I went to lunch with my husband today I absolutely loved my visit to this Turkish restaurant! As soon as I entered the restaurant, I felt like I was transported to Istanbul thanks to the cozy and authentic atmosphere. The furnishings are stylish and invite you to feel good. The service was excellent: The staff was very friendly, attentive and was always available to give us advice. I was particularly impressed by the passion with which the dishes were described - you could immediately tell that they cook with love here. The food was simply fantastic! Our main course, the traditional Adana kebab and chicken skewer was grilled to perfection, juicy and with just the right amount of spiciness. The side dishes such as the fluffy flatbread and the crisp salad were also a poem. I can highly recommend this restaurant. If you want to enjoy authentic Turkish cuisine at a high level, this is the right place for you. I'll definitely be back!

Nice staff, good portions and delicious food

We were looking for a good Turkish guy in Dortmund and our expectations were exceeded. The Adana skewer is really, really good. The homemade bread with the different dips were prepared with a lot of love. The service was courteous. If you want to eat Turkish, this is the place for you

We came from Bielefeld and are simply speechless. From the service to the food, everything is simply top. Price performance fits the dishes perfectly. Everything tastes homemade, which is true. From the ayran to the bread and the juicy meat, everything is top. For the weekend we have definitely found a place where we can have a nice meal, which is not the case in Bielefeld. Went there at midnight on a Saturday to get something to eat, but half raw meat, the kebab was simply prepared without you being asked what you wanted on it. Just throw something in quickly and goodbye

The place looks quite nice from outside but we were left quite disappointed. The food is not that expensive but it's not that good either. The dishes we received were not really what was written on the menu, the side salads were spoiled and extremely bitter, the bread was stale, the fish was not fresh at ALL and we even had to return it, the ayran (yoghurt drink) was of a questionable quality as well. The service was okay at first but as soon as we returned the fish dish the waiters became quite unpleasant to deal with. My friend went to ask for the bill but almost 10 minutes later no one came back to the table. The main waiter even requested his colleague to bring the bill as it was obvious that he was unhappy with our returned food. Unfortunately, his colleague was quite unbothered to help us pay as they were finding out various tasks to do but bring us the bill until I went by myself to the cashier.

NIEE WiEDER.. Ein sehr respektloser Kellner der die Teller regelrecht auf den Tisch geknallt hat. Wir waren gestern zum fasten brechen da respektlos und unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter (dunkele Haare und Augen) den Namen kann weiß ich nicht. Er wollte sogar das wir die Getränke extra zahlen sollen obwohl es im Menü inbegriffen war. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. It was the first time and the last time for us. I never recommend it. I suggest you get rid of the employee who behaves disrespectfully (he is skinny, has dark hair and eyes) because I'm sure you don't want this either, unqualified employees cause harm to your organization rather than profit. Did we make a mistake because we chose you during Ramadan??? Your waiter both ignored our table and served disrespectfully on the table, muttering to himself while serving. Since he did not serve tea, when we got up from the table to get it ourselves, he again grumbled to himself and said, "There is no pure tea." While paying the bill, he made us pay separately for the water and beverages included in the menu. He gave a warning and said, fortunately, you had another sensible apple and they were included in the menu!!!!!! I suggest you get rid of this service apple as soon as possible. We experienced disgrace, I don't know whether we were beaten or eaten..... It is certain that we will never choose this again.

Don't come on a Saturday! I ate there with my family, the restaurant was almost full, we got a table within 5 minutes. We waited at least 30 minutes for our order to be taken. After ordering, we received salad and bread in about 20 minutes (cutlery was missing). From there on we asked every 20 minutes where our order was. We waited at least 70 minutes for the food and cutlery. 3 groups came after us and received their food. Definitely a no-go! The food was really great! We all had different dishes and without exception they were delicious and well prepared! The meat quality is good! Definitely recommended during the week when the store is emptier, but it was the worst service we have ever experienced in Dortmund.

Waren heute dort Essen. Sie brachten uns das falsche Getränk und Ketchup bekam ich erst, als ich die Pommes fast aufgegessen hatte. Grillteller 24 Euro, stolzer Preis.

Der Laden heißt mittlerweile anders! Wollte eine Linsensuppe probieren. 6 euro für eine Portion ist echt übertrieben, wenn es dann auch nur durchschnittlich schmeckt

War mit meiner Frau da frühstücken. Für 30€ wurde ein Teller mit geschnittenen Gurken und Tomaten und ein Teller rührei dahingelegt. Wallah ayb sowas seinen Gästen anzubieten. Chef drauf angesprochen das wir beide nicht satt wurden. Hat ihn nicht gejuckt. Hauptsache 30€ abkassiert. Erste und letzte mal !!

Personal war sehr unfreundlich und hat uns, als Frauen, schlecht behandelt. Wir wurden ständig von oben nach unten beguatachtet. Essen wurde auch spät und kalt serviert. Leider dadurch den ganzen Abend und Iftar ruiniert.

Amazingly delicious Turkish grill in a cool restaurant. Nice ambience, lighting and background music. The only downside for that night is they didn't accept card payment. Otherwise everything was brilliant.

Das Ambiente ist toll sowie der Service, welcher stets freundlich war. Das Menü war ein wenig zu groß zu viele Gerichte mit teils überschriebenen Preisen, welche es unprofessionell wirken ließen, aber kein großes Problem darstellten. Beim Essen hingegen gibt es ein paar Punkte Abzug. Standard Gerichte wie das gegrillte Fleisch sowie die Pfannengerichte haben überzeugt auch wenn das Fleisch teils ein wenig zu durch war. Enttäuscht hat dagegen das Steak es hatte eine Konsistenz von Gummi und die Pfeffersoße mit Sahne bestand hauptsächlich aus Schlagsahne mit ein paar Pfefferkörnern. Das Problem war das das Steak überdeckt von der Soße war wodurch diese auch nicht vermeidbar war worauf das Menü nicht hingewiesen hat. Sollte man die Steakgerichte vermeiden ist das Restaurant aber durchaus zu empfehlen.

Warum der Laden so beliebt ist ,kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Aber es kann schon sein, daß es an mir liegt. Es ist mehr auf Türken ausgerichtet.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und mussten auch nicht lange darauf warten. Das Ambiente war auch nett und die Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend 👍🏻
