Zum Aubräu in Traunstein

Wir haben dieses Restaurant nach einer langen Wanderung voller Vorfreude besucht, wurden jedoch bitter enttäuscht. Besonders kritisch war der Umgang mit meiner Glutenunverträglichkeit: Obwohl ich ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde ich weder kompetent beraten, noch wurde darauf geachtet. Das servierte Essen enthielt letztendlich Gluten. Auch mein Mann und mein Freund waren sehr unzufrieden. Das Essen und das Bier waren von schlechter Qualität, und beide klagten im Anschluss über starke Bauchschmerzen. Zusätzlich war der Service den gesamten Abend über unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschender Besuch, wir können dieses Lokal absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen muss ich nicht nochmal haben. Und freundlicher hätte man auch sein können.

Haben dieses Restaurant aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen besucht. Leider muss ich nach dem Besuch sagen: "Einmal und nie wieder!" Mein Essen war ok. Leider habe habe ich kurz darauf Bauchschmerzen bekommen.

Sehr sehr gute traditionelle Küche wunderbar zarte Fleisch Gerichte und das eigene Bier auch ganz feine preiswert

Kasspätzle zu viel Fett und der Käse war wie gummi, sorry ‼️

Ich saß mit ca 20 ehemaligen Schulkameradinnen in einem kleinen aber gemütlichen Biergarten. In der Gaststätte selber war ich nicht deshalb kann ich sie nicht beurteilen. Die Kellnerin war trotz des regen Betriebes und der Hitze sehr freundlich und hat schnell die Getränke gebracht. Das Essen dauerte recht lange und wurde in unterschiedlichen Zeitabständen gebracht. Die Einen waren fertig, die Anderen fingen an. 18 Euro für 2 Scheiben geräucherten Lachs, 3 Rösties, ein bisschen Quark und eine Salatbeilage fand ich überteuert. Ob ich noch einmal hingehen würde... ungewiss.

Bester Tafelspitz mit Krensoße ever! Leckerer Kartoffelsalat und Beilagensalat. Steak mit Pfeffersoße auch sehr gut.

Ein bayrisches Wirtshaus mit sehr guter Küche

Sehr nette, gute Gaststätte mit kleinem Biergarten. Nan jann gut sitzen, innen, wie außen. Sehr freundlicher Service. Essen schmeckt gut, gute Küche, bayerisch, ausreichende Auswahl und Vielfalt.

Bodenständige Gastwirtschaft mit gutem traditionellem Essen. Schön zum draußen sitzen. Hat gepasst.

Also erstmal möchte ich sagen,daß es heute eine sehr freundliche Kellnerin war,hat uns auch gleich frisches Wasser für unseren Hund gebracht und das Essen und Trinken hat sie uns auch sehr freundlich gebracht. Jetzt zum Essen:das Schaschlik war nicht durch,weder das Gemüse noch das Fleisch. Bei den Pommes waren leider auch ältere dabei,das sieht man einfach auch und die werden dann auch so hart. Leider waren die Spätzle zu weich. Der Biergarten war jetzt in Ordnung,ist direkt an der Straße.

Sehr gutes Bayrisches Restaurant mit einer tollen Atmosphäre und einer guten Speisekarte. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und die Räumlichkeiten sind groß mit genügend Sitzplätzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Ein kleiner Biergarten ist vorhanden, sowie auch Parkplätze.

Die Portionen waren perfekt für eine Person und wir haben hier die leckersten Knödel gegessen! Absolut empfehlenswert! 10/10! 🙃

Das Cordon Bleau ist so gut, dass ich keine Ahnung habe, wie die anderen Gerichte schmecken 😉

Leider muss ich aufgrund unserer gestrigen Erfahrung eine so niedrige Bewertung abgeben. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Wir bestellten eine Portion Spätzle für ein Kind, zwei Schnitzel und ein Gulasch. Die Kellnerin, die ohnehin schon sehr in Eile schien, brachte uns jedoch drei Schnitzel und ein Gulasch. Sie hatte die Spätzle falsch verstanden und schien sich nicht im Geringsten zu entschuldigen. Sie wiederholte immer wieder, dass wir Schnitzel bestellt hatten, obwohl wir uns absolut sicher waren, was wir gesagt hatten. In einem anderen Land hätte sie sich entschuldigt und die richtige Bestellung gebracht, aber sie wirkte einfach nur gleichgültig und sogar verärgert. Normalerweise hätte ich das Schnitzel nicht angenommen, da meine Tochter Vegetarierin ist, aber wir fühlten uns durch ihr Verhalten so unwohl, dass wir sagten, es sei in Ordnung, und meine arme Tochter aß nur die Pommes. Wir gehen normalerweise recht häufig in dieses Restaurant, aber ich werde dort nie wieder hingehen. Falls Sie trotzdem hingehen möchten, vermeiden Sie unbedingt Montagabende, da das Personal dann anders als sonst wirkt.

Das Essen war mega lecker,Bedienung freundlich und schnell. 😊 Ich kann es sehr Empfehlen.

Beste bayerische Küche in Traunstein, ohne Zweifel

War an einem Sonntag da. Habe über 2,5 Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet. Das Lustige: Der Tisch neben uns ist viel später gekommen und hat sein Essen eher bekommen.

Vor einigen Wochen war ich zum Abendessen im Aubräu. Das Lokal bietet sowohl einen traditionellen Wirtshausbereich als auch einen modernen Gastraum und einen kleinen Biergarten. Trotz der gut gefüllten Gasträume war das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Die bestellten Speisen waren optisch ansprechend angerichtet und schmeckten hervorragend.

Wir waren zu viert im Zum Aubräu in Traunreuth essen und es war einfach sehr lecker😋 . Schon beim Betreten merkt man: Hier wird mit Herz gekocht. (direkten Blick in die saubere Küche) Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Unsere Gerichte: Saftiges Biergulasch! wunderbar zart, mit einer kräftigen, aromatischen Soße. Zwiebelrostbraten (300g) einfach der Wahnsinn! Perfekt gebraten, butterzart und mit knusprigen Röstzwiebeln, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann. Schweinelende mit Pfefferrahmsoße. ebenfalls hervorragend, saftig und geschmacklich top abgestimmt. Alle Speisen waren frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und geschmacklich auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Fazit: Ein absolutes Muss für alle, die gute bayerische Küche und gemütliches Ambiente lieben. Sehr empfehlenswert! 🍽️🍺

Ein Geheimtipp in Traunstein! Speisen und Personal top, Preise ebenfalls. Das beste Anzeichen für ein gutes Wirtshaus ist, wenn viele Einheimische da sind. Manche am Stammtisch, viele beim Kartenspiel, total gemütlich

We ate here today on our way from Italy to Saxony and were absolutely thrilled. A warm welcome, excellent homemade food, and a very fair price! We'd love to come more often if we didn't live so far away! We highly recommend it! Thank you!

The ambiance is really nice! BUT! €10.90 for a regular ice cream sundae with lots of cream and not much ice cream is pretty cheeky... Especially because we were booked in with a group to have ice cream.

I've been there twice, and I'm truly impressed. Each of the dining rooms has its own charm, one modern and stylish, the other cozy and rustic. The service is perfect, attentive but not intrusive, always a smile, and the food is exceptionally delicious. It's lovely here :)

I don't usually give five stars (there's always room for improvement). But... The waiters speak Bavarian, they're friendly... The food is very good. And when I read the negative reviews, I'm stunned that there's not even a single point for this. So, honestly, four stars from me, and the fifth is the overall rating. In short, a good Bavarian restaurant.

The service and ambiance were great, but the food, unfortunately, was not so great. Quite greasy, and the sauce tasted like it came from a packet. Definitely below average for what you'd expect from a Bavarian restaurant.

We came without a reservation, but were shown a table anyway. The atmosphere was great and many locals were eating here. The food was great and the waiter was very accommodating. We were the only tourists, which in my book is a huge plus.

And invited again: ordered roast beef with onions medium rare and got it well done. A shame, because the meat itself was good. Why? The service wasn't up to scratch. The waiter then offered a shot of schnapps. Still, not good. Otherwise, the food was good, the fish, as expected, was frozen. It's noticeable that there's a lot of parsley and rosemary garnished, but no other vegetables are served. While the dishes used to be served with salad, you now have to pay extra for the same prices. Back again, because of an invitation: it's become very expensive, the price-performance ratio is no longer right. How many restaurants have exploited the tax adjustment to raise prices unreasonably. The sauce for the beef dishes is strikingly similar. A portion of goulash for 18.50 is meager. Just look at the price increases in the last two years: by a good 40-50%!!! I wish my pension had been raised similarly! Unfortunately, the only option is to do without. Hopefully, this doesn't backfire. Delicious, rustic, everything good (old reviews). Portions have also been getting smaller recently. Unfortunately, no one responded to complaints or contact emails, hence one star deducted.

Finally ate a good schnitzel again, with a great side salad and good sauce...Thank you very much!

We had a very good meal here in the evening. The daily specials always have something great, including some special dishes. The service was very friendly and prompt. We sat outside in the lovely, shaded beer garden. It's a great place to linger.

Yesterday I celebrated my 60th birthday with you with 26 people. All 26 people were really enthusiastic about the food (a la cart)... the taste was perfect and the portions were really LARGE... you first have to manage to really satisfy everyone. A very big compliment to the kitchen and thank you very much for everything... And then the service team... Super friendly... Super fast... and VERY OFTEN AND AGAIN the questions: does everything fit? Do you need anything else? When do you want the champagne reception... the food... the coffee... etc. And on top of that, lightning fast for all repeat orders... Thank you all so much to all of you, and thank you for the successful celebration, which would NEVER have been so beautiful without you... Really good food, traditional Bavarian cuisine, rustic, classic tavern character in the restaurant, nice ambience in the large adjoining room, where the noise level was very pleasant thanks to effective soundproofing measures, entertainment was also possible at the larger table, very nice service staff, no long waiting times for food, were able to eat ten practically at the same time, reasonable prices, small, nice beer garden in summer, recommended at any time, of course we'll be back

Nice Biergarten, waiters wear traditional Bavarian outfits that’s a nice touch. The food is great the portions are good. The downside we waited 45 minutes for the food nobody told us why or that there is such a long waiting time and at time of arrival there were 10 people in the restaurant and we were the first to get food so the others were there probably only for drinks.

Friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices. The place would deserve a 4 star rating if it was not for the 45 minutes we had to wait for the food. We arrived at 16:50 and we're served at 17:35. We had a Wiener Schnitzel and a Cordon Blue, nothing special. If the kitchen was not prepared, staff should have told us about it!
