A really lovely restaurant. The food was of good quality. The staff were attentive. A great place in Koblenz for Greek food.

We arrived in a wonderful, cozy atmosphere, experienced excellent service, and finding a gluten-free option was surprisingly easy! They were knowledgeable about it and knew what to look out for, including regarding cross-contamination.

We've eaten at this wonderful restaurant so many times, and it's always a delight. This time it was our 18th anniversary! The service is superb, from the moment we arrived until we left. The food is absolutely delicious, even though the prices are on the higher end. The quality is excellent. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Probably the best Greek restaurant in Germany. No other restaurant has anything quite like it. Superb service, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere. We love going there, and so far, we haven't found another Greek restaurant that matches their quality. Even though it's a bit pricey, it's always worth a visit.

Price/performance ratio, well...

Very tasty. Not cheap, but large portions.

To be honest, I had higher expectations for this Greek restaurant. I ordered a gyros plate (one of the "cheapest" dishes there...for €23). The gyros was served unceremoniously on a plate without any garnish, like lettuce leaves, and with rice served separately in a bowl. The gyros (which, in my opinion, was far too generous) tasted of inferior quality, and the rice wasn't cooked properly. I found the price completely unreasonable. At €23, I certainly expect more in terms of taste. The price for a large bottle of mineral water was also far too high at €8.90. €6 would have been reasonable. The only positive thing about the restaurant was that the service staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Nevertheless, this was my first and last visit to this restaurant. By the way, anyone expecting a typical Greek atmosphere will be disappointed. Personally, it didn't bother me too much.

Large and therefore noisy. Those who don't mind that will be rewarded with large, tasty portions. The excellent gyros was particularly noteworthy. Personally, I missed having a small salad as a side dish with the main courses.

The three of us had lunch here today. The restaurant was quite busy. All three dishes were delicious and of good quality. The fries were perfect. The food was served on nice plates, and the waiter was friendly and attentive. The restrooms were nice and very clean. We'd gladly come back.

We went here with a group of colleagues from a river cruise ship and one of them is our executive chef who is Greek. We all were blown away about the quality of the food and he even said - and he’s very critical - that is was the best Greek food he ever had outside of Greece. And the service was fast, kind and we had great wine. We all LOVED it!

We were a group of 14 diners at your restaurant today and were completely satisfied. The service was fantastic! Super friendly, fun, attentive, and not at all intrusive. The food was also delicious, and the portions were very generous. The wait times between the appetizer and main course were also very short. It was a wonderful visit! We will definitely be back. My dish, at least, was only moderately good... a reheated moussaka with little flavor. The price – €22 – is simply too high for what it is. The young waitstaff are well-trained. The ambiance is a matter of taste; for me, it's too dark. I'll be in Athens this weekend, and the visit to Syrtaki was meant to be a warm-up. I live in the neighborhood and see that the restaurant is always very busy. Amazing!

A bit pricey, but worth every penny!!! Great atmosphere, superb service, and modern Greek cuisine. The lunch menu offers the full range at extremely fair prices. I'll definitely be back! Were there again today... and absolutely thrilled once more! Top-notch service, warmed plates, Peugeot salt and pepper mills on the table, and the crispiest gyros between Cologne and Mainz! Both the aperitif and digestif, as well as a birthday dessert, were complimentary. I'm happy to pay a slightly higher price for that. I'll definitely be back...

A must-try restaurant when visiting Koblenz. The staff at our table were exceptionally kind. Smiling and attentive, they made us feel at ease right away, without us even noticing the language barrier. The cuisine is simple and delicious. The seasonings are flavorful and the portions generous. The value for money is excellent.

The quality of the food has been at the highest level for years, but the prices are now outrageously high. Therefore, no prices are displayed on the online menu ;-) Poor service... I ordered a dish without any sides (rice, fries), but wanted a small side salad. I had to pay the full price for the dish. I also had to pay for the overpriced side salad, which cost €9. Outrageous! Since when does a small portion of tzatziki cost almost as much as a main course in other restaurants?! Rip-off!! Addendum 10/21/25: We wanted to give the restaurant another chance. The prices have gone up again, while the portions have shrunk. The quality was okay, but not worth the price. A 0.75L bottle of mineral water for €9... shameful. Thus, the 1-star rating was confirmed. Addendum to the restaurant's response 10/26/25: I always give many, fair reviews. Very unprofessional response. I've read this in your replies here several times. Rude, arrogant, and disparaging towards the customer. My condolences to the employees who have to endure such management. Price of side salad: Was about 2 years ago when I picked it up and ate it at home. Portraying the customer as a liar: Unprofessional and incompetent. Tzatziki: I was already charged €5.50 back then, so the statement is hardly credible. Service staff are always very friendly. Ambience is okay, as it's very dark inside. Regarding the prices: If the quality and quantity were right, I wouldn't have a problem with the higher prices. If I wanted to, I could pay those prices every other day... but I don't want to if the overall package isn't right! 😉 Just think about it for a moment.

Could also be a Turkish restaurant

Very tasty food. We had to wait a bit, but that was probably due to the large number of guests. The pepperoni appetizer is super delicious, and the tzatziki is also a treat. The dishes are also not as greasy as you might expect from other Greek restaurants. All in all, Syrtaki is highly recommended.

The food was very bad. I had a grill plate and my friend did too. The meat was either far too dry or raw. The prices were far too expensive. It was our first time there but also our last.

We arrived in Koblenz very hungry and tired after a long days travel. We were so lucky that our apartment was just round the corner from the Syrtaki (found using Google maps) and although the kitchen was about to close, Fabio and the rest of the staff were so welcoming, that we returned on our 2nd night for a more leisurely meal! It was busy for a midweek early evening, but they still found us a table and Fabio remembered us from the night before. The complimentary ouzo shots were very welcome! The restaurant and its staff thoroughly deserve their good rating - thank you for looking after these weary travellers!

Prices have increased by more than 50% in some cases within three years. I'm sure we'll hear the same old story about everything getting more expensive. Strangely, however, food, gas, water, and electricity have increased far less over the same period.

The Greek restaurant has a modern interior and deliberately avoids the typical ambiance of many other Hellenic restaurants. It has plenty of room for guests. I particularly liked the round tables, which are arranged like little islands in the room. The service was always attentive but not intrusive. We didn't have to wait long for the food. The selection and quality of the dishes were excellent. If you can't finish your portion, you can take the rest home. Syrtaki is on the high side in terms of price, but the overall package is excellent. A clear recommendation. 5 stars 🌟.

Summary: Delicious food in a Greek restaurant with a modern look. Unfortunately, the portions didn't match the price. In detail: It was a business lunch where the wallet could have been left at home, and there's a well-known saying about that... Nevertheless, I judge as if I had to pay myself. Parking was a disaster at 8:00 PM. Upon entering the restaurant, my first impression from the outside was confirmed: not a traditional Greek restaurant, but rather a traditional one with a modern twist. Unusual but certainly appealing. The modern design didn't seem that cozy to me. Service was excellent. Friendly, attentive, and fast are the words that immediately spring to mind. Very pleasant. Despite the restaurant being full, there was little time between ordering and service. Also great. The food was very tasty. I had a grill plate with gyros, suvlaki, suzuki, fries instead of tomato rice, and tzatziki. The meat was juicy and tender. The fries were crispy. Everything was okay. But! Just looking at the menu, it's noticeable. The prices could still be described as high in 2025. For the €26 my platter cost, I would have 1) expected a side salad, and 2) it would have been nice to go home full. I'm definitely not a fan of oversized portions. But no one likes the feeling of no longer being hungry, but not full either, after a meal. But that's exactly what 4 out of 4 of the guys at the table had.

We spontaneously visited Syrtaki in Koblenz with nine people and still managed to get a seat right away – I thought that was really great 👌 The ambiance is very nice and cozy; you immediately feel at home. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and also very fond of children, which was especially important to us. The food came really quickly, even for the kids – that's not a given everywhere. Everything was grilled to perfection, super deliciously seasoned, and the sauces… simply really good 😍 The portions are well-thought-out, not too small and not overly large. We even had some packed up because we simply couldn't finish everything. You can just tell that the food is cooked with love here. For us, it was an all-round successful evening – we'll definitely be back 👏🇬🇷

The ambiance is a bit lacking due to the size of the restaurant. It's busy—which is generally a good thing—but it also gets noisy. The friendly service, from the reception to the waiters, is absolutely excellent. The food is more than plentiful and tastes impeccable. This is a very delicious Greek restaurant. The meat portions are generous and paired with the Greek yogurt sauce, which is very refreshing. The main course is paired with tomato risotto, which is also delicious. However, Asians are not used to the texture of rice. I am very happy to have this delicious meal before leaving Germany☺️

The best Greek restaurant in Koblenz!

My husband, a friend, and I went there for lunch, and we were delighted. The dishes were generously portioned and delicious. The service was super attentive, although one of them gave us the wrong bill because we wanted to pay separately, but we went with a friend, so that was no problem. We sat on the terrace, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. 100% recommended.

Great location in the southern part of Koblenz. The ambiance is modern, a bit too dark inside for our taste, but thankfully not a white and blue shellfish atmosphere... ;-) The service is attentive and friendly. Everything is clean and of high quality. The food is excellent and of high quality. The service is courteous and friendly. The prices are higher than in other "Greek" restaurants, but the quality is significantly better.

We dined there as a couple on a Saturday evening and, just to be on the safe side, made a reservation a few days in advance via the website. Reservations were easy. Because the weather was quite nice that day, many guests were seated outside, so we were able to choose our own seats inside. Unfortunately, the moussaka was out that evening, but in my opinion, that speaks for fresh ingredients in the kitchen and not "stockpiling." We then had very nice appetizers and main courses ("nice" in both the visual and taste sense). As is often the case in Greek restaurants, the portions here were quite generous. The two of us could have shared one side dish. Instead, we had two, and quite a few were left over. The service was very friendly, courteous, and quick. We had specified a "special occasion" when making our reservation and mentioned in the additional text that it was our wedding anniversary that day – with no ulterior motive. So we were treated to a surprise from the house – we hadn't expected it, but it was absolutely lovely. Thanks again to the team!

Personally I’m not so fond of greek cuisine but the food was amazing, really delicious. We had Marie as our waitress and she was extremely kind, professional and always on top making sure we are well taken care and happy with everything. We wish her and the restaurant a lot of success.

The food was excellent and plentiful. Service was good at first, but then they "forgot" about us. The food arrived, and we were missing cutlery. This only came after we asked twice. When we were finished, the plates remained in front of us for at least half an hour. New drinks were only served after repeated requests. However, they were charged twice on the bill. The salad was also charged at a high price without any notice.

The staff was incredibly kind from the start, and the moussaka was delicious! A special thank you also for a gesture that may seem small, but for me it made a difference: I had forgotten my sunglasses, and when we returned a couple of hours later... they had put them aside. The food is simply excellent; I haven't had a beef fillet like this in a long time. It's not exactly cheap, but it's grilled to perfection. The guys in the kitchen know what they're doing. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, something you rarely experience these days. The owners are also extremely attentive, always friendly, and make you feel completely welcome. Here, they even ask if the food tastes good. Something that is unfortunately considered obsolete in other restaurants.
