Food was good value for money for a touristy place. The menu also offered a certain amount of variety. most restaurants in Norddeich. BUT(!), the service was a disgrace: 1. Came in (to an empty bar). The waiter (behind the counter!) was obviously disturbed while doing something important on his cell phone. “Free choice of seating?”, “No!” Needless to say, we were assigned a table with the obligatory “Reserved” sign on it. 2. When asked “what does the orange cake look like?” (it was on the daily menu and what was meant was where it might be worth visiting to get an impression) the same cellar responded with a “good” (thank you for this wealth of information for the decision-making process). When asked “how the cake is made?” (To draw a picture of the cake) I got a "I don't know, I think it's made from puff pastry". 3. When asked "could we get two cake forks?" (3x children, 2x very small and they can't eat with normal dinner forks) there was first a "why?", and to our "need small forks for two children" there was a "they're small enough" (with reference on the cutlery laid out 👍 Needless to say, the waiter's absolute lack of enthusiasm leads to absolutely no recommendation of the restaurant. It's better to spend your money where it is valued.

Service intrusively friendly. If I hadn't sat down yet, I would have been attacked. Everything has to happen quickly. The food was halfway ok. When asked if I was satisfied, I said that there were no spices. Italian dishes thrive on herbs. Answer, they were on it. It was tasteless. There were constant complaints during my stay.

Very friendly, courteous staff. Beautiful romantic atmosphere. We felt very comfortable. And the food was delicious!

The food was very good. However, if you are very hungry, it is advisable to have an appetizer. A small point of criticism. The crab soup was without crab, 3 small shrimps were hiding in the soup. By the way, the waiter brings unnecessary hassle into the restaurant

Very well located right on the main street. Very friendly staff and also good facilities for me. The food tasted very good. Really delicious. There are deductions because the fried fish was poorly filleted. Way more bones than it should. Unfortunately, the consistency of the meat was sometimes tough, even though it was turkey. I have no idea what's going wrong. Because it tastes really great.

We were very excited. One of the few restaurants in Norddeich that is cozy and where the food tastes delicious. We went there twice and ate pizza, fish and meat. All very good and very tasty. No tourist crap like in many other restaurants there. And the service was also very good. Always my pleasure.

Had lunch there several times. The pizzas, salad with chicken breast strips and plaice fillet were selected. All of the dishes ordered and consumed were tasty and recommended. But the portions are manageable. For “good eaters” an appetizer is recommended. The stone oven pizza was very large but sparsely covered with ingredients. The service was reserved and friendly!

Fresh schnitzel in 5 minutes. When asked why Tiko was used, they pointed out that only fresh products were used. Maybe the rest is tasty, but since there is little courtesy, insight and people make fun of customers, 1 star is 100% too much. A little tip, I would also clean tables outside and a functioning EC device creates transparency!

Super great ambience and fantastic food

Both of our pizzas were on point and tasted very good. Our dog was allowed to lie outside under the table, no problem. Price/performance is ok. The service was nice and everything was really good. We would be happy to come back. Update 9/9/24: Were here again today and tried the lunch menu. Everyone had a salad here. Nice and polite service. Unfortunately no card payment possible. Still a clear recommendation.

We ate here in the evening both had pasta, the portions were quite generous and hardly seasoned - there is better in Norddeich

I ate Jägerschnitzel there! It was very tasty but fries could have been better for “me”! Otherwise everything is fine!

Worse than any chip shop😕 We ordered two mushroom schnitzels with fries and salad to take away, and the food was packed up in a very short time. When we tried the food at home, we were beyond horrified. 08/15 TK schnitzel, bag sauce, canned mushrooms and tasteless fries for 35.80 euros😔. Absolutely not recommended. If you want delicious snack quality, you should go to the Norddeicher Grill opposite. Card payment doesn't work.

Ate very tasty fish for lunch. Even our son (5) ate the fish and found it very tasty. Service very good and price performance matching the quality.

Some Croatian dishes, but also pasta and schnitzel. All good 👍. Very friendly and courteous staff. Update July 29th: The waitress should urgently take a look at the provisions of the Youth Protection Act before giving the schnapps/liqueur to a teenager who is obviously under 18 years old and then explaining that the alcohol content is ok for those aged 16 and over. We were there and of course our son didn't drink it. Unfortunately, that was completely wrong and I'm deducting a star for that. I didn't want to lecture the young lady on site, but unfortunately that wasn't a nice end to the otherwise great visit with you.🤔👎 Update 8/2024 Food still tastes very good, but the portion sizes are not appropriate compared to the price/performance ratio of the surrounding restaurants.

Despite the location right on the main street, you can still sit and chat in the outdoor area. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The prices of the dishes are in the middle range, but the portion sizes are not for those who are very hungry, so an appetizer has to help. The restaurant is well suited for people with disabilities.

Very fast service, delicious tasty food from the daily menu at a good price

Wir hatten das Scalopino Gorgonzola und den Grillteller. Die Sauce schmeckte nicht nach Gorgonzola. Der Grillteller war leider nur 0815. Andre Restaurans bieten da viele mehr. Der Salat dazu lag wohl leider auch schon länger. Auch das Bruscetta war nicht knusprig. Zu allem Überfluss war keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Kritik nahmen sie nicht an. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

A really nice place! 👍 We ate there almost the entire week. Not that many dishes on the menu, but a bit of everything - pizza, pasta, meat, fish... and everything was delicious! Compared to other restaurants, we found it to be perfectly priced. Yes - some "previous speakers" say that the food was served much too quickly and was definitely not freshly prepared - that may be the case... .....but WE were served neither "dry meat or fish" nor "loveless" pizza. The service was friendly and nice and the male waiter (?) was always in a good mood and very funny. I can't comment on the inside because we always sat outside - and that was very nice. We'll be back...for sure 😉

Wir hatten zwei super leckere Vorspeisen. Bruschetta und Ziegenkäse im Speckmantel, zum niederknien. Hauptspeise zwei super leckere Pizzen. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden mit Sicherheit bei unserem nächsten Urlaub wiederkommen.

Sowohl die Kibbelinge als auch die Steinofen Pizza waren alles andere als 0815. Super lecker, toller und schneller Service. Sehr sauberes und schönes Ambiente. Auf den ebenfalls sehr sauberen Toiletten, befand sich sowohl bei den Damen als auch bei den Herren, neben der Seife, Handcreme und Deo für den Kunden zum Gebrauch. Alles im allen ein tolles Restaurant mit anständigen Preisen und keine Touristenfalle. Gerne wieder!

The staff is very friendly and does everything at a literally crazy speed, which ruins the whole ambience. The food was good but the hustle and bustle of all the visible staff was absolutely unpleasant.

When we entered the restaurant it was still manageable. We ordered our drinks and food. However, we were then completely forgotten. Our neighboring tables already received their food, even though they arrived after us. When we spoke to the waiter, he suddenly became very restless and noticed the hustle and bustle. Unfortunately there was no apology or small compensation. Otherwise, the ambience was nice, the waiters were polite and courteous and the food was tasty.

Ordered grilled plate and tortellini gratinated. Unfortunately neither is really recommended. On the grill plate, the three types of meat all tasted the same, and the gratinated tortellini were probably a finished product. Service was attentive.

The waiter was friendly, the food was quite tasty but the portion was relatively small. A main course will not satisfy good eaters or those with a lot of cabbage steam. That's not reprehensible per se, but it's certainly good to know so that you might plan an appetizer to go with it. We had the gourmet plate: Croquettes were perfect, the minced steak was the best I've had in ages, the fillet was tender and the cordon bleu was ok too. 21.90 = I expected it to be a small portion. The salami pizza was also very tasty. Would I come again? Yes, because the food was really delicious. Only then with starters. Thumbs up

Absolutely amazing restaurant. The food and the portions are great. All the waiters were super nice and accommodating. We ate there 3 times in 7 days because we really enjoyed it. We were with several people and understandably had to wait for a suitable seat. Service was very friendly and flexible as well as quick and special requests were also implemented. Very friendly welcome, really delicious food (no star level, but we didn't expect that either), the dishes were well prepared, the meat wasn't fried to death, the atmosphere is cozy and the boss was very friendly and attentive - a very clear recommendation from us !!!👍👍

Ein schick eingerichtetes Restaurant!

The food was ok, unfortunately nothing more. The meat dishes looked very much like frozen goods, especially the cordon blue. The waiter was quick, attentive and friendly. However, you should check the bill 😉 We were charged 2 large drinks for small ones and 2 times majo at 50 cents resulted in 1.50. So 4.50 too much can happen...?!?

We were thrilled with the food, the ambience, the friendly service and staff. Always a smile, that's how we like it!

Dort kann man wunderbar Essen. Die Portionen sind reichlich. Die Bezahlung ist im normal Bereich.

Kommentiere nicht oft. Das muss ich loswerden. Wer gern ein Tiramisu essen möchte ist hier an der richtigen Stelle. Der kann meiner Meinung nach mit dem besten der Welt mithalten. VORZÜGLICH!!!

Ja,man kann dort essen gehen, muss man aber nicht unbedingt, da gibt es bessere Alternativen für den selben Preis, der Belag auf der Pizza nur so drauf geklatscht, Personal könnte etwas zu vor kommender sein, das Essen war okay.

Wir kamen nach Norddeich und sind direkt am ersten Abend hier gelandet. Das Essen hat uns so gut geschmeckt, dass wir gleich immer hier zum Essen kamen. Auch war das Personal sehr freundlich.

Tolles Restaurant mit leckeren Weinen! Hier kann man an warmen Tagen schön draußen sitzen.

Wir waren zu zweit und bekamen einen Tisch im Durchlaufbereich. Wir "sasen im Durchzug " und fühlten uns unwohl.

Hätte mir gerne noch mehr Balkan Gerichte gewünscht bzw. laut Speisekarte aus der Heimat..ansonsten alles in Ordnung...negativer Punkt ist...das wenn man eine Beilage umbestellt zB. anstatt Pommes Bratkartoffeln...dafür 2 Euro verlangt wird...das machen andere Restaurants kostenlos.
