Despite the restaurant being full, we spontaneously managed to find space for 3 people. Food was really very good. Service was excellent, especially the young waiter (Bleard?) was super attentive, courteous and friendly. We'd love to come back.

Craziness! I don't think I've ever eaten Greek so well. My partner was also absolutely thrilled. The salad was really crunchy and fresh, and the dressing was delicious. The saganaki was crispy on the outside and the feta was almost liquid on the inside. The gyro was very finely sliced ​​and extremely seasoned. The bifteki was cooked to perfection. The fries and rice were perfect. The service was very friendly, we had an ouzo and bread beforehand. The restaurant is really nice and cozy. The portions were more than sufficient and the prices were actually too low for the quality. Unfortunately we come from North Rhine-Westphalia and I would like to take the restaurant with us. You'll really get full here. Authentic cuisine, deliciously seasoned and a nice ambience. We've had a holiday home here for a year and are now thinking about moving here. Also to be closer to this kitchen 🙌🏻 From the starter to the main course to the wine list, we always have a hard time deciding. We'll be back in four weeks.

Tzatziki was absolutely not our taste, nor are we familiar with it!! Otherwise everything was great, I'd love to come back, just no more tzatziki.

Griechisch essen gehen? Da kommt man am Odysseus nicht vorbei. Freundliche Bedienung, gutes Essen, große Portionen. Das Galaktoboureko habe ich schon bei einigen Griechen probiert - keiner macht es so gut, wie das Odysseus.

Our Greek restaurant where we enjoy our dinner every time on the way home from Croatia. The detour has been worth it every time so far! Super tasty food, fast friendly staff. I can only recommend trying the vegetarian dishes that are offered there! Super delicious! We'd love to come back again and again!

Alles super lecker. Zuvorkommende Kellner. Essen war sehr schnell zubereitet. Das Gyros war zart aber dennoch gut gebräunt, die Pommes knackig, der Reis sehr frisch. Kann man gerne empfehlen.

Good value for money for today's times, the restaurant is completely full. There were nine of us and the service was unfortunately a bit chaotic because 5 different waiters served us and orders were therefore lost several times or because we were referred to the other colleague several times. Maybe it was partly bad luck. Food good, except for the fries.

The food was very tasty, value for money was good. The service is very nice, friendly and quick. We sat outside, if space allows it is no problem moving from inside to outside or vice versa.

One star is too much for what we experienced! Portions were very manageable, a lot less than in previous days, meat was very dry, so some of the people who accompanied me were given back, but this is not the main reason for a bad review, incidentally the first one I have ever written. When it was pointed out that the portions had become much smaller and that no tzatziki was served when ordering gyros at the table, for example, the waiter immediately became unfriendly: a sentence like "Where does it say in the law that tzatziki has to be added!?" I don't bring it to customer service. You can treat such inquiries or complaints in a friendly or accommodating manner, but I haven't had anything like this happen in the last few years and it leaves the dry flesh stuck in your throat. It's also the first time in the last 30 years that I didn't leave a tip in a restaurant. Even if a restaurant is almost always full, there are rules of etiquette towards guests. Never been treated so unkindly in a restaurant!!! Customer friendliness from the Greek waiter zero stars.

Wir waren einmal während unseres Campingaufenhaltes in Waging und einmal auf der Rückfahrt von Kroatien dort. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal hat uns empfangen. Das Essen war super lecker, die Portionen waren sehr groß und wurden zeitnah serviert. Dieses Lokal werden wir sicher wenn wir in der Nähe sind wieder besuchen.

We decided on Greek food this evening and the choice fell on the Odysseus restaurant. A reservation is highly recommended here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We then chose gratinated gyros and bifteki, which came with a small salad. The food was very, very tasty and rich. We will definitely come back.

Der Service ist super. Schnell, professionell und freundlich. Das Essen ist, wie man es in einem guten griechischen Restaurant erwarten würde. Der Sagnaki (meine griechische Lieblingsvorspeise) war auf den Punkt. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder!

Sehr zuvorkommender Service, welcher von den äußerst aufmerksamen, freundlichen und zuverlässigen Mitarbeiter gelebt wird. Das Restaurant ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Klasse. Die Wartezeiten sind angemessen kurz, die Speisen waren - für unseren Gaumen - vorzüglich. Vorspeisenplatte, Florinis Gemistes, Odysseus Platte, Bifteki, Gyros Metaxa, Sonderwünsche (u.a. wegen / für die Kinder) und natürlich der obligatorische Mokka. Für uns als zehnköpfige Gruppe war es ein rund um schöner Aufenthalt. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern vor Ort. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Hier muss man reservieren, man bekommt nur einen Platz wenn man Glück hat. Kleine Details wie neues Besteck und Servietten, nach der Vorspeise oder Ouzo als Aperitif hinterließen einen positiven Eindruck. Souvlaki und Gyros perfekt, dazu frischer Salat. Das hätte man in Griechenland nicht besser hinbekommen. Die ewig langweiligen Pommes waren zum Glück nicht auf meinem Teller. Freundliche Menschen gut gelauntes Personal die Atmosphäre stimmt und hervorragendes Essen. Kein Wunder dass das Haus voll ist. Dieses Restaurant ist eine klare Empfehlung an diejenigen die es griechisch mögen.

Ein griechisches Restaurant der Extra-Klasse. Service, Qualität, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - hier stimmt einfach alles. Preis / Leistung ist hier noch gegeben. Das Ambiente ist stimmig, die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränke perfekt abgestimmt ohne den typisch griechischen Charakter zu übergehen. Definitiv ein Restaurant wo man immer wieder gerne hingeht.

Das Odysseus in Traunstein ist ein sehr gutes griechisches Restaurant mit sehr guten Service, einer tollen, gemütlichen Ausstattung. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt, das Personal ist schnell und freundlich. 5 Punkte nur nicht, weil das Gyros etwas arg trocken war, und der Kleister als Salatsosse sicherlich Geschmackssache ist (Hinweis: es wird auch Essig-Öl Vainegrette angeboten)

Ich wohne in TS und ich kenne niemanden der nicht sofort Odysssagt wenn es um griechisch essen geht. Ob man drinen sitzt oder etwas abholt, es sind immer viele Plätze besetzt und ständig wird etwas abgeholt. Preis/Leistung ist top, Geschmack passt(mit echtem Hausfrauengriechisch vermutlich nicht zu vergleichen) und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich freue mich drauf dort wieder zu sitzen wenn es wieder geht. Bis dahin wird halt was abgeholt.
