Leckeres Essen und sehr schöne Vorstellung. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und sympathisch alle sehr gut gelaunt und gute Stimmung

Unfortunately, the cooking point of the steak was not queried and so for me personally it was a bit overdone, which was also due to the fact that it was able to add to the sauce. Nevertheless, the quality and the food were generally very good and we were very looked after and had fun conversations. And the feedback was received very kindly by the service team.

Food very good, service friendly. Prices on the website do not match the restaurant menu. There the number 61 is 4 euros more expensive.

So folks, the best oriental restaurant in Bonn if you want top quality meat. I can only warmly recommend it. Everything 10/10 when it comes to points.

Wow 😲 A really very good Anatolian specialties restaurant. I had the chicken skewer with two types of rice and for dessert puff pastry with pistachios and ice cream 😋. Both simply delicious. Ambience and service top. Very clear recommendation 👍

The best steak restaurant! Delicious food, friendly staff and very good service. There were three of us eating here and we all chose different dishes. We were all thrilled with both the taste and the quality of the meat. The side dishes (rice, potatoes and salad) also tasted delicious. For dessert we ordered Künefe, Havuç Dilimi Baklava with ice cream and Kazandibi. These were also awesome - Kazandibi was our favorite. The entire team is very nice and customer friendly. We have repeatedly noticed how attentive the employees are and that good service is very important here. Bekim in particular took very good care of us. At the end of the evening, he surprised us by serving one of the desserts with a sparkler because he realized it was my dad's birthday dinner. Wow - thank you very much!!!

Unfortunately, that was a disappointment except that the food was the highlight of the evening, even though it only arrived after 1 hour and 30 minutes. The service is disappointing for such a classy restaurant. Drinks and other little things were forgotten when you reordered. We also had to point out when we were clearing the table that we could order the desserts. After ordering the desserts we had to WAIT 30-40 minutes. I even got up to ask because I noticed that other guests who came after us got their main course and desserts quicker. At other tables, tea from the house was immediately offered after they had been cleaned up. This was also offered to us, but until we asked if we were getting something we had to wait 30-40 minutes for the dessert. Doors and windows were open which also created a draft that caused the hanging lights to swing back and forth. I pointed out that our table there has a lot of draft and we are with the children. For this reason, if you are sensitive to drafts and have small children, I do not recommend this store. My recommendation is that the service employee who was responsible for us also had to serve outside. For this reason, if the store is full, you should perhaps make sure that there may be 1-2 more employees present at peak times. Also, if it is full, you may want to turn up the ventilation level instead of opening the whole door because of the heat. The music volume almost bordered on a party mile. I'm doing this review because the restaurant was recommended to me and we were a group of 11 people. I was the host and wanted something special as a highlight for the dinner. With a bill of over Euro 430 with a group that had made a reservation beforehand, I think it could be better organized and managed. The no-go was neither asking whether everything was okay with us or whether it was tasty when we were cleaning up. Payment had to take place at the entrance because after more than 3 hours of waiting (due to waiting) no one bothered to check. I know it's not always easy to keep track of everything when it's busy, but after an event like this with several mistakes, I couldn't give a tip anymore. The guests who were from Bonn also said we would have preferred to go to a pizzeria. Not because of the food but the service. I'm sorry for this recession but it hasn't been noticed. Food quality okay. Definitely too expensive in terms of price. Atmosphere too loud, you can hardly understand your own words. Sitting there feels like you're in a zoo, with waiting guests watching you eat. Due to the high volume of people, you weren't allowed to drink and you were asked to check out like in the supermarket. We went there on a recommendation, probably the last time.

A nice looking restaurant that sells mediocre food for expensive. For me, the price-performance ratio of restaurants is always important and I realized one thing after eating there twice. They don't serve anything special for a hefty price. Compared to other Turkish restaurants that serve the same food, this restaurant charges 30-40% more money. That would be fine if the quality was better or you got larger portions. But this is not the case. You even get smaller portions. So I see no reason to eat here if I can get the same thing cheaper elsewhere. There are also waiters who cannot speak German. Why am I served by a waiter who doesn't understand a word? And many waiters simply ignore you even though you call them and make eye contact.

We like going to Hanedan. The food and service are very good. When the restaurant is full, it is naturally a little louder. In my opinion, reservations for the evening are necessary.

Absolute fail. Food didn't arrive fresh. The vegetables were completely cold and the meat and rice were lukewarm. We sent it back and were not offered a new plate. It's a shame that you now pay EUR 7.90 for not even a ladle of soup. 2 months ago the plates were bigger. Unfortunately the prices are not justified for the portion size. It's a terrible place, don't pay attention to the nice comments, they make your spouse and friends suffer. The other day, we decided to go to Bonn for a meal as a family, I wanted soup, it came out in a plastic bag and it tasted terrible and the soup was very cold. If you call them waiters, I never felt warm anyway, when you call them waiters, they are less friendly and affectionate. You are at the top of my list not to visit next time.

Today I went to this restaurant for the first time with my daughter to have a leisurely meal. It all started with a tripe soup, or the waiter told us No. 13 was a tripe soup... But no, he brought us a meat soup! When I pointed out to him that it was the wrong soup, he said nothing and moved on. The waiter who served us with so much hassle and impersonality just slammed the food on the table and didn't ask for another drink or whether it might taste good... everything according to the 08/15 motto. Finish quickly and earn money!! If you're a German woman, you don't seem to get any respect in a Turkish restaurant like this. What was a big deal was that we pointed out three times that we wanted to pay... They just said yes, yes, but no one came. Finally we had to go straight to the cash register where the waiter was standing who served us for the rest of the evening. He was so upset and unbelievable, he even snapped at his colleague who had just pointed out to him that we wanted to pay. What this waiter did was unbelievable!!! It was the first and last time we ate there! Not recommended! Maybe your compatriots had a different experience, but as a German you can't expect much there! There really are friendlier atmospheres!!!
