A very nice Greek restaurant, almost right on the market square! The owner is very friendly and serves directly!

We were there on vacation and managed to get a seat even without a reservation. However, it's advisable to make a reservation in advance, as the restaurant gets quite busy. We enjoyed the food very much. We received very friendly service.

We went there yesterday without a reservation. Two people walked to the back of the restaurant and waited for a waiter to ask if there was room. The waiter said a colleague would be right there. We then stood there for a full 10 minutes, even though there were still 2-3 tables free. I was about to leave when the colleague finally told us where to sit. The beer garden is cool. The food is okay. I had the Paros plate (souvlaki and gyros), which I found a bit underpriced. My girlfriend had pork with herb butter. The salad portion and rice could have been bigger; the restaurant would have barely spent any more, and everyone would have been satisfied. Everything tasted great.

Tasted very good and the ambience is very nice

One of the best restaurants in town. We regularly visit this restaurant; whether in the beautiful beer garden behind the building or inside, the atmosphere is Greek and cozy. A call to make a reservation wouldn't hurt. The prices are definitely worth it for the quality of the product. Friendly staff, excellent quality food, and always fresh salad await you here. If you like red wine, you should try the light red Imiglykos or the full-bodied Mavrodaghne. Enjoy!

Delicious food and good prices. Plates aren't overloaded and easy to manage. Value for money is right.

We dined for two and each ordered Gyros Metaxa, my dish also with a farmer's salad. The salad portion was, in my opinion, very small. While the Gyros Metaxa was acceptable, the meat quality was not very good: very fatty. The side order of fries was also extremely sparse (perhaps a smaller plate would have made it more of an impact).

This is the best Greek restaurant. This restaurant must never disappear from Waging. Just awesome

Extremely friendly service, very good food and decent portions for a reasonable price. Gyros in particular are highly recommended.

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, very professional and prompt, something you don't always have these days. Dogs welcome, thank you very much. Free ouzo before meal very good. Gyros/Suzuki well, gyros are hard to fork because they're all mini pieces and don't taste particularly good, not recommended at all. Suzuki quite OK, mediocre in taste. Amount of meat on the lower limit is OK, gyros covered with lots of onions to "balance" it, that's borderline, the other way around would be better. Fries taste excellent and normal quantity. Tzatziki too small in quantity and served in impractical small cups, it's hard to get the remaining amount out - why not just a blob on the plate?? Calamari weren't ready and tomato rice didn't taste good. The store was full and reservations definitely made sense.

Overall, highly recommended. Authentic Greek cuisine. A female service person was very grumpy and displeased, you didn't feel welcome. The boss made up for it, very nice and friendly. Gladly again on the next vacation.

Wir gehen seit mehreren Jahren dort hin aber dieser Besuch war der Letzte. Ich hatte Reserviert und wurde plump vor die Tür gestellt und mussten dann trotzdem warten. Die Bestellung und Wartezeit extrem laut und unhöflich. Die Getränke und und der Salat würden nur so auf den Tisch geknallt. Das Essen war auch nicht mehr das was es mal war, evtl. ein neuer Koch. Der Reis furchtbar, Essen kalt an den Tisch gebracht, der Salat lieblos auf den Teller geknallt. 1 Stunde aufs Essen gewartet sehr ernüchternd. Wir hatten das Gefühl das die Bedingung angetrunken war. Nach der Rechnung mussten wir 2 mal Fragen. Mit 3 Kindern echt nicht zumutbar und das obwohl unser Jüngster Geburtstag hatte wurde nicht mal gratuliert. Nie wieder !!!

Wir waren Abends essen und obwohl viel los war wurden wir schnell und freundlich bedient. Wir hatten die Nummer 68 und 69,zwei Grillteller. Im Reis war ein Gewürz was uns nicht geschmeckt hat. Fleisch war gut. Meine Frau hatte einen vegetarischen Teller und sie war zufrieden. Grundsätzlich gibt es Luft nach oben,aber vom Preis Leistung Verhältniss passt es wieder. Portionen waren auch in Ordnung.

We went here for dinner this evening. The waitress and boss took turns in the service and didn't seem to agree on everything. Unfortunately we would have to pay for that. I discussed with the waitress that I would get a senior plate. Gyros with 1 calamari. My partner had veal liver and wanted fries instead of rice. The food came. Unfortunately not as ordered. Rice came instead of fries. Everything looked okay to me, except that it was quite plentiful. It's often like that with the Greeks. My partner was quite angry, but didn't say anything. Only when the boss was clearing away did he say what the mistake was. In addition, the quality was poor. Flexes in the liver. Sauce overwhelmed the small salad. In my case the meat was full of fat. The kicker was the bill! Unfortunately it was initially with him and then only came to me after we had paid. There was actually a creta plate there, which I specifically didn't order and the waitress also agreed with that. When I complained, the boss just talked me down. We went and can only recommend everyone not to go there!

Were there as guests on vacation. Ambience was ok. Shady beer garden, great in summer. Just the service, well. If you, as an adult, are denied a dish from the children's menu (because you're not that hungry), well. Instead, if you have to take a senior plate, which is significantly more, then order it without a salad but then have to pay for it at the end, that's not good service. There was significant dirt on one of the drinks glasses, so it was returned. It can happen, it shouldn't. But a new one was brought without any problems. Food was overall ok.

I can't understand the bad reviews. Food was very good, the portion was more than enough. We are good eaters and almost didn't finish the portion. If someone wants to eat an elephant, then they should do it, but then you would be out of place in any restaurant. Maybe there are people who enjoy giving bad reviews. I cannot understand this. I would come back and eat there at any time. Unfortunately we're going home tomorrow. But when we're here again on holiday, we'll come back, we were here too 4 years ago, it was just as good then as it is today

Very good food. Huge portion. Incredibly friendly and fun staff. Drinks and food were served very quickly. Would eat there again at any time.

From the outside, a rather inconspicuous restaurant with excellent Greek cuisine. We were here during the heavy rains and therefore couldn't use the beautiful beer garden behind the house. For dinner we had veal liver in red wine sauce and grilled squid, first there was an ouzo and a dip called Tirokafteri. Everything was super delicious. We were served in a cozy atmosphere by very attentive service. Eating here was an all-round great experience for us.

We didn't have a reservation, but after a short wait we got a table. Great service, our dog 🐕 also got his bowl of water straight away, thank you. The senior plates ordered, including for men, were completely sufficient. Thank you, I'd be happy to do it again next time.

It's often the little things that make the difference. You can easily get a table here without a reservation, even if it is understandably limited in time, and you will always receive friendly and courteous service, for example. The food was excellent, as was the service - that's how gastronomy works. Here we still cook and serve with passion. Thank you again for the great hospitality. Keep it up!

Really good Greek. Very nice staff so far. Today, November 14th, I was handled really unfriendly on the phone by a lady. We order several times a month, but things need to be friendlier again.

We spontaneously called 30 minutes in advance and actually got a table. Very great atmosphere. Super lovely staff and the food was very tasty. I also found the preparation on the plate very appealing. Always happy 😊

Essen war ok. Aber das Getue um einen Sitzplatz für 2 Personen da man nicht reserviert hat ist übertrieben. Mit Augenrollen empfangen. Geht es euch zu gut? Braucht ihr keine Laufkundschaft? Immerhin lassen wir gut 60 bis 80 Euro da. Unhöflich nennt man das. Nochmal passiert mir das nicht, da gehe ich auf der Stelle wieder.

Guter Grieche. Essen war gut aber teilweise etwas trocken. Der Service war gut, schnell und aufmerksam. Der Biergarten war echt nett.

Üppige Fleischmenge, dafür sehr wenig Beilage. Etwas wenig gewürzt - anders als wir es kennen - nicht ganz unser Geschmack.

Haben spontan mit etwas Glück ohne Reservierung einen Platz im Biergarten bekommen. Hinter mir garte als Tagesgericht die Lammhaxe über dem Grill, die ich dann auch direkt bestellt habe. Und was soll ich sagen: Etwas Leckereres habe ich selten gegessen!! Gyros mit Calamari und gebackene Auberginen konnten da nicht ganz mithalten, waren aber auch lecker. Leider wurden wir zwischendurch mit der Bestellung vergessen, aber Chef und Sohn (denke ich 😅) waren trotz massig Stress immer sehr, sehr freundlich und hatten für unseren Kleinen immer ein Lächeln übrig. Ouzo zur Rechung aufs Haus in Zimmertemperatur - so muss es. Wir kommen, wie anscheinend viele Stammgäste, wieder! 👍🏻

Mega leckeres Essen. Preis ist angemessen. Gute Portionen. Freundliche und kompetente Bedienung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Umsatz macht man hier eher nicht so gerne. Wir (Mädelsgruppe) waren nun schon zwei Mal dort. Das Essen ist wirklich gut und reichlich, und das Lokal auch sehr nett, aber wenn man bei der ersten Bestellung nicht gleich mehrere Getränke oder ein Dessert bestellt, kommt man auch nicht mehr dazu. Wir wurden bei beiden Besuchen nicht einmal gefragt, ob wir noch was möchten. Klar, wir hätten uns auch selber melden könne , aber entweder die Bedienung ist an uns vorbei geschossen oder war nicht in Sichtweite. Leere Gläser wurden abgeräumt, ohne zu fragen ob wir noch was trinken wollen. Selbst zum Bezahlen mussten wir erst aufstehen um die Aufmerksamkeit der Angestellten zu bekommen. Sehr schade, denn das Essen war gut. Aber drei Stunden bei einem Glas Wasser zu verbringen, dafür gehen wir nicht in ein Lokal.

Wir hatten Glück und habe ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen. Am besten immer reservieren. Der Service ist sehr gut. Das Essen wurde schnell geliefert und war von den Portionen ausreichend. Wir haben den vegetarischen Teller und Gyros mit Metaxasoße gegessen.

Mit Reservierung super geklappt. Mehr als freundliche Personal. Vorspeise mega gut, groß und lecker. 4 Sterne leider nur wegen Hauptmenü. Portion sind groß aber irgendwie trockene Fleisch. Musst nicht sein es ist immer so, nur hat mich nicht gefallen. Große Biergarten. Hunde sind willkommen.

Eine sehr gutes griechisches Restaurant. Sehr freundlicher und schneller Service. Die üblichen Gerichte würden gut zubereitet, waren schmackhaft gewürzt und lecker. Einzig das Fleisch war bei uns durch die Bank etwas über den Punkt gegart. Unterm Strich aber auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, für einen netten Abend.

Essen ist sehr lecker. Der Service und die Hundefreundlichkeit sind toll. Amy und auch wir werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Bestellung wurde zügig aufgenommen, Getränke waren auch schnell auf dem Tisch. Das Essen kam auch zügig: Bifteki und einmal Parthenonteller: Bifteki, Gyros, trockenes Kotelett, Tomatenreis und Tzatziki. Beide Speisen schmeckten fade. Wir haben die Teller nicht aufgegessen und als wir vom Chef gefragt wurden, ob alles in Ordnung war, teilten wir mit, dass es uns nicht genug gewürzt war, seine Antwort „es steht ja Salz und Pfeffer auf dem Tisch“ das Essen hatte in keinerweise Ähnlichkeit mit griechischen Essen. 56,20 für o.g. Speisen und vier Wein, zwei Personen und der Qualität passen nicht zusammen. Nicht empfehlenswert. Nach der Erstbestellung interessierte sich niemand mehr, Teller wurden lange nicht abgeräumt, Getränke Nachbestellung nur mit Winken, Rechnung zweimal angefragt, der Ouzo aufs Haus rettet dann auch nicht mehr.

Wir hatten einen Tisch reservieret und wurden auf Nachfrage ziemlich plump an ein Tisch gesetzt. Der Kellner war ziemlich unpassend gekleidet. Unsere Bestellung wurde aufgenommen und eine Stunde später gab es endlich auf Nachfrage etwas zu Essen. Dabei wurde man vom Personal hinter der Theke noch belächet, unser Essen sollte Gyros mit Metaxa Soße sein so die Vorstellung. Na ja für uns nie wieder. Da gibt es in Waging wesentlich bessere Restaurants.
