Delicious vegetarian burgers. Great selection of pizzas. Every variety I've tried so far has been absolutely amazing. The crust is wonderfully crispy and thin. The service and atmosphere deserve more than 5 stars. Friendly, quick, and welcoming. Almost like visiting friends.

The Löwen Restaurant is a beautifully decorated restaurant where you quickly feel comfortable and well looked after. I've been eating at the Löwen quite regularly for a few years now, and I must say quite clearly: I've NEVER been dissatisfied with the food or the service. The small, fine, weekly-changing menu alone speaks volumes about the restaurant, and the fact that the kitchen staff absolutely knows what they're doing. The fact that this restaurant is regularly packed speaks volumes as well – it might be advisable to make a table reservation in advance. If you go there on a whim, there's a high probability that you won't get a seat. The service is prompt and always friendly to guests, even under pressure. And if that's not the case, you should ask yourself whether you weren't perhaps rude. There's also an outdoor terrace, but it's only open in the summer. Despite the proximity to the train station and the location at the intersection, the noise level is quite pleasant, and it's perfectly possible to have a conversation at a normal volume. Price-wise, the Löwen is in the good mid-range, and the food and drinks are absolutely reasonable. You definitely get value for your money. Overall, I can only reiterate that I have never been dissatisfied when I've been there. All the dishes I've had were delicious, the beers are perfectly tapped, and the wines are at the perfect temperature. I also like the beautiful, bright ambiance, and I have no complaints about the service. Absolutely recommend it 5*

I can't comment on the food and ambiance because I didn't get to visit. Why not? Because my phone and email inquiries weren't responded to, and today when I arrived in person, I was told they didn't have time. What a disgrace! I'd happily spend my money elsewhere; Godesberg offers plenty of alternatives.

A disappointing overall experience. The service was abysmal; we waited over an hour for our food, and our wine and water weren't refilled. The man in the burgundy suit was just standing around, not supporting his team. The food was okay, the view was good, but everything else was bad.
