's Stüble in Freudenstadt

Immer wieder gehen wir zu besonderen Anlässen gerne ins Stüble im Hotel Lauterbad. Und auch diesmal hatten wieder einen wunderbaren Abend. Nach einem ungezwungen Aperitif in der Abendsonne auf der Terrasse sind wir ins Restaurant gewechselt. Die neue Steakkarte hat uns begeistert – das Fleisch war perfekt zubereitet, qualitativ und geschmacklich einfach hervorragend und wie auch die Vorspeisen mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet Dazu ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service und eine angenehm gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der man sich wohlfühlt. Die Preise sind nicht niedrig, aber für die Qualität und das Gesamtpaket absolut gerechtfertigt. Wir waren abermals begeistert und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Das Restaurant ist einfach immer wieder super. Heute an unserem Hochzeitstag war es der Krönende Abschluss von Anfang bis zum Ende. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder.

Das Stüble in Lauterbad ist seit Jahren unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher – ob zum gemütlichen Essen oder um besondere Anlässe zu feiern. Das Essen ist jedes Mal hervorragend, der Service herzlich und aufmerksam und das Ambiente einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Man fühlt sich immer willkommen. Für uns jedes Mal ein besonderes Erlebnis – eine klare Empfehlung!

Feine Küche, sehr gute Zutaten und ein super Service. Dazu eine ruhige Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne.

Hervorragendes Essen und Service!

Wir waren mit sieben Personen und einem Kind zum Geburtstagsessen da (wir haben uns bemüht, diskret zu sein). Wir konnten eine hervorragende Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte mit einem „Happy Birthday“-Schild bestellen (es fehlte nur noch eine Kerze). Alle unsere Gerichte waren exquisit (besonders hervorzuheben sind die Lammkoteletts und die Forelle in zwei Gängen, die ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis boten und wirklich köstlich waren). Die Speisekarte ist auch auf Englisch verfügbar. Das Essen ist sehr raffiniert und die Portionen sind großzügig. Tadellose Sauberkeit: Restaurant, Außengelände und Toiletten. Der Service war aufmerksam, geduldig und sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank, meine Damen, für diesen herzlichen Empfang, und ein großes Lob an die Küche für die köstlichen Gerichte. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Es ist offensichtlich nicht für jeden Geldbeutel geeignet. Und für uns Franzosen sind 6,50 € für eine Flasche Mineralwasser unverschämt! 😅 Deshalb haben wir das mit Bier und den lokalen (und anderen) Weinen wettgemacht, die ebenfalls sehr gut ausgewählt waren. Die Getränkeauswahl war groß.

We came as a larger group (about 10 people) and had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, and the pleasant atmosphere also contributed to that ☺️

If a man ever doubted that fame was visible, let him go to the restaurant in question - the entrance of which is covered with decorations like a general with medals. The terrace is a poem, the spring salad with asparagus is a pretty chapter, and the roast roast is a whole book. The fine fish platter caught fire at one point - the tuna, cooked like an old manuscript, lacked any tenderness (it shouldn't, it can happen). But the wine list – oh, it’s an atlas of the vine! The local and the distant in a fine balance. Only the coffee – a tragedy. The espresso without crema. Recommended, yes – but please pass the barista a book.

We went there to eat, the food was first class. Greetings from the kitchen, starter (wild garlic bruschetta) and main course (house skewer, beef, pork and saddle of lamb) were fried medium to perfection. We were super satisfied. The service was very friendly and accommodating. However, the quality also has its price, all together (two delicious rums as a digestive schnapps) we paid around 140 euros for two people. We'll definitely be back.

We were very satisfied with the food, both the main courses and the menu. The service was also good. Considering the quality of the ingredients—the only thing that was a little lacking was the venison ragout—the price is reasonable.

We had dinner with six people last Saturday—all of the dishes were delicious, the staff were friendly and dedicated—and the atmosphere was perfect!

We've been eating there a few times a year for over 10 years, most recently exactly a year ago. It was very good then – this time, unfortunately, only mediocre. Two main courses, which we've had several times before, left a lot to be desired. A new chef? But not a better one...

Food tasted really delicious. In my opinion, prices are increased very often. In addition, portions are becoming smaller and smaller. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right for me. Unfortunately, we overheard two female waitresses arguing. I find that inappropriate in such an upscale restaurant.

4 of us ate there on Good Friday by reservation, very pleasant welcome in a rustic setting, good asparagus cuisine of the day for one and pork/beef with small vegetables for the others. We went back on Sunday at 2 without a reservation, the restaurant was full, the waitress (same as the other evening) found us a table... Sea bream for one and duck for the other.

I can't say anything bad about the quality of the food or the service. As for the price, I can't comment on that as we ate there as part of a daily special. We both had a wonderful meal and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and the great service from Mr. Bach. As far as our experience is concerned, I can fully recommend this cozy and high-quality restaurant!

The very last. Portions are becoming smaller and smaller, prices are €10 more expensive than a year ago. Right and good; if the service was good. We're never coming back! This economy is not interested in customers.

Unfriendly, inflexible, probably not interested in customers. Done for us!

We had an excellent meal here!! 3 different sauces for the meat. Got a second helping of the side dishes. The main courses are all around 30 euros or more. But the quality justifies it 100%. The service was also very friendly. You have to try that.
