I was able to spend a wonderful birthday evening at Iméra with my family. A dreamy atmosphere, fantastic staff, and delicious food. We say thank you and will be back soon...

Huge portions, and I say that as a man who eats like a vacuum cleaner. I had to take the rest home, and it tastes damn good. The ambiance is 10/10; someone really put some thought into this.

Stopped here because of the good reviews. Very spacious restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. There are plenty of waitresses, but unfortunately it's sometimes difficult to get noticed because of a subsequent drink request. Maybe it would make more sense for the waitress to come to you and ask if you would like anything else. No question about whether everything is OK with the food, tzatziki as elsewhere too little. Otherwise the food was okay. Overall, I would have expected more from it. Decoration is present due to the white ambience, calmer Greek music would have been more appropriate than the pop music of the day. Mainly a restaurant for the surrounding region as it is very hidden.

I can't understand the many positive reviews. But first things first: Ambience good, service good, very loud inside, luckily we sat in the much quieter and pleasant winter garden. Furniture is slightly problematic for tall people as it is quite low. Starters (fried vegetables, sardines) good and tasty. Main course mediocre at best. Gyros bland and dry, pork fillet as well. Tzatziki apparently from the wholesale market, no kick, no taste of cucumber or garlic. On the other hand, the fries and the bifteki were really great. We will still come back because everyone should have a second chance and I'm curious about the meze. I definitely won't order meat again.

Very nice modern atmosphere. It also works without Doric columns and hanging baskets. At Greek restaurants you often have the feeling that everyone buys from the same wholesaler, there is a standard spice and the chef is a clone. The dish consists of an overfull filling plate. None of that is the case here!!! There were five of us there and everyone was impressed with their dish. The food is fresh and imaginative. Above all, the starter salad deserves mention. It was really extremely good.

We are very excited. We didn't have a table reservation and got a seat despite it being quite full. The staff were all very friendly and everything went really quickly. The food was more than plentiful and everything was very, very tasty. It's worth going here.

A real insider tip! The Iméra in Elmshorn has delicious food and a nice, cozy atmosphere. The service is very friendly and attentive. You feel really comfortable. I'd love to come back!

The food and service were, as always, very good. It's always a pleasure to eat there with my family and friends. The meat is particularly recommended!!! The restaurant is highly recommended, whether alone or in a large group, you always feel comfortable.

The most beautiful restaurant in Elmshorn 🤩 The ambience is perfect and the service from the greeting to the farewell is perfect. We were here for dinner with 4 people in the afternoon. All dishes looked excellent and were delicious. As we all know, you can argue about tzatziki 😉 We'd love to come back. Thank you for the good hospitality.

I would like to thank you very much for the wonderful experience in your restaurant. From the first moment we felt very comfortable. The food was simply perfect - from the quality of the ingredients to the loving preparation and the excellent taste. Every dish was a delight! The service was also excellent: friendly, attentive and professional. We were always well looked after without it seeming intrusive.

Very good restaurant almost next to the cinema in Elmshorn. A visit here is definitely worth it, even without going to the cinema. The employees all look happy and satisfied and contribute significantly to the great atmosphere. Whether in the winter garden or in the restaurant itself it is beautifully decorated. The food was really plentiful and of very good quality - we even had some packed for us. What I would like to point out positively is that the dips for the breaded mushrooms are very tasty and fresh and they don't just consist of garlic. Overall, the dishes are not overloaded with garlic, which I find very pleasant. Thank you for the great evening! Clear recommendation!!!

Ordered a small portion of gyros for the price of a normal portion, the saganaki was awesome, I've never had one so delicious, I didn't know beforehand that the price would stay the same, unfortunately there was a lot of fat and gristle, no salad with it like others get.......Service very nice, nice decor

Super nice service, looking forward to the next time. No pushy staff who always ask when their mouths are full and always have an eye for a hand wave. The food was perfect. I actually recommend reserving a table as it gets busy throughout the evening. My companion and I couldn't complain about the volume, which is so often complained about here.

*Atmosphere*: The restaurant offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The *decoration* is modern, yet warm and inviting. The *lighting* is pleasant, not too bright, which creates a relaxed mood. The space was spacious and we felt very comfortable. The meal was excellent! We tried the mixed meat platter and it was perfectly cooked - nicely browned on the outside and wonderfully juicy on the inside. The *side dishes* (e.g. vegetables, potatoes) were fresh and well seasoned. Particularly noteworthy is the *dessert* I tried the chocolate soufflé, the cheesecake and the semolina pudding - and all three were just perfect! The sweetness was just right, the textures heavenly, and every bite was a delight. I was particularly impressed by how harmoniously the flavors were coordinated. An absolute must for dessert lovers! *Drinks*: The drinks menu offers a good selection of *wines* and *cocktails*, but there are also exciting options for non-alcoholics. *Conclusion*: Overall it was an *unforgettable experience*. The restaurant offers excellent food, excellent service and a very pleasant atmosphere. I *recommend* it to anyone looking for a special dinner. Very friendly service, we were more than impressed with the food. It was just supposed to be a little something late in the evening. The preparation and quantity were more than satisfactory. Would love to come back.

We were with you today. The food was outstanding! Very, very tasty! The service was also first class, we felt we were in good hands! Two things we didn't like were: 1. the extreme volume. Unfortunately, you can't have a conversation without essentially shouting at each other. 2.We first went to the winter garden, but it was too stuffy and much too warm for us. But otherwise everything was great!

The reviews and the pictures speak for themselves. Here enjoyment meets love and not just in the furnishings, but especially in the chef. This restaurant understands what a guest likes. Sufficient service staff so I never had to wait long if I wanted to reorder something. Even if you are undecided, they are happy to help and highly recommended. By the way, I recommend that you be very hungry, as the portions are already large. As already mentioned at the beginning, here you get something for the eyes and the stomach.

I have rarely experienced such good service and eaten such delicious food. The atmosphere is super nice & pleasant. My partner and I have now been there for the fourth time. Today for our anniversary. Every waiter congratulated us and we got a drink on the house as a surprise. I can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant.

Wow, both the takeaway and restaurant meals are highly recommended. We always joke about our gyros out of the house - we definitely have to complain, way too much and too good quality ;-) The service in the really nice, fresh atmosphere is extremely friendly and on the ball. The food is something to behold, the plates look very nice and taste good. The reception when you enter the restaurant is already a friendly, warm welcome!

We are always thrilled, great food, very attentive staff. Can't understand why you get a bad review because there is no availability to eat outside the house during the Christmas season. Christmas Day doesn't come suddenly, you could have found out more. Then you look forward to later... I don't understand the bad criticism. We like to come back again and again, even if we can't get a table spontaneously because it's fully booked. Then just another day. Lg

The Iméra restaurant is simply fantastic! Everything is right here, from the first-class food to the wonderful ambience. The kitchen conjures up culinary highlights that really make every visit an experience. The staff is also absolutely remarkable: whether in service or at the counter, everyone is friendly, professional and always attentive. You feel completely comfortable and perfectly looked after. I can only warmly recommend Iméra. Hospitality at the highest level is experienced here - definitely a place you'll want to return to again and again!

Our absolute favorite Greek. Very attentive staff with great service. You feel warmly welcome as soon as you enter the restaurant. It is very pleasing that the guests are asked in advance whether they can be served an ouzo. We find that very pleasant, as alcohol is not always the order of the day. The selection of food and drinks could be presented a little more clearly on the menu, but at the same time the offering is not overloaded, which suggests fresh preparation, and the drinks menu also leaves nothing to be desired. The bread served in advance is fresh and crispy, the salad as a starter is perfect and makes you look forward to the main course. The dishes are prepared to perfection, tasty and the prepared meat is tender and juicy. They carefully ask whether everything is OK and the dishes are removed quickly without putting the guest under any time pressure. If the generous portion cannot be made, the leftover food is kindly packed up to take away. Finally, a cappuccino…? This wish is also fulfilled in a friendly manner and as a guest you are greeted with a handshake. The restaurant offers different seating options - depending on the season: from the classic restaurant, to the outdoor terrace, to the winter garden (heated with fireplaces in the cold season). The restaurant is highly recommended; if you want to spend a nice evening, you should reserve a table.

We were passing through here because we were looking for something tasty near the highway. We ordered takeaway. 1A service, the taste was a hit, the price was right, the restaurant was clean and modern and on top of that there was a free cheesecake. We'll be back.

The food is great, but unfortunately the service is not. We wanted to order something to pick up on Christmas Day, but unfortunately they were very short on the phone and told me that it was closed for pick-up, then the phone was hung up. Sorry, but when it's open, the usual service should be offered or you should make it clear on the Internet (Google, website, etc.) which service is offered. The Christmas party was planned so that we would get the food from Imara. This is how you can ruin the party. Despite the good food, it was the last time.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review, the food is great, everything tastes very good, I called there on Christmas Day and wanted to order something to pick up because unfortunately we are not able to go to the restaurant with my father and mother, who are in need of care. (My father can't sit for long and you can't easily take a nursing bed with you). My husband said I would like to order something to be picked up, the gentleman on the other end just said I had to ask for a moment, then he was back on it and said it wasn't a nice day to pick it up and hung up the phone. So service is different, and you could have put it online over Christmas only for local guests, no pickup over the holidays. I'm really very disappointed with the service, especially for my parents who were really looking forward to the food. Merry Christmas

Were here on Christmas Day and as always it was very nice and super tasty. Great service, special requests are always taken into account, even with difficult guests like me.

Wie immer TOP . Sehr lecker gegessen verschiedene Vorspeisen. Tolle Sardinien, Sakanaki mit Honig und vieles mehr, kann alles empfehlen. Man muss aber reservieren immer voll .

Ambience creates a mood and atmosphere so that you always feel comfortable. Star deduction is in relation to meat. Last visit it tasted a little different. Just one request: don't save money! We celebrated our Christmas party there with 21 people. From the first contact to the food requests, service, friendliness, quality of the food...it was simply PERFECT. We really enjoyed it. Absolutely recommended!!!

If you like Greek food..visit. we ate outside in the enclosed area with l9vely fires to keep us warm..modern, great food selection..menu was extensive and if you don't speak German..in just a few minutes your phone can translate the menu. Really enjoyed my evening and meal. Would gladly visit again. Not all waiters speak English, so I was pleased to be with s German speaker for getting along with communication. It is possible to order, etc without speaking German as most travelers will know..it was just a bit easier . Go there..unlikely you will be disappointed.
