Sehr leckeres Essen. Was uns allerdings etwas gestört hatte ist, dass Stammgästen die lange nach uns kamen ihre Hauptspeise früher als wir bekamen.

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant mit einladender Atmosphäre. Die Portionen sind vielleicht etwas großzügig bemessen, aber köstlich und geschmackvoll. Das Fleisch ist zart und aromatisch, das Tzatziki ein wahrer Genuss und die Vorspeisen reichhaltig. Das Pitabrot könnte knuspriger sein, aber ansonsten ist es wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Der Service ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wie immer, alles bestens, aber der Rezina war ein bisschen zu warm.

Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich für einen guten Preis. Der Teller für zwei Personen war ausgezeichnet! Und die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Wirklich gutes griechisches Restaurant in Traunstein. Es gibt genügend Sitzplätze. Die Karte bietet eine gute Auswahl und das Essen ist gut. Mein Gyros überbacken mit Metaxa-Sauce war wirklich gut. Leider zu wenig Metaxa-Sauce aber geschmacklich solide. Der Service ist freundlich. Preis und Leistung sind in Ordnung.

Heute zum Mittagessen einen Tisch reserviert. Wir waren zu dritt. Personal super freundlich und schnell. Eigenen Parkplatz im Innenhof. Die Speisen waren üppig, und wir wurden gut satt. Der Vorspeisen Salat war hervorragend frischer Blattsalat und ein super Dressing. Geschmacklich waren alle Speisen gut. Für mich war das Gyros und der Suflaki Spieß einen Tick zu trocken. Pita gut gebacken könnte man mit etwas Öl aufpeppen. Preis Leistung super. Das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch Wert . Grüße gut war's.

A very nice restaurant with excellent Greek dishes. Attentive and extremely friendly service. Regulars are often greeted personally. And the obligatory ouzo is also available. It almost doesn't get any better than this.

We were there in the evening and hadn't made a reservation in advance. We were still lucky enough to get a table, so I highly recommend making a reservation. The food was delicious and plentiful. All the staff were super friendly. We felt really comfortable here. There's a small parking lot at the restaurant, but it's not very spacious.

A wonderful Greek restaurant with friendly service and excellent food. We had a great time, both ate and drank, and felt completely at home.

I visit this restaurant regularly and am always impressed by the consistently high quality of the food. The gyros, in particular, impresses me time and time again with its excellent taste, freshness, and loving preparation. The staff is also always friendly, attentive, and creates a pleasantly inviting atmosphere. However, on my last visit, a small incident occurred that briefly marred the dining experience: A dog at the neighboring table repeatedly shook itself violently over an extended period of time, giving the impression that it might be spreading parasites such as fleas or lice. The animal also barked several times, which disrupted the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Even though I generally understand animal behavior, I wish that animals were not allowed for hygiene and atmospheric reasons. Despite this incident, I still highly recommend this restaurant. However, I hope that in the future, even greater attention will be paid to ensuring a completely undisturbed and clean environment so that the excellent culinary offerings can continue to be enjoyed unhindered.

It was very nice at the "Odysseus" because the atmosphere was very relaxing as well as the staff, who were all quite nice. There were over 100 items to eat including gyros and so on. I'm just not used to Greek food and didn't want to eat almost 95% of it😅 But everything I ate was super delicious. A bit expensive but super tasty😋

I ate a grill plate for 2 for 44 euros with my daughter. Lots of meat, but few side dishes. There were two small portions of pepper rice, some tzatziki and a fairly small side salad. No vegetables and no fries, as you always get in addition to rice at a Balkan grill, for example. The staff was very friendly and we didn't have to wait particularly long.

Best Greek in the district! I've been a happy guest for years, both in the restaurant and to take away. Food consistently high quality, decent portions and excellent taste, especially if you like crispy grilled meat. Reservations are recommended and the parking lot is unfortunately quite small.

A culinary delight for every lover of Greek cuisine and prepared with great taste. If you have any questions for the staff, please take care of them immediately if possible. If someone likes it a little spicy with garlic, I recommend adding homemade garlic oil to the gyro for a special finish to the dish. Birthday party with 11 people. The table was just enough, the restaurant is small. Service great, everyone in a good mood, fast, attentive, PERFECT. Portions large, food good, although I would have liked a little more seasoning. Prices completely reasonable. Unfortunately, in some dishes there is no tzatziki where it is actually "necessary", e.g. b. in my Athens plate with gyros (very good), souflaki (good) and suzuki (not seasoned enough). My wife thought everything was perfectly seasoned, but there are often personal differences. Conclusion: All in all, this is the best restaurant I have visited over the last 12 months.

2024/2025 must now update my review: This Greek restaurant is the best in the Traunstein district. As my predecessors have already written, it's a restaurant where you'll still be full, not comparable to the other Greek restaurants here. It doesn't need to inflate the prices of its dishes with excessive interior design. Despite the price increase, the portions remain generous, tasty, and fresh. Even when ordering for takeout, the food is piping hot in the boxes, the fries aren't soggy, they still have a bite, and even these portions are generous. The restaurant stands out for its authentic atmosphere and the ambiance, which the owners also embody and live by. Whether fish, meat, or baked dishes, the dishes taste great. So far, I haven't found anything to complain about, and I'm happy to try the menu. For anyone who's undecided or doesn't dare, give it a try! It tastes authentic and very good, and is definitely worth the money!

Craziness! I don't think I've ever eaten Greek so well. My partner was also absolutely thrilled. The salad was really crunchy and fresh, and the dressing was delicious. The saganaki was crispy on the outside and the feta was almost liquid on the inside. The gyro was very finely sliced ​​and extremely seasoned. The bifteki was cooked to perfection. The fries and rice were perfect. The service was very friendly, we had an ouzo and bread beforehand. The restaurant is really nice and cozy. You'll really get full here. Authentic cuisine, deliciously seasoned and a nice ambience. We've had a holiday home here for a year and are now thinking about moving here. Alles super lecker. Zuvorkommende Kellner. Essen war sehr schnell zubereitet. Das Gyros war zart aber dennoch gut gebräunt, die Pommes knackig, der Reis sehr frisch. Kann man gerne empfehlen.

Good value for money for today's times, the restaurant is completely full. There were nine of us and the service was unfortunately a bit chaotic because 5 different waiters served us and orders were therefore lost several times or because we were referred to the other colleague several times. Maybe it was partly bad luck. Food good, except for the fries.

One star is too much for what we experienced! Portions were very manageable, a lot less than in previous days, meat was very dry, so some of the people who accompanied me were given back, but this is not the main reason for a bad review, incidentally the first one I have ever written. When it was pointed out that the portions had become much smaller and that no tzatziki was served when ordering gyros at the table, for example, the waiter immediately became unfriendly: a sentence like "Where does it say in the law that tzatziki has to be added!?" I don't bring it to customer service. You can treat such inquiries or complaints in a friendly or accommodating manner, but I haven't had anything like this happen in the last few years and it leaves the dry flesh stuck in your throat. It's also the first time in the last 30 years that I didn't leave a tip in a restaurant. Even if a restaurant is almost always full, there are rules of etiquette towards guests. Never been treated so unkindly in a restaurant!!! Customer friendliness from the Greek waiter zero stars.
