Very great food and good service. Unfortunately, the toilet area was a bit dirty and the noise in the restaurant could have been dampened a bit better.

Nice restaurant with super delicious food. You should book in advance if possible, as it's hard to get a spot (at least on weekends). The service wasn't particularly friendly (hopefully due to the full house).

A catastrophe: first of all, our reservation wasn't made and then we had to "squeeze" into a table that was closely surrounded by other tables. The table arrangement in the restaurant was a disaster, really. We sat at the back, think it was the staff table. My friend got her food after about 20 minutes, I had to wait 90 minutes for it, in the end they said the lamb cutlet was out and they had to get more first. My food tasted good but nothing special. With my friend it was a different story, the food was returned almost as it came without asking the waiter. We were really very disappointed with this evening...

Visited Sultan today with a large group, the food tasted excellent. Whether meat dishes, vegan or vegetarian dishes, everything is very tasty and definitely recommended. We'd love to come back.

Such delicious Lebanese food really authentic. We ordered the menu for 4 people. There was everything you could wish for. Meat, vegetables, various creams.

This was our first time eating here because we always wanted to try it. Reservations are recommended as the restaurant was already full. The food was really tasty and freshly prepared. Unfortunately there was no Jallab for drinks. So we ordered different juices. Instead of cranberry juice, strawberry juice was brought. But it wasn't too bad since I like both juices. We found it a bit strange that the table was wiped down after eating while we were still sitting. We also observed this with other guests. What was also unusual was that you obviously had to go to the counter to pay. I can't say whether this was an exception or is standard. But this was practiced by all guests. The service works quickly and professionally, but seems a bit cold. We would definitely like to come back.

To get straight to the point, the food was really good... BUT: We had reserved a table for 5 p.m. on a Saturday. The restaurant opens at 5 p.m. - we were among the first guests. The waiter wasn't really friendly... We got a seat and the waiter gave us the cards. These were disgusting, stuck on the outside and when I opened them the pages flew towards me. Then I noticed the waiter's apron... I don't know when the last time she saw a washing machine was. Endless stains... and the restaurant had just opened. Then the food came... it was really good, as already written... Then the chef himself came to ask how we liked it - a really nice gesture... But he shouldn't have done that, because his clothes were also dirty from top to bottom... stains, old food residue... disgusting... Unfortunately, I always imagine what it would look like in corners that the guest doesn't see, in terms of personal hygiene not to mention... As a chef and as a restaurant you have to have a certain standard of cleanliness, even when it comes to your own clothes... So I'm not sure whether I would visit the restaurant again or recommend it...

The service was very nice, although it would be a little more pleasant if people asked every now and then whether anything else was needed. Very good, tasty food. We shared the platter for 2 (starter = dips & flatbread | main course = rice, meat, flatbread & dip | dessert) and 4. That was easily enough for us women. A great selection of dips, the meat was super tender. My highlight was the parsley slat. The dessert (cakes with rose) was also very tasty. Very attentive, friendly service. The decor is a bit cold, but it depends on the food :) . The reservation directly via the Google function did not reach the restaurant, it is best to reserve by phone.

The food is great and the store is always busy. Unfortunately, they are often understaffed and this results in errors when ordering. You get very tasty food but not necessarily what you ordered. You should also bring plenty of time with you. But the staff are mostly very friendly.

We ordered online - the taste of the food was good, but that was the only positive thing. At first our order via Dish was not accepted, after 45 minutes we inquired by phone and were advised to order again via Lieferando, our order would then be ready immediately. The food arrived after another 75 minutes, and in the meantime we were called back again regarding the dish order. When we were able to receive the food, it was a big disappointment: initially nothing was numbered or labeled, despite the vegan, vegetarian and meat order. Rice instead of potatoes ordered as a side dish for one dish, beef and chicken instead of two skewers for another dish, only two desserts instead of three delivered, not enough bread. Laughably small portion sizes, the rice side dish is three heaped tablespoons of rice, my Mäsa plate included a dumpling, a falafel, a mini piece of cauliflower, a cherry tomato and two small slices of eggplant, as well as a small plate with dips and 1 tablespoon of tabbouleh in the middle 16.50€. By the way, telephone availability for ordering, complaining or whatever is also very poor. We were definitely very disappointed...

I come from Berlin and have visited numerous restaurants here (in Berlin) over the years. Was invited to the Sultan Erührt by a friend and I have to honestly say that I have never eaten something so delicious! It was simply great! The service was also great. Would recommend the store again and again.

Very tasty and highly recommended. Absolutely top value for money. The plates for one person are highly recommended and hardly manageable. We'd love to come back! Vegetarians will also find something on the menu.

During a repeat visit six weeks ago, we discovered how much the restaurant had lost. It seemed loud, hectic and the waiter seemed arrogant and unfriendly. We wanted to make a guest happy and were ultimately ashamed of this failure. We definitely won't go there again.

After we got our food after 1.5 hours, we unfortunately discovered that it was completely unfried and not cooked through. Service unprofessional and really loud music. A real shame!

We ate there with the “Schlemmerblock”. Just to try out the restaurant. We were not disappointed and had a very good meal here. The staff is courteous and nice. The prices are acceptable.

We ordered home. A friendly man called again to say that it was taking a little longer, which wasn't a big deal on Saturdays. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the value for money. For the money you pay, you can also eat well and, above all, eat more elsewhere. The taste itself was solid, but there were 1-2 dips that tasted like foot and all in all the taste was not outstanding. We wouldn't order again or go to the restaurant.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding our recent visit to your restaurant for Iftar. Unfortunately, after waiting patiently for 15 minutes without any attention from the staff to take our order, we regrettably decided to leave. While I cannot comment on the quality of the food, I believe there is room for improvement in your service operations to ensure a more satisfactory dining experience for your patrons.

Das Essen, eine Platte für zwei, war echt total lecker, vor allem wg der verschiedenen Dips. Unbedingt reservieren, es war Anschlag voll (Sa Abend) und die 2 Kellner kamen fast nicht hinterher, ebenso die Küche. Deshalb gab es nur 5 verschiedene Platten zur Auswahl, alle anderen Gerichte konnte man nicht bestellen.

Wir hatten gestern Abend am Samstag für vier Personen um 19:30 Uhr reserviert. Wir haben unserer Tisch erst nach einer 25 minuten bekomen. Nach einer halben Stunde wurden wir dann das erste Mal bedient und haben anschließend nochmal über eine Stunde auf unser Essen (nur wenige menge Vorspeisen) warten müssen. Hauptgericht hat auch ca. eine Stunde gedauert und kam wenig gegrillt wegen viele Bestellungen. Das Essen war OK aber lohnt sich nicht dorthin zugehen...nie wieder.

Das Essen war fantastisch, der Service, nachdem wir zuerst wie Schwerverbrecher angeschaut wurden und das Eindecken des Tisches zelebriert wurde wie ein sehr großes Opfer, weil wir ohne Reservierung kamen, eigentlich ganz gut (es waren 4-5 Tische frei und Ladenschluss noch lange nicht in Sicht) Das Ambiente ist optisch ganz nett, aber es roch ziemlich nach abgestandenem Zigarettenqualm. Vielleicht kennen Sie das: alter Qualm überzieht alles mit so einer Art "Patina" , wodurch sich alles ein bisschen schmierig anfühlt. Die Toiletten (zumindest für Frauen) waren unter aller Sau. Ich habe es mir verkniffen. Kurzum: wenn eine Putzkraft engagiert wird die ihr Handwerk versteht, der Laden außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten nicht mehr vollgequalmt wird, wird man in Zukunft eine Reservierung brauchen. Und zwar weil es wirklich voll ist. Denn wie gesagt: das Essen war ganz große Klasse.

Ich kann leider gar nichts bewerten, da wir trotz vorheriger Reservierung mit 6 Personen keinen Tisch bekamen. Auf Nachfrage zeigte uns der Mitarbeiter den für uns " reservierten "Tisch und sagte die Gäste bezahlen jetzt und wir möchten uns 5min gedulden. Dies taten wir auch. Nach 15min warten, stellte sich heraus, dass der gezeigte Tisch noch nicht mal mit dem Essen fertig war. Ein weiteres Nachfragen wurde vom Mitarbeiter gekonnt ignoriert. Nach einer verschwendeten halben Stunde sind wir gegangen. Service also komplett unprofessionell.

Wir hatten gestern Abendessen, wir waren insgesamt 3 Personen, das Essen besonders die Mäsa hat uns sehr gefallen, alles war lecker und frisch zubereitet. Es ist sicher, dass die Mitarbeiter dieses Restaurants eine lange Erfahrung in diesem Bereich haben, daher ist es unmöglich, dieses Lokal auszuprobieren, ohne mit dem Service und der Gastfreundschaft zufrieden zu sein.

Im vorderen Teil ist das Restaurant eindeutig gemütlicher. Hinten ist es behelfsmaessig und etwas gedrängt. Es dauert etwas länger bis das Essen kommt, die Kellner könnten etwas aufmerksamer wegen der Getränke sein. Das Essen war super, schmackhaft, frisch und lecker.

Hi zusammen. Da wir in Erfurt zu einer Vorführung unterwegs waren, wollten wir auch vorher schön Abendessen gehen. Arabisch Essen kannten wir bisher noch nicht. Was uns erwartete, hat mich sehr überrascht. Die Bedienung war super freundlich, das Essen echt lecker und die Preise human. Die Gaststätte ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Fazit ist eins, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Habe Essen geliefert bekommen - es war lecker, aber die Portionen waren MINI. Der Fatoush war wie eine Beilage, von Humus bil lahme wird man normalerweise satt, auch Arayes war wenig... Hab noch nie arabisch gegessen, ohne satt zu werden.

Einen rundum gelungenen Abend gehabt mit super leckerem Essen in toller, authentischer Atmosphäre. Kann man absolut weiterempfehlen.

Food was delicious (the starters). But the main meals took over 2 hours to come. Maybe they were under staffed? but they didn’t look rushed… the three staff that I saw. But they never even apologised for the long wait. They didn’t even smile. when I arrived, the front man just looked at me… stone face… so i smiled and said i’m here 10mins early for our table reservation. he looked at his book… couldn’t find us. then i decided to show him the screen shot of our booking confirmation. he then asked if i had booked online… then he just walked away and started to prepare an empty table for us. i waited at the table for my friends to arrive. during this time… no menu not even asking me if I’d like a drink. interior is clean. Bathroom floor is very sticky. But they packed too many tables in the dining space which results in you invading everyone’s personal space if you want to stand up and head to the bathroom or bar. While we waited for 2 hours for our food, they didn’t even tend our table. Just left the starter dishes piled in the centre of the table. I would have given a positive review, if it wasn’t for their lack of friendliness. and unapologetic attitude. My advise for other potential customers… avoid saturday nights… they can’t handle it. or if that’s when you want to go, then expect a long wait and to be ignored by staff that have forgotten how to be smiling humans. Food is great though! If the resturant is reading this, here is some free advice: Train your staff to smile and be friendly when greeting guests and arrivals. It makes a huge impression and will result in returning customers. Please remove empty dishes from tables and try not to leave them on the table too long, otherwise it makes the guests feel ignored. When a new arrival is waiting for the rest of the group (we were 4ppl) to arrive, ask them if they’d like a drink while they wait. Maybe get some more staff… ? If this feels too much to ask… try placing the tables a bit more spread out so that guests don’t have to feel like they have to invade neighbouring tables when standing up. And no I’m not overweight. I’m 186cm and 86kg. I’d come again if I knew these improvements have been applied.
