Unfortunately, we weren't very impressed on our second visit either. The food was lukewarm, the portions were small, and the taste left something to be desired. The service could also be better...it's a shame, but there won't be a third chance.

You should book online. The service was excellent. Yes, there was sometimes a slight language barrier, but everyone was friendly. There were eight of us, a lovely family meal, with tapas-style appetizers. Delicious main courses with lamb. The price was perfectly reasonable. We were there in a good location.

An exceptionally wonderful restaurant – very tastefully decorated, with a covered and heated conservatory that adds a special touch. The menu is extensive, and the tapas are absolutely fantastic. The service is excellent, extremely friendly and attentive, and every request is promptly fulfilled. Questions about the dishes are answered thoroughly and kindly. We will definitely be back soon.

You can tell immediately: IMÉRA is a Greek restaurant that truly values ​​quality. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and authentically Greek, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. For me, it's one of the best Greek restaurants in Elmshorn – whether for a relaxed dinner, a family meal, or a meal with friends. The value for money is excellent, the portions are generous, freshly prepared, and very authentic. I can recommend IMÉRA Elmshorn to anyone who loves good Greek food. A real highlight in the region! I will definitely be back.

The food here is excellent. The staff are very friendly and the food is truly delicious. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, depending on the day and time of your visit. We had a table in the front area with an extra fire to keep us warm. The noise level was loud, but still acceptable.

I can't remember ever having such good Greek food: simple, but thanks to the dressing (not the classic vinaigrette), a very good salad to start, meat and fish specialties cooked to perfection, incredibly well-prepared, seasoned, and presented, great side dishes – fries that were far better than fries because they were different 😉, refined with herbs – and the tzatziki was very, very good. Very friendly, even warm, service, unobtrusive yet extremely attentive, creating a comfortable atmosphere. At the same time, you get the feeling that the front-of-house staff genuinely enjoy being there: the staff also interacted harmoniously with each other. The restaurant's decor isn't easy to describe: elegant and chic, but not cluttered, featuring subtle eye-catchers that create a very cozy ambiance (e.g., the cushions on the benches and, in the evenings, elegant lighting such as tabletop fireplaces in the conservatory). The bar with its large counter is like the unassuming heart of the entire place – spacious and centrally located, yet not overwhelming. Food was excellent, atmosphere was excellent, service was excellent!!! Unfortunately, I can only give it 5 stars...

Everything is perfect; I've never been to such a great restaurant. The ambiance is beautiful and modern, with a wonderful Greek touch. The food is incredibly delicious. There's a huge selection, and everything is homemade with the highest quality ingredients. The fries were also amazing; I've never had such delicious fries—perfectly crispy on the outside and super fluffy and soft on the inside. The service is wonderful too. They always ask if everything is alright, if everything is okay, or if you need anything else. I've never felt so valued as a guest. You don't have to wait long for your food, and the appetizer is so delicious. The drinks are also great and really tasty. So, I would come back again and again; it's the best restaurant I know. And another great thing is that you get a lot for your money—not only a great atmosphere and excellent service but also a generous portion. I can't recommend it enough.

It was absolutely wonderful! The last time we ate this well was abroad, in person. I had grilled tuna tubes with salad, lemon vinegar, and thyme potatoes. This was accompanied by a 0.5l of authentic Greek wine, which complemented the meal as if we were dining on the Mediterranean. A truly wonderful culinary experience with a delicious dessert in a cozy, modern, and atmospheric setting. We will definitely (!!!) be back. Thank you and keep up the good work! Great!

This was my first time at Imera, and it was a truly wonderful experience. We felt welcome from the very first moment. The waiter was extremely friendly and helpful – at our request, he immediately offered us a quiet spot in the conservatory, where we felt very comfortable. The food was simply exceptional: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every dish is excellent, and you can tell they place great emphasis on quality – when we asked about dessert, the waiter suggested the cheesecake, which was outstanding. The drink selection was also fitting and perfectly rounded off the experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant – elegant, cozy, and relaxing at the same time. I would also like to particularly emphasize the excellent service: warm, friendly, and professional, without being intrusive. Overall, a wonderful evening. Free parking is available nearby. I really enjoyed the fries and the gyros; they're not run-of-the-mill, but rather special. The price/performance ratio is good; I'd be happy to come back next time I'm in Elmshorn.

The two of us were there on a Saturday evening and luckily had a reservation. The restaurant was very busy that evening. We were seated in the conservatory. Great ambiance, great ambient lighting. The food was good. We had the lamb and chicken strips. The lamb would have been cooked medium, but unfortunately, it was well done. However, neither I nor the waiter communicated this beforehand, so it was okay. Our starter was delicious; the honey was super creamy and mild. I don't usually like honey, but this was delicious. The desserts were delicious! All the dishes arrived on warm plates, and the cutlery was also warm. The service was excellent; all requests were taken into account and implemented! High praise! The restaurant is very busy, and unfortunately, we had the misfortune of encountering a group that was shouting throughout the conservatory, making it impossible to have a conversation. The background noise became incredibly unpleasant and quickly led to headaches. We would have liked the staff to have made a small comment about the volume, saying they were welcome to turn it down. We could barely hear anything when ordering. We would come back, just maybe not on a Saturday night ☺️

Given the 4.9 stars and the other very good reviews, we thought we'd give it a try. Unfortunately, we sat outside under the enclosed terrace on a manhole cover. It was a Friday evening and the place was extremely busy. The noise level was so loud that you couldn't have a normal conversation at the table. Service was also barely there. We waited a long time and the food was okay. For €20-30 per dish, we expected more. The food wasn't really hot. The gyros, unfortunately, wasn't that tasty either. We've had better elsewhere. €2.90 for an ouzo is unfortunately not fair either. At a Greek restaurant in the upscale price range, you'd expect the occasional ouzo to be free. We therefore cannot recommend the restaurant.

The Iméra Restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. It's also beautifully decorated. The food was delicious. All dishes were cooked to perfection, and the sauces were perfectly seasoned. Highly recommended. We didn't have a reservation (there were two of us) and managed to get a nice seat despite the restaurant being full.
