Thank you team, it was a great evening, from A to Z. I really enjoyed the food. Service was very accommodating and nice. I would even give 10 stars. Thank you and that's it.

Large portions, delicious goulash food with a top. At lunch time we waited for about 10 minutes. I recommend.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were not offered a table despite making a reservation for seven people. The staff was more than just unfriendly and rude. After all, you're not just paying for the food, but also for the ambience and good service, which is definitely not one of this restaurant's strengths. After 1.5 hours of waiting we were told we could get up and leave if it took too long to prepare the food. Absolutely not recommended! You should save yourself a visit! Not even a sorry for the insulting looks

Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. Despite reservations and a group of seven people, we waited 1.5 hours for our food. After such a long time we decided to get up, then the waiter told us that the meat wasn't on the grill yet anyway. There was no communication from staff regarding the delay or an apology for the wait. The lack of customer support and poor service severely detracted from the overall experience. It is advisable to be more attentive and proactive to guests' needs, especially for larger groups. Given this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant and hope that future guests will receive better service.

Simply bad from A to Z Waitress answers every question with no idea 3 tables overwhelmed and waited 1.5 hours and then a statement like we haven't even started you can never leave again

I wish I could give less than one star. Never experienced anything so disrespectful and disgusting. Waited an hour for two simple dishes. Others who came after us were already finished and had the same food. We politely asked 3 times how long it would take. My husband waited 20 minutes for a coke. Each time it was still 5 minutes until those 5 minutes turned into an hour. The third time the gentleman with the gray unkempt hair simply went into the kitchen without answering. When I wanted to get up after 5 minutes we saw the gentleman in the kitchen shoving salad!?!! My husband politely said that it was taking far too long and that we were coming from Cologne and leaving now. The guy cheekily says yes, it's on the grill. I told him that he has been telling us 5 minutes constantly for an hour. He couldn't even apologize and said yes then go. An impudence. He can put his Adana somewhere else ;)

As a traveler and taste enthusiast, this place I went to was so high quality and made me happy with its presentations that it was much more than my expectations in terms of service, relevance and taste. I felt at home with the tea they gave me in terms of tea offerings. The prices are below the quality ratio. You can go there with peace of mind. It is recommended.

Grills and Service are excellent

It is the only place I found in Dortmund and its surroundings that makes and serves appetizers like in Turkey. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is much better than other places. Our new favorite place.

The restaurant offers first-class service and the food tastes great. We particularly recommend the Adana Kebap, which is a real treat with its perfect seasoning and tender meat. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience that I can recommend to everyone.

A friend had a Christmas party this evening (private party). 84 people and only 2 waitresses. Food was cold. Unfortunately it was disappointing

Das Restaurant war ein Zufallsfund, aber sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Perle der Nordstadt. Die Leute sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Service ist immer sofort zur Stelle und achtet aufmerksam, ob man noch einen Wunsch hat. Es ist sehr kinderfreundlich und auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar sitzen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Ich esse nur vegetarisch und muss mich glutenfrei ernähren und hatte trotzdem eine riesen Auswahl. Hier findet jeder etwas. Ich habe keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt, es war ein rundum gelungener Abend bei sehr gastfreundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Bugün arkadaşlarla ankada grup metropol eşliğinde yemek yiyip şarkılar söyledik, atmosfer, servis, yemek hepsi çok güzeldi, herkese tavsiye ederim. İlk gelişimizdi ama kesinlikle son değil. Teşekkürler Anka Dortmund

Sehr stimmungsvoll ausser zu den gerichten gibt es immer kartoffeln die können sich auch was anderes e7nfallen lassen sonst sehr 😋

Von außen eher unscheinbar, sind im ersten Moment dran vorbei gefahren. Parkmöglichkeiten im Dunkeln nicht zu ersehen. Das Essen war sehr gut. Haben fast von allem etwas bestellt. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Nachbestellung der Getränke war allerdings nicht gut. Es wurde nur nachgefragt als der Tisch abgeräumt wurde aber nicht zwischendurch. Es war trotzdem ein schöner Abend

Wir sind hier regelmäßig zum Essen. Sehr angenehme Ambiente, fachgerechtes Personal, die Kellner sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das wichtigste jedoch, vom Fisch zum Lammfleisch, Hähnchen bis hin zum Dessert: jedes Mal alles sehr appetitlich, genau was für Genießer. Ich habe einfach Mal meine heutige Auswahl das Gericht "Beyti" fotografiert. Man sagt ja, das Auge isst mit und ich kann euch garantieren, es schmeckt genau so lecker wie es auch aussieht. Wer in Dortmund auf den Genuß der türkischen Küche kommen will, muss unbedingt bei Anka essen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

One of the high quality Turkish restaurants that I have ever been to. The interior design is chic. The staff was very polite and kind. The Haydari yogurt which I tried was new and delicious to me. The salad was also good. The lamb skewer was very tender and abundant served with bulgur. Overall, a good experience. I suppose a place to take guests and parties as well. A bit expensive but I was satisfied with the quality and service.
