On the second evening of Advent in 2025, I went there alone. Although I had read some good and bad reviews beforehand, I still wanted to try it out. Food: The food was quite decent; all the meat was cooked thoroughly. The grill was also good. I didn't like the sushi at all. I would say it would have been better without it. Service: I can clarify one point here: many of the staff don't understand Chinese. Clearing the plates was okay. I only experienced any friendliness at reception. Atmosphere: Great. It's bright and modern, quite different from other Asian restaurants I know. Perhaps because it was Advent, many customers were there in family groups, creating a festive atmosphere. Conclusion: I would try the Fasshalle next door next time.

The lunch buffet offers a fantastic selection. There's something for everyone. It's worth mentioning that both soft drinks and hot drinks are included. The cake selection wasn't particularly great, but there was fresh fruit and pineapple and banana batter.

The seating arrangements are excellent – ​​even when it's full, they always find a solution. The drinks selection is generous, and the pandan-filled baozi are a particular highlight. Highly recommended.

We spontaneously called about four hours before our reservation on the holiday and still got a table – even though the restaurant was packed and people were waiting outside. The food was fantastic! This was our first and last time at this restaurant. Definitely not recommended for the price. From the very beginning, we were left to our own devices. No one came to greet us or explain how the drinks or food worked. But by observing the other guests, we quickly figured it out. At first glance, the buffet seemed plentiful. On one side, there were ingredients (meat, vegetables, etc.) that you could choose yourself and which were then freshly prepared on the grill. On the other side were the pre-made dishes and sushi. We tried both sides. With the freshly prepared dishes, we ended up with items on our plates that we hadn't even selected, or ingredients were missing. When we asked about it, we were told to get a new plate; apparently, that happens sometimes. Once is okay, maybe twice, but three times? Then the chef should probably get some glasses. Regarding the prepared dishes: The fries were soggy, the chicken was undercooked (it was literally raw inside), the pasta tasted strongly of smoke, and the baguette was like rubber (probably from the day before). Nothing that really impressed us. There were no descriptions for the sushi, so you didn't really know what you were eating. You could only guess. If someone has a specific allergy, they'd be better off avoiding it. Finally, you could choose from various desserts. The soft-serve ice cream was probably the best. The cakes/donuts were very dry (also likely from the day before), and the puddings lacked descriptions. In addition, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The floor in front of the buffet was so slippery in places (probably from oil) that you had to be careful not to slip. The stairs to the restrooms and the restrooms themselves were quite the opposite. The floor was so sticky that it was actually disgusting. And the smell in the restrooms was anything but clean and fresh. It was a very disappointing and expensive restaurant experience.

Very disappointing experience – not recommended. I visited the restaurant with important guests. It's an "all-you-can-eat" buffet restaurant (€29.50 per person). Everything seemed fine until a very unpleasant incident occurred. I was there with my two-year-old child and barely had a minute to sit down or eat in peace. My husband had already brought something to my plate, and I politely asked the (presumably Chinese) server if I could pack my food and take it home, as I barely had time to eat because of the child. Instead of a friendly explanation, he reacted completely inappropriately – he immediately asked for our table number, ran to the table, and shouted loudly across the room to see if anyone had "accidentally taken anything." He then looked at the guests' plates and said that anyone who left anything would have to pay an extra €10! My guests and I were shocked by this behavior. This is no way to treat customers. The staff—especially the management—needs urgent training in how to deal with guests. I will definitely not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it to anyone who values ​​respectful service.

We were there today for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse. The sauces and dressings are very watered down. The food is almost non-fresh, and it's not warm either. The quality has deteriorated considerably. Some of the chairs and benches are worn through. The strawberry and chocolate ice cream machines didn't work, nor did the cotton candy machine, which is why our kids wanted to go there. We told the cashier that we didn't like it as much as in previous years, but that didn't really matter to her.

I came here for tourism, and this restaurant is not worth it. I came here to eat according to the map rating. To be honest, there is nothing good in it. The food was already cold at 11:30 a.m., so we had it warmed up in the microwave. Juices come in tetra packs, which creates a lot of waste. Surely they could use the filling system. Apple spritzer was only available in 500g tetra packs, which means far too much is thrown away—senseless waste. The food quality has deteriorated significantly. Mussels had a strange taste. Relatively few customers at lunchtime in this restaurant. You can have a group party or a birthday party there once, but I'd rather not have a party there for a birthday. There were many different things here that I had not seen in other similar restaurants - a white chocolate fountain, a cotton candy maker, warm rolls (even green!) with soups, an ice cream machine with three types of ice cream, water, lemonade and other non-alcoholic drinks included in the buffet price. My friend got crayfish that unfortunately wasn't fresh anymore, and the cake, which looked like cheesecake, had stains that made it impossible for it to have been sitting there for several days. We were hungry and didn't know the opening hours, but we went in anyway to ask. We still had half an hour. We weren't greeted in a particularly friendly manner... The waitress was in a hurry, so we couldn't ask anything. However, the food and drinks were good, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The prices were also perfectly reasonable. What really annoyed us, however, was that at 2:55 PM, I told my friend we should leave because they were closing at 3:00 PM. I work in the restaurant industry myself and know how unpleasant it is when guests stay until the last minute. Therefore, we couldn't finish the whole sushi. In the end, we were charged €10 for it. They didn't offer to pack the food, even though we paid extra for it. It would be a really good place if the staff were a bit friendlier. And in cases like this, it would also be fair to point out in advance that you'll have to pay extra for leftover food if you don't finish it.

I first looked at the food and was horrified to see that it was offered shark - when I asked, they said it wasn't a shark but a mackerel shark. What is that supposed to be? Zebra and crocodile shouldn't necessarily be there either. An absolute no-go for me!!! Only advertise with the responsibility of the resources but offer something like that. The food was partly frozen and still frozen, bulky and not of such good quality. At the grill there was a horror show of crab legs and half crabs that you would find on the beach when there was a storm 😱. My vegetables that I had grilled were carelessly popped onto the plate and totally over salted - back to the grill and handed over. The restaurant was nicely furnished but a lot of it was broken, worn out and partly decorated with cobwebs. It was so noisy that it was no longer a pleasant stay and there were children running around everywhere like in an Indian playground - the only thing missing was the trampolines There were too many fish in the entrance area (aquarium) and some of them were sick. Everyone can also dress how they want - as I saw yesterday, an old jogging suit is also ok. Not for me anymore!!! ,

Yesterday I was in the Asia Pearl for the first and probably the last time. The food itself is very good for a restaurant of this type and it's not my fault that I won't be coming back. It actually deserves 5 stars, but I deducted one star because they serve shark. I find that to be out of date and a no-go. The service only gets 3 stars because there is clearly not enough staff available to take orders and it's too rare for someone to stop by and ask if you want something new. If you want to order alcoholic drinks, it takes a long time for a waiter to get lost in the aisle. I also count the other guests in the restaurant as part of the ambience and therefore only get one star for that. Maybe I was unlucky, but it was far too loud and children chasing each other at the buffet and between the tables is simply not appropriate. There is obviously a lack of education from and among the parents. Something like that is simply anti-social. I have a son myself, but manners at the table are a must, especially when you're eating out. If that doesn't bother you, you can have a good meal there and the price is actually too cheap. For the buffet with coffee and non-alcoholic drinks included, €29.50 is far too cheap.

The staff is always friendly and very quick. We found it more than good that non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price for all-you-can eat. The buffet price is constantly increasing and is impressive at €29.50, which is exorbitant as a family. Even though drinks are included, none of us can eat that much. The main courses are delicious and fresh, but if you consider that the starters (spring rolls, nuggets, fries,...) are frozen goods and the majority of the dessert also consists of frozen cakes, donuts, cream puffs, foam kisses, etc., then it's justified under no circumstances this price.

We weren't asked whether we wanted buffet or a la carte Buffet imposed. At a price of 30 euros per person. Instead there was duck, which was inedibly tough. Rice was not to be found because there was no staff to ask. Ambiance of a third-class station restaurant. Conclusion: for 100 euros it was a cheek. Unfortunately never again!!

Visit on November 1st, 2024 at the buffet. For us, the worst meal ever from an Asian restaurant. I ended up having to eat salad just to be able to eat anything. Meat was limp, nothing crispy, some of it couldn't be cut. Neither of us liked the soup or sauces at all. Often some things were empty. I even thought the cola was bad. Probably something cheaply mixed. The first time that we left the buffet not full because both of us had lost our appetite. Too bad about the money. Culinary heartless mass processing. But fortune cookies tasted good 😅. The 1 star comments are definitely true.

The price-performance ratio is perfect. Paying 29.50 for all you can eat in the evening is absolutely fine including soft drinks and coffee. The only thing that bothered us was that we ordered a beer but didn't receive it.

Classic Asian restaurant. The buffet meal includes drinks. Everything about the food is very appetizingly prepared.

How this restaurant gets over 4 stars is a mystery to me. //Update: I now think I know how this restaurant gets over 4 stars. If there is a bad review, they will hire a lawyer and try to have the review removed. Luckily we paid with a card and were able to prove that we ate at the Asia Perle on September 18th, 2023.// We were passing through and stopped here to eat. We managed to get a table by reserving early. Staff was friendly. The price was the only good thing because it was cheap. The food didn't taste good and wasn't convincing, but what topped it all was that ALL of the plates, bowls or bowls were dirty and there were simply no clean dishes. The glasses were moderately clean so not that good either. The forks were in short supply and not available for a long time. This was the case when we ate there and each of us felt that way.
