It has contacted multiple people via different social media outlets and bribes people to give 5 stars to this hotel. If you read a review for this hotel, make sure you look at the details regarding their stay. Unfortunate....

A wonderful experience and incomparable conditions

We had a very large, pretty room. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, it had a bit of everything. We were able to park in the hotel garage. Walk a few minutes to the castle courtyard.

Very nice hotel staff. Rooms very nice, good bed mattress. The breakfast buffet has everything your heart desires. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, the train station is not far, I've been there 3 times. I'll be happy to come back.

In the last 3 days I have been to 4 different cities including ROME-MILAN-BASEL. This hotel tops all the hotels I have stayed in the last 7 days. Price performance TOP. I booked a family room with my 2 children and wife, a very large room with 2 rooms, space for 6 people. Very well maintained and hygienically clean. The staff was also very polite and helpful. Located directly in the pedestrian zone. Lots of restaurants. Top parking garage with elevator. Really great. I am very positively surprised. But if you expect a 5 star hotel, you just have to pay 5 times more and go there which I wouldn't recommend. Book here and you won't regret it

4 rooms were very family friendly and large and clean. We were very surprised and excited. Unfortunately we didn't book breakfast, which we later regretted. The location is great: directly to the shopping street. Reception was friendly but distant. On the whole we were satisfied.

Large, quiet room, nice shower, fluffy towels, exquisite breakfast. In the middle of the city. The only thing about traffic and parking.... Dear people from Lörrach, how is anyone supposed to find their way around??? Take your time, some Swiss patience or neuroleptics with you.

The hotel has a great location. You feel very comfortable, the breakfast buffet is very tasty, the service is perfect. The uncomplicated, friendly atmosphere is a reason to come back.

Great place, great staff, great breakfast and great everything else ;-) First, when I entered the building, it looked to me a little bit strange. Narrow stairs and corridor, small reception desk but it changed completely as soon as I met the receptionist. Professional manners of all the staff, clean bathroom and bedroom with a small balcony leading to a court yard, bottle of mineral water everyday and mainly...... absolutely great breakfast with everything I could think of. The hotel is cca 50 metres from the square with a lot of shops and restaurants but despite to that it is a very quiet place. 100% suggested to everyone!

Great hotel for a stopover in the beautiful center of Lorrach. We had a triple room, spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast is also nothing to complain about, wide choice. Very short and concise explanation at the reception, the signage to the hotel by car is also somewhat less. We eventually parked the car at the Q park garage, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Daily rate €16. All in all, highly recommended for a stopover to your holiday destination or back home.

We had a very spacious family room. We were able to park in the in-house underground car park (max. height 2 m). Good location in the pedestrian zone.

Stayed here in a family room on the way from Italy to the Netherlands. We are very pleased with the hotel, the location and the room. We received a warm welcome, help with parking, a very clean room, nice shower with plenty of towels, delicious breakfast, air conditioning in the room, a good parking garage and in a top location in the center. Very good price-quality ratio! We will definitely come back when we go to Italy again!

The journey was a bit difficult due to construction sites. Unfortunately, you can't fit into the hotel's underground car park with a roof box, but as an exception we were allowed to stand in front of it. The family room is spacious and had (mobile) air conditioning. We couldn't leave the room window open at night either, as the outdoor terrace of the in-house Greek restaurant was directly below the room and was busy until 10/11 p.m. But you can't hear anything when the windows are closed. The room had a refrigerator and a safe. Check-in/checkout effortless. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Dogs are also welcome here. The hotel is practically in the middle of the pedestrian zone and the area offers plenty of nightlife options. Quick shopping is also possible within a stone's throw.

The service staff is kind, and the cleaning staff cleans every day. Also, the breakfast is diverse and delicious. It is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in!

It was a bit loud and too warm in the room. Unfortunately, parking is not free.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days over Easter until yesterday. We liked it a lot. Breakfast, service, rooms all good. The only complaint is that there are not enough parking spaces for all the cars.

I was in Lö again on business. The hotel is a perfect location for exploring the city center in the evening and still staying close to the border with Switzerland. Good price/performance ratio and friendly boss and team.

Nice, simple hotel in the heart of Lörrach. The hotel is very well located. The rooms are absolutely fine and the beds are very good. Only the service at reception leaves a lot to be desired. But it could also be that we were unlucky because we checked in on Sunday evening. Somehow every question we asked was a problem for the employee. Basically it was just a matter of finding out how to get to the hotel's underground car park. On other visits we have had lovely and very accommodating reception staff.

Great hotel, courteous, warm staff, fantastic breakfast, right in the heart of Lörrach! We felt super comfortable. There's a cinema and shopping opportunities right around the corner - whatever you want. The next gym was just under 350 m away... we didn't miss anything... The room was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. I slept very well (and I rarely sleep so well in other people's beds). Thank you for your hospitality ❤️💪🏻

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt, mit gutem Service. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Man bekommt eine Gästekarte mit der man den ÖPNV kostenlos nutzen kann. Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Bahnhof und in weiteren 10 Minuten ist man mit der S-BAHN in der Schweiz. Parkplätze sind zwar eng aber für 10€ sehr preiswert. Gerne wieder.

Wir kommen immer wieder mal sporadisch vorbei. Am lörracher weihnachtsmarkt waren wir und es war sehr schön letztes mal. Das hotel ist gut gelegen und wärend dieser zeit konnten wir kaffee,tee usw holen,eine gute sache 24 stunde. Also wieder einmal

Mehrfach zu Gast gewesen, ich komme gern wieder. Sehr gutes Frühstück,gepflegte saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal.

Ένα απίστευτα προσεγμένο ξενοδοχείο που καλύπτει όλες τις ανάγκες ενός ταξιδιώτη που ταξιδεύει είτε για διακοπές είτε για δουλειές. Απίστευτα όμορφο δωμάτια με στυλ. Πρωινό που θα καλύψει κάθε αναγκή, πλουσιοπάροχο. Απίστευτα καθαρό και όμορφο. Παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις (wi fi υπόγειο γκαράζ και άλλα). Όσο για το προσωπικό καταρτισμένο πάντα πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει και πάντα χαμογελαστό! Το πραγματικό στολίδι όμως είναι οι ιδιοκτήτες του ξενοδοχείου. Δυο άνθρωποι που ξέρουν πολύ καλά τη δουλειά τους ευχάριστοι κοινωνικοί πάντα με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη και πάντα έτοιμοι να καλύψουν τις ανάγκες κάθε επισκέπτη όσο απαιτητικός και αν είναι. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Τέλος να αναφερθούμε και στην τιμή που είναι σίγουρα value for money! Εννοείται πως θα το ξανά προτιμήσω όταν βρίσκομαι στην περιοχή.

Η διαμονή μου στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο ήταν μοναδική. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση καθαρά δωμάτια όλες οι ανέσεις. Καταρτισμένο προσωπικό και 2 ιδιοκτήτες διαμάντια! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, ζεστό περιβάλλον, πολλοί φιλόξενοι ιδιοκτήτες που τους νιώθεις δικούς σου ανθρώπους, εξαιρετικό προσωπικό. Είναι μια σίγουρη και ασφαλής επιλογή για όποιον θέλει να περάσει όμορφα ❤️

Άψογη τοποθεσία καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο μα το σημαντικότερο είναι η εξυπηρέτηση ....οι ιδιοκτήτες από τη πρώτη στιγμή σε κάνουν και αισθάνεσαι σαν το σπίτι σου σε κερδίζουν με τη ευγένεια τη γλυκύτητα τους μα πάνω από όλα με το επαγγελματικό τους είναι φανερό ότι αυτό που κάνουν το κάνουν με πολύ αγάπη
