Richtig schöne überdachte Terasse. Wunderbar eingespieltes Team . Es wird Hand in Hand gearbeitet. Trotz Hochbetrieb wird zügig, ruhig, aufmerksam und koordiniert bedient. Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich.

Ich habe dort zweimal gegessen und es beide Male nicht bereut. Gutes und reichliches Essen und erstklassiger Service 👍

The Schiff restaurant in Freudenstadt is a true gem when it comes to Croatian cuisine and Balkan specialties. We have been celebrating our birthdays, Christmas parties and other private and business events here for many years. It's always a pleasure to be with Tomi and his father. The quality of the food is excellent and the service is always friendly and courteous. The warm atmosphere makes every visit special. As loyal regular guests, we can only warmly recommend the Schiff restaurant. If you're looking for an authentic culinary experience, this is the place for you.

Absolut leckeres Essen. Wir hatten uns für 3 erwachsene Personen eine Grillplatte bestellt die eigentlich für 2 Personen ausgelegt sein sollte…völlige Selbstüberschätzung 😂. Wir hatten daher noch Essen für den nächsten Tag übrig. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend beim Service. Gerne kommen wir zurück.

As starving cyclists, we were admitted shortly after the kitchen closed (actually 8:30 p.m.) and ate the best cordon bleu to date. Absolute recommendation!

Great, renovated family restaurant. Were looking as tourists and were very spoiled. Service was nice, courteous, fast! The quantity of food was more than sufficient and the meat in particular was of a high quality! Plate was intended for 2 people + child I'm happy to recommend it!

Absolute recommendation! Friendly and helpful service that looks after its guests attentively. The food came quickly and was very tasty, the salad varied and the skewer was grilled perfectly. The nice older gentleman who did the flambéing was also very personable. We'd be happy to come back when we're nearby.

Best liver I have ever eaten in my life!!! So incredibly tasty and tender, I couldn't believe it. I had a grilled Romeo plate with salad, which was also so delicious. I didn't like the rice the least, but my husband said he liked it the best - tastes are so different. We skipped the schnapps and liqueur offered, we don't drink alcohol. Definitely worth a visit. If you like Greek, you like this too.

The food is the reason to go here. Prices are reasonable and not exorbitant. According to the quality. And the quality and portion size is above average. Service is nice and sufficient. But also slow, inattentive and I would say poorly organized. The ambience inside is rather boring and apart from the location, nothing special. Around summer you have seating outside. And then the location is also a plus point for the ambience. All in all, a good way to grab some food and not regret it.

Are we an insult? I speak German and you answer rudely in English: “We are full”, even though more than half of the restaurant is empty and only one table is occupied in the beer garden. More than half of dinner is not over yet, and there are no table reservations marked anywhere. Then a group of six people come in behind us, just say “six” and sit down. We were a group of three people. Tourists beware, this place is biased against people it thinks are English-speaking foreigners. You don't deserve your money.

Today, Sunday, we ate there for the first time with four people. We had reservations, which I would definitely recommend. We were greeted very friendly. We received the menus very quickly and the drinks were taken straight away and served shortly afterwards. We quickly decided on the flambéed split skewer, which is available for orders of two or more people. We ordered the platter for four. Again very quickly we were served the very colorful and delicious salad. Afterwards we asked if we could move to the very nice terrace, which wasn't a problem at all. Then the record came. As you can see in the pictures it was very lush. Unfortunately, what you don't see in the pictures is how delicious everything was. Overall, a really really really good meal. An extremely polite, nice and fast service that left nothing to be desired. There was a real holiday feeling on the terrace. It's definitely not the last time we've been there and we're already looking forward to the next culinary delight. Thank you for everything and see you next time.

We ended up in this restaurant today by chance while passing through. We sat outside. Despite the proximity to the street, you are well shielded by a glass partition. There are parking spaces directly at the restaurant. Very nicely decorated. Beautiful, clearly laid out menu, top attentive service, delicious side salad and main course. Thank you for going out of your way for your guests! :)

Very nice Croatian restaurant with excellent cuisine and great service. The menu is exactly as you would imagine. I'm really excited about this place. Price performance is excellent here. It's easy to hang out on the terrace and the interior is very modern. In general the house is very well maintained. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth 5*.

The food was very tasty and filling. The cordon bleu and pirate skewer we ordered were homemade. Unfortunately we were full after the main course. Would have liked to try the pancake. The service was attentive and friendly.

Was there today for the second birthday dinner [01/28/2024] and I'm not happy with my birthday meal! I ordered cordon bleue and received it quickly but it was tough and a bit hard! This time I'm not happy!
