Restaurant Parthenon in Neunkirchen

I was there with colleagues, we had reservations and the restaurant was well attended. I found it inconvenient that one waitress only took the drinks and you had to order the food from another. So it took quite a long time until we had drinks and food. I had the large appetizer platter, which was okay but nothing special. My colleagues had meat dishes and thought they were good. The interior of the place is very dark, traditional and I didn't find it really cozy or appealing.

Very very nice restaurant. Price performance is absolutely top. The service is quite ok. There are 1-2 employees who don't speak properly to customers and tend to give orders to customers. But there are also employees who are just really funny... respond to customers and engage with visitors with a pleasant conversation.

Price/performance is top. Meat is fried/grilled to perfection. Staff is consistently friendly. This Greek has been around for years/decades and we visit regularly. Always consistently good quality/service. Table reservations are recommended as it is always busy. Only in summer do you have the chance to get a table on the covered outdoor terrace without making a reservation. I hope that this restaurant stays with me for a long time. Keep it up!

Have been a guest in the restaurant many times. Food and service always very good. Guests are greeted personally and feel welcome and valued. Relatives who were once guests are asked. Particularly worthy of mention is the very friendly Keller, a host through and through. Always very happy. There is also a very nice outdoor area.

Casual Greek restaurant with ultra-friendly staff. The selection was somewhat ok, although some of the things I'm used to at Greek restaurants weren't on the menu (gigantes, stuffed grape leaves, liver...).

Eating like with friends. If you don't necessarily need gyros, but want to eat authentic Greek food, then the Parthenon is the right place for you. Be sure to try a grilled plate and one of the delicious appetizers. Food excellent, service warm and perfect. You should definitely make a reservation.

Delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. Nice service.

Wir waren mit mehreren Freunden dort essen und das Erlebnis war durchwachsen. Gut gefallen hat allen die Terrasse, man sitzt gemütlich und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist sehr typisch und für Fleischliebhaber geeignet. Empfehlenswert sind die gegrillten Peperoni, wobei diese auch im Vergleich zur Menge schon etwas teuer sind. Die Beilagensalate waren sehr lecker und ausreichend in der Menge. Die Wartezeiten waren mir mit 1,5 h für die Hauptspeise zu lang für mein Empfinden, aber naja man hat ja gut und entspannt auf der Terrasse sitzen können. Als Hauptgericht gab es eine Platte mit verschiedenen Fleischsorten. Dort waren zwei sehr gut gegrillt (Medium) aber das Rind und Lammkotelett waren durchgebraten. Ich esse mein Fleisch am liebsten Medium-Rare, der Gargrad wurde aber vorher nicht abgefragt. Man konnte es essen aber saftig war es nicht mehr. Da die Preise allerdings auch in diesem Restaurant angezogen haben war ich etwas enttäuscht. Der reine Geschmack des Fleisches war dennoch gut, es hatte jedes Fleisch seinen eigenen „intensiven“ Geschmack . Leider gab es zum Fleisch kein Tzatziki und das Gemüse war offensichtlich TK . Bedauerlicherweise war der Reis aus, sodass wir auf Pommes zurückgreifen mussten, diese waren aber nicht sehr kross und hatten keinen Geschmack. Dabei gab es einen Wein, der hervorragend war, die Preise für die Getränke waren absolut im Rahmen. Da aber insgesamt das Essen dort etwas teurer ist als bei anderen Griechen kann ich in Relation dazu keine gute aber eine glatt befriedigende Bewertung vergeben.

The food was very tasty, but we are used to larger portions and the fact that the tzatziki is included in the dish. A man who is hungry cannot be full. The Athens skewer is a skewer on which different types of meat are skewered. We thought it was more meat, the fries weren't enough either.

Mit 6 Personen zum Abendessen dort. Das Lokal war ausgebucht und der Biergarten ebenfalls komplett voll. Trotzdem hat die Küche und der Service eine super Job geleistet, alles wurde zügig serviert. Zum Essen gibts nicht viel zu sagen, ich war wie immer sehr zufrieden. Diesmal den Paok Grillteller mit Rumpsteak, Lammfilet und Spieß, Pfefferrahmsoße, dazu Pommes und ein Beilagensalat.

Dolmadakia with tzatziki were an absolute disgrace. The rolled grape leaves came as a finished product from the can, plus two tablespoons of tzatziki for €8.50. When you go to a restaurant you can't expect to be served any finished products, I don't even eat that at home. When you ask the waiter about it, all you hear is “I won’t say anything about that.”

Were there again yesterday for our wedding anniversary. As always, everything was great. The next generation has taken over and runs the restaurant with the same diligence as the previous generation. Keep it up. Above all, stay that way.

I had dinner there with my colleagues and I was really impressed. It wasn't my first visit, but it's been quite a while since I've been there. We were warmly welcomed by the service staff and shown to our table. As a starter I had stuffed mushrooms in a spicy sauce. A slight spiciness, so it's easy to tolerate even for a slightly weaker stomach. For the main course I had tagliatelle in a whiskey cream sauce, which were also excellent and I can recommend the starter and main course to everyone. Every now and then we were asked whether everything was OK, but it wasn't intrusive or anything like that. Conclusion: If you want to have a good Greek meal, the Parthenon is in good hands. Only recommended.

There was sufficient service, fast, very nice and accommodating. When it comes to food, you're a little conflicted. The portions look smaller on the plate than they really are. But for 75 percent of the visitors I would say it's enough, 25 percent are still hungry! In some cases you can't see any difference in the skewers. I missed the minced meat on mine, but 5 euros more expensive Here the service made the 4th 🌟

So even though this restaurant was a top recommendation, I was disappointed with the food, because it was neither Greek in terms of taste, seasoning nor was it that good.

There were 4 of us eating with a dog in tow. The portions seem a bit small at first on the plate, but turn out to be absolutely sufficient when you eat them! The salmon was wonderful, the lamb tender and the pork not too dry. The salad was washed clean and dressed with a conventional, but still very good, dressing. In fact, starter salads are also included with the main courses, unless a salad is ordered as a main course. We sat inside the restaurant - very nicely decorated. Classy, ​​but not too arrogant. I thought the picture frames full of corks were really nice! Great idea. The only deduction I have to make is for service. All the employees were extremely friendly, no question about it. However, we waited quite a long time for 4 dishes (one of them a salad) with a waiting time of around 45 minutes. But you can be forgiven for the quality.

We were there on Mother's Day. It was (as expected) very busy. Everything inside and out was occupied. Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time (1.5 hours) for our food. These are things that unfortunately can happen anywhere these days. Nevertheless, we were naturally dissatisfied. After the meal, a very nice lady took the trouble to explain to us why it happened that way. You can't predict things like this and so everything was fine for us. We will come back because the food was delicious, not overpriced, the service was quick and friendly (despite being busy) and the way they dealt with dissatisfaction about the waiting times was excellent. You don't experience that often. Therefore it deserves 5 stars.

Without a reservation on a Saturday evening, no seating in the warm room is possible, but outside... Very nice, very accommodating with pillows, blankets and even gave our dog water - perfect! The atmosphere was very nice with music and fairy lights, very romantic - we felt like we were on vacation. Thank you !

We were guests at the Parthenon last night. First of all I would like to praise the girls in service who were very attentive without being intrusive. Then the ambience in the house is very cozy and cozy and invites you to feel good. The boss personally took our food order. The starters were served quickly and were very tasty. There were four of us and everyone had their main course at the same time. The quality of the meat is amazing, the steaks were on point. Pink and juicy and cleverly seasoned👍 I found the dessert, we had ice cream, generous and delicious. All in all, we had a wonderful, cozy evening with an opulent culinary feast that left nothing to be desired. We will come back and thank you for an excellent evening

We were there for the first time. It didn't meet our expectations. The food was good, but not outstanding. We found prices a bit too high. In the restaurant you couldn't understand your own words because of the noise. And we weren't allowed to redeem a voucher; we should have been told at the very beginning. According to the boss, it's on the notice board outside in the hallway. So people: bring plenty of time to read all the papers in the hallway and then go into the living room. The boss didn't want to re-enter the receipt with the voucher, the tax office then said he was cheating. So dear employees there, never enter anything incorrectly; according to the boss, it can no longer be corrected. HIHIHI. Conclusion: I definitely can't agree with the 5 star reviews.

Zum Glück von unterwegs tel. 2 Plätze reserviert, denn wir kannten das Restaurant nicht, und so ist man auf der sicheren Seite. Schon beim Eintreten spürt man die Gastfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, wir fühlten uns "willkommen". Das Essen ist sehr lecker, das Fleisch auf den Punkt gebraten, die Beilagen schmeckten bestens, und der Service war hervorragend. Es war nach langer Zeit das erste Mal, dass ich Gelegenheit hatte, in einem wirklich schönen Speiserestaurant zu sitzen, und dies habe ich bis zur letzten Minute wirklich genossen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal dorthin fahren. Am Service dieses Lokals sollten sich viele andere ein Beispiel nehmen. Es war einfach toll ! Vielen Dank nochmal für das "Extra". Sie steht schon mit LED's innen auf meinem Nachttisch. Wir werden dieses Restaurant nicht nur gern wieder besuchen, sondern auch weiterempfehlen !
