Whether it was a baptism, confirmation, or company party—each with 30-60 people—the food was always fresh and delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive, all in a beautiful setting.

We ate at the self-service restaurant at noon on a Saturday. We almost had to force the waitress at the counter to acknowledge us (grandfather, grandmother, and two grandchildren – impossible to miss). The lukewarm (had been warming for ages) baked potato with onion curd (which they mistakenly call tzatziki) was filling – but that was fine. The kids' fries tasted like old cooking fat (something indefinable between chicken and pork) – but they were ultimately filling. The atmosphere is great – the cleanliness of the tables and chairs leaves something to be desired -> in the future, we'd rather go to the beer garden in the fairytale garden!!!

We were there on Saturday. Great music on the lawn. Pinsa, fries, and pokorn (in the order of preference). Freshly tapped beer. We'll be back for the pumpkin exhibition 🥰. Cold drinks, friendly staff!

A café in the park with hot meals, cakes, drinks, coffee, cappuccino, wine, water, beer, and soda. It's self-service. You can sit inside or outside in the beer garden under umbrellas. Everything's fine.

Hello, I've rarely eaten such bad food... The Maultaschen were raw, cold, and completely doughy. They came with ready-made potato salad, which tasted strongly of vinegar. The best part, though, is that you get everything in a metal bowl... I really wonder how anyone can even serve something like that... You'd have to figure it out yourself that it's not okay. A plate, or at least a paper plate, wouldn't be too much to ask for. Especially here in the Stuttgart area, Maultaschen really shouldn't be a problem. The administration, the manager, and the restaurant management must also realize that they can't expect anyone to experience such quality and appearance.

During our visits to the Blühendes Barock, we regularly dine at the Park Cafe. The self-service restaurant offers a wide selection of food and drinks, with a changing menu, including vegetarian and vegan options. Portion sizes are generous and prices are reasonable. The food is usually freshly prepared – the staff here is very friendly and, if it takes a little longer, will bring it to your table. The Park Cafe also hosts family celebrations such as weddings, etc. There are separate rooms for these. We highly recommend the Park Cafe – unlike the other restaurants in the Blühendes Barock.

Phew... I got myself a Swabian plate. The Maultasche (swabian ravioli) and the Fleischküchle (meat cake) were good, but sorry to serve such a potato salad in Swabia... It was almost unseasoned, and the potato slices were as big and thick as wagon wheels. They were more like potato chunks. That's just unacceptable. Otherwise, the ambiance is nice and pleasant.

The Park Cafe is open until 6 p.m. Shortly after 5 p.m., they only had schnitzel and fries. After ordering schnitzel three times, we were met with a dirty look. It was like, "We want to finish work, go somewhere else." I work in retail myself, and even though the market closes at 8 p.m., we remain friendly to our customers until the end. I'm truly disappointed.

We go there often, the staff is always very friendly and the food is very good. Always happy to go back.

We had booked a reservation for 80 people in the conservatory. The reception was held outdoors with finger food and champagne. The service, the multi-course menu, and the wine selection were top-notch, even though a wedding and funeral were taking place at the same time! For me, it was the absolute highlight, and I highly recommend the venue!

We've enjoyed coming to the Parkcafé for many years, even for special events. The team around Laura and her "deputy" Leander always manages to delight us with their culinary delights. Owner Torsten Lacher also always impresses with perfectly matched wines at fair prices. The ambiance speaks for itself. It's just a shame that the Parkcafé can only be reached via the Blühendes Barock and lacks a separate entrance to the restaurant.

Great dining in a unique ambiance The location of the Park Cafe in the Blühendes Barock is unique. Situated on Schüsselesee lake and surrounded by Mediterranean vineyards, it's a dream. The sun-drenched winter garden is ideal for family and corporate celebrations. The dishes on offer are delicious and tasty, with generous portion sizes. The staff is friendly without being overly intrusive. We highly recommend this location!

Outrageous, unreliable, and absolutely disappointing. What happened to us here is an absolute no-go: We had booked Sunday brunch for a large group almost a year in advance. Everything was carefully planned and organized, guests invited, trips coordinated – and one week (!) before the event, the Park Café simply canceled without comment. No sincere apology. No alternative offer. No accommodation. Just: "It's not possible. Bad luck." That's not how you treat paying guests – especially not in this price range and in this location. The amount of time, effort, and anticipation that was wasted doesn't seem to interest anyone there. If you're looking for planning security, hospitality, or reliability – then you've clearly come to the wrong place.

We were at the Blühendes Barock with our family. For lunch, we stopped at the Parkcafe restaurant in the Upper East Garden around 1 p.m. It's a modern self-service restaurant with adjoining rooms for family celebrations (waitress service). The self-service food and drink selection is plentiful. In addition to classics like currywurst, fries, and schnitzel, there are daily specials such as rice with Thai vegetables, Schwabenteller (potato salad, meatballs, and Maultasche), dumplings, roast pork (GREAT!!!), and more. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also available. The food is prepared quickly, the staff at the food counter are friendly, and the portions are reasonable for the price. We had four different dishes, and everything came quickly, and the currywurst was just as delicious as the Schwabenteller and the schnitzel. The roast pork was absolutely unique! Drinks are also available in the self-service area, right in front of the cash register. Seating is available inside or on the large terrace. The coffee and cake selection looks delicious. The restrooms are clean.

We had a champagne reception here after our wedding in the Orangery. We were absolutely thrilled and more than satisfied with the service and the advice provided beforehand. Last but not least, the bill was very, very fair! Many thanks to everyone at the Park Cafe.

Absolutely overpriced, unfriendly staff, not recommended

A nice place to hang out, but the food is terrible. Currywurst with fries is a joke for 11 euros. The tzatziki on the baked potato tastes like cucumber salad. No cold drinks. Nope, never again, thanks 👎

Nice location but absolutely terrible food. We had fries and something with chicken. It was just greasy and not tasty at all. It's pretty cheeky to sell something like that as food. I definitely won't go there again.

I like going to Blüba; despite the price increases, we've bought two season tickets for the third time in a row. At the Parkcafé, I go to the men's restroom, and now they charge extra for using it? Is that really necessary? Anyway, after using the restroom, I wash and dry my hands. Meanwhile, someone walks past me who hasn't washed their hands after using the restroom. Unfortunately, you see that all too often... I'm finished washing my hands and leave the restroom too, and in the long hallway, I see the person not turning around like every other customer, but going straight to the area behind the counter and high-fiving another employee. Congratulations, enjoy your meal!

The location in the park is unbeatable, and the service and kitchen staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, the Maultaschen (ravioli) with onion sauce and potato salad weren't good. It seemed as if they'd been sitting in the display for too long.

There were four of us for Easter lunch. The expectations were correspondingly high. Everything was good and quite edible. Unfortunately there is no risk of a repeat.

The surroundings were really attractive and idyllic, so you could immediately feel at home. The food, on the other hand, was unfortunately only mediocre, both in quality and taste, and also comparatively expensive, which spoiled the overall experience somewhat.

The restaurant is a laugh and wouldn't exist in a fair world.

Sunday lunch in the Parkcafé - highly recommended for the whole family. Starts at 12 p.m. - starters, lunch and desserts. Great ambience, extensive selection, nice service (sometimes a bit overloaded, but still very accommodating). Participation only by reservation - due to limited places.

Were only there for a coffee. Unfortunately, the location couldn't cope with the flow of visitors. There was no sensible organization and everything was in chaos. Pressed coffee, paid, but got chocolate. Unfortunately there's too much going on to get help when you make a complaint. Left chocolate and left. The food looked delicious though and I think once you sit down it can work. Just don't expect a real restaurant.

We went to the pumpkin exhibition as part of our company outing. We used the park cafe to eat. It offers several quite acceptable dishes. The salads were all freshly prepared. No star cuisine, more Swabian rustic. The cakes looked very tasty.

Expensive and tasteless food. The spaetzle with gravy was inedible. Both the spaetzle and the bristle sauce were watery and didn't taste like anything. The Swabian plate was cold and tasteless. The prices are high for that.

No coffee spoons and €3.20 for by far the worst coffee in the world! Some of the dishes were not really clean. Disgusting! Disgusting!

We visited the self-service area on a Sunday in September, 4 adults and two children. Everyone was happy, the food was good, coffee and cake too. Went to the restaurant again nine days later. Indoor area closed due to an event, but no problem. There was enough space outside. Ordered food: 2x pumpkin soup and 2x schnitzel with fries. Horrible! The soup was only lukewarm, the fries were cooked in oil, not fried. The schnitzels have no taste. The kitchen was informed and acknowledged the complaint, but without apology. Pure disappointment!

Spaetzle tastes like baby food and the schnitzel tastes extremely bland. Even a pensioner would have to season it up. Unfortunately, for around €15, it's a real decision

Anyone who runs a 4* event restaurant in BaWü should be able to offer a red sausage in a roll for €5 at least at discounter level during their daily operations. #onbackbaguette

We celebrated our wedding in the Parkcafé in the Blue and Yellow Salons and had a wonderful celebration! The food was excellent, the service attentive and helpful. With the good weather we were able to celebrate outside. The guests found the atmosphere very appealing. We can only recommend the location!

We can unreservedly recommend the Parkcafe in the Blühenden Baroque. Choice of food in the self-service area: 4 daily specials and dishes such as schnitzel, fries, etc., which are always available and which also suit the clientele of the Blühenden Baroque. Daily specials: good portions. Homemade lasagne was very tasty, fresh and fair price. Large selection of cakes, 5 varieties.

There is no restaurant, there is only sausage, fries and cake, not recommended.

Our wedding in the Parkcafé was simply perfect! We felt very well looked after both before and during the celebration. The rehearsal dinner beforehand was a big help in determining food and drinks. We were very impressed by the flexibility in the organization. On the wedding day we were looked after excellently. The logistics were well organized, a lot of things went by themselves and we didn't have to worry too much. The location beautifully underlined our fairytale theme and was simply fantastic. We would particularly like to highlight the great collaboration with the other service providers: Blumen Kocher, our photographer and DJ Thomas. The Parkcafé team really did a great job here. A big thank you to the Lacher family, Ms. Wishkoni, Rosa and the entire team for the fantastic organization!

Spaetzle without taste. Prices too high for self-service. Mozzarella tomato sauce very bland.

The spaetzle with gravy was just as unseasonable in taste as the pure spaetzle, the tomato mozzarella salad didn't taste good, the cucumber salad and the meat cake were okay, the prices were very expensive for self-service, for a blackcurrant spritzer, small salad, main course and two spaetzle with sauce €35 is really hearty.

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday here in the Blue Salon. Very personable, friendly and always keen to look after the guests well (and with a wink). Highly recommended, not only because of the food and service but of course also because of the great location in the middle of the Blooming Baroque.

Self-service restaurant in the Blooming Baroque ... with a large winter garden. The food selection is sufficient, the staff is friendly, the prices are high but not outrageously high.

Immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis.

Nice restaurant inside and out. Food could be tastier for the prices charged. I had meatballs with potato salad and onion puree. A spoonful of chives would have enhanced the potato salad, the meatballs should be crispy and the onion puree was limited.

I ordered a chicken schnitzel when I was at the table, I noticed that it wasn't really cooked through, I complained about it, then I took fries instead of a new schnitzel, but unfortunately they weren't cooked properly either.

When visiting the Blooming Baroque, we also went to the Parkcafe. Only for coffee and cake and chips for the children as well as drinks. Self-service area, large selection of cakes and coffee types - fries were freshly made for us, with a short waiting time. The concrete look of the self-service area is not necessarily chic - but the ambience of the winter garden is unique.

Sehr einfaches Essen in mittlerer Qualität. Ich denke, da bekommt man so gut wie nur Fertigprodukte. Dementsprechend ist der Geschmack.

Wie waren zum Sonntags Mittags Essen da. Hierfür muss man reservieren. Das Essenwar sehr lecker in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Es wurde nach einem geschaut und die Auswahl war groß. Genug Zeit zum essen und so viel wie man wollte.

Nettes Personal und eine tolle Lokalität

Heute am 2.10 war es sehr voll. Das Wetter klasse und Brückentag dann noch die Kürbis Ausstellung. Obwohl viel Platz Innen und im Aussenbereich vorhanden ist war es schwierig einen Platz zu bekommen. Lange Schlange an der Kasse. Der Kaffeelöffel war nicht sauber. Die Toiletten einfach nicht zu empfehlen. Nass überall und Papier fehlte. Und dafür sollten 50 Cent bezahlt werden. Die Toiletten im Park sind kostenfrei.

Liebes Parkcafé Team, wir hatten eine traumhafte Hochzeitsfeier bei euch. Tolle Location, megaleckeres Essen, toller Service. Wir waren rundum voll zufrieden und auch von unseren Gästen gab es nur positives Feedback. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung und Gastfreundlichkeit.

Wir waren auf einer Hochzeitsfeuer. Das Personal war freundlich, das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und die Chefin? Nun, die hat meiner Frau und mir am besten gefallen. Authentisch, unfassbar freundlich - echte Gastgeber mit Herz!

Beim ersten Besuch war noch alles ok. Diesmal gab es Bratwurst warmgehalten, das Brötchen war aufgebacken. Keine gute Empfehlung.

Waren zum Mittagessen hier. Das Essen bestand zu 100% aus Fertigware. Geschmacklich unterer Durchschnitt für Kantinenessen. Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Lunchbuffet im Parkcafe zu empfehlen Wir waren am gestrigen Sonntag beim Lunchbuffet im Parkcafe. Die Räume in denen der Lunch stattfindet sind stilvoll, die Tische waren entsprechend eingedeckt. Das große Buffet lies kaum einen Wunsch offen - eine gute Auswahl an Speisen, lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Weinempfehlung gab es vom Servicepersonal, das freundlich und zuvorkommend war, aber zurückhaltend genug um nicht aufdringlich zu wirken. Hier weiß man, was der Gast will. Kann das Lunchbuffet (nur nach vorheriger Reservierung) nur empfehlen. Wenn ich hier lese, dass jemand nicht wusste welchen Wein er trinkt ("weder die Rebsorte noch das Weingut") dann muss man eben sagen: reden und fragen hilft. Am Personal liegt es sicher nicht - wohl eher am Gast.

Ich war heute in Begleitung voller Erwartung im Parkcafé zum Brunch/Mittagessen. Doch leider war ich etwas enttäuscht bedingt durch den ersten Eindruck und den Ablauf. Die Tische waren schön eingedeckt - ein Vorspeisenquark stand schon auf dem Tisch, allerdings nicht abgedeckt. Brot war erst später am Vorspeisenbuffet zu haben. Nicht auf dem Tisch war eine kleine Menükarte, anhand dieser man sich hätte schon informieren können, was es zum Essen gibt. Das Vorspeisebuffet war angerichtet, es gab keine offizielle Eröffnung, sondern man bekam lediglich durch das Streben der weiteren Gäste in eine Richtung mit, dass sich etwas tut. Genauso vermisste ich beim Hauptspeisenbuffet, das genauso lautlos eröffnet wurde, die Schilder, die einen wissen ließen, was man sich auf den Teller legt. Klar, kennt man die Speisen, doch das Drumherum macht doch so einen Aufenthalt in einem Restaurant auch aus. Aus meiner Sicht wäre es schön und stilvoll gewesen, wenn der Restaurantleiter vielleicht zu Anfang ein paar Worte an die Gäste gerichtet hätte in entsprechender Aufmachung und auch die Buffets für eröffnet erklärt hätte. Und in diesem Zug auch noch ein zwei Worte zu den begleitenden Weinen gesagt hätte. Wir bekamen einen Wein eingeschenkt, wussten weder welche Rebe noch von welchem Weingut. Das Essen an sich war in Ordnung, jedoch nicht berauschend, und der Service war mäßig, liegt wahrscheinlich am Personalmangel. Ich werde das Parkcafe nicht mehr aufsuchen, 7umal der Preis für Erwachsene nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen ist, hinzu kommen noch der Eintrittspreis ins BlüBa zzgl. Getränke. Schade, das meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt werden konnten.

Das Restaurant ist eigentlich nicht das, was ich unter dem Begriff verstehe. Es hat eher Kantinencharakter. Man muss sich das Essen sowie die Getränke selbst mit einem Tablett holen. Unter diesem Aspekt fand ich das Essen deutlich zu teuer. Die Maultaschen mit Zwiebelschmelze und Kartoffelsalat haben um die 13 Euro und das Schnitzel mit Spätzle und Pilzrahmsoße ca. 14 Euro gekostet. Auf der Webseite stand für die Maultaschen ein wesentlich geringerer Preis. Für den normalen Kunden ausserhalb von Hochzeiten macht dieser Ort einen relativ ungepflegten Eindruck, was vor allem die Tische und Stühle angeht. Ansonsten ist es dort durch das verglaste Dach recht hell. Innen gibt es recht wenig Sitzplätze. Aussen gibt es deutlich mehr Tische, was bei regenfreiem warmem Wetter ja ok ist. Im Freien ist das ganze Ambiente angenehm und von viel schöner Natur umgeben. Das Essen selbst war gut und gut portioniert.

Könnte ich 10 Sterne vergeben, hättet ihr sie alle verdient. Unsere Hochzeit bei euch hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Das Essen und die Location sind unschlagbar. Ihr habt dafür gesorgt, dass dieser Tag unvergesslich wird. Die Deniz war von der ersten Minute bis zur letzten an unserer Seite. Sie hat alles möglich gemacht was wir und unsere Gäste uns gewünscht haben. Ihre Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft ist uns allen im Gedächtnis geblieben. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Peinlich für mich,dass ich die location in den letzten Jahrzehnten übersehen habe. Die Hochzeitfeier war ein voller Erfolg!
