La Dolce Vita in Gotha

Schwierig hier korrekt zu bewerten. Ein gut gelegenes Lokal mit ganz gutem Essen. Ich hatte eine leckere Pizza, die Nudeln waren ziemlich salzig. Leider lässt einiges zu wünschen übrig: Die Tische wurden nicht wirklich sauber gemacht, wenn ein Gast gegangen ist. Scheinbar versucht man den gesamten Platz zu beschallen, per Bluetooth. Jedes Mal wenn der Bluetooth Sender zu weit weg war, war der Sound aus, leise oder hackelig. Es wirkt alles etwas unprofessionell

Die bestellte Pizza mit Meeresfrüchten war saftig und gut belegt. Dass als Käse kein Mozzarella genommen wurde, war vielleicht nicht ganz italienisch.

Essen lediglich okay in einem Essen war ein Haar, Pizzateig sehr gut. Aber eine Wartezeit auf das Essen von 1,5 h ist definitiv zu viel, Stammgäste werden bevorzugt drei Tische kamen nach uns und hatten vor uns Essen, der eine Tisch war schon beim Nachtisch eine halbe Stunde bevor wir überhaupt Essen bekommen haben, sowas darf nicht passieren. Essen kam außerdem nicht gleichzeitig was nach 1,5 h machbar sein sollte. Bedienung an sich freundlich, aber unkoordiniert und für Touristen anscheinend nicht empfehlenswert.

Wir sind aus Erfurt und waren heute mal in Gotha,3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Haben gegen 14 Uhr einen Versuch unternommen, das Essen auszuprobieren. Versuchsweise deshalb,weil unsere ehemaliger Stammpizzeria am alten Kaufhaus, hinter der Kirche,sehr stark von der Qualität her, nachgelassen hat.Lauwarme matschige Pizza... Ihr Essen war von Spitzenqualität.Schöne frische,knusprige und heisse Pizza.Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Besuch.

Eine bunte Mischung an Speisen – nicht wirklich authentisch italienisch, die Bedienung war freundlich, aber etwas unorganisiert, die Preise sind im Vergleich zu den großen Portionen super.

Leider sind wir total enttäuscht aus diesem Restaurant gegangen. Tischdecke dreckig, Toilette eine einzige Katastrophe, so geht das nicht.

Ristorante und Eisdiele mit Aussengastronomie auf Terrasse in der Altstadt. Freundliche Bedienung. Wir begannen mit einem kleinen Beilagensalat mit reichlich Brot serviert. Als Hauptgang gabs Spaghetti picante, die allerdings erst durch nachträglich angeforderte Peperonisauce (für 2€) die erwartete Schärfe erhielt. Auf der anderen Tischseite gabs Gnocci in Gorgonzola mit Spinat. Die Speisen waren okay und von gut sättigendem Umfang. Empfehlung.

Gemütlich essen in einer wärmenden Atmosphäre. Das trifft den Besuch ganz gut. Nach langer Zeit habe ich mal einen Besuch beim Italiener hinterlassen. Habe mir Amsterdamer Schokolade bestellt und da kam schnell das Feedback, kein Eierlikör da. Nicht so schlimm, denn der Kakao war sehr lecker und hatte eine genüssliche Süße. Bestellte mir ein Auflauf mit Gemüse und Hähnchenbruststreifen. Pasta al Porno glaube ich. Salatbeilage schmeckte frisch und knackig. Bratkartoffeln hatte eine vorzüglich Eigennote, die mir gefallen hat. Der Auflauf selbst war okay, hat mich jedoch nicht gerade überzeugt. Geht schon in Ordnung, außerordentlich ist was anderes. Ambiente war idyllisch und einladend und hatte einen ansehnlichen Stil. Kellnerin war höflich, sympathisch und hatte eine bodenständige und ruhige Art. Nachtrag Januar 2026. Diesmal bekam ich Amsterdamer Schokolade und die war ganz gut. Zusätzlich habe ich mir eine Eispizza bestellt. Die war richtig lecker und diese habe ich genossen.

Das Eiscafé ist ein Restaurant und umgekehrt. Schön in Gotha gelegen, freundlicher Service und für jeden Geschmack etwas auf der Karte.

Ein Wochenende in Gotha.Hier haben wir an Halloween zu Mittag gegessen und würden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die junge Kellnerin war sehr liebevoll und aufmerksam. Die Pizza und auch die Spaghetti Aglio waren frisch zubereitet und schnell serviert worden, ein gemeinsamer Eisbecher hat unser Essen abgerundet. Alles hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Herzliche Empfehlung für das La Dolce Vita! Wir waren gestern dort essen und können nur sagen: absolut empfehlenswert! Die Pizza war köstlich, und die Bedienung einfach unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Obwohl wir uns mehrmals dafür entschuldigen mussten, kein Bargeld dabei zu haben – und deshalb leider kein Trinkgeld geben konnten – wurden wir am Ende sogar noch mit einem leckeren Eis überrascht. So viel Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft erlebt man wirklich selten. Allein deshalb werden wir ganz sicher wiederkommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – ihr seid großartig! 🍕💛

So-so. I ordered a strawberry waffle without whipped cream, but it came with whipped cream anyway. When I asked about it, the whipped cream was just roughly removed. Our drinks also came in dirty glasses... which was a bit disgusting. Despite everything, the staff was friendly, and the ice cream and waffle tasted good.

We ordered two ice cream sundaes there, which arrived after half an hour, unfortunately in stained glass bowls and poorly presented.

Unfortunately, our visit wasn't that good. The food was delicious, but the service wasn't so good. The waitress ignored us while we waited outside to be assigned a table. We sat down ourselves and waited forever until she came and asked if we wanted anything. It took an hour from ordering to the food arriving. The only things that were really good were the lemonade and the garlic bread.

Pizza, pizza dough very good. You don't have to wait long. We ordered 3 pizzas, everyone liked it, minus is the sauce poured out of the calzone. Due to the place, dishes and service I recommend the restaurant with the ice cream parlor.

Not recommended. The coffee was like water. I can't say anything about the food; after using the restroom, we left the place. Yuck, dirty is putting it politely. The same goes for the dining room, very dirty with boxes everywhere, smeared on the floor, and trash everywhere. Not again.

We always enjoy coming back to Angelo and his wonderful restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious.

Worst ice cream I've ever been served! I ordered a strawberry yogurt cup, but was served a strawberry cup because the yogurt was out. I tried it briefly - it was pure sugar water, no visible scoops of ice cream. The sundae didn't even remotely resemble the one pictured on the menu; the glass was only 3/4 full. I returned the sundae - but they still charged me the full price.

Unfortunately, we were guided by the many positive reviews. The restaurant is much cozier inside than you might expect. The staff is quick, friendly and attentive. The bruscetta at the beginning was good, the idea with the flatbread was really successful. But unfortunately the rest of the meal was a disaster! We had pasta with seafood twice and the house classic Tagliatelle Bosco e Mare once. All three dishes tasted terrible... like nothing at all! The Bosco e Mare pasta sauce was watery and had no taste. The porcini mushrooms were limp and seemingly from a jar. The salmon tasted like it had already been boiled for soup. The seafood pasta sauce also tasted like nothing, watery poorly cooked sauce. This was only topped by the surimi sticks, which were obviously supposed to be part of the seafood here. Pressed crab meat from the supermarket... The waitress saw our reserved looks when we were clearing away and didn't even ask if it was tasty. Sorry, but we won't be going back here.

We spent my birthday here and it was a perfect evening! The food was extremely tasty and the service and our waitress were super friendly, funny and easy to cuddle with. We'll definitely see each other again and thank you for the unforgettable evening.

No card payment possible, you can figure out the rest, it's best to always ask for an invoice. I had a casserole that was still completely frozen at the bottom, so it wasn't fresh cooking. Not recommended!

Spontan sind wir heute hier eingekehrt. Es war leer und ein netter junger Mann plaziert uns auf der rechten Seite im Restaurant. Die Tischdecke war schmutzig und eine Kellnerin stand die ganze Zeit mit dem Handy da. Nach ca 20 Minuten ging ich vor und fragte, ob unsere Bestellung auch noch kommt. Der junge Mann entschuldigte sich, da seine Kollegin die Bestellung zu uns bringen sollte. Die Eisbecher haben sehr gut geschmeckt, der Kaffee war lauwarm und schmeckte nicht. Wir hatten allerdings auch keine Möglichkeit dies zu sagen oder noch etwas zu bestellen, das Personal kam nicht mehr. Die Rechnung bezahlte ich am Tresen und teilte dort auch mit, dass der Service, genau wie der Kaffee seht schlecht ist. Hier kommen wir nicht nochmal her.

Unfortunately not recommended in our opinion. When you order bruscetta, I want traditional bruschetta and not pizza bread. And if you order extra without garlic, then I would like it that way and not have to test which of them contains garlic and which doesn't. Especially since we had 2 bruschetta orders and it wasn't really clear for both of them. The Minestro didn't really have much flavor and was quite thin/watery. But the worst thing that can happen is if a guest forgets their food. You have to go to the front yourself to ask where the food is, because then no one showed up. Something like that is absolutely not possible. And the restaurant really wasn't that full. Then, on my own initiative, out of goodwill to reduce the bill, the condition didn't even come up. Only after I asked about it was there at least some schnapps “as an apology”. Everyone can form their own opinion, but for us the service, the food and other things were absolutely not recommended.

Arrived, drinks straight away without even having time to look at the menu. But somehow no one wanted to take our food anymore and even after we asked, no one thought it was necessary to take our order. The waiting time for the food was quite acceptable, but sometimes the food we ordered didn't come. The restaurant was almost empty and the staff didn't seem to have been stressed. But the real food tasted pretty good. The waiter was also nice and apologized for the mishap. All in all it's fine. You have to know.

It could be a nice restaurant and ice cream parlor if the standard answer to the question about card payment wasn't that the card reader was broken (again). I find it absolutely incomprehensible that in Italy every roll and every espresso is now paid for with a card.

There is definitely room for improvement. The atmosphere feels cheap and outdated. The tablecloths were dirty and were only changed after they were pointed out. The food is more like cheap cafeteria food, except it's not that cheap. Hopefully this review inspires improvement.

Nice and relatively quick service. However, the upper area was quite dingy and unappealing! It wouldn't hurt to wipe down tables and especially chairs every now and then. The food, baked pasta dishes, was below average.

The location is sensationally outstanding with the church of Gotha in the background. Total unpünktlich das Essen braucht über 40 Minuten für Bruschetta und 2 Hauptgerichte und Pizza Brötchen Das Schnitzel war nicht paniert und in Soße getränkt die Pilze in der Pasta mit Wasser vollgezogen die Nudeln viel zu weich die Pilze kalt das bruschetta war wie Pizza mit Wasser und Öl getränkt Pizza Brötchen ohne irgendwas einfach trockener Pizza Teig geht garnicht ich esse dort nie wieder und habe jetzt Bauchschmerzen bei der Pasta hat es mich dann sogar gehoben absolut ungenießbar ich esse Pasta gerne aber das ging garnicht der Kakao viel zu süß die Colas warm fast ohne Kohlensäure! Der Service total überfordert Toiletten Sau dreckig und verstopft Beim Rechnen musste man helfen weil wir getrennt bezahlt haben geht garnicht

And yes, I preferred the ice cream with strawberries. However, I doubt that simply adding a few sliced ​​strawberries is an extra hassle. If you've been serving ice cream like this for years, you might want to check in with your colleagues to see how well it's served there, or just look at the picture on your own menu. All other ice cream orders were served in pretty ice cream bowls and glasses on a small tray with a napkin.
