The view of the Rhine was absolutely beautiful. The service was friendly. However, we had to wait a long time for our food. The dishes were good, but we didn't like the side salad and the portions were rather small.

My wife and I spontaneously went there for dinner. We got a table without any problems. The staff was very friendly. They even entertained the children at the next table, so they were very child-friendly as well. The food was delicious and definitely worth the money. We'll definitely eat there again on our next visit to Koblenz.

In our opinion, the food isn't typically Greek, but more like... The tzatziki was very good. The side salad was rather poorly dressed with remoulade dressing. All the meat dishes were okay.

The buffet for our 70th birthday party was delicious and well-organized. Starters, salads, tzatziki, meat, liver, salmon, and squid rings, as well as side dishes, were cooked to perfection. It served about 70 people, on top of the regular Sunday lunchtime service. It was top-notch. Attentive, friendly service from dedicated restaurateurs at reasonable prices... highly recommended. We'd be happy to come back.

The meat was truly perfect. Good quality and perfectly cooked! The rice was simply bland for our taste. We also noted this. Perhaps the chef was having a bad day... The service was good at first, but quickly left something to be desired after the meal.

Delphi is a nice place to eat. Its located exactly on the side of the river so while you enjoy your food, you will also enjoy the view too. It's a place probably run by a Greek because a waiter was Greek too. The food was nice, you have plenty of choices there. Starting from Fish, Meet, seafood ,pasta,Gyros (different types) etc. The serving is nice as well. I want to thank the Greek lady there for being so friendly and was open to giving advice's on what to chose when it came to Greek dishes. The Greek chat took me back 12y ago when I used to live in that country :). There's free parking from the restaurant as well so you dont have to worry about it.

The taste was very good. The service was very good. Six of us dined there. Despite the restaurant being busy, our orders were served quickly, and everyone's food arrived at the same time. Highly recommended. I'd be happy to come back.

We ended up at the Delphi based on the excellent reviews and left disappointed. Sure, the waterfront location is beautiful. Otherwise, the ambiance is more reminiscent of the late 80s. The food was average, not even up to (modern) cafeteria standards, I'd say, and the price wasn't worth it. The menu is incredibly long—perhaps they should focus on fewer dishes and prepare them with high quality?

I highly recommend this restaurant. It has been serving excellent quality for many years, with friendly service. The location on the Moselle River offers unobstructed views from Güls to Metternich, as well as the many boating clubs with motorboats and sailing boats. An elevator ensures barrier-free access. Parking is limited. Parking spaces are available under the Kurt Schuhmacher Bridge. A short walk along the Moselle River along the pedestrian path to Restaurant Delphi is also very pleasant.

The food was very good. The staff was very friendly but also a bit stressed. Unfortunately, the restrooms were broken and not clean.

I was really disappointed with the Delphi restaurant in the Boathouse. Right from the start, I had a lipstick mark on my Coke glass, which is extremely unhygienic. Then I also found hair in my food, which is unacceptable! Furthermore, the meat was extremely tough and almost inedible. For the price, I would have expected significantly higher quality and cleanliness. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Coming from a region with Mediterranean cuisine, I can confirm that the portions are generous, tasty, and reasonably priced. The service is very friendly. The Delphi Restaurant, located in the boathouse of the Koblenz Rowing Club Rhenania 1877/1921 e.V., stands out above all for its location directly on the Moselle Reservoir. With its spacious terrace, its almost endless selection of dishes, its high quality, its excellent service, and its reasonable prices, the restaurant is also well-suited to larger groups.

I discovered this restaurant during a wedding celebration and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfectly organized, the food was exceptionally delicious, and the service was impeccable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Eating during your lunch break is easy, and can be done in an hour. Extensive lunch menu at reasonable prices. The starter is grilled zucchini and eggplant with tzatziki, and the main course is very good: grilled calamari with fries and a side salad. And the obligatory ouzo is on the house. Everything is good!

The food was delicious as always, but unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience this time. One adult, who had a moderate appetite, wanted to order a children's schnitzel, but was refused. There were more than 10 of us, including two children, who both ordered adult meals. Why it was absolutely impossible to serve a children's plate because of a few euros' difference is beyond comprehension. When we pointed this out, the waiter simply replied, rather rudely, that if we wanted to discuss things, we could speak to the manager. Unfortunately, the mood was ruined. It's a good thing there are more delicious Greek restaurants in the area.

Two of us went there and had the octopus salad as a starter – very tasty! Then we waited for our ordered food, one came, and 10 minutes later, the other! With such different wait times for two meals, it doesn't show professionalism in the kitchen, and the service wasn't exactly friendly either! I personally don't like it when one person eats while the other watches! I won't go there again either, because the fish platter with broccoli was terrible, and instead of a jacket potato, I only had baked potatoes on the plate! Very disappointing! As for the price – too expensive for such quality!

You go out to eat as a couple! The octopus salad as an appetizer was okay, as was the friendly service at the beginning, who also brought the drinks! But then: the fish platter arrives, unfortunately not as ordered! As a couple, you also enjoy eating together! Upon "delivery" (unfortunately, one has to say it like that), the brief comment that the second meal was still taking time! The fish platter consisted of a lot of frozen broccoli, rubbery calamari, 2 king prawns that had been served succulently elsewhere, and a fish that was as dry as the napkin! And the second meal was still taking time! Now it was ready, and it was very carelessly shoved onto the table with the note: "Hot!" Meanwhile, my partner had finished her portion! Gyros with mushrooms in Metaxa sauce and baked with cheese! There were plenty of mushrooms! There was also gyros! Metaxa sauce? Salt, you could taste a lot of salt! When asked if it tasted good, she gave an honest answer! No "we're sorry we couldn't eat together," no comment on the bad review! A pudding was offered as "compensation!" It tasted seamlessly like the meals we ordered! What a shame, Greek food doesn't have to be!

Due to the previous positive impression, we visited the restaurant again with the family. However, the service was significantly weaker, beer mats were thrown over the table and drinks were served. We particularly noticed the younger female service worker because of her moody demeanor. The food was OK, but we didn't feel very welcome. Things got friendlier when we wanted to pay.

Mit 4 Erwachsenen waren wir am Samstag den 18.01.2025 um 18:30 Uhr dort essen. Wir hatten einen Tisch vorbestellt. Für 18:00 Uhr wurde uns empfohlen nicht zu kommen, erst auf Nachfrage wann denn es besser wäre, bekamen wir die Antwort, für 18:30 Uhr! Das Restaurant teilt sich in vier Bereiche auf. Eingangsbereich mit Theke und Tischen, ein großer Raum, eine komplett überdachte Terrasse und ein Außenbereich vor dem Gebäude. Eigentlich hat man von fast überall einen Blick auf die Mosel. Wir wurden zu unserem Platz im in der Mitte des großen Raum begleitet. Das Restaurant war zu dieser Zeit etwa dreiviertel belegt. Nach etwa 30 Minuten war das Restaurant fast völlig belegt. Wir bekamen unsere Speisekarten und konnten etwas später die Getränkebestellung aufgeben, die wir auch recht zeitnah erhielten. Die Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich. Es wurde die Vorspeise „Verschiedenes“ (Dolmadakia mit Zitronensauce, Tzatziki, Oliven und Peperoni) bestellt. Als Hauptspeisen bestellten wir: - Hähnchenbrust-Filet mit Pommes (umbestellt auf Tomatenreis) und gemischter Salat. - Schweinelendchen am Spieß mit Tomatenreis und gemischten Salat (umbestellt auf Bauernsalat) und einer extra Portion Tzatziki. - Bifteki (Frikadelle gefüllt mit Schafskäse) mit Tomatenreis und Bauernsalat. - Trikoloreteller (1 Souvlaki, 1 Leber und 1 Souzouki (Hackfleischwürstchen)) mit Reis und Krautsalat (umbestellt auf Bauernsalat). Alle Gerichte waren vom Grill. Auf die beiden ersten Gerichte will ich näher eingehen. Das Hähnchenbrustfilet war gut, aber mit einem Ölfilm überzogen. Der Tomatenreis war trocken, kam gewürzt, hatte fast keinen Geschmack und nicht richtig warm. Die Schweinelendchenspieße waren geschmacksneutral und auch mit diesem merkwürdigen „Ölfilm“ überzogen. Hier fehlte genau wie bei oben genanntem Gericht, der typische Grillgeschmack. Außerdem hatten zwei Stücke Fleisch außen größere Fetthäute. Der Reis siehe oben. Der Tzatziki war gut (etwas zu viel Salz). Warum man bei jedem Gericht noch eine Salatbeilage auf dem Teller hat (grünen Salat, Tomate, Olive und Peperoni) kann ich nicht nachvollziehen (typisch für deutsche Gastronomie), da es bei jeder Mahlzeit noch einen Salat dazu gibt. Die Salate waren durchschnittlich. Kurz bevor wir bezahlen wollten, bekamen wir noch aufs Haus 4 Ouzo. Dies war zwar nett, aber es wurden nur 3 getrunken. Hier sollte man vorher lieber die Gäste fragen, damit nichts übrig bleibt. Fazit: Das Restaurant hat eine sehr gute Lage, wegen der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Mosel. Das Servicepersonal in durchschnittlich (von gut bis mangelhaft – in diesem Fall die Chefin), die Toiletten sind durchschnittlich (Geruch). Es gibt einen kleinen Parkplatz, sonst besteht im Umfeld die Möglichkeit zu parken. Wir waren im Sommer 2024 und jetzt da, leider hat sich der erste Eindruck bestätigt. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich, wie das Personal, nur der Preis ist günstig. Für mich ist das keine Alternative bzw. eine Möglichkeit auszuweichen. Sehr schade.

Without much frills, the focus at Delphi is clearly on the food. The dishes are well portioned, tasty and exactly what Greek food means. While it may seem a bit purist and rudimentary in winter, the restaurant, with its location on the Moselle, can be particularly exciting in summer and maybe even give you a little bit of a holiday feeling. A recommendation for anyone who doesn't want to compromise on Greek food.

By far the worst sea plaice I have ever eaten. The fish was breaded, which wasn't on the menu, broccoli was frozen and simply boiled, and it also tasted sour, so I didn't touch it any further. No card payment possible (EC only).

We were invited to a celebration. It should be said that the waitresses were very friendly and attentive, the buffet offered was very varied and tasty. I can't say anything about the prices because we were invited.

My moussaka tasted delicious with a successful bechamel topping, but was almost too meaty. If you're lucky enough to get a window seat, the restaurant's location on the first floor gives you a fantastic view of the Moselle. I'd love to come back.

We have enjoyed going here with the whole family for years on special occasions (birthdays, Easter, Christmas). The same goes for Christmas 2024. The food and service are always very good, even when there is a lot going on. Even our two small dogs are always allowed to come along. This time at Christmas it was somehow different and unfortunately none of us felt comfortable. It was packed, even more so than usual. We had a long table on the enclosed outdoor patio. There was such a loud background noise that you could only have a conversation with the person sitting next to you at the table on the right or left. Ordering drinks took a minimum of 30-40 minutes, the food came 40 minutes before the restaurant closed, so it wasn't possible to sit comfortably afterwards (if you had wanted to) and we were also given an espresso after the meal due to the time refused. Dear Delphi team, we have really enjoyed coming to you for years and have always been satisfied. But what we experienced at Christmas was mass processing in your favor and at our expense and our wonderful family Christmas. Unfortunately we won't be doing that anymore.

I recently visited this Greek restaurant and had the lamb platter, which exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The rice was well-seasoned, and the lamb was tender and perfectly grilled. A great touch was that most meals came with a fresh salad, which added a nice balance to the dish (On an additional plate. The service was commendable. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the staff put in a lot of effort to ensure we were well taken care of. However, one small downside was that no water was served with the espresso, which is something I would have appreciated. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Greek cuisine.

This was our first time here and we will definitely come back. The food was really delicious and was served quickly. The staff are very accommodating and when the weather is nice you have a nice view. However, you have to say that the portions are really quite large, which is why you should definitely come hungry😂😊 All in all it was really very good and convinced us to come back. 👍🏼

Food is ok. Price/performance is not entirely appropriate. The ambience is certainly nice in summer, but the interior (currently winter) is like a gym and therefore very loud.
