Restaurant "Zum Deichgrafen" in Zingst

Das Restaurant Zum Deichgrafen hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht. Trotz der Lage auf dem Campingplatz erwartet einen hier eine Küche, die weit über das hinausgeht, was man vielleicht vermuten würde. Die Speisen waren hervorragend zubereitet, geschmacklich fein abgestimmt und mit viel Sorgfalt angerichtet. Dazu kommt ein tolles, angenehmes Ambiente, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Der Service war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, was den Besuch zusätzlich abgerundet hat. Eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😊🍽️

Toller zuvorkommender Service und ein großes Lob an die Küche. Hähnchenbrust im Käutermantel und mein Mann hatte Filetstreifen mit Tagliatelle und Rahmchampion. Tolle Empfehlung vom Restaurantchef für guten Rotwein. Wir kommen wieder. Das sollte man sich im Urlaub nicht entgehen lassen.

Wir sind Gäste auf dem Campingplatz und wollten aufgrund des Wetters telefonisch bestellen. Am Telefon teilte man uns mit, dass nur eine persönliche Bestellung im Restaurant möglich sei. Wir wiederholten, dass wir auf dem Campingplatz seien, und aufgrund des Wetters telefonisch bestellen wollten. Auch teilten wir mit, dass wir gestern im Lokal Gäste waren, und dass wir den Tisch vorreserviert hatten. Es machte den Mitarbeitern keinen Unterschied und das Gespräch wurde beendet. Service aufgrund des Vorfalls = miserabel und diese Gastronomie ist nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Immer wieder sehr gut. In der Saison meist viele Reservierungen. Essen fantastisch, Service sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Rustikales Ambiente, sehr gutes Essen.

Das hat nicht geschmeckt und ich verstehe die guten Rezensionen nicht. Der Caesar-Salat war ertränkt unter Dressing, das Hühnchen darin total salzig. Auf unsere Reklamation hin wurde diskutiert. Mit uns und unter den Kollegen am Tresen. Es gab als Ausgleich noch ein Stück von dem Salzhuhn, das angeblich gar nicht gesalzen gewesen soll (wahrscheinlich liegt es also an uns, dass wir Salz fantasieren). Und die Erzählung, dass ihr Salat "schon immer" so schmeckt, der Koch sehr erfahren sei und alle immer zufrieden sind. Das ist zwar nicht besonders gastfreundlich, aber es muss wohl als Begründung genügen. Mein Schnitzel mit Pommes und 1/4-Champion-Rahmsoße war Imbissdurchschnitt mit viel Panade. Dafür haben die Preise aber Restaurantcharakter. Der Weg dort raus hat sich nicht nur nicht gelohnt, das war insgesamt eine ärgerliche Erfahrung.

Schönes gemütliches, einladendes Restaurant. Sind auf Empfehlung hier gekommen und es war diese absolut wert! Freundliche Kellener, die uns ohne Reservierung und doch recht gut gefülltem Restaurant sofort zu einem Tosch gebracht haben. Das Essen war ...wow... Meiner Erfahrung nach eines der besten Restaurants in Zingst und Umgebung. Ob Labskaus, Burger oder Steak - alles auf hohem Niveau und extra lecker. Und alles präsentiert von gutem Personal! Wir kommen immer wieder und das seit vielen Jahren.

Das Essen war unglaublich lecker und frisch. Tolle Karte mit verschiedenen (auch außergewöhnlichen) Gerichten für jeden Geschmack. Zum Nachtisch selbstgemachtes Tiramisu. Wir waren gleich zwei Tage nacheinander dort.

Was für ein Glückstreffer! Obwohl wir schon oft in Zingst waren, haben wir dieses tolle Restaurant erst heute entdeckt. Vom ersten Moment an begeistert: freundlicher Service, eine richtig schöne Speisekarte und das Essen einfach ein Genuss! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder – absolute Empfehlung! Wir sind seit Jahren Stammkunden. Heute hatten wir ein unterirdisches Erlebnis. Wir hatten nicht vorbestellt, statt uns freundlich zu sagen das wir gern später wiederkommen können wurden wir regelrecht „bepöbelt“. Ok sind wir wieder gegangen. Auf die Nachfrage ob wir den Parkchip bekommen, teilte man uns mit wir hätten ja nichts gegessen. OK, dann zahlen wir die Parkgebühr selbst und kommen nie wieder hierher essen. Komische Gastfreundschaft, seid vorsichtig kann man da nur sagen…

Ganz tolles Essen und nette Bedienung. Auch das Geschirr und die Anrichtung der Speisen waren klasse ,das vermutet man nicht auf einem Campingplatz weiter so der Deichgraf ist einen Besuch wert.

Mein Freund ich waren am 14.2 das erste Mal dort essen. Wir wurden gleich super freundlich empfangen und wir durften uns einen Platz aussuchen. Trinken und Essen kam schnell, war auch alles sehr lecker. Für dieses Ambiente war der Preis auch völlig okay. Ich würde immer wieder kommen.

Das Essen war gut dafür sicher 4 Sterne,... doch das Personal " sehr speziel! Man fühlt sich nicht unbedingt "willkommen! Die Preise sind saftig aber das ist zu dieser Zeit nicht ungewöhnlich! Kann man mal machen" muss man aber nicht!

Nach unseren traditionellen Neujahrsbesuchen seid vielen Jahren, wurden wir auch in diesem Jahr hervorragend kulinarisch verwöhnt. Wir freuen uns auch jetzt schon auf das nächste Jahr. Viele Grüße von den Schöneichern.

Wir hatten ein wirklich leckeres Abendessen. Die Piroggi zur Vorspeise waren fabelhaft. Cheeseburger und BBQ-Burger auf den Punkt gebraten und auch das Schnitzel war exzellent.

Wir haben hier sehr spontan einen traumhaft schönen Abend verbracht. Sehr guter Service und absolut authentisches, gutes Essen. Leider können wir hier nur 5 Sterne vergeben. Macht weiter so, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. DANKE

Hier wird noch frisch gekocht! Keine convenience Produkte, alles wird frisch gemacht. Kleine Karte mit einem polnischen touch, uns hat's gut geschmeckt, kann ich nur empfehlen. Sehr aufmerksame Kellner. Ich hatte den Schweinerücken der wirklich sehr zart war. Als Vorspeise gab es Piroggen,sehr lecker.. die Mädels hatten einen Salat mit Ziegenkäse denn sie auch gefeiert haben:) Wir haben uns noch zu einer Tiramisu überreden lassen,,, sowas leckeres.... Kleiner Kritikpunkt, das Bier war mir etwas zu teuer.

Ohne Anmeldung landeten wir hier. Der Servicemitarbeiter setze uns an einen Tisch (4 Erwachsen , 2 Kinder) und sagte gleich das es etwas dauern kann da er allein da ist. Das spürte man überhaupt nicht. Zügig waren die Getränke da und das essen auch. Das essen war lecker und reichhaltig.

Wir waren absolut zufrieden! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet 💯 und es ist sehr zu empfehlen, hier Gast zu sein! Auch die Auswahl an Weinen lässt das Genießerherz höher schlagen 🍷🍇 Preis und Leistung passen absolut 👍 Wir kommen die nächsten Tage gerne noch einmal vorbei 👍🍀 Viele Grüße Dirk & Sylke

I'm absolutely thrilled with this fantastic restaurant. The menu is quite concise, but here, in particular, less is more! A touch of flavor and service—it was absolutely delicious!

Two years ago, we were completely and utterly thrilled, giving it 5 stars. Today, however, the Labskaus and schnitzel were overwhelmingly disappointing. Unfortunately, the price and quality are a mismatch, so only three stars. A shame...

Everything was great, I'd happily recommend it. I've never experienced so much attention at a campsite before. And the food is worth every cent.

Great restaurant. We went there three times during our vacation. The service is excellent. They are extremely attentive, flexible, and polite. We'd love to go back! The quality of the food is sensational. We had salmon, cod, pierogi, and a sensational tiramisu. Truly great ☺️

We ate at this restaurant three times for dinner during our camping trip. We tried different dishes each time and were always very satisfied. We highly recommend this restaurant and will happily return for dinner as soon as we return to Zingst.

The ambiance is great, the service was very professional, the wait time was perfectly acceptable, but I found the food rather mediocre. The goat cheese was beautifully presented, but the flavor was rather bland... The schnitzel I tried from my friend's side wasn't anything special, but that's a matter of taste. I didn't think the price-performance ratio was justified; we've had better meals in many restaurants here.

We ate at this restaurant last night with four people. We had reserved a table in the afternoon and got one without any problems. We sat outside because we had our dog with us, and unfortunately, dogs aren't allowed in the restaurant. What a shame. We were absolutely thrilled with the food. It was beautifully presented and delicious. We all had four different dishes, and everyone loved it. For dessert, we had tiramisu. The portion is almost too big for one person to finish, but the taste is highly recommended. The price was also reasonable. We spent about €80 per couple, including dessert and drinks. We ate there for the first time on a recommendation, but it certainly won't be the last time we sit outside again, weather permitting.

We've been spending our summer holidays in Zingst for five years. Dinner at the Deichgrafen is a must at least once. The ambiance, food, and service leave us with no choice. Our children have always found something delicious, too. The campsite playground is a great place for them to pass the time while they wait.

It was a very, very delicious restaurant for the first time in a long time, and you'll definitely want to return. I recommend making reservations, though.

For us, "Zum Deichgrafen" is the best restaurant in Zingst and the surrounding area. Fine dining at a really good price. They're also very generous with the drinks. The wine is always over the mark. 😊 And we had the best Limoncello Spritz ever there. The service is outstanding. Very friendly and kind, but not over the top. For some time now, we've been guests at the Freesenbruch campsite, where this restaurant is located, for two weeks every year, and we do it this way: cook one day, eat out the other. On our next vacation, we'll be going to our new favorite restaurant every other day! Many thanks to the Deichgrafen team for these wonderful culinary delights and the service! ❤️ Now, unfortunately, we have to go to work for another year before we can enjoy it there again.

Mega delicious food and super friendly service…from the classic schnitzel with fried potatoes to the salmon teriyaki burger…a dream…unfortunately, I could only take a photo of the dessert 😉…The restaurant is part of the Am Freesenbruch campsite…it's also a really beautiful and well-maintained campsite…very clean and lovingly designed…Guys, you're doing a great job 🤩

Eating there is a must. The restaurant has been on our list for many years, and we've never been disappointed. Since we have a small dog 🐶, we have to register it when making a reservation. Otherwise, our four-legged friends aren't allowed in the restaurant. There must be a reason for that. We look forward to our next visit.

First-class restaurant. A straightforward menu, nothing run-of-the-mill (although the kids can get their schnitzel with fries). Excellent fish dishes. The service is very professional and friendly, which is rare these days. The only downside: like all restaurants, the Deichgraf is probably caught between high minimum wages, expensive purchasing prices, and what "normal people" can/will pay. €22 for a cheeseburger is quite a statement. We've been coming to this restaurant regularly on vacation for 10 years. The food is very good. However, the menu has been the same for years. This time, however, we were disappointed. We always come with 2-3 dogs. This has been no problem in the past, as they're small and very well-behaved. This time, we were told there were only 2 tables left for dog owners: one right next to the toilet door and one by the window. We took the one by the window. Of 21 tables, exactly 4 were occupied, including ours. And it stayed that way all evening. A few tables outside were occupied. We had made another reservation for next week with 4 dogs. This was confirmed weeks ago. Now, the day before yesterday, we got a call saying it wasn't possible. On a Friday evening with a packed campsite, there was nothing going on in the restaurant. And it will be no different next week. A few years ago, the restaurant was packed. You had to reserve weeks in advance. But there were always plenty of dog owners there, too. So, we won't be coming again.

One of the best, if not the best, restaurants the north has to offer. The food is excellent, the service is great, and the ambiance is truly wonderful. Many thanks to the entire team.

Very tasty and friendly service

It's hard to believe, but the best restaurant we visited in Zingst was the Deichgraf, a restaurant located on a campsite. After walking through the pedestrian zone in the evening and having to wait in line everywhere at 7 p.m., we were able to reserve a table here. And what can I say... fantastic. Absolutely fantastic cuisine, exceptionally good food, and impeccable service. We were very pleasantly surprised and had a lovely evening. Thank you so much!

We were initially a bit hesitant about this type of restaurant on a campsite. We were quickly proven wrong. Great atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food, and we found the prices reasonable. Definitely a recommendation.

We stopped here spontaneously from the beach on our way back to our vacation apartment. Nice atmosphere, good selection of food. We opted for salads as a starter and pierogi as our main course. We were very satisfied. Good selection of drinks, beer garden. We weren't expecting this and would gladly come back.

Restaurant...the undertone alone was stupid arrogance. A friendly welcome, prompt service, good recommendations, and then the cuisine—a real surprise with the quality of the food (even the seemingly simple dishes), the attention to detail in the presentation, and the quality of the ingredients used, especially in the wild herb salad. With this experience, I was then persuaded to try the dessert of the day...thankfully...and with the same arrogance, I browsed the short but crisp wine list and...tried a top-notch Mosel Elbling, with the same result in terms of quality. Everything was perfect, even the prices were moderate—since I'll be back, I'm looking forward to more such positive experiences in the campsite restaurant 😉...Thanks to the service and the kitchen!

The food is always excellent and the service is very attentive and friendly. We eat here at least once every time we are in Zingst. My personal recommendation is the salmon on cedar wood. Both in BBQ and honey.

Very friendly service. Food was very good. The schnitzel was really, really good. Nice and thin and the breading didn't stick. Just like a schnitzel should be. Unfortunately, some people today no longer know this.

What can I say? The service is very nice, even when he asked if we were satisfied. Ambience also very nice. Now to the food: the farmer's schnitzel for 21.90. The sauce tasted good, as did the fries, but the schnitzel, which was about 1mm thick (the pure meat), consisted more of egg with breadcrumbs. Since the waiter asked us how it tasted, I let him know. His colleague went into the kitchen and came to us and said the chef always does it like that. Hmm, we'll be coming to the campsite more often, but we definitely won't be going to this restaurant again.

We were on vacation at the campsite and used the last evening to stop there. We, 2 adults and 2 Labradors, were warmly greeted and shown to a table. We were asked directly if we wanted water for the dogs, which I found very thoughtful. We both had the Dummerstorfer Schnitzel, I asked for a mushroom alternative and was given cucumber salad. Yes, the drinks are a bit expensive, 6.50 euros for a large shandy. But you don't do well every day. The service was very friendly and helpful. We would come here again.

Labskaus, pelmeni and children's food. Everything was very tasty, service was very friendly and attentive. The price is perfect for the high quality - a real recommendation!

The restaurant is located on a campsite where dogs are allowed. We were therefore quite surprised that this is not the case in the restaurant. Of course it is always the operator's decision, but in the large dining room there was only one table occupied. This didn't change over the course of the evening - we saw this when we came back from dinner at another restaurant. The large dining room seemed very cold and uncomfortable to us because there was no decoration, even though we were there on Boxing Day.

We have been coming here for 13 years and, as always, we stand on the motorhome pitch. Food was delicious as always. Ambience always great. Everything was super clean. The prices of the drinks are questionable, as is the "friendliness" with a fake smile of the service. Apparently negative reviews are also being deleted here. For half a liter of Hefeweizen 6.50 euros is a bit steep. The liquor and wine are similarly priced. I don't know if these prices are justified for a great campsite.

BAD SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF Price performance is not right at all There were 8 of us who wanted to sit together but it wasn't possible so we split up into 2x 4 people. Pre-ordered for New Year's Eve a complete DISASTER several emails and phone calls reserved tables and the food was already ordered for both tables on New Year's Eve at 5 p.m. the table was booked but at 6 p.m. we still didn't have our food after asking. 10 minutes later the food finally arrived. 3 people had the same fish dish but every plate was different. Why? The spinach was completely over salted and when asked about it it was ignored... When it came to paying, each couple understandably told us that it wasn't possible. After discussions, everyone had to pay separately and it was impossible and there wasn't even a farewell to say goodbye NEVER AGAIN Years ago, the service and food were much better

Leider war die Buchung von Unflexibilität und Umständlichkeit der Verantwortlichen gekennzeichnet. Die Vorsuppe war schmackhaft aber leider mit schmutzigen Pilzen angereichert, so dass man auf Sand kaute. Das Hauptgericht Hirschrücken war sehr gut. Die Nachspeise war billig und nicht lecker. Die Bedienung war bemüht, der Likör aus der Karte reichte nur noch zu einem Glas ....., oder war alle.

Good afternoon, we were here as a family (4 adults/1 child) on New Year's Eve 24. The ambience is okay, unfortunately without any decorations for New Year's Eve. The food/drink prices are pretty steep, especially for soup (truffle slices were completely silted up). The wild herb salad (that was a laugh without dressing - just with balsamic vinegar on top). The table reservation was quite difficult and complicated. There was no bread or anything like that beforehand. There was no warm greeting or even a farewell greeting “Happy New Year”. The main course was tasty and well prepared. Unfortunately there was no children's meal either. We didn't like the dessert. We paid over 300.00. In my opinion, the service idea should be reconsidered here.

The staff are polite and attentive. The slightly upscale dishes are certainly a little more upscale than a barbecue joint, nothing more. A good 25 euros for some frozen fried fish with 2 forkfuls of potato cubes called fried potatoes and 3 forkfuls of charred vegetables is, in my opinion, considered extremely unfavorable and unusual, even in Zingst.

Service leaves a lot to be desired... Reservations would have been possible for tomorrow. With a dog there was suddenly no table left…unbelievable!

The place is very beautiful. We have been coming here before Christmas for many years. We have come to terms with the decreasing opening times. Unfortunately, the menu has also become significantly smaller, as have the portions smaller (although the prices are higher). For example, when we commented that the burger's patties weren't cooked, they said a bit flippantly that they should be medium...? We feel that the drinks are extortionate: 0.5 liters of wheat: €6.50!!! So we think twice about going out to eat there. It's such a shame, the campsite is awesome and the location would really be a gem...

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed. Incomprehensible.

The two of us had a very good dinner here. The dishes were all very nicely prepared and tasted good. I recommend the chili prawns I had. Absolutely delicious and with 2 great dips. The prices are still reasonable and the staff was attentive and friendly. The waiter's wine recommendation went perfectly with my wife's fish dish. We would come here again.

Very attentive, friendly service that served very tasty food in a pleasant atmosphere. We have never eaten such good herring with fresh salad and a great remoulade sauce.

What a coincidence, and you have to say everything is really right here. Great atmosphere, very nice and attentive staff, large portions at a fair price and the taste is simply delicious. The kitchen knows its stuff here, there were four of us in this restaurant and we didn't have high expectations because, to be honest, we would never have expected this quality at a campsite. Clear feedback, if you are in the area or are on vacation in Zingst, “Zum Deichgrafen” is a must. One thing is for sure, we will be back!

Very unfriendly reception, since we just wanted to drink a glass of wine we should go around the corner even though the restaurant was almost empty, we were sent out, sorry we won't eat there either. This has nothing to do with service and friendliness.
