I've rarely eaten so well. I had a beef steak with salad. The server accommodated my every request. I got slices of bread and chanterelle mushrooms with it. The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. The salad was very varied, with radish, beets, lamb's lettuce, carrots, and even cress. Thanks also to the friendly service. We'd be happy to come back if we're in the area.

The selection of dishes and drinks was very good, and the food was very, very tasty. It was no problem to get a different side dish, and the value for money was also good. We went to the Storchennest restaurant yesterday without a reservation and were lucky to get a table. The service staff were all very friendly. The ambiance in the restaurant is also very nice. But now the most important thing: The food is absolutely world-class; we were absolutely thrilled. We had the veal schnitzel with spaetzle and cream sauce and the roast beef with onion and Allgäu cheese spaetzle, and both were legendary. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the Allgäu!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. We called shortly before 6 p.m. and reserved a table for 6 p.m. for 3 people. We got a good table in the middle of the restaurant. When we were shown to the table, we could already see what to expect from the plates that were brought to us. The service was really friendly and accommodating. Then it was time to order... The junior cheese spaetzle with sauce. My wife had the Swabian roast beef and I had the Baden plate. We also had 3 light beers, 1 7up, and 2 apple juices for the junior. The food came... It was absolutely fresh and delicious. The meat was cooked to the second, the spaetzle exactly like it was. And not just any old bagged stuff. Fresh, fresher, freshest. That seems to be the motto here. Absolutely spot on. Amazing... it had a bit of FOODPORN about it. Then it was time for dessert... My wife had the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. The center was a dream made of chocolate. Absolutely smooth and delicious. I had the cream puff with strawberries. Cream puffs just right, cream, fresh strawberries... I think they pick them to order. Amazing. Our junior had a tub of chocolate ice cream with cream and sprinkles. He said it was great too. So 5 stars+ because only 5 are allowed. The restaurant is also accessible for people with disabilities. Everything is on the ground floor. We will definitely come back here on our next stay. Oh and by the way, the price was a bit higher but if you know about good food you're happy to spend a little more here. We spent 101.80 + tip, not a cent too much for this wonderful meal and the fantastic service. Thank you for letting us be here.

The service was friendly and attentive, although one younger waiter was a bit rushed and seemed overwhelmed. But otherwise, everything was perfect; I would come back and definitely recommend the restaurant!

We had a very tasty meal in the stork's nest, two different dishes where everything was perfect. The service is excellent, and if you come from the middle of the country, almost unbelievable. The lady, but especially the young man (tattooed arms) are complete professionals, you can tell that straight away. We felt very comfortable. The stork's nest is now our new home on our journey to the south.

Probably Germany's best restaurant for allergy sufferers. After I expressed my allergies, the already premium steak was increased to a side salad, steak with 2 different syrups which were topped with rosemary, herb butter was also included and a large fries served in a decorative frying scoop with ketchup and mayonnaise in 2 beautiful bowls! My favorite restaurant in Kempten and can only be recommended!

I always like to order the onion roast and especially the Black Angus steak. The meat comes to the table perfectly every time, as desired. The quality is consistently good and super delicate! Cozy restaurant with home-style, down-to-earth cuisine. We stopped there spontaneously for lunch on a trip. We were warmly welcomed and served in a friendly and prompt manner. The delicious "Alt Kemptener Weisse" quenched the first thirst, the breaded schnitzel from Allgäuer Landschwein and Allgäuer Kässpätzle (with Limburger, Emmentaler and mountain cheese - a DREAM!) came quickly to the table, changing the side dish for the schnitzel was no problem. The food was flawless, fresh and very tasty, portions were generous - the price/performance ratio was right, we'd be happy to do it again! Thank you!

The cute restaurant and beer garden is somewhat hidden in a side street, but it's easy to find with the navigation system. The service can apparently teleport, I have never seen such fast service staff! :-) The staff are also really nice and nothing is missing. The two of us ate here on a Friday evening and had our food at the table after just 20 minutes and it tasted great! :-) It wasn't overcrowded at all, as expected. If we get the chance (and if we're in the area again) we'll definitely come back! :-) Thank you for the lovely visit :-) Kind regards from the couple with mopeds :-)

Delicious traditional foods and great environment for the whole family. We ordered the (veal) wiener schnitzel, (steak) SCHWÄBISCHER ZWIEBELROSTBRATEN, and sides of Kässpätzl and fries. It was wonderful. Highly recommend. As a family of 5, this was a lot of food to eat. Our server, Kinga, was friendly and spoke great English.
