Restaurant SYGHT in Dortmund

We went to Sunday brunch and had booked for €42 according to the website. We were charged €48. After emailing to clarify, we were told that the confirmation stated the price as €48. Unfortunately, I only noticed the date, as I had already seen the price when I booked. The food was okay. The fish buffet was unfortunately set up behind the desserts, so we and others missed it. It should really be part of the appetizers. Then there was a fire alarm. It was handled smoothly. We were allowed back into the restaurant, but we would have appreciated a friendly announcement and perhaps a glass of sparkling wine. After all, we had been standing in the rain for quite some time. This was also mentioned in my email, and the reply was, "We were busy enough." Is that what you call good service? We and several others certainly didn't think so! I just noticed that the website has been changed back to €48. Probably a reaction to my complaint email.

The good times are over, the quality has declined, and prices have risen rapidly, as everywhere else. For brunch on December 7th, €48 was charged, even though the website states €42 for December 7th, 2025. Very strange.

The food was super delicious, paired with a murder mystery dinner. The staff was top-notch... This was our second time here. We'd happily return.

Nice ambiance. Tasty food. However, the portions are tiny, reminiscent of a senior citizen's plate.

My extra requests were handled perfectly, thank you! The staff at our brunch appointment were attentive, friendly, and helpful – top-notch. The selection of food, from cold to hot dishes and dessert, was good in my opinion. Unfortunately, I didn't have room for the delicious-smelling waffle placed near the entrance. I also appreciated the included drinks – coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and orange juice. I'm looking forward to more brunch visits – and I'll definitely order the waffle first next time ;-).

So, a brunch for over €50 per person is quite a lot, BUT you get truly high-quality food. From breakfast to lunch, it's a virtually seamless transition. From fish to various meat dishes with delicious side dishes, and let's not forget the sauces, everything is truly beautifully cooked and, as I already mentioned, of very high quality. The selection of desserts was also plentiful, very tasty, and of very good quality. The service was quick and always with a friendly smile. The ambiance...well, 70s chic...when the sun came out on Monday at lunchtime, it got very warm in the room...but that's the only criticism. The view is beautiful, everything is clean...I'd gladly come back...perhaps in the fall when it's cooler ;-)

Sonntagsbrunch am 16.03.2025 Frühstückbrunch ist für einen Koch nichts Besonderes. Wir waren pünktlich um 11 Uhr da; um 11:15 Uhr gab es kein Omelett mehr. Die Besucher schauten verständnislos drein. Für das Auffüllen ließ man sich sehr, sehr viel Zeit. Der Kaffee war kein Kaffee Crema, es gab nur Filterkaffe. Beide Kaffeeangebote muss man auswählen können. Auf Bestellung: Der Kakao war lau warm Der Orangensaft sollte bei dieser Preisklasse aus gepressten Orangen angeboten werden. Den Saft, den man sich selbst einschenken musste, obwohl 3 Kellnerinnen hinter der Theke standen, schmeckte verwässert und nach Saft aus der Tüte. Andere Säfte haben wir total vermisst. So einfach macht man es in einer Gastwirtschaft oder preiswerten Hotelketten. Wir saßen am Tisch 21 auf einer Bank, das geht gar nicht. Gefühle wie im alten Wirtshaus. Das Frühstücks Angebot hat kein Preisleistungsverhältnis. Extrablatt ist um einiges besser. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, wir konnten uns mit unserem Geschäftspartner viele Stunden lang unterhalten.

The three of us had brunch at Syght on Sunday and we were all absolutely thrilled. The reception was extremely friendly and the table was perfectly prepared; we immediately felt welcome as guests. The cold and warm dishes are really fantastic and nothing is missing...beef rump and venison goulash, everything is available...make sure to leave room for dessert 🧁🍨😊 Scrambled eggs are fresh and taste great. Everything is generously topped up and always looks appetizing. All in all, a very nice experience and will definitely be repeated! Thanks to the very committed and friendly service staff and the masters in the kitchen👏👏👏 If I could I would distribute 10 ⭐️😃 Until next time ❗️

Great evening at querbeet in syght! German innovative cuisine. Meat dishes in particular are extremely tender and tasty. We don't skimp on the good sauces, but we do skimp on other dishes, e.g. There is still room for improvement with the fish. Staff very friendly, competent and committed. Great atmosphere with a rather older audience. All in all recommended

There were two of us in the Syght. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our seats. A beautiful table by the window, designed for up to four guests. So we had enough space. In my opinion, the tables at Syght are well placed so that you don't end up sitting on your neighbor's lap. However, the open space is a little noisy, which means you can involuntarily follow your neighbor's conversations. Nevertheless, the ambience is harmonious in black and gold with individual white marble elements. After we were immediately asked what drinks we wanted and couldn't answer this question without looking at the menu, we were given a little time. But then it seemed as if we had been forgotten because the service staff had disappeared for quite a long time. So we thought so and decided on our dishes straight away. We each ordered one of the two menus offered. Even after we decided on what to eat, we still had to wait quite a while before we could place our order. There weren't too many guests there, which is why the longer waiting times were a bit irritating, but didn't bother us. We had time with us. Despite everything, I don't want to withhold this information. When ordering, the request was fulfilled to be able to exchange the dessert included in the menu. Each person was given 3 slices (3 types, 1 slice each) of bread in advance. These were served with butter and a truffle cream. All very good. The appetizer came very quickly. Spiced salmon on one side, carpaccio on the other. The flavors of both dishes were well balanced. We were able to enjoy both starters in peace and were only able to give positive feedback when asked if everything was OK. After the starter we were asked whether the next course could come. In this case it was salsify soup, which was only included as an intermediate course in one of the menus. After quite a long wait, the service person came to our table again and asked again whether the next course could come. At that moment she seemed to realize that the soup hadn't arrived yet. At least she seemed to have a certain surprise on her face when we were asked again and asked whether the soup had arrived yet. When I said no, the soup was with me after a few seconds. Seemed to have been forgotten. Didn't detract from the taste. One could perhaps have apologized, but that didn't happen. Still nothing that ruins a lovely evening. We waited a while for the next course, but the food arrived freshly prepared and perfectly warm. That's why you're happy to wait. There was beef fillet - medium - with fries. Plus lamb's lettuce. On the other plate there was duck breast with red cabbage and a corn grits thaler. We both liked it very much. But the beef tenderloin wasn't perfectly cooked. About half of the fillet was too well done, the other half was perfectly medium. It's a shame about the good meat. Since we were no longer asked whether everything was OK after the main course, we were unable to give any feedback. We wouldn't have let the piece go back anyway as it would have been a complete waste. Nevertheless, you actually expect something different at this level. And the feedback would certainly not have been unimportant. Later we heard from another table that their fillet was probably fried a little beyond medium. If necessary, you could also consider using slightly sharper knives for the meat. But the fries were absolutely excellent. For dessert there were 3 types of homemade ice cream and apricot with sour cream and a mint chip. Both absolutely great. Overall a nice, if not entirely cheap, experience (menus €65 & €58, which is reasonable). Individual dishes in the upscale but reasonable price segment. But service can still be improved.

It was our first time at Syght Dortmund and we were thrilled! The welcome was warm and friendly, very accommodating, nice and really friendly staff, we quickly had drinks and there was bread and delicious spreads. We had a salad and the burger and it was delicious. Great view and an absolutely good price-performance ratio. It was a wonderful evening. We always like to come back. That's how it has to be! The so-called Edelschuppen restaurants can take a lesson from this. Many thanks to the Syght team.

We ate “across the board” with 9 people. Even though it was quite loud in the room at times, it was a very nice group event. The portions are sometimes tiny, but it is still a challenge to finish all the courses. A new order is only accepted when everyone has finished eating, so that meals and breaks alternate in quick succession and there is always time to talk (even if the intervals in the middle part could have been shorter). The different courses were very varied, including salad, soup, fish, venison goulash and pasta, and delicious. We sat for a good four hours and were all very satisfied. 🙂

We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday in Syght with over 50 people. We and all of our guests were very enthusiastic about the ambience, service, staff and especially the cuisine. A big thank you to the management for the good communication during the preparations and to all those involved in making this celebration a success. Highly recommended!

We were there for the Christmas buffet. First of all I have to say that the food was really delicious. The service staff were always friendly and always ready when you needed them. Unfortunately, the process at the buffet was a disaster! Everything tastes great, but it's not possible for a shop like this to offer 6 small plates as a starter table. The buffet for the main courses was also far too small and constantly empty. Supplies came very slowly. So you ate what was there. The restaurant actually makes a nice impression, but unfortunately it is far too loud in the guest room. The sound is reflected from all walls. No material or anything similar that would absorb sound. It was almost impossible to have a normal conversation. I wouldn't go there again, even if the food was really good.

It's worth enjoying the Sunday brunch at SYGHT. Price performance fits. Service staff very friendly and attentive.

Nachdem wir schon mehrfach die herrliche Terrasse im Sommer mit gutem Essen genossen haben, waren wir erstmals im Innenraum. Auch hier ein schönes Ambiente. Der Service freundlich und aufmerksam wie gewohnt. Auch das Essen wieder geschmacklich sehr gut und optisch ein Hingucker. Das Rinderfilet auf den Punkt gebraten, die Trüffelnudeln ein Gedicht, Amboss vom Kalb sehr zart mit delikater Soße und der Saibling kann auch nur gelobt werden. Die Beilagen dazu perfekt abgestimmt.Lediglich beim Tatar ist minimale Kritik anzumerken, das war uns etwas zu grob geschnitten, aber eben von Hand….Fazit: ein Besuch des SYGHT lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Absolute recommendation! Enjoyed Pasta Kunterbunt for two and it was really good. It was a very relaxed evening, with delicious food and attentive service. We always go two or three times a year.

We were here on Tuesday evening for the wedding ceremony of my in-laws. You shouldn't have too high expectations of the food. Overall it was ok for the price...but certainly nothing outstanding. It was relatively full and from the very small tasting portions it is clear that it is not cooked a la minute. The advantage is that you can eat what you like as often as you want. The atmosphere is very nice, we were lucky with the weather and were able to sit on the great terrace, which is equipped with very comfortable furniture. The service was very nice but a bit slow towards the end. The wine prices are pretty steep. For a bottle of rose 35 euros, I had to swallow. I found it a bit of a shame that there wasn't even a tiny bit of attention for the "iron couple" even if there had been two schnapps at the end. Overall, we had a nice evening and everyone was full.

We were there today for Querbeet and even though things went haywire, the service staff were very hard-working, friendly and honest and apologized several times for the chaos and the long waiting times and we were just there longer, what the heck, the kitchen has it yes open until 10 p.m. The food was simply great and therefore still full marks! For the money, you can't get anywhere else close to this quality and even as "all you can eat"! Always my pleasure!

I had dinner there yesterday with 2 other people. We had booked Querbeet, so order smaller portions from a reduced menu and as much as you want. The concept would also be good if the waiting time between courses wasn't sometimes exorbitantly long. At the next table we've already gone through 3 courses, we're still waiting for ours and had to ask if we'd been forgotten. That was probably the case because after ordering again a course came. The whole thing happened twice. So it's been an hour without getting anything. This is another way to keep all you can eat cheap. Other than that, the quality of the food was just acceptable. The pike perch was over-fried, as was the chicken. Not that you would complain about it, but it's really not a high level of culinary art. The potato gratin is half raw. The size of the starters is sometimes limited to no less than ONE fork. (Carpacchio) The worst thing, however, is the prevailing noise level (reminded me of the factory canteen at Hoesch) and the unbearable heat. Although it wasn't hot outside, the temperature in the Syght was beyond good and evil. The air conditioning was obviously turned off. If you sit at the table wearing only a short-sleeved shirt and constantly notice how sweat is running down your body and you don't feel like eating anymore, the evening has gone accordingly. After I constantly fanned myself with the drinks menu for 45 minutes (other guests did the same with various utensils), one of the waitresses brought me a fan... very kind of her. I thought it was good. Why the air conditioning isn't turned on is a mystery to me. Last but not least, dessert was out at the end, so nothing with all you can eat either. Then we paid and left. For me at €38.50 it's not worth the money. I would have preferred to leave straight away given the temperatures, but I didn't want to end the evening as I was there with friends. However, I will definitely not come back again. But I can eat better in various restaurants. And without having to pay a €5 parking fee at the end...

Bin ja ein große Fan von syght Restaurant, bei jeder Karten Wechsel gehe ich sehr gerne Querbett essen ! War auch schon mal zum weihnachtsbuffete war auch sehr lecker ! Heute haben wir mal da erstmal sonntags Brunch erleben dürfen was soll ich sagen : Sau lecker !!! Viel Auswahl , frisch , top Qualität!! Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam .

Sehr sehr schönes Restaurant in dem wir seit Jahren immer wieder gerne mal im Sommer auf der schönen Terrasse oder im Winter ins Restaurant einkehren. Das Essen bewegte sich immer in der Spitzengastronomie,die Getränke Preise sind absolut Angemessen. Attentive service, delicious food

Sundays for lunch at syght. No wonder we had to reserve 6 weeks in advance. Good a table for 8 people. It's probably quicker for 2 or 4 people. Well, we were personally shown to the table by the waitress who served us all lunchtime. We all arrived there at 11 a.m. very hungry and also curious about the buffet, which wasn't cheap. First of all, the ambience. There's something about this 70-year flair. You could also shoot a James Bond film here. Old, but so retro that it's cool again because everything is well maintained. No patina or wear anywhere. To eat. Started the first round and found what?! Büsum crabs in a huge bowl. I felt like I took 300 grams with scrambled eggs on my plate. The crabs tasted like they were caught this morning. Then I finally knew why the price but also why the long reservation time. The bacon was also a poem. Still red but already crispy and flavorful. Never had bacon like this before. Sausage, ham and cheese. All first class quality. The lunch dishes included goose leg with brown sauce. The leg was a little dry but the sauce... we would have liked to drink it in a bucket with a straw. That was a star sauce!!! There was also roast pork and a seafood pot with a lot of ingredients. Fries, rosemary potatoes, potato gratin. And much, much more. We overdid it at breakfast, so we were only able to eat a little from the lunch buffet. A pity. Nevertheless, the general enthusiasm was high and we will come back. Promised!

We had dinner with you for the second time on Sunday January 7th, 2024 and were disappointed again. My wife's panfish was rock hard out of the deep fryer. The fried potatoes without bacon and onions, so no taste. Every beach shack in Holland can do that better and cheaper. My goose leg was no better, the red cabbage had no taste and the baked apple was overcooked and mushy. Our friends chose the Wiener Schnitzel and the burger. The burger was ordered medium and was served raw. After the complaint, burger number 2 was served. The burger was dry and rock hard like my wife's fish. I knew the Wiener Schnitzel from the first time and that's why I didn't order it. A Wiener Schnitzel for 28.50 from the deep fryer is already cheeky. 2 flat pieces of meat without the familiar waves has nothing in common with Wiener Schnitzel. We can do that much better. The same tasteless fried potatoes as my wife's. The french fries tasted like fish, which was a completely new experience for us. We haven't eaten so badly in a long time. Only the waitress deserved 5 stars and brought us 3 schnapps and a crème brulee as an apology. You won't get a third chance from us. LG. Hans Steer Dortmund

08/15 Prices for dishes on the menu are OK. The quality is accordingly. Service is friendly, but that alone isn't enough. When I pointed out that the duck was too salty, all I got was excuses. Then all the ladies disappeared and no one felt responsible for us anymore. 😂😂😂 I'm not bad, but there is room for improvement here.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't worth mentioning for the second time. Schnitzel fried, fried potatoes in two dishes only fried on the first side, bacon and onions dosed homeopathically. Unfortunately the burger was not edible, ordered medium, served raw and unfortunately no improvement on the second attempt... All in all not recommended. What was really absolutely positive was the extremely friendly waiter, who did his best and immediately gave us delicious attention...

Vorspeisen waren gut. Wienerschnitzel aus der Fritteuse-ohne schöne Blasen- Bratkartoffeln, mit viel Luft nach oben,sowohl beim Fisch als auch beim Schnitzel. Der Burger war leider eine Katastrophe,die auch beim 2.Versuch nicht besser wurde.Fleisch zäh ,war nicht zu schneiden,geschweige denn zu essen. Sehr,sehr positiv zu bewerten war der nette Kellner,der hat super reagiert und hat uns sofort etwas köstliches angeboten. Wir waren schon vorher einmal im Sight … und auch damals enttäuscht… Ich glaube ein 3. Mal wird es wohl nicht geben.

The six of us really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful location. Without exception, every employee impressed with their outstanding service and there was a very pleasant atmosphere. What should be highlighted is the excellent cuisine at a good price-performance ratio. We look forward to the next visit.

Sehr schönes, gediegenes Ambiente; freundlich, dezenter und aufmerksamer Service, sehr vielseitiges Brunchbuffet für Vegetarier/Veganer ist das Brunchangebot leider nicht ausreichend

Wir haben das Querbeet getestet und eventuell waren unsere Erwartungen zu hoch. Aber der Dorsch war super trocken und die Polentastücke an dem Kikok Hähnchen wurden sicherlich auch schon vor Tagen gebacken. Auch das Hähnchen war schon deutlich über den Punkt. Es war relativ voll so dass ich verstehen kann, dass es eher um die Masse als um fine dining geht. Vielleicht wäre die a la carte Variante für den Abend die bessere Wahl gewesen. Der Service war relativ zügig und freundlich, so dass wir trotzdem einen schönen Abend hatten.

Mit einer der besten Restaurants in Dortmund. Da wir hier öfters mal zu Besuch sind haben wir auch unser Familienessen zu Weihnachten hier durchgeführt und es war wunderschön. Das Büfett war spitze, ebenso Service und Deko. Toll, das ihr weiterhin so authentisch seid und eine gute Qualität anbietet.

Wir haben hier mit 17 Personen einen runden Geburtstag gefeiert! Schon von den Vorgesprächen an lief der Service reibungslos und die Empfehlung für das Abendessen ist durchweg positiv angekommen. Wir haben bei den Vorspeisen ein Tischbüffet gehabt mit verschiedenen Auswahlmöglichkeiten, hier war für jeden unserer Gäste etwas dabei. Auch bei den Hauptgängen gab es eine Auswahlmöglichkeit und die verschiedenen Dessert waren ebenfalls Klasse. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier!

Einfach nur TOLL! Wir waren zum Brunch dort, es gab alles erdenkliche an Speisen, nett angerichtet und reichlich. Superfreundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Alle aus unserer Gruppe bewerten den Geschmack des Essens als außergewöhnlich gut und interessant. Dass man während des Essens über die Geschmacksnoten einzelner Komponenten der Gerichte spricht, ist sonst eher nicht der Fall. Zanderfilet auf Blutwurst, Apfel und Kartoffelstampf zeugt schon von einer gewissen Kreativität - und überzeugte. Der Service war sehr gut. Einzig der doch sehr hohe Geräuschpegel im ansonsten gemütlichen und ansprechenden Saal wurde als etwas störend empfunden.

Wir waren mit 6 Freunden zur "Querbeet" Aktion verabredet. 4 Vorspeisen, 4 Hauptgerichte und 2 Nachspeisen. Alles in kleinen Portionen. Reihenfolge und Menge nach Lust, Laune und Appetit. Super lecker, sehr gute Qualität und ohne große Wartezeit. Das ist I- Tüpfelchen war dann noch das super nette Personal.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen beim Grillbuffet waren mehr als ausreichend. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Frisches, saisonale Gemüse und leckere Sommersalate. Fein gewürzt und an der Grillstation alles wunderbar gegart. Auch die Nachspeisen sehr unterschiedlich. Von Cremes und Obst bis zur Eisauswahl war alles dabei. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Abend.

Wow. Einfach super. Schönes Restaurant, tolle Location, Essen super und Service ausnahmslos freundlich und nett. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir hatten hier den Brunch gebucht und der ist wirklich aller Ehren wert. Die Brötchen sind sehr lecker, aber der eigentliche Star des Frühstückteils ist das Brot. Sehr knusprige Kruste herrliche Krume. Einfach perfekt. Dazu alles was das Herz begehrt: Käse, Wurst, ja sogar Zwiebelmettwurst, Lachs, Rührei mit Speck, Würstchen, verschiedene Müsli, Orangensaft, Kaffe. Wer hier nichts findet ist selbst schuld. Man muss halt aufpassen, dass man danach noch nicht satt ist, denn dann wird es noch besser! Knuspriger Krustenbraten, butterzartes Entrecote, Filetspitzen auf den Punkt, dazu perfekter Spitzkohl, Pilzragout, Kartoffeln, Suppe. Der absolute Hammer, Küche der Spitzenklasse! Danach ist man eigentlich satt, aber der Nachtisch lässt ebenso keine Wünsche offen. Belgische Waffeln mit Eis und Sahne. Verschiedene Schäume, frisches Obst wie Erdbeeren, Melonen, Wildbeeren. Und ich rede nur vom Essen. Der Service ist ebenfalls Klasse, aufmerksam und quasi zurückhaltend aber gleichzeitig omnipräsent, wenn man ihn braucht. Genau richtig! Gerne wieder!

Essen Top Service Top, aber beim Ambiente muss ich leider Punkte Weg Nehmen da die Terrasse voller spinnen weben war ein wenig Reinigung ist da angebracht. Nicht sehr Appetitlich

Schönes Restaurant mit besonderen kulinarischen Aktionen. Das Querbeet ist genial. Alles sehr schön angerichtet und lecker. Extrem aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Leider bezahlt man die Spielbank Parkgebühr i.H.v. 5,-

Wir waren an meinem Geburtstag dort, u. wollten das Konzept Querbeet geniessen. Insgesamt eine tolle Idee.Vin den Vorspeisen waren wir etwas enttäuscht.Bei der Präsentation des Gerichtes Krabbencocktail Garnele würde ich den Titel nochmal überdenken.Bei der Vorspeise mit dem Maisbrot war das Brot so extrem trocken u. hart, das dieses uns auch nicht so gemundet hat. Die Hauptgänge waren hingegen super lecker.Auch die Nachspeisen waren gut. Ich hätte mir vielleicht einen Satz von Seitens des Personals gewünscht da man seinen Geburtstagsabend immerhin in eurem Lokal verbracht hat.Wir hatten reserviert u. gesagt es ist ein Geburtstagsessen. Auch hatte ich diesmal das Gefühl das das Personal nicht super geschult war, konnten viele Fragen nicht beantworten. War bereits zum Menuekarusell schon mal da , da war das Personal besser fachlich informiert.

Wir haben an einem Donnerstag an Pasta Kunterbunt teilgenommen. Sehr zu empfehlen, leckere Varianten und man kann so viel essen, wie man möchte. Zum Schluss gibt es dann ein mega leckeres Spaghetti Eis 🍨 2x bestellt, weil es so gut war.😁

Schön vorm Casinobesuch essen gegangen. Essen war sehr lecker und es gibt eine nicht so vollgepackte Speicherkarte.

Sehr lecker, etwas lange Wartezeit zur Hauptspeise

Zu Empfang unfreundlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden, wo die Jacken aufgehängt werden können anstatt die Jachen abgenommen zu bekommen. Keine Getränkekarte. Das Duroc Schwein wurde komplett durchgebraten und trocken serviert, nach Reklamation kam das Essen aber nach 20 Minuten immer noch nicht wieder. Alle anderen hatten schon aufgegessen, damit wurde das Gericht von uns abbestellt. Der Spargel war eine ordentliche Portion und war gut gegart. Vielleicht einen kleinen tacken zu süß aber noch in Ordnung. Das Wiener Schnitzel dazu war ok und die Sauce Hollandaise sehr lecker. Die Kartoffeln waren leicht matschig und geschmacklos. Einen Espresso gab's noch aufs Haus. Keine Empfehlung von uns!

Das SYGHT ist ein geräumiges und stylisches Restaurant innerhalb der Spielbank Hohensyburg. Moderne deutsche Küche und immer wiederkehrende Events, sowie ein hervorragender Brunch zeichnen dieses Restaurant aus. Freundliches und sehr professionelles Personal ist für den Gast da. Die Speisen sind von gehobener Qualität. Es ist etwas teurer hier aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Eine Reservierung ist dringend notwendig, wenn man hier einkehren möchte.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und gutes Essen

Es war ein rundum gelungener Abend: so lecker habe ich noch nie gegessen, das Ambiente ist umwerfend schön, das Personal nicht nur aufmerksam, sondern auch sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung ist ungeschlagen, lediglich den Nachtisch für 11 Euro empfanden wir persönlich als überteuert für die Größe der Portion. Wir kommen aber definitiv wieder und das sehr gerne!

Sehr tolles Brunch Buffet. Große Auswahl... alles was das Herz begehrt, von Brötchen, über Müsli, Aufschnitt, Fisch, Wurst, Käse, kalte Salate. Warme Speisen, verschiedene Fleischsorten, tolle Beilagen wie Kartoffelgratin, Klösse, Drillingen, Gemüse und Schokoladenbrunnen zum Nachtisch. Sehr nettes, zuvorkommender Service und tolle Aussicht. Gerne wieder...

Sehr gute Küche! Sehr kompetente Bedienung. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Die Lage für ein Restaurant etwas schwierig, da abgelegen. Jedoch immer woeder einen Besuch wert für Insider.

Edles Restaurant innerhalb der Spielbank Hohensyburg. Nettes Personal gerne wieder. Burger könnten ein bisschen größer sein. Vorweg gibt es leckeres Brot in 3 verschiedenen Sorten sowie 2 Arten von leckerer Butter dazu.

Das Restaurant sieht nach der Renovierung sehr schön aus. Die Karte ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu klein, ich hatte Probleme für mich was zu finden. Habe mich dann einfach für vegetarisch entschieden.

Wir haben Queerbeet getestet und sind total begeistert. Für 38,50 € gibt es 10 Gerichte, die einen Ausschnitt der Karte präsentieren. 4 Vorspeisen, 4 Hauptgerichte und 2 Desserts, die man alles so oft man möchte essen kann. Getränke sind nicht im Preis enthalten. Tolles Ambiente, sehr nette Bedienungen und eine tolle Location. Die Gerichte werden schnell serviert und leere Teller schnell abgeräumt. Uns hat wirklich alles geschmeckt, wir werden wiederkommen. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz und man kann an der Hohensyburg auch noch eine Runde spazierengehen, oder sein Glück im Casino versuchen.

Sehr lecker, super Service, Preis völlig okay, würde ich wieder hin gehen

Brunch zum 1. Weihnachtstag für knapp unter 40€/p.P.. Es war schwierig einen Platz zu bekommen, aber von der Leitung her gaben sie sich sehr viel Mühe und wir hatten Erfolg und bekamen einen Tisch. Heute wird überall Brunch in der Gastronomie angeboten. Hier kann man nur durch Aussergewöhnlichkeiten und hoher Qualität sowie hervorragendem Service glänzen. Wir waren schon öfter zum Weihnachtsbrunch, aber diesmal waren wir von der Auswahl doch enttäuscht. Es gab Lamm, Rind und Gans und die üblichen Beilagen, aber nichts besonderes. Es gab mal eine Zeit, da gab es z. B. grünen Spargel diesmal war aber nichts außergewöhnliches dabei. Zum "First dishes" gab es Lachs, Forelle und die verschiedensten Salate. Die alle geschmacklich sehr gut waren. Der Fisch zeugte von guter Qualität, aber alles war sehr einfallslos präsentiert. Unter anderem gab es noch Poulade süß-sauer. Das Fleisch war toll gebraten, aber die süss-saure Sauce war nichts anderes als meine Convenience Sauce aus dem Supermarkt. Wie gesagt einfallslos! Genauso wie die Creme-Vorsuppe (Steckrübe). Sie war sehr dünn, wennig Cremigkeit und somit war sie für uns nicht gehaltvoll. Um an Kroketten für den Hauptgang zu kommen musste ich dreimal Anlauf nehmen. Zum Brunch waren unter anderem Kaffee, Tee und Orangensaft (nicht frisch gepresst) enthalten. Der Kaffee war excellent. Für Citrusallergiker gab es keine Saft-Alternative, wie Apfelsaft oder andere Säfte oder aber vlt. Mineralwasser. Ausser, man bestellte sich diese zu bezahlenden Getränke beim Servicepersonal. Den Service kann ich nur lobend erwähnen, sie waren schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wie eingangs schon erwähnt, es wird in den verschiedensten Gastronomiebetrieben Brunch angeboten und alle müssen sich egal wie beweisen, hier aber ist viel Platz nach oben. Der Nachtisch ist in keiner Weise erwähnenswert!

Top Service beim Sonntag-Brunch. Speisen einwandfrei und lecker, hätten vlt. etwas heißer sein dürfen. Es wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Einziger Wehmutstropfen für uns war, das das Angebot der Speisen von Anfang bis Ende identisch war. Da haben wir vor Corona vielfältiger erlebt. Da gab es immer wieder neue Varianten Antipasti und anderer Leckereien sobald aufgefüllt wurde. Aber das ist jetzt eher Nörgeln auf ganz hohem Niveau. Die Auswahl jetzt war auch groß und reichhaltig von Fleisch bis Fisch, Müsli, Salat, Desserts und Waffeln, so dass wir alle gut gesättigt das Syght verlassen haben.

Waren heute dort. Sehr zu empfehlen, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, junge Truppe mit hervorragendem Gefühl für Küche und Geschmack auf hohem Niveau.Wir kommen wieder. 😀

Sehr gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung. Ich ziehe einen Stern ab, weil die Portion meines Hauptgerichtes ( vegetarische Spitzkohlroulade) sehr klein war und ich selbst mit Vorspeise und Dessert nicht satt das Restaurant verlassen habe. Andere Gerichte hatten allerdings gute Portionsgrößen. Ich empfehle das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wir haben ein Essen für eine kleine Gesellschaft dort gebucht und waren alle sehr begeistert. Vom ersten Kontakt an ein professioneller, angenehmer und alles andere als aufdringlicher Kontakt. Gute Angebote, strukturierte Organisation und extrem serviceorientiert. Es war eine tolle Feier mit exzellentem Essen in einer tollen Location zu mehr als fairen Konditionen. Die Abrechnung kam zügig und gut nachvollziehbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich hatte 4 Wochen vor dem Termin einen Tisch für 8 Personen reserviert. Nach Rücksprache und Rückruf war es auch möglich. Der Runde Tisch, weiß eingedeckt, eignete sich gut für Gespräche. Das Buffet lies keine Wünsche offen. Vom Frühstück über Gänsebraten, Pute, Rinderhüfte, Wildgulasch und vieles mehr innerhalb guter Qualität. Erwähnenswert ist auch das Nachtisch Buffet mit vielen Leckereien. Auch Eis gab es selbstverständlich. Nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Ein gelungenes Essen, gerne wieder

Wir waren zum Brunch dort und es war einfach super. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist riesig und das Personal super nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein Restaurant mit gehobener Küche in stilvoller Austattung und sehr freundlichen Servicekräften! Wir waren zu zweit zum „Querbeet“- Menü dort und es war wirklich sehr gut und werde es sicherlich nochmal buchen. Es gab zusätzlich zwei Freikarten für den Casino-Eintritt zur Rechnung. Man kann das Restaurant separat betreten, also man muss nicht ins Casino, wenn man nicht möchte. Ich möchte nochmals erwähnen, dass alle Service-Kräfte extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend waren, was zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf führte. Großes Lob und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Ich hatte Buffet die Auswahl traf nicht mein Geschmack mit den Leuten mit denen ich da war fanden es super. Geschmackssache. Leider war der Service nicht gastfreundlich wie man es dem Ambiente zugeordnet hätte

Wirklich ein Top Service und qualitativ sehr gutes Essen. Waren zum ersten mal hier und sicher nicht das letzte mal. Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist ausgewogen und dem Ambiente und Service angemessen.

Sehr freundliches Personal und die Auswahl war echt der Kracher. Es war sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Waren Sonntags zum Brunch dort. Große Auswahl, alles sehr lecker und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Teller wurden schnell abgeräumt wenn man fertig war so daß der Tisch immer aufgeräumt aussah.

Großartig zubereitete Speisen die ein Geschmackserlebnis sind. Die Anrichteweise ist eine Augenweide. Der Service hervorragend. Man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl und kann den Besuch mit allen Sinnen erleben. Für jeden zu empfehlen der sehr guten Service und sehr gute Küche zu schätzen weiß.
