I usually love eating there, but today was very disappointing. Even though it wasn't full, we felt like we were being processed. We sat down and were immediately handed menus and asked if we wanted drinks. Then we ordered an appetizer and a main course. We received the appetizer, and while we were still eating it and only about halfway through, the main course was already being placed on the table. It's been completely different on other occasions. It's a real shame; you usually like to sit there, enjoy the time, and feel comfortable, but that wasn't the case today. Too bad. :/

We went there for our 33rd wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We were a little disappointed that our anniversary wasn't really acknowledged, as I had specifically mentioned it when we made the table reservation.

We were a large group (20 people) and were given a private room. The ambiance is a bit dated, but not unpleasant, and most importantly, it was clean! The food arrived surprisingly quickly, was plentiful, and delicious.

The restaurant advertises wheelchair-accessible seating and entrance, but there's no accessible toilet. You have to go down many steps to get to the toilet. That's unacceptable.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The service was good, the atmosphere was cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Large portions, could be a little better seasoned, but the quality is OK. The salad bar is good, but the dessert sundae is below average.

I highly recommend Gambrinus. After our regular restaurant closed, we were looking for a comparable restaurant and found it here. Very friendly staff, delicious food, short wait times, and absolutely fair value. However, it's difficult to get a table on weekends with a last-minute reservation request, so make sure you book early. ;)

A classic Balkan restaurant of the delicious variety! Delicious food in more than generous portions at a good price. Friendly staff and a lovely outdoor terrace complete the overall picture. From ordering to the food on the table, it took less than 20 minutes, and we could even bridge that time with the salad buffet. We'll gladly return and try more delicacies. Definitely something for meat eaters, as the quantities on the plate are enormous.

The food was simply fantastic. I was particularly impressed by the main course: tender meat that practically melted in your mouth. The side dishes were not only a visual delight, but also perfectly rounded off the overall experience. The service was very attentive and friendly. I can only recommend it.

We had an all-around fantastic visit to this restaurant! The minced steak, stuffed with feta, was simply delicious – wonderfully seasoned and perfectly prepared. The pork medallions were also an absolute highlight, tender and cooked to perfection. We would especially like to commend the staff: extremely friendly, attentive, and always accommodating. Added to that was the inviting outdoor ambiance, which created a particularly pleasant atmosphere. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We always enjoy coming to Gambrinus. In addition to the friendly service, they also serve truly delicious food for every taste. The fried potatoes as a side dish are especially recommended (they taste just like mom used to make them).

Went there for the first time today with my loved one who has been there before. Were very satisfied. Very nice service, friendly hosts, the outside terrace was very nice and the food was very good in both quality and quantity. Price performance is very good. The two of us had the Balkan plate. Didn't quite make it. Packing up the rest wasn't a problem. Happy again, see you next time :)

The food was more than enough – it was excellent! I had ordered lamb fillet and was initially skeptical because there are so many things you can do wrong with fillet. But what can I say? It was the best lamb fillet I have ever eaten. Delicate, perfectly rosé, juicy and Mediterranean spiced. As an Italian, I can say: This restaurant really impressed me. Respect to the chef – Bravissimo! 👏 The service was also excellent: everyone was friendly, courteous and very attentive. I'll definitely be back!

Nicely decorated restaurant with plenty of table space. Super friendly staff and delicious food with really large portions. We have tried several dishes on several visits and everything was tasty and attractively prepared. The generous portions, some of which are well-intentioned, can be packed if you can't manage everything and they still taste great the next day. Meat is of good quality and prepared precisely. The Djuvec rice tastes like you're on vacation because of the spices. After the meal there is a schnapps. Price performance is right. There are also several parking spaces. Can be recommended with a clear conscience.

The food tastes very good. Unfortunately, the portion sizes almost overwhelm you. Hardly anyone can manage such large portions and this could be taken into account directly in the kitchen instead of handing out packaging. The staff is visibly overwhelmed. The first drink order went well. Once the food was on the table, it took forever for someone to come. There should be more attention there. Nevertheless, we would eat there again.

Good food for a good price and nice service

The service is top notch. The food/meat was good but very meat-heavy. I ordered extra vegetables. The vegetables were cooked mushy, without any taste of their own but refined with hollondaise sauce! 🫣 Some people will definitely like the atmosphere. It's too staid for me without really developing an atmosphere.

The staff is very polite and courteous, and also very quick. Individual requests are addressed here without any problem. The food is of an excellent quality that you have to look for elsewhere. Every single piece of meat is prepared to perfection. Well, the dining room is very loud, I have no idea why. But the food and the staff pull it off again. I really like going there, it's delicious and the portions are huge. I have never eaten such delicious fries and fried potatoes anywhere. And the meat always blows me away. For two people I usually pay 55 euros including tip and that's completely fine. In return we get two salads of our own composition, two large main courses and four drinks. By the way, Cola is served chilled in a glass bottle at the table. Guys, I can only recommend it. However, there's no chance without a reservation, and that speaks for itself. 😆

We were here on a Sunday afternoon. Every table was occupied and it was very loud. Some of the staff seemed a bit stressed because they had to change the supplies straight away. But still friendly. The food came quickly and tasted good too. But it's nothing special. The portions are very large. I thought it was a shame that you couldn't just order one scoop of ice cream, but only as shown on the menu (always three scoops). That's too much for a smaller child.

Great, warm restaurant for meat lovers! We have eaten there several times, traveling from Selm especially because the cuisine is excellent. The meat is always on point, and as a good eater the portions are really filling. The owner has been the same for years and is always up for fun. The restaurant is often fully booked, which doesn't surprise me. Therefore always reserve a table. Clear recommendation!
