We had dinner at this place as 2 adults and 2 children. We paid 130 Euros in total, including food+drinks+dessert+tip. The food was good and the service was positive at first. After the meal, we had a deep conversation, while we were waiting outside for the rain to stop. However, sitting a little longer after the bill was met with disturbing looks from the owner. Then the waiter came and wanted to remove us, saying that our table was reserved even though there were many empty tables around. This behavior disturbed us greatly and our day, which started well, turned into a bad memory. Unfortunately, due to this attitude, it is a place we will not choose again.

I have visited Handedan several times. With family or with friends. The food, ambience and cleanliness were always top! I will come back too :-) One drawback from my last visit: If I tell the waiter several times at the table that the three of us would like to order individually and don't want to take advantage of an offer for a 1kg steam, then I should only have to say that once. Then the waiter shouldn't try to persuade us to stay there for minutes. In fact, the sound makes the music. In this case, another waitress was able to offer us a Wagyu steak and wasn't pushy either. I would like to give this as a tip. Since I took two friends with me on my last visit, the waiter's manner was unfortunately a bit pushy and extremely unpleasant.

My wife and I went to Hanedan for the first time - and definitely not the last time. As soon as you enter the restaurant you can feel the warm atmosphere and the love for traditional Turkish cuisine. For the starter we shared the mixed starter plate – a real treat! Everything was fresh, aromatic and wonderfully prepared. Perfect for sharing and ideal for discovering the variety of Turkish meze. For the main course, my wife had the lamb skewers with eggplant, tomato sauce and garlic potatoes - a taste sensation! The meat was grilled to perfection, tender and full of flavor. I had the lamb steak with rice and bulgur, also fantastically prepared and nicely balanced in the side dishes. We were really impressed by the quality of the ingredients, the skill in the kitchen and the attentive service. Anyone who loves real Turkish cuisine - far from clichés - should definitely stop by here.

Hello everyone, I've been there twice so far and I'm really impressed with the food. The shop is known as a halal steakhouse around Cologne. Service and food leave nothing to be desired. Price design is at steakhouse level. Whether steak, Adana or the classic grill plate, you leave here with a smile. Ambiance Visual design is nice, but sometimes you sit very close to others & the air is very greasy from the food and you can smell it on your clothes afterwards. Thank you

Yesterday we ate at Hanedan and it was just great :))! The dishes were a real treat, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. But what really made the evening special was our waiter Nurullah. With his warm manner and attentiveness he made us feel completely welcome. You don't experience such hospitality everywhere! We'll definitely be back.

Went to the Hanedan restaurant in Bonn for the first time on Saturday through the recommendation of a good friend. Very friendly service from the entire service team, great ambience and our main course (number 96) was an absolute dream. Rarely have I eaten such a tender fillet, which was also carved at the table with a little show. Very special thanks to Tahir who welcomed us very friendly and later said goodbye. We went to Hanedan Restaurant on April 9th ​​and absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic - we had rump steak, beef fillet, salmon, grilled platter and chicken skewer. Everything was perfectly prepared, super tasty and beautifully presented. We would particularly like to highlight the great service. We were there with a small child and were treated incredibly warmly. The staff was attentive, friendly and made a real effort to include our little one. You felt absolutely welcome - not something you can take for granted when you're traveling with a child. Only the rosemary potatoes could have been a little softer for our taste, but that's really the only small drawback. Conclusion: Great food, great atmosphere, great service – we will definitely be back!

First the positive: The food was bombastic. Delicious, rich, hot, authentic. Especially the different sauces and dips. The lamb was on point and there are great vegetarian options too. I've rarely had rice as good as here. Now the bad: The service was disastrous. A restaurant that presents itself like this should work better. If I make a reservation for 7 people, I expect that 7 people will be covered. I want to finish my starters before I get my main course. It seems as if they are willing to get rid of guests quickly to make room for the next one. The waitresses and waiters were very nice but didn't seem to work well together. We got drinks multiple times several times. When I pay almost 300 euros I expect more. Unfortunately I don't think we'll be back.

It would be better if you give training to the first and last development employees before hiring them.

After half an hour we were asked if we would like something to drink. After we ordered, we waited for our starters (two soups). After half an hour we asked again and were told that the soup was out. The food came after an hour. While the other tables were already eating dessert or leaving, we were able to get started. Then we were asked if we wanted to drink anything other than water. We were served by Bekim. Unfortunately he wasn't able to serve us properly but he rolled his eyes because his colleague did something wrong. On such evenings, the owner should perhaps think about how many staff I need so that all guests can be served on time without the waiters having to put in such a performance or the kitchen not being able to cook something. In addition, the dishes are a bit overpriced.

Reservation worked great and everything went perfectly on the day itself. Ambience, service, food, value for money - everything was great! A huge thank you to the entire team! We made a reservation with 9 people and didn't have a good seat. Service was a disaster and we were showered with grease. We also paid more than €500 in total and were not well served. Food was ok but since the service was a disaster I would never go there again.

We wanted to try something new, unfortunately the first impression was negative when it came to taste. We reserved a table specifically because I know that the restaurant is also prepared for the guest. Unfortunately that is not the case in this restaurant. Mega crowded, like at the bazaar, we waited at least 7-10 minutes until our reserved table became available. My mood was already in the basement. When I ordered it didn't get any better, unfortunately it was so loud that the waiters could hardly understand me, so instead of a small water I got the large bottle, which I questioned. But since I'm not being rude, I said it's a good thing, it was busy and loud, it can happen. However, when I was eating I ordered number 73 and received number 72, which unfortunately I only noticed halfway through. I didn't say anything here. They wouldn't have understood me anyway, and I don't want to let a half-eaten plate go back. During the meal I was already wondering when my bulgur rice would come. Well, finally, of course I should have told the cellars about it. But since so much went wrong beforehand, I thought we wouldn't come back anyway.

I would like to give you my feedback on my visit on Saturday, March 8th. Unfortunately my experience was disappointing, particularly in terms of service. We had to wait a long time before anyone even came to take the order. The waiters seemed to be solely preoccupied with preparing for the evening and didn't pay any attention to us throughout our time in the restaurant. It was obvious that the guests received less attention in the afternoon, which I found very unfortunate. In addition, our drink order was reordered but unfortunately forgotten. When we asked the waitress again to bring it, it took another 15 minutes to receive our drink. Finally, we wanted to order dessert, but this order was also forgotten, so after 20 minutes of waiting we decided to leave the restaurant. I find it extremely disappointing that such basic services are not provided in a restaurant. If the focus is on evening guests, avoid accepting afternoon guests or at least ensure that everyone receives equal attention. It would be nice if you could expect appropriate service for the money you paid.

The tea we ordered was not served despite ordering twice, which is not a problem but does result in points being deducted 4. The ambience doesn't suit a steak house... it needs to be more rustic in my opinion 5. Exhaust air in the kitchen should be more efficient

We felt quite comfortable in the Hanedan restaurant. We got a table without a reservation and got our food quickly. There was more than we could eat. The food is incredibly tasty, there is a large selection and everything is freshly prepared. ‼️There is still a star deduction.‼️ We received a large water bottle that wasn't closed properly, I've never experienced anything like that. I've also seen these types of bottles on other tables, ours didn't look "new" either (with scratches) with a simple glass stopper, without a screw cap and without a closed lid (as we usually know). You can easily refill the bottle and to me the water tasted like tap water and we paid €7.90 for it. It's our personal observation and probably no one has ever noticed it, only the owner and staff know the truth. ‼️By the way, the landlord is legally obliged to serve originally sealed water at the table.‼️ Otherwise we were satisfied, the staff is nice and accommodating.
