen

Hier gibt es wirklich immer leckeres und frisches Essen, dabei ist das Personal auch noch super nett und freundlichen. Das Ambiente lädt zum verweilen ein, sodass wir nun mehr versuchen wenigstens einmal im Monat das Lokal zu besuchen.

La calidad precio perfecta, aunque me parece excesivo 4.20 euros por un vaso de agua sin gas. Pedimos un aperitivo pero nos trajeron algo que no habíamos pedido, bueno lo comimos igual. Solicitamos una copa de helado de yogurt , pero por favor sin nata, pero tampoco hicieron caso a nuestra petición.

Die Pizza war leider wie vom Döner-Imbiss. Der Belag aus der Konserve und mit so viel Käse überdeckt, dass es nur fettig war. War OK, aber mehr eben auch nicht.

Nettes Personal aber mit der Hygiene nehmen Sie es leider nicht so. An meiner Kaffeetasse klebte noch der Lippenstift von einer anderen Kundin, der Tosch klebte und war dreckig genauso wie die Speisekarten.

Meine waffel war nicht vollständig

Kann mich meinem "Vorschreiber" nur anschließen. Habe, so ziemlich, die geschmacklosesten Spaghetti Aglio e Olio gegessen. Man hätte mir auch einfach nur gekochte Nudeln servieren können. Im Service waren die Männer noch am freundlichsten. Also wir werden dort nicht mehr essen.

This Italian restaurant offered good food which was well-prepared and served professionally at reasonable price; wines were also reasonably priced. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly and easy-going. We dined a few days before Christmas and it was quite busy but full of fun and good humour.
