Was a guest for the second time within a month and again it was wonderful! You sit idyllically on the town hall square in Bad Herrenalb and the boss Thomas is a fantastic host. The menu is well thought out and everything (the best rösti I've ever had) tastes really good. Extremely warm and nice! Next time I'll take pictures and add them here. Definitely try it, people!

We ordered potato rosti with bacon and fried eggs. It sounds like a simple meal, but it was a good portion and nicely presented too. The food was really very tasty

I've eaten there a few times now and it's always tasted wonderful. The portions are large and the quality is good. The service is also friendly and good. The homemade Rösti are particularly recommended - you rarely find something so delicious. Also a worthwhile address for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties. I would definitely like to come back!

I had a cozy New Year's Eve with a very delicious 3-course menu. The service was first class. I'll be back. After eating here several times, I can say that the other dishes on the menu are also very tasty. The service staff does a very good job. This New Year's Eve was another very nice evening. It was a lovely evening all around. We once had Rösti with veal liver and once with fried butterfish. We were served courteously by the boss. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. We will come back in any case.

We had a very nice evening in the Plaza, the owner was nice and easy-going and, above all, very attentive, which is not a given. It felt a bit like “eating out at home”. We also liked the food (especially the meatloaf rösti 👍) and we were given straightforward advice on the options regarding intolerances. Clear recommendation!

Man wird sehr liebevoll aufgenommen und man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und das Essen ist top. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr netter Wirt und köstliche Rösti -Speisen

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und zu unserem Platz zugewiesen. Es dauerte einen Moment bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Bis das Essen kam, mussten wir fast eine Stunde warten, was im nach hinein kein Problem war, als wir erfahren haben das nur ein Koch da sei. Während der Wartezeit ist uns der älterne Kellner aufgefallen, der echt gestresst und überfordert rüberkam. Die Kellnerin dagegen, war super sympathisch. Jetzt zum Essen. Das Kartoffelrösti war extremst überwürzt mit Pfeffer, und das Kalbsteak ist trocken geraten. Das Rumpsteak, welches Englisch bestellt wurde, war fast durch. Nachdem die Mängel angesprochen wurden, haben wir ein Gericht und 2 Schnäpse aufs Haus bekommen. Es wurde auf die Mängel sofort reagiert, welches ein Pluspunkt ist. Wir würden es im Normalbetrieb nochmal versuchen, um dem Restaurant noch eine Chance zu geben.

Sehr gut gelegenes Restaurant am Eingang der Ruinen des altertümlichen Klosters. Speisen sind schmackhaft und ausreichend. Sprich Preis-Leistung stimmt. Zudem bei schönem Wetter draußen zu sitzen und den Besuchern Bad Herrenalbs anzuschauen unbezahlbar. Service ist gut und ehrlich. Eine Empfehlung für eine Einkehr.

Das Essen war sehr, sehr lecker und der Service einmalig. Alles in allem volle Punktzahl! Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Schon mehrfach durften wir in Thomas Jankokowskis "Wohnzimmer" Platz nehmen und verbrachten wunderbare Stunden dort! - Die Speisen köstlich!- Woanders sind die Rösti Beilage, hier werden sie zur Hauptattraktion! Begleitet von frischen Produkten, tollem Fleisch zaubert Koch Abbas und seine Küchencrew Gaumenfreuden höchster Güte!- Krosse, wohlschmeckende Rösti z.B mit herrlicher Kalbsleber, Kalbssteak etc. oder einfach nur mit bestem Bergkäse, Spiegelei und Gemüse! Immer begleitet von frischem Salat mit leckerem Dressing! Immer auch Angebote auf der Tafel- Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!! Reichhaltiges Getränkeangebot!- Vom Cocktail über leckerste Weine und Bierspezialitäten- Alles perfekt kalkuliert! Zum Service nur drei Worte; Liebe, Leidenschaft, Lockerheit! Man muß schon weit fahren, um so betreut zu werden! ( in diesem Zusammenhang auch liebe Grüße an die Partnerin Nadja von Thoms Jankowski, die aktiv und im Hintergrund wertvolle und wichtige Strippen zieht!) Plaza Restaurant in Bad Herrenalb Das Platza liegt im Zentrum am Rathausplatz. Es ist ein stylisch modern aber trotzdem sehr gemütliches Lokal. Ea ist top gepflegt. Man sitzt hier sehr gemütlich. Vor dem Lokal, der Rathausplatz bietet genug Platz zum draußen sitzen. Der Service war sehr gut, der Inhaber sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Danke. Essen können wir noch nicht bewerten, aber das ändern wir noch. Denn die Speisekarte liest sich gut. Komme gerne wieder. Gruß Alexander

Leckere selbstgemachter Rösti mit Putengeschnezeltem.

Super, sehr leckeres Essen, man kann auch noch um 20 Uhr unter der Woche zum warmen Essen kommen. Die Mitarbeiter unglaublich bemüht und freundlich - immer wieder gerne :-)

Erg lekker gegeten! De ober kelner (eigenaar?) is een zeer goede gastheer en heeft veel humor. Het restaurant is nieuw en smaakvol ingericht. Mooi terras ervoor. Foto is aan de hoge tafel op het terras genomen (van onze dochter, achter de biertjes met een colaatje).
