Very nice decor and furniture. perfect service and a large selection of Greek dishes. Very good cuisine, excellent wines. Good price/performance ratio.

There were five of us here and we ate very well. The service is friendly and quick. In fact, the portions aren't big... there's nothing left that I liked. Ambiance is high quality and prices are high.

The Poseidon in Lörrach is an absolute must for Greek cuisine! The dishes are authentic, fresh and prepared with lots of taste. The grilled dishes are particularly impressive across the board. The service is fast, attentive and very friendly - you immediately feel welcome. Clear recommendation for everyone who appreciates good food and a cozy atmosphere! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fine food, friendly staff. Since I don't eat carbs, wanted more vegetables. I was given plenty of fine, fresh vegetables. Asked for tzatziki sauce, I got it too. What more could you want? I highly recommend Poseidon!

Salad wasn't anything special, the dressing really could have tasted better. The platter tasted very good, but the fries were a criticism... they were rather fluffy. ----> should be nice and golden yellow and crisp. Maybe with chips salt/spice. Would make a lot of difference. Service was very careless. The colleague sat in front of her empty aperitif glass for ages. I had to make various noises, including simulating a loud sneeze, until the blonde waiter noticed us again. Unfortunately we weren't asked if it tasted good. Only when we had almost finished the main course. Normally you should be asked about this about 1 minute after you have received the main course in order to accept any requests from the guest. Or in order to be able to respond if there is a complaint. We weren't asked for a dessert or a nightcap.... (additional sale) which is why there was only a minimal tip. Which was actually too much...

We spent some time looking for a Greek restaurant that was also open on a Monday. The restaurant is tastefully and comfortably furnished, the food is delicious and the service is very nice. The only drawback is the parking situation. Many residents' parking spaces, the (almost empty) Rewe parking lot is apparently monitored by cameras (90 minutes with parking disc).

The place is very clean and characteristic, it has a sound I don't know what. It's beautiful! The toilets are very well kept and clean. The staff is truly top notch. Attentive and friendly. Congratulations. The food is of excellent quality. The dishes are very simple but of fabulous taste. There is no need for pomposity, embellishments, splashes of balsamic vinegar etc. etc. the food is excellent and nothing else is needed. The price is in accordance with the restaurant.

A very nice greek restaurant in Lörrach, where you would expect it the least :) everything was awesome. As for improvement, I think they could bake their bread inhouse, that would take their quality one step further.

A really delicious meal! We really enjoyed it and will happily order/eat there again. Ordering online is a great thing for take away. Unfortunately we had a big worm in the baked potato, which of course was inedible. You should perhaps check this a little better before preparation. Since we had take away, we unfortunately couldn't complain about this directly and so this portion was unfortunately bought for free. Therefore there is a star deduction.

I had my birthday dinner in the restaurant today, May 14th, 2024. Was delicious. I haven't had a Greek meal in a long time. Nice dishes. But the starter soup could be a bit bigger. Was almost homeopathic size. Food very tasty. We recommend. I have seen that many people order the wine in the 0.5 liter size. That's why I recommend specifying the size on the card with a fixed price. Maybe even a little cheaper than ordering it as individual glasses. Nice good staff

The overall package is very good here. Service was really nice, food tasted very good and value for money was also ok. We'd love to come back.

The food was really oily and half of it was wrong on the plate. The real food came but everything was cold by then... Quality of the food is rather very low! e.g.: fries made with fat and not cooked through Goodwill was: the water went on them... no more

We sat in the Garden Restaurant and felt comfortable, the staff was friendly, quiet and the food came relatively quickly. The selection was typically Greek. Everything seemed a bit more upscale, which I don't need. In terms of price, everything was more expensive than in other Greek restaurants. The food was fresh and tasty but the portions are not large.

A truly outstanding Greek! It's a bit more expensive than I'm used to, but we're on the Swiss border and the food was really high quality! The lamb was great, grilled to a perfect medium medium and the salad was also much better than I usually find. The atmosphere is great, very nicely decorated and very friendly service. However, it would have been nice to say that the tzatziki, which I ordered with it, cost extra. I've experienced it differently with others, that you simply get a little extra tzatziki without having to pay €4.40 straight away.

Locally quite ok. Food not recommended, small quantity, big prices! The only Greek restaurant is and remains No. 1 Dionysos Rheinfelden! Always fresh and best taste! Poseidon once and never again!

Very nice restaurant. Disappointing service, waited over an hour for food. Inattentive service. Plus point for the original glasses and cocktails as well as the funny table lamp and decorations. There wasn't much food for the usual high prices. Another order was missing for dessert. PannaCotta very tasty, but 9! Euro. The espressos on the house didn't make up for that either. Bit disappointing. Too bad. Difficult to find a parking space.🙄💩

Definitely my favorite restaurant in Lörrach. The price is on the higher end for DE, but the quality is really first class. Since my visit to Poseidon I've even enjoyed eating lamb, which really speaks for itself. :-) I also find the drinks and cocktails particularly worth mentioning. There are few restaurants that can offer a comparably impressive selection. I think the prices for the drinks are ok, they are certainly worth it.

I know Poseidon from the 80s, and it was great back then, and I haven't been there since I moved back from Berlin. But today I have to say a lot of praise, the service, the food, the ambience are simply great. 5 STARS from me.

We have been here several times and have always felt very comfortable. Our last visit was disappointing. This was mainly due to the prices and what you get for it. For example, red wine 0.5l for €17.50, a small mixed salad for €7.50, a mixed lamb plate for €35 (where I would have expected more meat) or a fatagoto for €4, which was probably served fresh from the fridge. ..to name just a few examples. Overall we found it overpriced. It's a shame actually; always enjoyed going there.

Service top! Food great! Ambience great! Facility top! Everything is great except, I think there aren't enough things without pork and lamb. It's very difficult as a Muslim... and not everyone likes lamb... but otherwise everything is really, really good and clean!

The three of us ate very well and richly. Food was very well prepared (squid) and served with rice and fresh vegetables. The side salad was very well prepared and the open Greek wine was excellent.

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, additional fries that were ordered were forgotten, but appeared on the bill. The room lighting was a little too dark for my taste, we were there in the evening. Otherwise everything was fine and I can definitely recommend it.

Greatest tzatziki ever! Really spicy, I love it! By the way, that's the empty bowl in the pictures. The grill plate and the chicken plate taste great, the chicken could have stayed on the grill a little longer. Strangely enough, my husband wasn't full afterwards, the portion was rather moderate. Nice ambience, good Greek music, very nice staff.

Sehr schlechter Service, wenn man Leute nach eineinhalb Stunden entsorgen will, sorry geht gar nicht, zumal nichts vorher am Telefon gesagt wurde, sonst hätten wir nie dort reserviert, mein Silvester ist dadurch versaut worden, nicht empfehlenswert

Mit Abstand das beste griechische Restaurant im Raum Lörrach! Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch wenn man nicht reserviert hat, kann man spontan vorbeikommen und trotzdem einen Tisch bekommen! 🎯🏁 Über das Essen kann ich nur sagen: LECKER 🤤, LECKER 🤤, LECKER 🤤 Gute Portionen, schön angerichtet und sollte jede:n satt machen. Wir kommen schon seit Fahren hierher und werden das mit Sicherheit auch weiter tun! 👍🏻

Kommen gerne wieder. Sehr lecker war der zaziki. Das Fleisch ein wenig trocken, aber sehr geschmackvoll.

Wir gehen seit über 15 Jahren in dieses Restaurant (wenn wir vor Ort sind) ... Ob Mittags, Abends, Silvester usw... Es gehört seit eh und je zu den besten die wir kennen... Nettes Personal... Top Essen... Gute Getränke... Faire Preise...macht jedes mal eine grosse Freude hier zu sein...

Das Essen kam zügig und war lecker. Schön auch wieder typisch griechisch der Ouzo aufs Haus. Service freundlich und schnell. Sommergarten schön, aber man sitzt leider Tisch an Tisch und bekommt alle Gespräche vom Nachbarn mit.

Sehr gutes griechisches Restaurant: lecker zubereitete Speisen bei gutem Service. Fischmenü für 48 Euro mit div. griechischen Vorspeisen, gemischtem Salat, Fischplatte vom Grill (toll!!!) und Eis mit heißen Feigen als Nachspeise. Ausgesprochen lecker!

Ein sehr gemütliches Lokal. Die Speisen waren wunderschön angerichtet und die Teller nicht überfüllt. Waren begeistert. Das Essen war sehr gut. Tolle Speisekarte.

We celebrated a birthday here. Food was super! Highly recommend the starters - garlic bread, hot peppers, sheep cheese filled filo pastry and pita with Zaziki. The main course was decent as well. We ordered a variety of dishes. The staff was kind and accommodating. However, they charged 2.5 euro per head for cutting and serving the cake. We had bought the cake from somewhere else.

Leider kann ich das Essen nicht bewerten,sah aber gut aus. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, gerade wenn man mit einem Hund kommt und vielleicht nicht den Erwartungen entspricht, ist nicht tollerabel und so sind wir gegabgen zu unserem Glück zu einem Italiener, wo Kinder und Hunde-Freundlichkeit angesehen werden. Wir kommen nicht zurück, auch wenn die Qualität der Speisen sicherlich angemessen erscheint, doch sollte dies nicht zur Arroganz verleiten.

Etwas teurer als bei griechischen Restaurants üblich. Aber das Essen war sehr lecker und jeden Euro wert. Ich habe noch nie so ein leckeres, qualitativ hochwertiges Gyros gegessen.

Ein schönes griechisches Restaurant mit gutem Essen und einem guten Service. Die Innenausstattung bietet kleine Bereiche, in denen man für sich sein kann und die Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm bei dem heißen Wetter in diesem Sommer. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Waren das erste Mal im Poseidon und kommen wieder, super feines Essen, toller Service und sehr schönes Ambiente im Garten.
