Delicious regional dishes in a beautiful ambiance!

The worst Kässpatzn we have ever eaten. If you can even call it Kässpatzn. The Batz had nothing to do with that. The spaetzle was totally soft, no trace of cheese, neither in terms of taste nor strings. Instead, spaetzle in a white water pan. Even hunger didn't stop it. The salad buffet was okay, the atmosphere was nice. The service was friendly, but when it came to drinks you were left high and dry. Once and never again.

We came across the restaurant by chance. The four of us spontaneously got a seat in the beautifully decorated restaurant. All 4 meals were super delicious! I could rave about the Kaiserschmarren for quite a long time... to put it briefly: very tasty! Clear recommendation :) The service was also very friendly and attentive.

Heavenly! The ambience is great and the service is outstanding. The only thing that tops this is the food: Roast onion roast, perfectly fried and super tasty! Kässpatzen impeccable But for me the best part of the evening: the gravy and the bacon-wrapped beans. Rarely eaten so well. It's a shame that I have to drive over four hours to try this again. But, we'll definitely be back!

If you don't like it here, you really can't help it. Rosi - you are the very best! Starting with the welcome, the consistently attentive and warm service, the atmosphere, the great table neighbors, right through to the food and the digestive... Everything was just great and outstanding. My English friend was skeptical about Germany... but after an evening here I easily convinced him. Thanks for everything, just keep it up👍

The beer was very tasty and the waitress was very nice. Unfortunately the food was a disaster... The roast was like the sole of a shoe and the sauce was like jelly. The napkin dumpling didn't taste like anything. The red cabbage was from the jar. The schnitzel was a 3/10. Really a shame.

I always wanted to go there and booked a table for a small family celebration. That was a good thing: when the weather was nice, the beer garden was packed and a lot of people stood outside at the fence to get one of the few seats. We were lucky and got a small table for 4 people. The service was very attentive and the drinks came within a short time. Even the food was served quite quickly and tasted excellent. The portions are generous and if you can't manage yours, you can get them packed in a small waxed paper box to take away without dripping. We were all thrilled and will be happy to come back at the next opportunity.

What an experience. The super friendly service was just the beginning. Each of our dishes was a culinary delight. The Korbinian grill plate was a poem. I didn't want fries. Instead, it was the best Kässpatzen I've ever had in a restaurant. The portions were generous. And the beautiful beer garden was the crowning glory.

We often eat at Korbinian and have had the impression for weeks that the meals have decreased significantly. The dishes are prepared worse and with less good food. The food is often systematically prepared and the price is not justified. In the hope that this will be remedied, we will try the restaurant again soon.

Schnitzel consisted of 40% breading and dry fried potatoes. There is a difference between inexpensive and "worth the price" and unfortunately that wasn't the case.

Great restaurant. The beer garden is usually very busy and therefore unfortunately relatively loud (not a bad thing, but you should know). The service is super attentive and friendly. The food has always been very good, with large portions and reasonable prices.

Four of us had dinner here. We had reserved in advance, which is recommended as the restaurant is busy. The drinks from the Allgäuer Brauhaus are good. The food was very tasty and the portions were just right. Prices are a little higher than normal but full in order.

We were passing through and stopped at the Corbinian. The extremely friendly waitress Rosi assigned us a seat, took the order and also allowed special requests! 🙈OK schnitzel with cheese spaetzle! The food was really great and the portions were so big that we had Käsespatzle at home in the evening! (Fry in the pan with milk! Tip from Rosi! It's beautiful, we were here a few months ago and thought we'd have another nice meal today before we go to the BigBox. Looked on the internet OPEN! Unfortunately we ended up standing in front of the closed gates because it was company vacation. But we'll come back another time. Despite everything, there are full stars ❤️

The food was good, although the fish fillets were relatively small. The ambience was inviting and simple German. The service was also nice and friendly. I was there with two friends and they really enjoyed their food too.

Rarely visited such a beautiful restaurant. Beautiful ambience, separable rooms suitable for small parties. There were 22 of us and we had our own area. I really liked the rustic look. The toilets are brand new and modern. A small difference in style, but it doesn't bother me. The food was so delicious and EVERYONE was really full. The portions are almost too big. Price-performance was okay. The service was perfect - friendly, fast, always felt like it was there. Very nice beer garden behind the house. We'll definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely afternoon.

We were here for dinner. I had Kässpatzen / Krautkrapfen / Maultaschen and my wife had baked potatoes. Sparrows not really good. Very mushy and not a powerful cheese… everything very overcooked. Baked potato with too little cream. The great service and the great ambience couldn't really compensate for that. First and foremost, we were looking forward to a great meal after a long day of hiking. A pity. Could have done more with it. Prices are moderate… but I would have paid more if the food had been better or if we had stayed for more drinks.

After the lively concert in the city theater we were happy - 6 people. - for a delicious meal. Sunday is roast day, which made me hungry for a crusty roast. Well, the red cabbage tasted good, as did the sauce. The crusted roast was 2 fat slices of belly, draped with 2 strips of crust and the dumpling was a batch. However, my companions were happy with their choice and that's why I would give it a second try.

Klassische bayrische Küche, schmeckt hervorragend und der Service ist auch auf Zack!

War unser erstes Mal im Korbinian und ich muss sagen, es war wirklich sehr gut, kommen definitiv wieder. Ich hatte den Lachs genommen, der hatte aber leider zu viele Gräten, sodass man bei jedem Bissen aufpassen und welche rausnehmen musste. Ist der Bedienung auch sofort aufgefallen und kam zu uns zum fragen. Der Fisch wurde dann zurück gegeben und auch ohne Drama von der Rechnung genommen, dazu gab es 2 Espressos für uns aufs Haus. Käsespätzle waren auch sehr gut, man kann entscheiden zwischen Schmelz- und Röstzwiebeln. Das Salatbüffet war auch reichhaltig an Auswahlen von Gewürzen & Sossen. Zum Abschluss gab es den Tiroler Kaiserschmarren. Das war der beste den wir beide jemals gegessen haben, der lohnt sich, auch wenn man nicht so auf Dessert steht. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, wir kommen wieder :)!

Wir waren dort zum Weihnachtsessen mit der ganzen Familie. Essen war sehr gut, egal ob Hirschgulasch, Rouladen, Folienkartoffel, Bierbraten oder Filetteller, die Portionen waren groß, das Fleisch sehr zart und alles wirkte und schmeckte frisch zubereitet. Bedienung sehr freundlich, auch im Umgang mit den Kindern. Ebenfalls ein sehr uriges Ambiente. War unser erster Besuch aber mit Sicherheit nicht der Letzte, der erste Eindruck voll und ganz positiv.

Sehr geehrten Damen und Herren Ich hatte ein wundervollen Abend und mir hat das Essen wirklich gesaftet und gefallen. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist der Stadel Burger und das Schokoküchlein. Egal was Daniel M oder Eva Holzneu sagen, was sie gesagt hatten stimmt nicht Vielleicht waren die beiden einfach nur zu streng, aber dieses Restaurant verdient deutlich mehr Sterne als die amerikanische Flagge. Danke für dieses Erlebnis Grüße an die Polin mit den schönen Dirndl und Akzent.... ich komme wieder.

Gut Bürgerliche Küche mit sehr guter Qualität und Top Service. Wir kommen hier regelmäßig und immer gerne her.

Eine sehr gemütliche und gutbürgerliche Gaststätte mit sehr gutem Service, die sich in traditioneller Küche sehr gut versteht, in Sachen Steaks jedoch noch lernen kann. Ein medium-rare Rumpsteak sollte nicht durch und zäh, die Bohnen im Speckmantel nicht kalt und die Ofenkartoffel nicht schon mittags zubereitet worden sein Das hat bei einem Preis im höheren Segment doch etwas enttäuscht, auch war die Portion im Vergleich zum Tagesgericht etwas klein. Nächstes Mal esse ich doch etwas Anderes! 😉

War heute zum ersten Mal und muss sagen alles perfekt. Alles schön sauber, freundliche Bedienung und Service, mega essen und Preise ok.

Alles sehr gut, Essen sehr lecker und preislich absolut in Ordnung. Service könnte teils schneller sein, ist aber subjektiv.

Gemütliche Räumlichkeiten, zuvorkommender Service. Gute Speisekarte, lecker zubereitet, und die Portionen auch für den großen Hunger. Der Tisch war für elf Personen ausreichend groß um entspannt zu genießen. Auf jeden Fall wieder

Der Service war hervorragend, das Essen wurde trotz sehr gut besuchtem Lokal zügig serviert. Preis / Leistung ist mE wirklich empfehlenswert.

Uriges Restaurant mit tollen Speisen. Waren dort als größere Gruppe. Man kann drinnen wie auch draußen gut sitzen. Die Portionen sind groß die Preise angemessen. Über Vorspeise über Hauptgang bis Dessert. Die Karte bietet für jeden was. Auch die Getränkekarte ist lang. Jeder wird was finden.

Ich war leider nicht zufrieden. Nachdem ich schon ein paar mal um die Weihnachtszeit hier war und das Essen immer ganz gut fand wollten wir die auf der Homepage ausgeschriebenen Mottotage testen. In unserem Fall Samstag Bauernententag. Nach unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt das es erst im November die Mottotage gibt. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung zu unserer Frage das es auf der Homepage anders ausgeschrieben ist. Haben uns dann entschieden trotzdem zu bleiben. Die Bedienung kam dann relativ schnell und wollte die Bestellung aufnehmen. Wir haben ihr dann mitgeteilt das wir noch 5 min brauchen. Darauf hin wurde mit den Augen gerollt und sie ging. Es wurde dann 2x Schnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat. Während wir auf das Essen warteten haben noch 2 Gästegruppen nach der Ente gefragt. Da es diese aber leider ersten nächsten Monat gibt gingen diese Gäste wieder. (Hätten wir auch machen sollen) Das Schnitzel war dann meiner Meinung nach ein TK Schnitzel. Ca. Bierdeckel groß und das 2x. Es war leider komplett trocken. Die Ränder waren zu dunkel und schwer zu schneiden. In der Mitte war dafür die Panade noch weich und zu hell. Der Kartoffelsalat war gut. Zum Nachtisch gab es einen Kaiserschmarren der so von Fett getrieft hat das auf dem Teller eine Pfütze zurück blieb. Sorry, aber das war echt nix :-(

Der urige Traditionsgasthof "Korbinian" bietet eine sehr gute, regional ausgerichtete Küche, inzwischen auch mit einigen vegetarischen Gerichten. Man wird hier stets freundlich bedient, die Portionsgrößen erfreuen sehr Hungrige und es gibt eine gute Auswahl von Gerichten. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: das Salatbuffet bietet manchmal nicht viel Auswahl und ist etwas lieblos - z.B. 5 Sorten Salat (Rotkohl, Karotte, Rettich, Gurke, Eissalat) und 2x cremiges Dressing, Sonnenblumenkerne, Croutons. Wieso im Sommer nicht z.B. schöne Tomaten-, Blumenkohl-, Rote Beete-Salate usw.? Empfehlenswert sind die leckeren Nachspeisen, siehe Foto. Man kann hier auch gut mit einer größeren Personengruppe feiern, sehr schön sitzt es sich bei gutem Wetter im windgeschützten Biergarten. Plätze unbedingt reservieren, auch werktags. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation rundum schwierig, das Parkhaus im Forum Allgäu (Einkaufszentrum) hat werktags nur bis 21:30h geöffnet, Eingang abends separat von der Kotternerstraße her gegenüber der BigBox.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe beim Essen da. Mein Essen war sehr lecker, der Service super freundlich...nur waren wir etwas zu wenig Platz da sehr eng gestuhlt war...Sonst sehr zufrieden

Wir haben dort den Geburtstag von meiner Frau gefeiert. Es wurde alles sehr schön vorbereitet und die Bedienung Rosie war überaus bemüht und freundlich. Sie hat mit dazu beigetragen, dass es ein schönes Fest wurde. Ich kann das Lokal nur weiterempfehlen. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Immer wieder gerne 😊
