Very delicious food! We had a schnitzel with potato salad – both were perfectly prepared and truly delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive, making you feel immediately welcome. The ambiance may be a bit dated, but that's precisely what makes it so charming. It feels rustic, cozy, and reminiscent of a true Bavarian inn. I think this is a really nice place to meet friends or family and enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere. We'd love to come back!

If you like old-fashioned, rustic food, this is the place for you. All the food was very good. Great value for money. The portions were generously sized.

The "Gasthaus Seerose L. Egger" is a bit dated, but it also has its charm. The food is highly recommended and reasonably priced! The liver spaetzle soup deserves its name! Superb roast pork! Delicious and cool drinks. Friendly service! In-house butcher shop 👍 2021: Still good! Delicious 2023: Was again good and delicious, along with a cool light beer and other drinks. 2024: Excellent food at a fair price. Rump steak cooked to perfection, Bavarian bratwurst very tasty. Rustic atmosphere, very friendly people who make your stay there very pleasant with great service! 2025: Stopped by on a hike, nice spot in front of the inn, cool drink. 👌

Everything was good, very tasty Wiener Schnitzel, Bavarian sausages good. A real Bavarian restaurant. We felt comfortable and will be back.

One of the best inns in the region. A fine-dining establishment with its own butcher shop. They serve the best white sausages I've ever eaten, and all their other sausages are also excellent. Here, you can still see that craftsmanship is a gold mine. You can also experience a vibrant inn culture at its finest. The best hand-crafted music from a variety of genres is played, and, of course, the "Zirch" (traditional Austrian cuisine) is at the forefront. If you're lucky, you might even get to hear Egger Luggi singing and playing spoons. ❤️

Butcher's shop with attached small inn. The butcher's shop has very good, fresh products where you can still taste the craftsmanship. Saleswomen very friendly and good advice possible. The inn is old Bavarian and has a small but nice menu.

Had a wonderful evening at the Erlebnispalazzo. The brandy cocktails were excellent and highly recommended! It was an experience for the whole family.

Quaint Bavarian restaurant. Service was friendly and the food was very tasty! The roast pork was a poem... as was the ox and smoked pork... The portions filled us all up!

Don't let the ambience influence you (butcher shop right on the town thoroughfare). But here we have the best rump steak with herb butter (would have earned a prize). The service is attentive.

Immer wieder schee! 2023: weiterhin ois top… Zu den negativen Bewertungen kann man nur sagen: wie man in den wald (bzw. das Wirtshaus) hineinruft, so schallt es auch heraus!

Das Gasthaus ist einfach aber uns gefiel das .Hier gehen die Einheimischen essen und trinken ein Bier ,mehr muss man eigentlich nicht mehr sagen .Für uns perfekt denn wir mögen das Landestypische Kleine Karte aber sehr gut ,so muss das Wir kommen wieder ,klare Empfehlung 👍

Essen war eher unterer Durchschnitt. Salat und Soße waren Fertigprodukte. Suppe war wie Wasser. Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe in der Seerose und werden dort eher nicht mehr essen

Wir waren 10 Personen und ich hatte Abends einen Tisch bestellt. Obwohl es kein Problem war einen Tisch zu besetzen wurden wir auf 2 getrennte Tische aufgeteilt. Schade. Das Essen war gut bürgerlich.

Recht nettes und einfaches Lokal mit kleiner Speisekarte. Die Sachen die wir gegessen haben, Kassler und Schweinenacken, waren lecker und mehr als reichlich. Die Bedienung war nett und flott.

Ohhhhhh soooooo gut😊!!! Selten so gut gegessen!!! Ein Steak das man kaum noch beißen musste so zart, Röstkartoffeln wie sie sein sollen und für den Krautsalat würd ich jeden Weg in Kauf nehmen. Aber auch die Suppen, das Lüngerl, Blut- u Lebetwurscht, einfach die ganze Speisekarte ehrlich und gut. Der Wirt (Senior u Junior) sehr herzlich. Eigentlich sollte man es hier nicht so loben sonst ist is bald kein Geheimtipp mehr😉... Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind ist die Seerose fest eingeplant!!! Liebe Grüße aus Landshut

Essen war sehr gut,man fühlt sich wohl unter den Einheimischen

Der Gasthof Seerose im Ortszentrum von Waging ist ein traditionelles, unverfälschtes kleineres Wirtshaus. Hier scheint die Zeit stehen geblieben zu sein und das meine ich im positiven Sinne. Mitunter finden auch Volksmusikveranstaltungen statt. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich. Auf der Speisekarte gibt es Hausmannskost. Das Essen überzeugt jedoch nicht. Mein Tiroler Bauernpfandl war erstmal nicht im Pfandl, sondern auf dem Teller serviert und darüberhinaus arg fad im Geschmack. Viel zu früh aus der Pfanne geholt war es nicht ein bisschen angebraten, nicht die Kartoffeln, nicht das Fleisch. Auch das ungarische Gulasch war 08/15. Kulinarisch nicht empfehlenswert.
