The food was very tasty, there was nothing to complain about from everyone involved. The atmosphere was very appealing. The waiters are great. Gladly again at any time.

A very nice restaurant, You will be greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. Our meals also tasted very good and were presented very attractively. Price/performance is reasonable.

The service staff is nice and attentive. However, the food is subpar. From the salad to the main course it was just very bad. The salad is carelessly prepared and tastes like nothing. For the main course we had gyros. The meat was very hard and partly burnt. Tomato rice is limp pasta, briefly tossed in tomato paste. Just annoying, for just under 20 euros. Never again.

In the afternoon ... ... we discovered the Syrtaki restaurant and decided that we wanted to eat Greek in the evening. In the large restaurant we got a table in a quieter side room. Here we could see what was happening in the main room through a glass wall and were happy to sit a little more quietly. The service was very attentive and friendly. Right at the beginning we were each offered an ouzo, which was also good for us. The menu offers a large selection of individual dishes and also various combinations of typical Greek dishes. So it wasn't that easy to decide at first and the friendly waiter had to come a second time. After ordering, we received our food after a normal waiting time. They were good portions and exactly how we imagined them. We were also very satisfied with the taste. Since we were full quicker than expected, the remaining food was packed up for us so we still had some of it the next day. The prices are perfectly fine.

The food is good, but nothing more can be said about it. Especially the salad served with it, consisting of iceberg lettuce with a bit of coleslaw and carrot, is rather shameful. If you can't or don't want to offer a decent salad, it's better to leave it out completely. In itself it would have been 4/5 stars, but you can't pay by card here and the atmosphere is rather uncomfortable (use less bright white light).

The Greek restaurant SYRTAKI in Rheinsberg is a relatively good restaurant in itself, but has little to offer for vegetarians and nothing at all for vegans. All main courses contain meat or fish, only a few starters are vegetarian. The waiters are nice, but in my opinion ask a little too quickly whether you have already decided on a dish. Ouzo is only available at the beginning, then only upon request, although I'm never sure whether the ouzo ends up on the bill at the end. The salad that comes with the main courses consists only of iceberg lettuce, carrot, sauerkraut and a handful of dressing, which is why it tastes quite dry.

The food was plentiful and we were full. Actually overall it was 👍but they were stingy with the Uso.

Very friendly service and the food was very, very tasty. If you like Greek food, this is definitely a must.

Anyone in Rheinsberg must go to this restaurant. I've been to a lot of Greek restaurants but this is the real deal. Extremely good in taste. Fresh, tasty and super nice service.

The food is really great. A visit is worth it. Fast service. Since the restaurant is very full on weekends, you have to be a little patient when paying.

You can't pay by card, the working hours are wrong

The restaurant is NO LONGER recommended after a change of operator!!! For €16 I got a mini portion, some of which was inedible. Another dish was not tasty. One of the waiters didn't understand the German conversation. We won't eat there anymore.

We were happy with the food so far, but tzatziki as a "splash" on the grill plate is embarrassing, just like the sachet of ketchup on fries. Only paying in cash is obviously dubious. friendly staff.

The food was ok. Nothing special. I had the surprise menu. Who would have thought... It was the same as one from our table, but 40 cents cheaper. 😂 The side plate was quite thin. A bit of lettuce leaves and 3 pieces of carrot strips. Cucumber and tomato were missing. I mentioned this but was just laughed away.

Nice weather, lots of holidaymakers, everything is pretty full. Still got a seat without booking in advance. Service very friendly. Food delicious 👍👍👍

The food was okay, but not a highlight. Overall, there's nothing bad here, but nothing "super good" either. In our opinion, the current average 4.5 stars are not justified. We ate here as holidaymakers and had hoped for more based on the many positive reviews. If you want to have Greek food, you will definitely find it here. If, like us, you want to spend a particularly good evening, you should look elsewhere.

We were there shortly before the official opening time. We were allowed to choose places. There were menus with the daily specials, senior offers and the classic menu. The food was very tasty and sufficient. Since we could sit outside, an ashtray was brought upon request. The staff is very friendly. We can recommend this restaurant.

We ate there on two holiday evenings in a row and fully recommend the restaurant! The service is very attentive and friendly, the prices are absolutely fair and the food is prepared with a lot of heart. You sit very quietly in this passage and immediately feel welcome in the restaurant. For our taste, the food and the side dishes such as garlic bread or grilled pepperoni were delicious. If you don't like the Mediterranean flair, you can get some sausages at Ratseck, for example...

A very family friendly restaurant. Staff very kind although sometimes they couldn’t communicate neither in English nor in German and they looked stressed. The owner was also is very friendly. The food was ok.

Unfortunately, I went home a little disappointed. Apart from the outdated furnishings, no one could tell me what size the steaks on the menu were, which is why I decided on the gyros in Metaxa sauce. Unfortunately, this disappointed me very much. The top layer was gyros, but underneath there was a layer of onions, basically as a filling. The fries ordered with it all had black spots. Unfortunately I have to say I won't be coming back.

Unfortunately I have to confirm the partly negative experiences here. First of all: we had called ahead because we had read that card payments were not possible. On the phone they said it was still there. We were told on site that it was a misunderstanding. Card payment not possible. Very annoying. The waiter actually only knows the numbers of the dishes, so remember which number you ordered. Then with a larger order there was actually a lot of confusion. Stay away from the garlic potatoes. These are almost inedible. Food is plentiful, but unfortunately only mediocre. Unfortunately the plates were cold, which meant the dishes got cold very quickly. The best thing was the schnitzel for the children. Criticism was listened to, but it didn't seem like it was accepted. There are 2 stars because there was plenty of ouzo. However, the ambience is not as bad as some people say. I've seen worse restaurants. All in all, we definitely won't be coming here again.

Super tasty food for a removable price. The waitresses were also very friendly, not pushy or inattentive, just the right amount. Would eat here again at any time.

Oh well. The staff tried hard and were nice, although there were slight communication problems when it came to changing the food - but it was okay. Everything is fine with the staff. The food was just average at best. The liver wasn't cooked all the way through, the gyros were fried dry, the salad was tasteless except for the ready-made dressing, Kritiraki was cold, tzatziki was chemically mixed with garlic powder. Everything is much, much better for the same price. There is hardly any ambience. What feels like floodlights and cheap seating as well as an interior with very few Greek references do not create a feeling of coziness. The topic of “no card payment” can be found in other reviews too - what’s that supposed to mean? Absolutely out of date for properly managed restaurants. Conclusion: We didn't like it at all, we don't recommend the restaurant and we won't go there again.

The flexibility of the waiters was very positive: we were 4 adults, 2 babies and a dog - a seemingly unwelcome combination for a visit to a restaurant, but that wasn't a problem at all! Unfortunately there was only one high chair, but that's ok 👌🏽 The food came quickly and you were full, but the quality of the food is below average. Nobody was really satisfied with their food. In terms of price, the restaurant is in the middle range.

We were on vacation and found Syrtaki restaurant! The ambience is a bit dated, but the food was really tasty! A friendly waitress quickly brought us the starters and dishes! The portions are large and there is a huge selection of different types of meat! We found the spelling mistakes in the card “weird” in a funny way!! We can highly recommend the restaurant! If we're in the area again, we'll stop by for dinner!!

Dazu gibt es zwar einen Zettel an der Tür, jedoch sollte dies 2023 möglich sein. Dennoch kann ich das Restaurant empfehlen.

Wir wollten in Rheinsberg spontan Abendessen und wurden von allen deutschen Restaurants abgelehnt. Dann haben wir Syrtaki entdeckt und bekamen unkompliziert einen Platz. Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich und das Essen war wirklich gut und reichlich. Wir können das griechische Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen.

Zur Begrüßung erst einmal einen Schnaps. Super Essen, auf den Punkt gegrillt. Super Service, immer wieder einen Schnaps zwischendurch. Wir hatten verschiedene Vorspeisen und verschiedene Hauptgerichte. Alle waren sehr zufrieden, es war sehr schmackhaft. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder einkehren.

Samstag Abend ohne Reservierung.... Wer hätte gedacht, dass es in Rheinsberg eng werden könnte? Freundlich gefragt und den 2'er Tisch im Durchgang bekommen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, pfiffig und auf Zack. Das Essen kam dann auch sehr schnell. Von der Qualität her kein Ausreißer (weder positiv/noch negativ). Die Portion selbst war von der Größe noch ok, nicht zu üppig, wie sonst beim Griechen erwartet. Alles in allem aber noch eine solide Leistung.

Ein guter Grieche, aber jetzt nicht überragen, der Service war zuvorkommend und das Essen kam sehe schnell. Ein bisschen mehr Zaziki zu den Gerichten wäre nett.

Essen war ok aber nicht herausragend haben schon deutlich besser griechisch gegessen.Leider gab es nur an der Eingangstür einen Hinweis das nur Barzahlung möglich ist,welcher nicht zu sehen ist wenn man sich draußen hinsetzt die Bedienung hat nicht darauf hingewiesen.Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt der Kunde muss vorher fragen welche Zahlung möglich ist und der Weg zur Bank erklärt.Eine Rechnung haben wir trotz Nachfrage nicht erhalten !
