Super Service, richtig tolles Essen. Komme immer wieder gerne hier hin.

Mittelmaß: mehr aber auch nicht. Falls der Hunger kommt: völlig ok.

Wir haben vor dem Domweihumzug nur kurz etwas getrunken.

Tolles italienisches Restaurant in der Verdener Innenstadt. Die Speisen sind lecker egal ob Pasta, Pizza oder Eis. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Man kann hervorragend drinnen wie auch draußen sitzen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und Sonderwünsche sind kein Problem.

Leider eine sehr durchschnittliche Erfahrung. Bruschetta waren gut, die Fleischbrühe wirkte, als wäre sie auf einer Instantbasis hergestellt (kleine getrocknete Gemüsestücke), das Hähnchen auf dem Cäsarsalat war TK - Formfleisch, auch das Nudelgerichte ließ Geschmacksverstärker vermuten. Sehr schade.

Die Pizza war sehr gut belegt und sehr lecker 👍. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die Bedienung sie war nett aber es brauchte alles seine Zeit, von der Bestellung bis zur Rechnung.

Die Bratkartoffel waren etwas dunkel. Ansonsten ganz lecker.

Leckeres Essen bei tollem Ambiente

Die Pizza war außergewöhnlich lecker, so stellt man sich eine Pizza vor. Leider sind die Pizzapreise sehr teuer und 2.50€ extra für eine extra zutat ist auch sehr teuer finde ich.

Alles erwartungsgemäß mit üblichem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Kann man machen.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und nett, die Pizzen waren recht groß und auch sehr lecker, aber ds haben wir noch nicht gesehen eine Eisdiele und eine Pizzeria in einem eine tolle Idee.

Ich war heute im Rahmen eines Arzttermins in meinem Geburtsort hier eingekehrt, um etwas zu essen. Trotz fehlender Reservierung erhielt ich einen Platz. Ich bekam auf Nachfrage etwas, was laut Karte gar nicht zur Auswahl stand...meine geliebten Tortellini Bolognese...! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Ohne extra nachfragen zu müssen, wurde mir Käse zum Drüberstteuen angeboten, was ich sehr gerne annahm. Das Gericht war extrem lecker und die Portion wirklich ausreichend...!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very tasty pizza. My favorite is and will always be Pizza Pazza. The combination is simply delicious. Everything is a bit on the expensive side, but the quality is good. It's always busy, but there are plenty of seats, so you can easily drop in at short notice.

The food was incredibly delicious, very freshly prepared, and the portions were generous. The service was super nice, fast, and friendly. Unfortunately, this place doesn't come around that often anymore. There's a wide variety of food and drinks on the menu. We'd be happy to come back.

I ate there with my colleagues on Monday. When I entered the restaurant, it was really busy, and I was worried that we'd have to wait a long time for our food because it was already so late. That wasn't the case. The service was very attentive, and the food arrived in no time. Parking is a bit difficult.

Unfortunately, we can't give 0 stars for service. We had pizza, which could have been better, but it was okay. Then for dessert, ice cream with Rocher. I ordered raspberry, blueberry, and hazelnut. After a while, the waitress came and explained to me that they didn't have any Rocher, and asked if nuts were okay. I agreed. The ice cream arrived after a short wait; we'd already finished our espresso. I started eating the ice cream and took a bite of the cone, which was like rubber. As I continued eating my ice cream, I noticed that a scoop of ice cream was missing. In the end, they talked their way out of it and searched for explanations. They couldn't calculate the ice cream and gave me a free espresso, saying it was more than one scoop of ice cream. Okay... if you can afford that... fine. Unfortunately, we can't recommend the place either, unless you're in the mood for excuses from the waitress.

I've rarely experienced such poor service. We had to wait half an eternity for our food and actually had to ask if we'd been forgotten. No apology, no request for another drink. The rudeness was beyond compare. When the food finally arrived, it was good, but the service definitely didn't improve. I won't be seeing that place again anytime soon.

The restaurant is well located and well-frequented. It offers an extensive menu, efficient service, and friendly staff, even in confusing situations. Highly recommended.

We drove a good 70 km yesterday to eat there because it's supposed to be really good. Because of all the construction, we arrived a good 15 minutes before the kitchen break. Nevertheless, we were sent away. Despite explaining the long journey, there wasn't even an attempt to find a solution. According to the internet, the kitchen doesn't have a break on Sundays - just once and never again!

There were seven of us there and we felt very comfortable. The food was plentiful and really good.

It used to be one of my absolute favorite restaurants – we went here regularly, often several times a month. The quality of the food was excellent, the value for money was good, and the atmosphere was lively. It's all the more sad what it's become. On my last visit, hardly anything was the same: The food has significantly declined in quality, the selection seems altered and less appealing, and unfortunately, the taste is no longer what it used to be. The ice cream at the end was particularly disappointing – artificially sweet, lacking any authentic flavor. The prices are now very high. That alone wouldn't be the problem – good quality can come at a price. But the value for money is simply no longer there. Added to that was the unfriendly service at the bar, which was slow to arrive – and this was when the restaurant was almost empty on a warm Friday evening. It used to be hard to get a seat here at times like these. I don't know if the owner or the kitchen team has changed, but something is clearly going wrong here. It's a real shame for a restaurant that once had so much charm and quality.

Delicious Italian cuisine and friendly service.

I was there in May at the invitation of a friend and sat on a covered terrace. After a long wait, I had to go inside and ask to order. Interestingly, we had to stop the waiter from clearing our plates twice, even though we weren't finished eating. The third time, we let them clear our plates because we just wanted to leave anyway. The food was pretty mediocre.

It's truly the best hazelnut ice cream I've had in a while.

The Portofino is a great restaurant, and the food and drinks are excellent. The only thing that bothered me was the €4.60 price tag for a latte micciato.

There wasn't much going on when we visited. Unfortunately pizza wasn't available until 5 p.m. So we had dessert in the form of ice cream and tiramisu. We will come back for the pizzas. The ice cream and tiramisu were tasty, but average. My partner made a faux pas with the tiramisu and it was replaced without any problems.

Best Italian restaurant in the area. With a wide selection of appetizers, pizzas, pastas and drinks. With top quality and large portions. I can only recommend it again and again. Even if you prefer something sweet, this is the right place for you. At lunchtime there is a large selection of different types of ice cream, sundaes and other desserts.

Just the right place to celebrate it 25th anniversary. Reasonable prices, Great food, friendly service, incredible flexibility. The place is located centrally, lots of sitting place in and outside

Rarely have I had such a delicious pizza!

Tuna fillet probably had to be bought from Edeka first, first it took forever for it to arrive (the pizzas had long since been ready), then it was still frozen inside 🙁. They then brought it back into the kitchen and continued cooking it, but it still wasn't tasty. In addition, dirty tablecloths and toilets, a wobbling table... as a consolation there was a scoop of ice cream on the house... we won't eat there anymore!

Great and really nice staff, you can eat and drink comfortably without looking at the clock. I had a good latte caramel... for the 2nd time and not the last time when visiting Verden!! Thank you very much😊

An Italian as you would expect.

Went to the breakfast buffet today and everything was beautifully presented and delicious. However, I have 2 small points of criticism 1. With such a great buffet, I would have expected fresh rolls and no baked goods 2. the Nutella that was filled was so hard that you couldn't spread it. Everything else was great.

The food and service are simply top. Unfortunately, the structure of the room makes it very loud, which makes it difficult to have a conversation at normal volume. The decoration is very attractive.

Hmm, the service is friendly, but somehow slow and the other service (a gentleman) is inattentive. There were only three tables occupied and my neighboring table had to draw attention to itself four times... until someone reacted. I would have expected my pizza ingredients to be completely spread out on the pizza, and not thrown on top so carelessly. At 17 € and a few cents. The cutlery had water stains and either the knife was blunt or the dough was tough.

Hello dear ones. The tiramisu you served was dried out. Unfortunately the taste is sad. Even the mediocre coffee and the thick layer of cocoa didn't help save the dessert. I find on-site feedback incredibly important. This is the only way to respond to your guests. Apparently you also have a concern, otherwise you wouldn't ask for reviews on the place cards in exchange for vouchers. So we gave the food back. Everything was said to be as usual. Too bad. We won't be coming back.

We had pizza and tortellini, both were ok, although at 16.90 for a pizza it wasn't exactly cheap. The parking situation in Verden city center is, however, very modest, but the restaurant can be easily reached on foot from the free parking garage on the Aller. The service was friendly and prompt and the atmosphere was quite modern and appealing.

How cool, coincidentally, homemade gluten-free pizza base is available here today. And I was the first guest to order it. The pizza was really tasty, please be sure to mention it on the menu and website so people know. And....definitely keep it 🙂. I'm so happy, I can finally eat pizza in the restaurant again.

Very nice restaurant with an outdoor terrace in summer, large selection and good service

The restaurant, located in the center of Verden, is very tastefully and really beautifully decorated, which almost invites you to linger. The service is as warm as it is professional and competent. The kitchen is absolutely recommended. I chose the shrimp pan (with fresh mushrooms) as a starter and the pork fillet with Gorgonzola sauce as the main course. My request to change the side dish - I preferred pasta - was met with a friendly smile. To put it simply, the restaurant is fully recommended.

I came here with my family for dinner and really enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and welcoming. One thing I didn’t like was that it was very cramped, you sat and talked and there wasn’t even a meter of distance from the next table. The pizza is very tasty.

Delicious pizza and pasta in a cozy atmosphere. We had 2x pasta (275+284), which tasted very well seasoned. The pizza (270), on the other hand, hardly at all - despite the pesto. It was a shame that the pizza cutlery was just normal cutlery and it was difficult to cut it into bite-sized pieces. Therefore 1 star deduction for each. Drinks cooled with crushed ICE are great, so you have more drink than ice in the glass! We'll definitely come back and try the ice cream and tiramisu.😉

My wife and I were on a short vacation in Verden for a few days. We “came across” this restaurant while strolling in the evening. A first quick glance showed us an ice cream parlor, then we went in and were immediately spoken to in a friendly manner. A great restaurant with good food and nice staff. Went back the next day...were greeted and recognized. The food was great again, and so were the employees. Unfortunately, when paying the bill with a card, an additional charge was due without being pointed out. I asked because the final total seemed a bit “odd” to me and was then given this information. Paying a bill with a normal card, i.e. not a credit card, is actually normal. I have never paid extra for it in any restaurant. Even if it is only a small amount, it should be mentioned...or. this is not justified.

The pizza and the pasta were delicious. Unfortunately, the knives are not suitable for cutting pizza. Payment with EC or Visa costs the valued guest 1.5% of the invoice price. That really doesn't fit into today's times.
