Restaurant Rozafa in Elmshorn

Ein sehr schönes Griechisches Restaurant. Die Portionen sind sehr groß aber alles sehr lecker. Der Service ist toll. Wir durften auch unsere Hunde mitnehmen. Das hat niemanden gestört. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und hatten einen schönen Abend. Sollten wir irgendwann mal wieder in Hamburg sein, dann kommen wir sehr gerne wieder :)

Es bringt dinfach Spass dort Essen zu gehen . Immer freundliche Bedienung , die Kellner gehen auf die Kinder ein . Das Essen ist lecker . Was möchte man mehr ? Wir gehen immer gerne dorthin 👍

Wir hatten zweimal Mittagessen im Rahmen einer Firmenveranstaltung. Service, Essen und Ambiente in meinen Augen leider nur mittelmäßig. Etwas liebloses Buffet. Extrem fleischlastig. Der Funke zu mir ist leider nicht übergesprungen, sorry.

Hervorragende Gyros, Spieße, Bifteki, Tsatsiki. Kellner waren wunderbar, fröhlich, freundlich, flott. Absolute Empfehlung.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht. Das Essen nicht gut. Pommes zu braun und fettig, Fleisch roh, es war kein Steak. Etwas Sosse kostete extra 5 Euro. Mehr als enttäuschend. Ich konnte das Essen nicht essen.

Ich war vorhin da und es tut mir leid, aber der eine Kellner da mit Glatze ca. 40-50 jahre alt, der ist mega respektlos. Keine Minute waren wir da und sein Ton war mega unfreundlich und unhöflich, sind dann direkt abgehauen. Ein ehrlich respektloser Mann, daher nie wieder hin. Ehrlich Service 0 Sterne sogar.

Schlechte Bewertung Respektloser Umgang mit Kunden und unhöfliches Verhalten. Außerdem werden unangemessene Worte verwendet.

Respektlos, unhöflich, Wir haben eine Frage bezüglich der Hallenvermietung gestellt. Der Mitarbeiter ( hat ein Glaze zwischen 40- 50 Jahre alt) hat uns so unhöflich und Respektlos angeguckt/ behandelt und hat nur Schüss gesagt. Echt schade man kann netter und höflicher sein.

Sehr leckeres Essen, üppige Portionen zu fairen Preisen. das Beste aber ist, dass die Bedienungen alle sehr sehr freundlich sind. sehr zu empfehlen. für uns schon ein Stamm-Restaurant.

Bin leider enttäuscht. In eine dunkle Ecke verfrachtet worden, wo ständig Hotelgäste rein kamen und tausend mal Hallo gesagt wurde. Essen war ganz ok außer die Vorspeise. Tomaten Knoblauch Brot war vorbereitet und wurde nur im Backofen aufgewärmt. Der Rucola Drumherum war welk. Aber der Knüller. Nach dem Essen alles abgeräumt und nie wieder Personal gesehen und das wirklich so lang bis ich dann mit Kids und Frau aufgestanden bin und wir uns angezogen haben und selbst vorne bezahlt haben. Keine Frage nach Nachspeise oder evtl noch einen Ouzo etc whatever. Und ich hatte auf mich aufmerksam gemacht und dennoch kam einfach keiner mehr. Beim bezahlen dann nur ein simples leises Sorry. Unglaublich. Naja ist nicht mein Restaurant.

Sehr leckere Gyros. Wir haben leider eine 3/4 Stunde warten müssen bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Getränke hatten wir allerdings schon. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Portion nicht so übertrieben groß. Allerdings gab es keinen kleinen Salat vorweg, aber vielleicht ist das hier so. Ich kenne es anders. Preise sind ok, Bedienung sehr nett. Wir hatten in einem Trinkglas innen am Boden einen festgeklebten Zitronenkern oder ähnliches, den wir leider erst am Ende des Getränkes gesehen haben. War nicht sehr apetittlich, aber kann passieren. Das Getränk wurde mit einer Entschuldigung sofort von der Bezahlung gestrichen.

We had a delicious dinner in a pleasant atmosphere.

Professional service at a very nice celebration. They immediately offered to serve the soup from the wonderful buffet at the table, as there were many older guests. A different soup was also immediately offered for a vegetarian. Lovely ambiance, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were unhurried.

A gyro like I love And good prices

Four of us were there and had a lovely evening. The food was very good, with generous portions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Hotel Garner and is accordingly a good size. The noise level is surprisingly low, making it easy to have a conversation. We had a table reserved for 6:00 PM. There were still tables available, but it got busier. I would recommend making reservations, though. Better safe than sorry. In the summer, there's a terrace, although it's on a busy street.

Unfortunately, an order for takeout didn't go perfectly. The meat was very dry and covered in fat, and one dish wasn't delivered correctly. However, it was quickly replaced. Unfortunately, the gyro was inedible.

The food was inedible. It tasted oversalted and like it had been reheated. Never again.

Many delicious Mediterranean dishes with a changing menu! Very friendly service! There are plenty of lovely spots in the spacious restaurant with its conservatory and on the large terrace! Dogs are also welcome!

Absolutely friendly owners and a great atmosphere

Actually, I always really enjoyed coming here. I had reserved a table in advance for a special occasion. We weren't greeted, nor was the service good or warm; it was rather cold and uncomfortable. The food was also a bit of a tragedy for the price. After this visit, I knew: This was the last time I would support Rozafa.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with the Rozafa restaurant in Elmshorn - neither with the delivery service nor with the on-site visit. (A few years ago) There were problems when we ordered: Although card payment was selected online, the driver didn't know anything about it and was quite unfriendly when we pointed it out to him. He almost insisted we pay cash. Unfortunately, the food wasn't convincing either. The gyros was very finished and not very fresh, the Metaxa sauce was rather weak in taste. The fries were okay, although there was no salad - something you would normally expect with such dishes. For us it was definitely the last visit to Rozafa - a shame.

There is nothing to complain about here. Price-performance is really very good. I haven't eaten so well in a very long time. The service is always attentive. We'll be back!

Kellner ist gnadenlos frech, respektlos und beleidigend. Sehr schlechter Humor und man kriegt schön Gänsehaut vor Fremdscharm. Essen ist in Ordnung, aber da gibt es bessere Griechen in Elmshorn. Führt einen übrigens auch vor anderen Gästen vor, was total unangenehm ist - nie wieder! War bereits das zweite mal das ich hier war, jeder hat eine zweite Chance verdient - aber direkt wieder in den Sack gehauen!

I have rarely eaten such delicious lamb! The veal liver that my wife had was also very tender. The food was well seasoned and the tzatziki was nice and mild. The Greek yogurt for dessert is highly recommended. We'd love to come back! 😃👍🏻

Very tasty food, even though we wanted food shortly before closing time, the staff was really friendly and relaxed. The atmosphere is also very cozy, has a bit of a canteen feel, but that's not so bad because the rest is right.

We ate here on Christmas Day, it was perfect.

We stayed at the Hotel Garner, which is adjacent to this restaurant, from December 27th to December 28th, 2024 and had breakfast here. The breakfast was rather lower category, there were cold scrambled eggs, half-fried bacon, only 2 rolls and 1 type of bread. However, there were several signs on the display advertising dishes that weren't available. One employee was very unfriendly to me and the ladies were rather reserved. Maybe the hotel should consider offering breakfast itself. If it hadn't been included in the price we wouldn't have used it at all. The restaurant had a waiting room character.

The food was again really tasty, the service was very nice, it wasn't the last time.

Unfortunately the food didn't come to me. The food is based on measure rather than class. I'll stay with my regular Greek at the cinema.

Zuerst: ich bin eigentlich kein Freund der griechischen Küche, da ich bislang - zumindest außerhalb Griechenlands - immer enttäuscht war. Oft zu fettig und geschmacklos. Ganz anders hier: ich habe noch nie so gut griechisch gegessen. Von Vorspeise über das Hauptgericht bis zum Nachtisch: alles sehr sehr lecker! Die Atmosphäre war auch in Ordnung und der Service - selbst zu unserem Dackelchen - super freundlich. Schade, dass wir nur auf der Durchreise waren, sonst würden wir sicher wieder kommen!

Delicious food and excellent staff. Super friendly. The only pity is that not all staff can speak English equally well and that is sometimes a bit of manual work. Or you speak German. The food was also fast and hot. Otherwise we had a great experience and recommend it to everyone!

We have been coming to eat with these nice and courteous people for years and not without reason. The food here is super delicious and I don't just say that because Greek isn't always my thing. The service is absolutely great and the innkeepers are up for fun. The ambience is very presentable and it's hard to get up after a satiated nice cozy evening. Overall, 6 out of 5 stars would be given in all respects.

Good food in Elmshorn remains a rarity. From the mishmash of the menu we ordered lamb skewers and a bifteki (filled with what was supposed to be Metaxa sauce). As a starter, grilled pepperoni with tzatziki. The pepperoni was from a jar and tasted mainly like garlic. After a lot of puzzles. So much for the “good” part. The lamb was raw, as was the bifteki. The former was fried again and was then tough as leather. Unfortunately, the frozen vegetables were not suitable as a side dish. In addition, it was only partially warmed. The tzatziki was okay. The Bifteki has been remade. The portion wasn't as raw as the first attempt, but just as small. There were also potato chips. Nothing else. Also no salad beforehand or with it. Really meager for just under twenty euros. It's a shame: the rather grumpy-looking waiter didn't even begin to show his regret or apologize. For drinks we had a white wine spritzer and an Alster. The Alster was okay, the water dominated the spritzer too much. It didn't take away from the train station atmosphere. The fact that there was an additional starter on the bill fit into the overall picture. Conclusion: almost 60 euros for two boring and completely unsuccessful dishes. An experience that we will certainly not have again here.

We had dinner here today to celebrate a big birthday. The atmosphere was very modern (which I really like) and you immediately felt comfortable. The waiters greeted you very friendly and were very attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The starter was great, very fresh and extremely tasty. This continued with the main course and dessert. So you can say it was an all-round successful evening and highly recommended.

First of all there is nice bread and (spoiler: the cola is really tasty l) if you order a beer (Afb) you get a glass with a bottle. The food is very tasty and a lot of it is highly recommended, but the portions are a bit too big. 😁 I recommend it completely and would go there again and again and of course give a tip.

Die Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Restaurant ist recht gut besucht, haben nicht lange auf unser Essen gewartet.

Greeks are now a dime a dozen, but this one stands out with a very cozy atmosphere, friendly and, above all, relaxed staff. We really enjoyed our time here, the price was also great for the quality on offer. We would be happy to come back and can also unreservedly recommend this location to other guests who are even mildly enthusiastic about Greek food.

Good portions, nice atmosphere, nice people - we were satisfied.

Disaster to the power of 10 The breakfast buffet was poor. Cheap cold cuts beer ham, salami & cheese. Complete. Jam and yogurt. Scrambled eggs had been lying around for a long time and were already extremely dry. Rolls like roofing felt and 2 only to choose from! 1 type of packaged cheap bread. The buffet resembled a hospital cafeteria! 20€ per person for that? Cheers meal! We vacuumed while we ate breakfast! Are you crazy? Cappuccino was made by 3 employees and they visibly gossiped about the guests in their language and always looked at them. We didn't even eat half a roll and will never visit the store again!

Sind ca.4-5 mal im Jahr hier essen. Qualität vom essen immer gut und auch auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen und auch diese schmecken sehr gut. Service unserer Meinung nach gut. Alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die spezielle Art muss aber nicht für jeden was sein.

Wir waren schon ein paar mal dort und letztes mal wurde uns erst ein falsches Getränk hingestellt und beim nachordern eines weiteren Getränkes, wurde dieses vergessen, obwohl der Kellner mehrfach in unsere Richtung geschaut hat. Der Salat war mega scharf, sonst war das Essen wie immer top.

Waren spontan zu dritt am Abend hier essen. Wurden freundlich empfangen. Essen war lecker und reichlich. Preisleistung stimmt hier.

Wir waren an Weihnachten dort essen und waren alle begeistert. Nettes Personal und ansprechendes Ambiente. Das Essen war schön angerichtet und allen hat es geschmeckt.

Sehr nette Bedienung 👍 Das Gyros ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Leber hat auch gut geschmeckt, war jedoch für meinen Geschmack etwas zu sehnig leider. Für jeden Weingeschmack ist etwas dabei. Ein Kinderhochstuhl ist auch vorhanden und reichlich Parkplätze sind auch da.
