Anyone who appreciates truly delicious food will find it here. The rustic ambiance is also a plus. I'll gladly come back on my next visit to Erfurt.

When we were there, they were apparently switching to a new concept. This led to a bit of chaos with the orders – incorrect items arrived at the table, or missing side dishes had to be mentioned several times. Nevertheless, we as guests and the staff were in good spirits. The food was delicious, the atmosphere is really lovely, and the prices are very fair.

I love being here. Also in the beer garden (which is part of the Castel Sant'Angelo). An absolute MUST after a stroll through the city.

+ Ambience: Comfortable and casual seating in a courtyard + Large selection of different dishes and drinks, meat/vegetarian, large/small +/- The food didn't completely convince us. The vegan curry consisted almost entirely of peas, and the fish and chips had too little fish for the amount of chips for my taste. - Service: While we found the service friendly, we also found it inattentive/overwhelmed. Orders took a very long time, sometimes requiring several reminders, and neighboring tables were completely overlooked. The processes here need to be optimized.

Highly recommended for a few drinks in the beer garden, but I wouldn't recommend eating here. The burger came with an industrially produced patty and tasted accordingly. The soggy fries had clearly been sitting around for a while... Nothing was homemade or fresh, yet it was priced as if it were. After complaining, I received a 20% discount on my meal. I won't be visiting this place again.

We came here for dinner; the beer garden is a lovely place to sit. We enjoyed the food 👍, so I don't really understand some of the negative reviews. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. I had ordered the lentil quinoa bowl. It arrived quite cold, as if it had just been taken out of the fridge. It was also quite dry. What a pity.

The food, the location, and the ambiance are all highly recommended. Unfortunately, I also used the restroom. The lighting was very dim, presumably to hide the dirt. It smelled worse than any public restroom. It wasn't a good sign.

If you want good food, don't go there! It's a nice place to get a drink, but unfortunately, they don't serve food. I returned burgers twice. The currywurst sauce was a thin soup, completely oversalted.

To be honest, we were very disappointed with the food at Ecke Kornack. The farmer's salad consisted of three lettuce leaves, two slices of cucumber, one slice of tomato (neither fresh), and the height was two thin rings of almost rotten bell pepper. A real shame!

Actually, a very pretty beer garden! BUT: we were sitting on rustic wooden benches that had been screwed together by hand. When I stood up, my new skirt, which I had bought just the day before in Erfurt's old town, caught on one of those sharp screws that unfortunately protruded above the seat. The result: a hole in the skirt and several loose threads. I pointed this out to the waitress when paying – her only comment was that she was sorry. I'll probably be stuck with the cost of having the skirt repaired – all in all, an expensive beer garden visit. On top of that, my lentil bowl didn't have any lentils! I pointed this out to the waitress – the kitchen staff was still new, I was told… Overall, not recommended!

The location is incredibly beautiful, especially the beer garden, but the food was a disappointment. We had the veggie burger, and whoever came up with the idea of ​​adding sweet and sour sauce to it shouldn't make burgers anymore. It was the first burger I didn't want to eat all of. It seems like they want to sell standard food at as high a price as possible, so they're trying to put something special on it. This makes it extra expensive and, unfortunately, tastes just so-so. The service was friendly, and everything came reliably. For drinks, yes, for food, no.

A really nice beer garden with a relaxed, cozy atmosphere! We enjoyed some delicious drinks - well chilled, large selection, fair prices. Everything is very relaxed, super nice people, lots of space and just perfect to end the day. We'd love to come back!

Our waitress was super friendly and often came to us to ask if we wanted anything else. The food was on the table quickly (8 minutes). Unfortunately the Chilli Sin carne was the wrong choice. It tasted like 1 bottle of ketchup, with 78% corn, 20 kidney beans and 10 grams of meat substitute. It was more than plentiful but I didn't like it. Otherwise the atmosphere is rustic. Very cute beer garden, drinks are ok too. Service - they have sweet potato soup on the daily menu, it's not on the menu. When asked, they said they don't have any changing dishes, only those that are on their menu. Drinks and food were ordered. Drinks came quickly, as did the first dishes. 3 of them came twice, one dish didn't come at all. The fries were cold, the rice was rock hard. This was reported back to the staff, who then asked: “Should I take it back to the kitchen?” Shortly later the dishes were brought back, with the now cold meat from before and hot fries and edible rice. The last dish was still missing and was only brought after repeated requests. The zucchini soup tasted sour and extremely strong of dill and yogurt, even though it was labeled as vegan. When we asked what was in the soup, we couldn't get an adequate answer, only the statement "yes, if it doesn't taste good, that's unfortunately the case." or something like that. The toilet facility makes the bad impression perfect and is reminiscent of a rest stop toilet that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. A cabin cannot be locked, it smells strongly of urine, alcohol and smoke and is not clean. The trash can is full to the brim and overflowing... When a grave candle with a paper bag was placed on the table for us, we could only counteract the disappointment by laughing. When paying, the remaining money was kept without comment, even though it was not indicated that a tip was to be given. If the amount was 20 cents at the end, people paid with a note and responded with the words: "I don't have 20 cents, you have to make 50." You can't beat it for audacity. But the sayings are funny...

We were there on August 15th. there, it was a disaster!!! We waited well over an hour for the food. The jacket potatoes, which were supposed to be fried potatoes, had been preheated to the pan. Unfortunately, service is always a thing. One day, despite the beer garden being full, you will be served within 2 minutes and everything is great. Two days later you're happy when you get a drink after 20 minutes, even though there are almost no guests there. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Service and ambience were okay, The food was miserable, I ordered tagliatelle with rocket and parmesan sauce. What I received was just boiled pasta poured over the cream and some cheese grated on top. There were no spices either. If you just want to drink a beer in the courtyard, that's fine, not recommended with food.

A particularly beautiful, attractive, lucrative restaurant that has a very special interior and is ideal for sitting in the beer garden, chatting, drinking and enjoying. Unfortunately I wouldn't visit again. My food was almost cold, pretty tasteless (so the soy curry with coconut sauce had a maximum of curry and coconut), the wild rice was dry and ordering a drink turned out to be a challenge as you tend to wait for more than half an hour with an empty glass. My stomach can take a lot, but unfortunately my stomach was happy until the next morning. To add something positive. The atmosphere is really nice and the menu selection is also appealing.

Actually a nice beer garden, but by 6 p.m. some of the dishes on the menu were already "off", the service wasn't attentive, the food was mediocre (bruschetta without garlic, salad expensive and small, etc.) and the draft beer filled the 0.5l Glass not even 3/4. What a shame! We were disappointed.

Really great ambience and pleasant background noise even when the house is full. 2 out of 4 meals were just before cold, but there was a lot going on and everything still tasted very tasty! Service was less common than usual, but when the lady was there, she gave 100%! All in all very satisfied and for me it would be the first choice in a 1 km radius. Uriges Lokal mit großem Biergarten - der Gesamteindruck ist echt stark.

Das alte Ambiente gefiel uns besser, alles ziemlich dunkel gehalten und modernes Ambiente machen einen nicht ganz so gemütlichen Eindruck. Aber das Personal war wieder einmal mega freundlich und zuvorkommend, das hat man wirklich nicht so oft und man spürte, das die Arbeit Spaß macht. Der Kartoffelstampf war leider etwas trocken, ansonsten können wir nicht meckern, was auch keiner möchte. Unsere Meute wurde angenehm satt und wir wünschen dem Team eine schöne Vorweihnachtszeit! PS; mit schwerem Herzen nehme ich immer daran teil, wie dumm und verschwenderisch auf dem WC mit den Möbeln und Papier umgegangen wird, der schöne Holztisch steht voll im Wasser und der Wasserhahn wurde so malträtiert, dass er nur noch locker über dem Waschbecken hängt, beschämend! Tja ich frage mich ist, ob die Gäste zuhause auch so mit ihren Sachen umgehen?! 🥲😤.. Trotzdem tolles Lokal und gutes Essensangebot!

Glühwein mehrmals(!) probiert - lauwarm für teuer Geld. Mitarbeiterin an der Bude angesprochen: meint das sei wegen der Kälte. Ja genau...wegen der Kälte möchte ich heißen Glühwein trinken! Werden trotz des schönen Ambientes woanders hingehen.

Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, gemütlich und läd zum verweilen ein. Service schien nicht routiniert gewesen zu sein, da viele Bestellungen falsch aufgenommen und gebracht wurden. Man hat dann einem das Gefühl (auch verbal) gegeben, dass der Fehler bei uns lag und nicht bei Ihnen. Was es aber nicht war. Die Speisen waren ok, aber mit viel Verbesserungspotential. Werde dieser Gastronomie nochmal eine Chance geben und eventuell meine Bewertung dahingehend ändern. Dieser Besuch war leider sehr mittelmäßig.

War wieder mal dort mit Gästen essen, haben die Gäste nach dem Ambiente selbst ausgesucht. Waren begeistert vom Burger, auch das Rostbrätel war exzellent, Preis - Leistung hat gestimmt. Danke für den schönen Abend sagen meine Gäste.

Schönes Restaurant mit lockerer Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist gut und das Personal aufmerksam.

Mir hat es hier garnicht gefallen.

Ich war mit meiner Frau zum Hochzeitstag dort. Wir wurden mit einem Glas Sekt empfangen und haben bei einer sehr netten Bedienung köstlich gegessen! Wir hatten vor 9 Jahren dort unser erstes Date und die Wiederholung war spitze!

Die Suppe war lecker. Der Flammkuchen langweilig und die Creme drauf nicht lecker. Aber gestört hat uns vor allem, dass das Personal im Gästebereich über ihre ukrainische Kollegin lästert, welche dann auch nach einer Weile dazu gekommen ist, offensichtlich versucht hat, sich mittels Google Translate zu verständigen und ihre Lage zu erklären, sie wolle Deutsch lernen und bemühe sich. Antwort des Personals nur "was labert sie da", keinerlei Versuch zumindest zwischenmenschlich Verständnis aufzubringen. Selten so unverschämt und arrogantes Verhalten erlebt. Zwei-Klassen-Gesellschaft und das im Gastraum. Ok, offensichtlich ist die Sprache eine Barriere, seitens den deutschsprachigen Kolleginnen war jedoch keinerlei Bemühen festzustellen, stattdessen wurde nur auf deutsch immer wieder zu ihr gesagt, sie solle halt deutsch lernen. Das war schon fast mehr als Mobbing und hart an der Grenze zu rassistischer Ausgrenzung. Daher kann ich nur dazu raten dieses Restaurant nicht zu unterstützen.

Ein schöner Ort mit kleiner Speisekarte und frischen leckeren Gerichten. Sehr interessante Bierauswahl. M&O weit entfernt von Rostock. Der Kenner wundert und freut sich.

Uriger Biergarten im Innenhof eines schönen alten Gehöftes. Das Essen war leider nicht so gut. Das Fleisch war recht trocken und die Bratkartoffeln waren gar keine ... einfach Kartoffelhälften in Schale erwärmt. Da darf man schon was anderes erwarten. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam, flink und freundlich.

Ich war eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden, tolle Atmosphäre, gute Auswahl an Getränken und Gerichten und besonders eine der weiblichen Angestellten ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Heute wurde allerdings leider mein Essen (scheinbar) vergessen und als ich nach 45 Minuten Wartezeit (es war ein einfaches Beilagengericht) nachfragte, erfuhr ich, dass es „leider aus“ sei. An und für sich kein Problem, aber eine kurze unaufgeforderte Info darüber versteht sich schon von selbst. Oder einfach Ehrlichkeit, denn die Gäste am Nachbartisch hatten genau dieses Gericht bekommen, obwohl sie später als ich bestellt haben. Hier hätte man sich einfach aufrichtig entschuldigen können und vielleicht einfach eine Alternative oder eine Lösung anbieten können …

Bierauswahl könnte etwas größer sein. Vegetarische Speisen eher dürftig. Edit: Inzwischen ist die Auswahl an vegetarischem Essen deutlich besser. Das Essen schmeckt lecker, die Bedienung ist freundlich, die Musik angenehm.

Sehr schöner Biergarten mit vielen Plätzen! Jedoch ist das Essen unterirdisch, ich bezweifle, dass der Koch das Essen selbst mal probiert hat. Die Getränke schmecken sehr gestreckt, ich würde nur Flaschenbier und alkoholfreie Getränke empfehlen. Teilweise wartet man auch sehr lange auf die Bestellung. Das Servicepersonal ist gut drauf, aber wenn’s voll ist auch überfordert.

Ein Beilagensalat für über 10€ mit einem kleinen Stück Hähnchenbrust für zusätzlich 6€ ist frech und erklärt warum auf der eigenen Website keine Preise zu sehen. Süßkartoffelpommes, die nach Fisch schmecken, weil sie wahrscheinlich zusammen mit dem Fisch friert wurden zu dem sie als Beilage kamen, ist hingegen ein küchentechnischer Fehltritt. Erstes und letztes Mal!

Sehr urig-gemütlich, sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen. Cheeseburger und Currywurst waren top, bei Fish and Chips leider zu wenig Fisch, aber lecker. Gut gezapftes Bier. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöner Biergarten. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war gut, allerdings waren die Nudeln etwas weich und die Sommerbowl hätte für 12,50 Euro doch etwas größer ausfallen können.

Wir haben uns in diesem gemütlichen Lokal wohl gefühlt! Das Essen war lecker und die Bedienung freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Hier haben wir auch noch Platz gefunden, wo hingegen der gefühlte Rest an Restaurants in Erfurt ausgebucht war.

Kellnerin schleudert das bestellte Essen (Fish & Chips) auf den Tisch. Fisch war fast roh und Pommes nicht richtig zubereitet (nicht ansatzweise knusprig, mir fällt hier eher der Vergleich mit Regenwürmern ein auch von der Konsistenz, zusätzlich waren die Pommes versalzen ) So ziemlich das schlechteste Gericht was ich jemals hatte.

Eigentlich haette das Lokal mit Biergarten 4 oder 5 Sterne verdient. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, dass Ambiente ist super, Speisen und Getränke sind ebenfalls okay. Leider merkt man das bekannte Problem in der Gastronomie der fehlenden Fachkräfte. Die vorhandenen Aushilfen sind dennoch sehr bemüht. Speziell die Fachleute im Service sind jedoch überfordert. Zumindest entsteht der Eindruck. Unfreundlichkeit ist hier das Ergebnis, speziell bei einer, Mitarbeitern, nennen wir sie Frau M, die zwar versucht, dass Geschäft am Laufen zu halten, aber vergessen hat, dass die Gäste letztlich dafür sorgen, daß sie am Monatsende ihren Lohn bekommt. Ja, die Konkurrenz fehlt eben, so dass manche Mitarbeiter denken, dass sie mit Gästen umgehen können, wie sie wollen und das Unfreundlichkeit durch den Personalmangel toleriert wird. Nun ja, es ist gewiss, dass auch irgendwann wieder andere Zeiten kommen. Wäre das Lokal nebst Biergarten nicht so super, hätte ich wegen der Unfreundlichkeit einzelner Mitarbeiter schon längst gewechselt . Ich war heute mal wieder im Biergarten in der Ecke Kornack, es hat sich leider nichts geändert oder verbessert. Der Service von der leitenden Bedienung ist mehr als schlecht. Unhöflichkeit gegenüber Gästen ist Frau M wohl eigen, schade um das ansonsten Super lokal. Am 12. 7. 2023 besuchte ich erneut den Biergarten. Die Bedienung M. hatte Dienst und erklärte mir, dass sie mich nicht bedienen kann, weil ich eine Rezession über ihre Unfreundlichkeit verfasst habe. Ausserdem behauptet sie, dass das Lokal noch nicht geöffnet habe, obwohl es 15 Uhr war und diese Zeit als Öffnung angegeben ist. Aber das ist nicht verwunderlich, denn am Sonntag sollte das Lokal 11 Uhr offen sein und es war 14 Uhr noch geschlossen. Ein super Aushängeschild für die Gastronomie in Erfurt. Aber wie gesagt, es fehlt eben an guten Servicemitarbeitern und die Wirte müssen mit wenig qualifizierten Leuten arbeiten. Ich besuche jetzt einen anderen Biergarten mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Warnung an Gäste : Wer die Wahrheit über die Bedienung in der Ecke Kornack schreibt, wird von Frau M nicht bedient. Schade, dass das Lokal durch so eine Bedienung Gäste verliert.

Wir waren nach dem Besuch der Ega- Freilichtbühne hier. Auch zu so später Stunde war der Biergarten noch gut Besucht und der Service, wie immer, sehr nett und flott. Es ist einer der schönsten Biergärten in Erfurt und immer einen Besuch wert.

Schöner uriger Biergarten, wir waren nachmittags für ein Radler da. Schöne kalte Getränke. Sehr netter aufmerksamer Service, von unfreundich kann nicht die Rede sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂👍.

Sehr freundliche Bedienungen, die auf den Gast eingehen, und zum Austausch fähig sind, so daß es Spaß macht, hierher zu kommen, zu essen und zu trinken.

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Biergarten. Leckeres Essen und freundliche/fleißige Bedienungen. Gerne wieder.

Es war wirklich sehr sehr lecker! Wir hatten an einem Samstag nicht reserviert, weil wir kurzfristig umplanen mussten. Wir haben sofort einen tollen Platz bekommen. Die Bedienung ist super lieb und kinderfreundlich ist das Restaurant auch! Nur zu empfehlen! 👍🏻
