It was my first time there and it was recommended to me by friends because I like eating kokoreç. We ordered and ate 2x kokoreç half with ayran. It was okay. While we were there the store wasn't that busy, but we still waited over 30 minutes for 2 kokoreç. Others who ordered after us and there were five of us received their food beforehand. Somehow it looked like the acquaintance preferred... Overall it was okay. But I wouldn't go to Dortmund again just for that.

It was the worst meatball I have ever eaten in my life, it had a very strong oil smell. Tables were dirty. 1 star is only for the salad.

The owner is really very kind. Real Turkish Esmafi. We ate kokorec and adaba Durum, it was delicious.

Absolutely great little restaurant. The older couple is just super cute. The food was incredibly delicious Never in my life have I been served such a delicious Beyti, which was also so beautifully prepared. I'm not from Dortmund but I can only recommend this restaurant.

Food was ok. Köfte was still half raw. But that's not the worst for us. 1.) you weren't served. The chef behind the counter calls out to us what we want to eat even though there is a waitress who completely ignored us. 2.) The employees in the kitchen are so stressed and show it publicly by shouting that the entire atmosphere in the shop is tense. I don't think I'll go again.

It's a shame that people from the same country are given preference. A friend and I were there before several guests, but were pushed back because we only spoke briefly in Arabic. Very unfortunate

I recently ate at this restaurant and was unfortunately very disappointed. I ordered kokoreç, Turkish kofta and soup. Unfortunately the kofta didn't taste like anything. Afterwards I wanted to try Midye and ate 10 of them, but they were also tasteless. Worse, I had a stomach ache afterwards. In addition to the food, the staff was very rude and the restaurant was dirty. Despite all these negative experiences, I paid the full amount. Unfortunately I had to throw away more than half of the food because it was inedible. I hope the restaurant takes note of these points and makes improvements to provide a better experience for future guests

I drove with my family from Duisburg to Dortmund. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Very rude staff, ordered Adana kebap wrap. But raw minced meat and without even asking, they stuffed it with onions. It is a place I always go to, but now it is a place I will never go again due to the rudeness of the owner. Since it is the only place that sells kokorec, it has a manager who gives answers like "everyone will know their place" to the simple questions I asked, which is popularly known as shopkeeper conversation. I'm not going to suffer from anyone's bad breath just because we're going to eat the tastes of our hometown that we miss.

I tried kokorec there for the first time and was surprised at how delicious it was. I will definitely go there more often. I was served in a friendly and polite manner.

Unfortunately the fries weren't cooked through and Köfte Ekmek ordered what felt like 80% salad and 20% Köfte

It is not fine dining obviously so atmosphere cannot be expected to be that high at the first place. But it is a nice cozy place. Service actually was not that good but all people including myself were fans coming from Turkey-Georgia Euro2024 match, so considering the crowd, I think it was acceptable. But the kokorec was really very good. Easily comparable to good kokorec places you can find in Turkey. Midye dolma was good too. So, from food quality perspective, considering they serve niche food for Europe and the quality despite of that, i highly recommend this restaurant.

Rude to the point of not being possible anymore. The brother first blew his nose without washing his hands afterwards. The woman got very angry when we tried to order a sandwich. Because we had others. So really rude.

Kokoreç could have been better. The mussels are not fresh at all, they are bone dry. We drove for 1 hour for Şırdan and Mumbar, but they said no.

Ich gehe nun seit mehreren Jahren dorthin und war bisher immer zufrieden. Besonders Fisch in Brot und Kokoreç sind zu empfehlen. We have been going as a family for years and always leave satisfied. I especially recommend kokoreç and fish bread.

As someone who has traveled to many places and tried many tastes, I was reluctant due to the criticism in the comments. I came from the Netherlands. It has nothing to do with criticisms about the atmosphere. I am from Mersin, we are warm-blooded, they were warmer and closer than me. Thank you, good luck, I wish you all the best. Let bad comments guide you, but don't let them distract you from your beautiful goals....

The food is good but unfortunately it is always very dirty, the tables are never wiped and there is food lying around on the floor. Cleanliness simply cannot be neglected

Kokoreçi with the Pickle That Comes with It, Delicious Meatballs in German Conditions, Normal and Satisfying Rice, Good Serving Person, Relevant Prices are Normal, I Found Just the Stuffed Mussels Expensive, But I Couldn't Understand the Negative Comments. At the weekend I was in Dortmund with my sister and really wanted to eat Kokorec, which we really liked😍. The next day again 😂, but this time I wanted to eat fish bread, it was just as delicious, unfortunately we were only there during the weekend, otherwise we would try the food. Die Mitarbeiter sind super lieb und freundlich. Beste ist kokorec omg wie sehr es schmeckt kann ich jeden empfehlen. Zum 2. Mal dort hingegangen und werde immer wieder dort hingehen allein wegen kokorec 😏

Der beste Dürüm den ich je gegessen habe. Gerade waren wir hier und haben dürüm bestellt. Einmal mit Lammfleisch und einmal mit Falafel. So unglaublich lecker, kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich habe mich gefragt, warum der Laden an einem Samstag Abend so leer ist. Ich finde jeder sollte hier hin gehen. Hier gibt es die besten Falafel meiner Meinung nach und die dürüms waren auch richtig lang. Kann man nicht mit einer normalen Dönerbude vergleichen. Ich werde hier jetzt öfter hinkommen. An alle die meine Bewertung gelesen haben und mir zustimmen, gebt gerne ein Daumen nach oben.

Es ist mit Abstand das schmackhafteste türkische Restaurant im Ruhrgebiet. Es gibt hier vorzügliche Speisen für einen mehr als fairen Preis. Man bekommt große Portionen für einen kleinen Geldbeutel. Ich kann jedem Gast in der Dortmunder Innenstadt Lider Kokorec nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist wirklich einzigartig.

Nimmt die Kokorec von Gestern aus dem Kühlschrank statt vom spieß wo ich sie angesprochen habe hat sie gesagt das das frisch vom spieß war ich habe gesagt sie lügen und der kokorec war schwarz. Die Dame hatte auch keine hygienischen Maßnahmen gemacht da sie rechts Hand eine verband hatte.. Achtet alle ob ihr vom spieß bekommt oder alte von gestern nie wieder gehe ich dahin. 🤮

Guter Service, Kokoreç lecker jedoch wenn man ihn das erste mal ist ein ungewohnter Geschmack.

İlave ekmek için 3 euro alarak müşteri kaybettiler. Masa üstünde yıllanmış duran kaşık çatalları servis için kullanılması da ayrıca bir hijyen sorunu....

Kokorec, wie man es aus der Türkei kennt. Sowohl das Sandwich als auch die Beilage (eingelegtes Gemüse) waren perfekt. Es ist schade, dass die Auflagen in Deutschland so streng sind, aber einerseits auch verständlich.

Es dauert eine halbe Stunde für Essen , vielleicht auch länger.Das kann man nicht so lange für ein Essen warten .

Essen war gut, aber ewig gewartet, dann falsch bekommen, dann nochmal gewartet, wieder falsch bekommen und auf die Pommes warte ich immer noch. Dazu nicht gerade lösungsorientiert - schade.

Das essen ist eine 10/10 abeeeer… Also wir sind gestern das erste mal dahin gefahren knapp 60 km sind wir extra hin gefahren . Der laden ist sehr klein ,und war natürlich super voll haben erst gewartet .. soweit alles gut ! 1. man bestellt und wartet knapp ne gute std bis es ankommen , man bekommt bis dahin kein meze oder so zum überbrücken der wsrtezeit . 2. die mittel ältere Mitarbeiterin und die junge sind sehr unfreundlich hören jemandem nicht zu man kommt sich sehr stark so vor als solle man essen und die fresse halten ! Die tische sind nicht ausgestattet mit besteck oder servietten , wo wie die bestellung kommt in stücken nach ungewollt 10/15 min .. Das preisleistubgsverhältnis ist super wir wir haben für 4 große fleisch menü‘s mit getränken 45€ gezahlt ! Das essen war auch sehr sehr lecker .. nur es hackt find ich stark an der gastfreundlich und an der hygiene alles verstaubt und so verwahrlost irgendwie Würde da nicht mehr extra anfahren, aber wenn man mal in der stadt sein sollte wieder dort essen mit der hoffnung das sich das personal etwas ins positive verändert !

Wir waren gerade eben dort das erste Mal essen und fanden es wirklich sehr lecker! Wir hatten einen Grillteller für 2 Personen und eine Linsensuppe. Beides sehr lecker! Der Preis war für die Portion auch echt super! Bedienung fanden wir sehr freundlich und auf das Essen haben wir auch an einem Samtagmittag nicht zu lange warten müssen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Ṣahane kokoreç!!! Isteyene, istediği usulde yapıyor usta. Lezzetli, çıtır ama kurumamıṣ, domates biberli ya da sade, hepsi çok güzel. İlla çok pişmiş, kuru olsun diyen olursa ona da olmaz demiyor :)) Çay da tam lezzetinde, deminde. Sehr gute Qualität, empfehlenswert!!!

Wir haben diese Bude neu ausprobiert und wurden enttäuscht. Es fing mit der Bestellung an, bei der wir leider sehr unfreundlich behandelt wurden. Verständigung war ohne einen anderen Gast, der übersetzend geholfen hat, auch kaum möglich. Dann doch bestellt und wir haben es bereut. Schade. Wir hatten uns auf leckeres Grillfleisch gefreut, wurden aber bitter enttäuscht. Naja, die Brückstraße bietet ja genügend leckere Alternativen.

Das Essen war okay, das Personal freundlich und der Laden wirkte sauber. Die Preise würde ich jetzt nicht günstig nennen, wir hatten 2 kleine Kokorecbrote und 2 Ayran und haben 18€ geblecht, das kommt mir irgendwie ziemlich viel vor, aber vielleicht haben wir auch die Karte falsch gelesen.

Sehr leckeres Essen...der Salat himmlisch. Besitzer sehr nett und aufmerksam. Portionen riesig.

Ich habe Midye (gefüllte Muscheln) bestellt, diese wurden kalt serviert und außerdem wurden diese Geschmacklos zubereitet. Außerdem wurde beim zubereiten nicht richtig drauf geachtet und abgesplitterte schalenstücke befanden sich mit in Essen welche zu Verletzungen im Mund geführt haben! Komme nie wieder! Kann ich niemanden weiter empfehlen!

Kokoreç yazısını görünce heyecanlanıp gittiğim sonrasında ciddi hayal kırıklığı yaşatan bir mekandı. Midyeleri fazlasıyla kötüydü bu konuda bilgi vermek istediğimde çok saygısızca bir tavırla karşılaştım. Kumru diye satılan ekmeğin kumru ekmeğiyle alakası yoktu üstüne üstlük bayat ve soğuktu. Siparişlerin gelmesi ne kadar uzun sürüyorsa , masanın toplanması da bir o kadar uzun sürüyor. Diğer müşterilerin yorumlarını da okuyunca saygıdan yoksun olduklarını bir kere daha anlamış oldum. İzmirin lezzetlerinin bu kadar kötü tanıtılmasına nasıl izin verilir anlamış değilim. Müşterinin yanında babasına bile saygısızlık yapan bir adamdan düzgün mekan işletmesini beklemekte zaten saçmalıktı.

Hayatimda gordugum en kotu isletme en islermeci. Siparis ettigim Kumru soguktu ekmegi bayat en icindeki peynir erimemisti ve daha sonrasinda istedigim kokorecin ekmegi bayat ve kokorec cok pismesinden sanirim kuru ve tatsizdi. Elestiri bile yapmamiza izin vermeyen Bu isletme sahibini kiniyorum…
